Abstract

In this digital era, patients expect ease of access and transparency in healthcare services. Klinik XYZ, currently using conventional methods, faces challenges in meeting these expectations, such as long queues, incomplete information, and difficulties in scheduling appointments with doctors. This study aims to develop a mobile application to enhance service quality at Klinik XYZ. The method used is Waterfall, involving the stages of needs analysis through observation and interviews, system design, coding, and testing. The findings show that the developed application can provide essential features such as doctor profiles, doctor schedules, appointment scheduling, service selection, ratings, news, and health tips. This application successfully improves the efficiency and quality of services at Klinik XYZ by reducing waiting times and providing a better user experience. The implications of this study indicate that integrating mobile technology into healthcare services can significantly enhance patient satisfaction and the operational effectiveness of the clinic. Abstract

Perpindahan ilmuwan Indonesia ke luar negeri merupakan fenomena yang semakin sering terjadi. Keberadaan mereka memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di Indonesia. Namun informasi terkait lokasi dan profil mereka masih terfragmentasi dan sulit diakses. Hal ini menghambat upaya kerjasama dan pemanfaatan potensi mereka untuk pembangunan nasional. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis AI (Artificial Intelligence) yang dapat membantu pencarian profil ilmuwan Indonesia di luar negeri. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi platform yang efektif untuk mengumpulkan informasi ilmuwan Indonesia di luar negeri. Studi ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem informasi dengan pendekatan Agile. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan teknologi AI seperti Natural Language Processing (NLP) dan Machine Learning (ML) untuk memproses data teks dan gambar dari berbagai sumber termasuk jejaring sosial, situs web organisasi studi, dan publikasi ilmiah. Studi ini menciptakan sistem informasi berbasis AI yang dapat mencari dan membuat profil ilmuwan Indonesia di luar negeri. Sistem dapat mengidentifikasi ilmuwan berdasarkan nama, afiliasi institusi, bidang keahlian, dan informasi lainnya. Sistem ini juga menyediakan kemampuan untuk melihat profil ilmiah, termasuk informasi kontak, riwayat pendidikan, dan penghargaan yang dimenangkan. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis AI untuk mencari dan membuat profil ilmuwan Indonesia di luar negeri merupakan langkah penting untuk mempererat koneksi dan kolaborasi ilmuwan Indonesia di dalam dan luar negeri. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu memaksimalkan potensi ilmuwan Indonesia untuk memajukan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research was conducted to evaluate the quality of the warehouse information system at a pharmaceutical distribution company in order to provide recommendations regarding system upgrade decisions. Considering the importance of the effectiveness of the warehouse system in maintaining stock accuracy and the smooth distribution of pharmaceuticals, this evaluation uses the McCall Model, which includes the aspects of Product Operation, Product Revision, and Product Transition. The method used involved in-depth interviews with four warehouse staff and two managers who provided deep insights into the strengths and weaknesses of the current system. The interview results indicate that although the system is satisfactory in operational aspects such as data accuracy, reliability, efficiency, integrity, and ease of use, there is significant dissatisfaction regarding maintenance capabilities, flexibility, portability, reusability, and interoperability. While the managers are quite satisfied with the revision aspects, the majority of warehouse staff expressed challenges in system maintenance and adaptation. The biggest issues were found in the system's ability to transition between operational environments, be reused in other applications, and communicate with other systems. This study concludes that improvements are needed in the aspects of maintenance and flexibility, as well as enhanced system integration to meet dynamic operational needs. Suggestions for future research include involving more respondents from various divisions and using additional methods such as quantitative surveys and direct observation to obtain a more comprehensive picture.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a WordPress-based Knowledge Management System (KMS) to enhance customer service quality at "PUKIS CIKME" shop. The knowledge transformation process utilizes the SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) method, mapping tacit and explicit knowledge flows within the organization. The system is designed to simplify information management, support employee collaboration, and provide a formal two-way feedback channel between employees and management. The KMS development follows partial KMSLC (Knowledge Management System Life Cycle) stages, including knowledge capture, blueprint design, and system verification. The result is a WordPress-based system that is flexible, user-friendly, and adaptable to business needs. This system enables improved operational efficiency, employee innovation, and responsiveness to customer needs. Thus, implementing the KMS significantly contributes to enhancing the shop's productivity and sustainability.

Abstract

Dee Canteen at Ma Chung University faces challenges in knowledge management related to operations, including a lack of documentation for tacit and explicit knowledge such as quick cooking techniques and kitchen SOPs. This study aims to develop a Knowledge Management System (KMS) using the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC). The research methodology includes collecting tacit knowledge through expert interviews, converting the knowledge into explicit forms, and designing a system based on a Knowledge Map. The results of the study show that the implementation of KMS can enhance knowledge documentation and transfer, support operational standardization, and improve the quality of canteen services. The designed system includes key features such as recipe documentation, SOPs, and customer feedback, which can be efficiently accessed by the team.

Abstract

Adolescent girls are a vulnerable group prone to anemia due to increased iron requirements during puberty. Undiagnosed anemia can negatively impact health, productivity, and academic performance. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) to assist in diagnosing various types of anemia based on symptoms experienced by users, using the Certainty Factor (CF) method. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis, system design, coding, and testing through the blackbox method. System testing was conducted among adolescent girls in the Sumber Sekar area and showed that all main features of the system functioned properly, with a functional accuracy rate of approximately 95% in blackbox testing. The system is also considered user-friendly and capable of providing early diagnostic insights and recommendations efficiently and accurately. It is expected to serve as an initial support tool to raise awareness and facilitate early detection of anemia, particularly among adolescent girls.

Abstract

Organisasi ALPHA-I (Asosiasi Alumni Program Beasiswa Amerika – Indonesia) memiliki anggota lebih dari 400 orang yang tersebar di sepuluh daerah di Indonesia. Jumlah alumni penerima beasiswa pendidikan dari United States Agency for International Development (USAID) akan bertambah setiap tahun dan akan tergabung di organisasi ini. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa organisasi ALPHA-I memiliki dua masalah utama. Permasalahan pertama adalah ALPHA-I belum menyediakan sarana berbagi pengetahuan tacit pada lima fokus bidang beasiswa USAID. Permasalahan kedua adalah pengetahuan explicit karyawan seperti Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), laporan kegiatan, laporan hasil rapat, daftar mitra dan dokumen penting lainnya yang masih dibukukan. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan membuat sistem manajemen pengetahuan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem manajemen pengetahuan yang dapat memudahkan proses menangkap, mengembangkan, membagikan, dan memanfaatkan pengetahuan tacit alumni dan pengetahuan explicit karyawan di organisasi ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem manajemen pengetahuan yang dibangun dengan framework PHP dan MySQL sebagai Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) berbasis website. Hasil pengujian Black box dari 36 kasus uji yang telah dilakukan menyatakan bahwa semua fungsi pada sistem berjalan sesuai dengan perintah yang diberikan. AbstractThe ALPHA-I Organization (Alumni Association of US - Indonesia Scholarship Programs) has more than 400 members that have spread in ten regions (chapters) in Indonesia. The number of alumni who receive educational scholarships from United States Agency for International Development (USAID) will increase every year and will join this organization. The result of observation to ALPHA-I organization showed that there are two main problems. The first problem is ALPHA-I organization did not provide equipment for the alumni to share their tacit knowledge on five focused areas of USAID scholarships. The second problem is the explicit knowledge of employees to record the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), activity reports, meeting report, partner list, and other relevant documents were written by books. These problems can be solved by creating a knowledge management system. The purpose of this study is to develop a knowledge management system that can facilitate the process of creation, development, share, and utilize tacit knowledge of alumni and explicit knowledge of employees at ALPHA-I. This research was conducted using the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) method. The result of this study was a knowledge management system that was built with PHP framework and MySQL-as a Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) based on website. The result of black box testing from 36 case studies demonstrated that all functions in the system run according to the commands given.

Abstract

The rapid growth of information and communication technology has reshaped educational practices and supported the implementation of Indonesia’s Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka), which emphasizes a deep learning approach. However, many schools still struggle to integrate technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) meaningfully into classroom practice. This community service program was conducted at SDK Yos Sudarso Kepanjen to strengthen teachers’ and students’ technological literacy and to apply deep learning principles using AI-based tools. The program adopted the Information System Project Management framework, comprising five stages: initiating, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing. Activities included a needs analysis, the development of training modules, online Training of Trainers (TOT) for student facilitators, four onsite training sessions for teachers and students, a digital product showcase, and ongoing evaluation. The program involved 22 students (grades IV–V) and six teachers over an eight-month period. Pre- and post-training questionnaires indicated a 35% increase in digital skills and a 42% rise in student learning motivation. Teachers became more confident in utilizing tools such as Canva and ChatGPT, while students showed greater engagement and creativity in technology-supported learning tasks. The revitalized YosTech club emerged as a school-based digital learning community that fosters 21st-century skills. The findings suggest that structured AI-supported training can effectively bridge the gap between policy expectations of deep learning and actual practice at the elementary school level.

Abstract

KB-BA-TPA Restu 2 Malang previously implemented a conventional new student admission procedure that relied on manual recording and physical file management. This condition resulted in data accumulation and a time-consuming verification process. This study aims to build a web-based registration information system to facilitate school administration and independent registration by parents. The system development was carried out using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, coding, and testing stages. System design involved creating flow diagrams and database structures implemented using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of this research is a web application that provides specific interfaces based on user roles, namely administrators, administrative staff, school principals, and parents. The system is equipped with functions for online registration, document and payment validation, interview scheduling, and selection result reporting. The implementation of this system results in the centralization of prospective student data and a structured digital verification mechanism. The conclusion of the study indicates that the developed software is capable of accommodating the school's operational requirements in managing all stages of new student admission, from form filling to graduation announcements.
