Abstract

Abstrak:Al-Qur’an merupakan sumber segala ilmu. Banyak sekali ilmuyang berkaitan dengan al-Qur’an. Hal itu karena para pengkaji al-Qur’an bermaksud merealisasikan banyak tujuan dan memandangal-Qur’an dari segi yang berbeda. Kajian terhadap al-Qur’ansesungguhya dapat dilakukan dengan melihat berbagai objek,mulai dari aspek sejarah kodifikasinya, qiraahnya, asbab nuzulnyasampai pada perkembangan penafsirannya. Dan Kajian terhadapsisi penafsiran nampaknya justru yang sangat mengalamiperkembangan cukup signifikan. Jika kita dapat mencermati, darisuatu generasi kepada generasi berikutnya penafsiran al-Qur’anmemiliki corak dan karakteristik yang berbeda-beda. Hal inidisebabkan oleh banyak faktor, antara lain adalah adanyaperbedaan situasi sosio-historis di mana seorang mufassir hidup.Bahkan situasi politik yang terjadi ketika mufassir melakukankajian dan penafsiran terhadap al-Qur’an juga ikut mewarnaipenafsi-rannya. Di samping itu cakupan makna yang terkandungdalam al-Qur’an memang sangat luas, begitu pula perbedaan dancorak penafsiran juga disebabkan perbedaan keahlian yang dimilikioleh masing-masing mufassir. Al-Qur’an memang merupakankitab yang mengandung kemungkinan banyak penafsiran.Sehingga adanya pluralitas penafsiran al-Qur’an adalah sah-sahsaja, sepanjang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara moral danilmiah. Bahkan Penafsiran dapat diibaratkan sebuah ‚organisme‛yang selalu tumbuh dan berkembang. Ia akan selalu mengalamiperubahan dan perkembangan seiring dan senafas dengan kemajuantantangan yang dihadapi manusia sepanjang masa.Kata Kunci : Al-Qur’an, perkembangan penafsiran, penuntun sukses

Abstract

Abstrak:Umat Islam memang sepakat bahwa al-Qur’an menjadi sumberutama, akan tetapi di sana lebih menjelaskan tentang garis-garisbesar. Sementara itu, rincian yang lebih mengerucut sedikitditemukan. Untuk itu, munculah berbagai ulama tafsir gunamenjelaskan hal-hal yang lebih mudah dipahami oleh umat. Selainitu, sumber hadis pun begitu, di sana banyak hadis-hadis yangmasih perlu diteliti akan keabsahannya, dan hadis pun tidak lepasdari penafsiran ulama. Imam Syafii ialah salah satu empatmadzhab di mana merupakan kiblat madzhab sebagian besar umatmuslim di Indonesia. Di mana hadis-hadis sangat berpengaruh bagibeliau dalam menetapkan hukum-hukum syariat yang ditawarkanitu menjadi kajian yang membutuhkan analisis kritis berdasarkanpemikiran secara teologis. Melalui hadis-hadis yang sepaham dansesuai interpretasi beliau, maka akan berpengaruh pada hasil darihukum-hukum yang telah dirumuskan maupun ilmu fiqih yangdicetuskannya. Sehingga, produk syariat Imam Syafii lebihcenderung digunakan sebagian besar umat muslim bahkan di dunia.Kata kunci: Imam Syafii, hadis, hukum syariat, ilmu fiqih, pemikiran. Abstrac:Moeslem are agree that The Qur’an is a prime resources, but thereare more explain about in outline. And something is more detailsonly few to find. So as to come some interpretationist of TheQur’an were explained something so more easy to understoodmoeslem. Be sides it, like that hadis there are hadis need researchedto validity and hadid don’t lost of interprtationist. Imam Syafi’i isthe one of four madzhabs where is be madzhab oriented for those ofMoeslem in Indonesia. Hadis is very influence him to make syariahlaws that offered to be studied and needed critic analysis groundedon thought in a theologist. Pass through of hadis that agree ininterpretation with him, so will influence to report of laws weredefined or fiqih is sparkes. Abstract

Abstrak:Tafsir al-Qur’an merupakan usaha yang dilakukan oleh manusiasesuai kemampuan dan kompetensinya dalam memahami maknakalam Allah. Pada masa Nabi yang notabene beliau adalahmufasir tunggal, belum muncul keberagaman corak dalampenafsiran, karena sumber penafsiran hanya satu yaitu Nabi. Halini berbeda dengan masa di mana umat Islam telah menyebar diberbagai wilayah yang dibarengi dengan terjadinya perkembanganilmu pengetahuan dan berkembangnya berbagai aliranmadhhab dan pemikiran. Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan sertalahirnya berbagai aliran madhhab juga memberikan dampak padakeberagaman corak penafsiran al-Qur’an. Tulisan ini menelisikakar sejarah dan keberagaman corak penafsiran. Hasil analisisliteratur menunjukkan bahwa sejarah kemunculan dan keberagamancorak penafsiran lahir bersamaan dengan berkembangnyailmu pengetahuan dan munculnya berbagai aliran madhhabdalam Islam. Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan melahirkanberbagai corak penafsiran seperti corak lughawi>, fiqhi>, falsafi>,su>fi>, ‘ilmi>, dan lain-lain. Sedangkan lahirnya berbagai aliranmadhhab memunculkan corak sunni>, shi>’i>, mu’tazili> dan lain-lainsesuai dengan ideologi yang dianut oleh mufasir.Kata kunci : Corak tafsir, perkembangan tafsir, keberagaman corak tafsir Abstract:Tafsir al-Qur'an is an effort made by humans according to abilityand competence in understanding the meaning of the word ofAllah. At the time of the Prophet Muhammad who is a singlemufasir, has not emerged the diversity of style in interpretation,because the source of interpretation is only one that is theProphet. This is different with the period in which Muslims havespread in various regions accompanied by the development ofscience and the development of various thought and madhhab.The development of science and the birth of variousmadhhab also give an impact on the diversity of the style of theQur'an interpretation. This paper examines the historical rootsand diversity of interpretive styles. The results of the literatureanalysis show that the history of the emergence and diversity ofinterpretive styles was born along with the development ofscience and the emergence of various madhhab in Islam. Thedevelopment of science gave birth to various shades ofinterpretation such as lughawi, fiqhi, philosophical, sufi, andilmi, and others. While the birth of various madhhab raises thestyle of sunni, syi'i, mu'tazili and others in accordance with theideology adopted by the mufasir.Keywords: Style of interpretation, development of interpretation,diversity of tafsir style.

Abstract

Polygamy in Islam is not something new as the accusations of the Orientalists who accused the Prophet Muhammad as an apostle. Polygamy before Islam had become a tradition of Arab ignorance at that time. From history we can also learn that the earlier prophets were accustomed to having more than one adult. The coming of Islam brings something new about polygamy, regardless as a shari'ah or just as an act which is permissible under certain circumstances. The purpose of this study is to see how the description of polygamy status in reinterpretation. This research uses literature literature method. The results of this study are described that polygamy is not a recommendation or command. But he is only a ruhksah that can be done on a certain condition with very strict conditions, that is, the person who is going to be polygamy should be able and fair to the wives and children. If worried can not meet the two main requirements are highly recommended to marry a woman only. If still worried about a woman then should marry her slave.

Abstract

Prayers are the commandments of Allah which must be fulfilled by every Muslim. Implied sin against those who do not do it, even some who declare infidels for those who leave it because of their disobedience in the prayer order. In the history of prayer the direct orders of Allah to the Prophet Muhammad. without going through an intermediary numbering five times a day. The basis of the law is the basis of the Qur'an and the traditions and traditions of the scholars. The method used in this paper is done by studying the literature related to the material of the prayer order, especially the books of tafsir, which then performed a kind of interpretation both objectively and subjective.

Abstract

One of the distinguished significances of Islam in the sphere of knowledge is in psychology. Besides psychology can be traced directly to the holy Quran and hadis as its basis, many Muslim scholars have been in active to produce psychological works a long history of Islamic knowledge. This paper intends to elaborate the significances of Islamic psychology in three generations, i.e. the generation of fala>sifah which is represented by Abu> ‘Ali> Ibn Si>na>, the generation of Islamic theological mysticism which is represented by Abu> H{a>mid al-Ghaza>li> and the generation of contemporary Islamic thought which is represented by Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas. The reason that these three names are chosen as representations of Islamic psychology from three generation in here is because they have psychological works which can be considered to be similar each other; if not, theyare literally the same as can be seen in Kita>b al-Naja>h} of Ibn Sina which is similar to Ma‘a>rij al-Quds of al-Ghaza>li> and similar to The Nature of Man of al-Attas. Why their works look like the same? If we compare their other works, are there emphasizing in each generation to a special issue? If so, what are their significances over knowledge especially to the psychology? This paper will advocate to answer that above-mentioned questions.

Abstract

Sufism originally entered in the archipelago was brought by walisongo. The famous scholar in spreading Islam in the area of ​​Java Island is "walisongo". In the struggle in developing Islam, many wisdom that can be taken and emulated. The strategy they use can be accepted by many people, from the bottom to the upper classes of the nobles and kings. This is because the walisongo wearing tasawuf knowledge in da'wah, so much in demand by various circles. Walisongo is nine people who have been able to reach the level of guardian, a high degree of degree that is able to escort babanga sanga (guarding the nine holes in human beings), so it has a ranking guardian who spread Islam in Java. The teachings of Sufism that are taught include tasawuf akhlaqi and tasawuf falsafi. How to teach through 1) Da'wah with Education, Institution and Science of Wisdom; 2) Using wisdom and acculturation of Islamic teachings with local culture; 3) Acculturating the arts with the teachings of Sufism.

Abstract

Al-Quran is the words of Allah that becomes guidances for human being. Every human has been equipped with intellect as an instrument for receiving these guidances. In delivering His messages in al-Quran, Allah sometimes uses amtha>l to wake up the soul and to make easy to understand and contemplate the messages, so human is able to reach its contents, to carry out Hiscommands and stay away from His prohibitionseasily. This writing will analyze the role of amtha>l, that is not just as instrument of themiracles of al-Quran, but also a tool for wakening human soul. By using amtha>l, human soul as reader can easily accept the messages. Amtha>l of al-Quran is a method in elaborating its contents form the aesthetic point of view. Besides that, amtha>lalso makes easier in understanding verses on metaphisical and phisical things.

Abstract

Abstract: Indonesia is a state of law based on Pancasila. Natsir, views Pancasila as part of Islamic values, but that does not mean Pancasila is Islam. Islam is wider than the five precepts in the Pancasila. The five precepts only describe a portion of Islamic teachings, it can not represent the full teachings of Islam. For Natsir Pancasila to flourish in the fold of the Qur’an, the Pancasila can be realized or carried out well only in Islamic societies and countries. The State, for Natsir is the tool for Muslims to realize the Divine laws for the safety and tranquility of man. This is where Natsir sees the need for a driving force to realize Islamic laws, so Natsir emphasizes that Islam and the state are two unified relegio-political entities. The state for Natsir is not a goal, but a driving force for realizing Islamic laws, however, to realize those laws, an educated and high-minded society is always needed. For Natsir, a country will progress if its people are educated. According to him education is the most powerful role to advance a nation in lifting or increasing the condition of the people who are immersed in the mud of retardation.
