Abstract

Terminal Arjosari Raden Intan Road are located at no.1 Kecamatan Blimbing Malang. Terminal Arjosari planned to become a complete modern terminal in East Java which its status raised to the previous type A type B still. The purpose of this research is to know the performance of the service Terminal Arjosari Poor views from passenger satisfaction levels and further to figure out an alternative strategy that is appropriate for the performance of the terminal in order to optimally and passengers can be sated. Performance evaluation of variable analyzing Terminal security, maid service reliability/regularity of service, convenience, service convenience/affordability, equality service using the methods of NATURAL SCIENCE (Importance Performance Analysis). Site survey in the terminal. A survey of facilities and survey kuisoner to interview respondents (as many as 100 passengers).Of research results obtained by some facilities that do not yet exist in the terminal like information and health facilities, evacuation, fire extinguishers, the attendant checks the vehicle, light vehicle repair facilities, information on disorders travel by public transportation, nursing mothers, and ATM Center. From the results of the analysis with the method of IPA obtained 11 attributes according to the respondents is not satisfactory but their importance is very important. These results suggest that Terminal Arjosari Malang is not working optimally so that needed an alternative repair by optimizing service of 11 attributes by adding facilities that do not yet exist and to improve facilities that already exist but are not functioning optimally.

Abstract

Developments in Indonesia in the physical sense like housing and other means, with the increasing population. On the other hand the construction of the House were living with a cheap cost is a program that always have to be coveted by both the Government and the community at this time. In an effort to reduce the cost of the building, one way is with utilization of household waste, as it is easy to obtain, and may be the source of livelihood of the local people of whom the utilization of coir fibers taken. The value of strong press and strong pull from each of the test objects with a different aggregate binder on the value of strong concrete press for 2 cm value strong and powerful to 286.0 press press 4 cm for the value of strong tekan290 .6 for powerful press and to 269.6 6 cm strong tensile concrete 2 cm of strong value for length of pull and 129.6 fiber tensile strong 121.1 rating 4 cm and 6 cm for the strong value of the highest tensile 177.7 data or highest value The addition of coir fibers for concrete mix in testing powerful press and its strong for some cylinders increased for his testing and for some have decreased against testing. For the length of the fiber coir for testing robust press and strong tensile concrete in concrete mix that is a strong value 6 press increased

Abstract

Construction Management is one of the most important sciences and needs to be mastered in carrying out a project. One part of project management itself is time management. The time management system is one of the determinants of the success of the contractor in managing the project, especially in terms of time. Appropriate job schedule settings can minimize the obstacles that may occur in the implementation of the project. In each scheduling must pay attention to the order of each job so that a separate experience is needed for the planner. One important part of time management itself is the measurement of work performance. This is done so that the implementer can find out how much work weight has been completed based on Time Schedule. Earned Value Method Being one of the options as an indicator in measuring the progress of work carried out in Malang Islamic Hospital Building. The use of Earned Value can be seen from the progress of the work project implemented and can predict the completion time of the Malang Islamic University hospital construction project.

Abstract

The development of construction projects is currently increasingly large and complex both in terms of physical and cost. In this case the project planning and control is applied to the construction of the Integrated Tourism Terminal Building which has a total price of Rp. 12,904,970,589.17 with a implementation period of 154 calendar days. One alternative that can be used in an effort to overcome the constraints on this project is the "Earned Value" method. The concept of earned value is one of the tools used in managing projects that integrate costs and time. The purpose of this study is to determine the cost and time performance, estimated costs and time at the end of project completion and the factors that cause project delays or progress. The results of the analysis known at the end of the project review in the 20th week, the project schedule performance (SPI) was 1,19 which meant that the project's performance was faster than planned. While in terms of cost performance it can be concluded that the costs incurred are greater than the plan, this is indicated by the CPI value of 0,45. If the project performance trend is at the end of the 20th week review, based on this condition, the estimated total cost to be spent is Rp. 13,463,188,080 where the figure is far greater than the project budget of Rp. 12,904,970,242. When viewed from the estimated time of completion of the project is 130 days which means faster than planned time of 154 days.

Abstract

Generally, bricks are used as building structural wall materials and dwelling. This study aims to find out the strength of the brick wall pairs when receiving a lumped load of the roof structure of a mixture commonly used by the community is 1 PC: 8 Sand and 1 PC : 10 Sand so as to avoid cracks in the wall due to the roof structure load. This test used  local bricks from Tumpang Malang with Model M-6B 230 mm x 110 mm x 55 mm. Another materials obtained from the building store in Malang City. The testing method used is SNI 03-4166-1996 robust test procedure for compressing red brick. The test method used is SNI 03-4166-1996 about the test procedure of compressive strength of red brick masonry wall. The dimensions of specimens is 75 x 64 cm as much as 3 samples of each thickness variation, where the thickness variation is 3 cm, 4 cm, and 5 cm so that the number of sample objects test all 18 specimens. Further test object tested press using UTM according SNI 03-4166-1996. The result showed that the average compressive strength of brick masonry wall was 1 PC : 8 Sand on variation of thickness of 3 cm, 4 cm, 5 cm, respectively by 8.26 kg/cm2, 7.63 kg/cm2, 7.4 kg/cm2. The average compressive strength of brick masonry wall of 1 PC : 10 Sand on variation in thickness of 3 cm, 4 cm, 5 cm, respectively by 8.11 kg/cm2, 6.91 kg/cm2, 6.46 kg/cm2.
