Abstract

This research is motivated because not yet achievied the goal of mathematics learning especially students mathematical communication ability. Mathematical communication needs to be the focus of attention in the learning process of mathematics. However, the learning process has not been able to facilitate students to develop mathematical communication ability. One of the learning strategies that can accommodate the aspects in communicating mathematics is Learning Start With A Question (LSQ) strategy. The purpose of this research is to find out whether students mathematical communication ability by applying Learning Start With A Question (LSQ) strategy is better than using conventional learning. This type of research is experimental research. Population in this research is students of class XI MIPA SMAN 3 Teladan Bukittinggi. Sampling is done by simple random sampling technique. The result of this research show that students mathematical communication ability by applying Learning Start With A Question (LSQ) strategy is better than using conventional learning. Abstract

The learning process is a mandatory note so that the learning objectives are achieved, but suboptimal use of learning materials in school cause low results of student learning. So the development of learning materials is one of the solutions to optimize the learning process. The purpose of this study was to generate a worksheet-based approach students skills in Class VII SMP valid, practical, and effective. This research is research development by using the model development phase Plomp made up the initial investigation phase, development or prototyping, and assessment phase. In the early phase of the investigation carried out needs analysis, analysis of the curriculum, the students, the analysis and the analysis of related concepts of learning problems in math. On the phase of development or prototyping redesign process skills-based approach is categorized, then conducted its own evaluation further validated by experts. Assessment phase of the test done and test the practicalities of limited effectiveness. The practicalities of data retrieved from the now the practicalities of teachers, and the now the practicalities of students. The effectiveness of the data retrieved from the final test results of students. Abstract

Improving the quality of midwifery services is one of the most crucial issues in the field of health services, so that the need for improvement and improvement of human resources for the creation of excellent health services. Puskesmas Tiumang requires skilled and professional midwives to provide health services to the community, and this is a role model for determining exemplary midwives. So far, the work area of ​​Puskesmas Tiumang does not have a screening and assessment system to determine the exemplary midwife. This study aims to apply the method of Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) in determining exemplary midwives in the work area of ​​Puskesmas Tiumang of Dharmasraya Regency. The framework in this research is; (1) data collection; (2) system analysis; (3) system design; (4) implementation and testing, and; (5) system evaluation. Based on the results of the analysis using Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) method, the ranking of exemplary midwives in the work area of ​​Tiumang Health Center. The results of this study can be used as a decision support tool in determining exemplary midwives in the work area of ​Puskesmas ​Tiumang Dharmasraya District. Abstract

ABSTRACT School leadership will affect the performance of teachers, where the leadership of the breed, the principal will certainly be able to lead the high performance achieved by teachers in carrying out their daily duties. To improve the quality of education a school principal should be able to improve the performance of teachers as educators. As the head of the school leader must be able to provide effects that can cause the teacher moved to carry out its duties effectively so that their performance will be better. Teacher certification with government regulations provide certificates to teachers who already frofesional as an educator, with another katab forfesional was considered by the government in carrying out a task as educators of the nation.This type of research is the study exprimen with quantitative analysis method performed at state junior high school Ekasakti Padang. This study used a sample of 17 teachers who have received certification. Sampling technique is the total sample that is the totality of teacher certification in SMA Ekasakti Padang. School leadership impact on teacher performance SMA Ekasakti Padang. Based on the analysis of the research results prove that perbangan t with t-table of 480.89> 2.110, it suggests that the presence of school leadership influence on the performance of junior high school teacher, SMA Ekasakti Padang. Teacher certification SMA Ekasakti Padang significant effect on teacher performance SMA Ekasakti Padang. The research proves that t with t-table then the numbers obtained by 1,890,608.95> 2.110, indicating that the certification of influence on the performance of junior high school teacher, SMA Ekasakti Padang. School leadership and teacher certification SMA Ekasakti Padang jointly affect the performance of teachers SMA Ekasakti Padang. These results together can be proved by using perbangan F arithmetic with F-table then the numbers obtained by 3.20> 2.30, this indicates that the presence of the effect of school leadership and teacher certification on the performance of junior high school teachers 4 SMA Ekasakti Padang. Abstract

Untuk bisa mempelajari sesuatu dengan baik, kita perlu mendengar, melihat, mengajukan pertanyaan tentangnya, dan membahasnya dengan orang lain. Tujuan kegiatan penelitian ini adalah:  (1) Untuk mengetahui penerapan Metode Tanya Jawab  dengan variasi media pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran PKn. (2)Untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan Metode Tanya Jawab  dengan variasi media pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran PKn terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Obejek penelitian ini adalah siswa SD kelas IV 08 Koto Gunung Kecamatan Batang Kapas. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan kelas mengenai penerapan Metode Tanya Jawab pada siswa kelas IV SDN 08 Koto Gunung Kecamatan Batang Kapas, dalam mata pelajaran PKn yang berlangsung selama 3 siklus penelitian dapat disimpulkan:  1. Selama berlangsung PTK, upaya penerapan metode Tanya Jawab dangan variasi media pembelajaran telah dikelola dengan baik. 2. Kegiatan pembelajaran dengan metode Tanya Jawab dengan variasi media yang dikelola dengan baik ternyata cukup efektif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. 3. Media pembelajaran membuat karangan dan menggambar yang divariasikan dengan Metode Tanya Jawab ternyata cukup efektif untuk menyampaikan materi Pancasila sebagai Dasar Negara dan sebagai Ideologi Negara. 4. Hipotesis tindakan yang menyatakan “apabila upaya penerapan metode Tanya Jawab dangan variasi media pembelajaran dapat berjalan efekltif, maka hasil belajar siswa akan meningkat” dapat diterima.

Abstract

Kajian pendidikan dan pembelajaran studio desain arsitektur ini bertujuan untuk menguji artikel penelitian yang diterbitkan antara Januari 2010 dan April 2015 yang berfokus pada mahasiswa dan pendidik yang terlibat dengan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dalam ruangan studio pada jurusan arsitektur. Latar belakang pembelajaran studio desain arsitektur ini bisa dibilang perubahan yang paling signifikan terjadi dalam pendidikan arsitektur sejak dari metode tradisional sampai ke metode sesi kritik. Perbedaan pembelajaran antara bentuk tradsional dengan sesi kritik dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembelajaran didalam studio desain arsitektur ke dalam kurikulum serta dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan lulusan dibidang arsitektur dalam rangka menuju kearah ekonomi global. Sumber dari data menggunakan database online Science Direct dengan metode kriteria yang digunakan untuk memilih studi ulasan adalah fokus utama pada pembelajaran yang berhubungan dengan desain dan sistem pembelajaran yang dilakukan dalam studio. Hasil analisis 10 studi ditinjau mengungkapkan masalah yang berhubungan dengan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dalam studio bagi mahasiswa dan pendidik terutama masalah desain dan kritik. Kesimpulan dari tinjauan ini diperlukan pendidikan berkelanjutan dan dukungan sekitarnya yang memungkinkan mahasiswa lebih kreatif dengan keterampilan pendidikan saat ini dan strategi pengajaran bagi pendidik.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This research is based on the condition and indication of the change of view or paradigm in the society of Jujun Village, Keriling Lake District, in view of the status and stratification of a person in relation to the level of education. This study aims to see how the impact caused by education on social stratification in Jujun Village Keriling District Lake Kerinci Province Jambi Province. This research type is qualitative research with descriptive method. This research is located in Jujun Village, Surrounding Lake Kerinci District, Jambi Province. Informants in this study are community leaders, Civil Servants and villagers JujunKecamatan Keliling Lake Kerinci District Jambi Province. Data were collected by interview and documentation study. The data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion from the existing data to obtain the perfect data. The results show that education occupying the upper social layers in Jujun Village society and education greatly impacts social stratification in Jujun Village, because for previously uneducated community members, it is not so valued and respected in society. However, when he is able to complete his education to college and obtain a bachelor's degree he will be able to be in the upper social class, even though his family background is of the lower class. So that cause education in Jujun Village society is increasing. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that education has an impact on social stratification in Jujun Village, Keriling Lake District. In Jujun Village society, education is seen as a way to be respected and respected so as to gain a better position and be in the upper social class in society . It is suggested to the community to be able to maintain their paradigm in viewing education and related parties such as Jujun Village government is expected to provide support for the progress of education in Jujun Village itself. Especially to members of the community from the lower classes if they want to send their children to school. Keywords: education, stratification and community
