Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkerasan lentur (flexiblepavement) terdiri dari lapisan-lapisan yang diletakkan pada tanah dasar. lapisan-lapisan tersebut berfungsi untuk menerima beban lalu lintas dan menyebarkannya ke lapisan di bawahnya. Konstruksi perkerasan lentur (flexible pavement) terdiri dari empat lapisan yaitu Lapisan permukaan (surface course), Lapisan pondasi atas (base course), Lapisan pondasi bawah (subbase course), Lapisan tanah dasar (subgrade). Berdasarkan kondisi yang ada dilokasi studi, Perencanaan Lapisan Tebal Perkerasaan Lentur pada Ruas jalan Ki Ageng Gribig Kecamatan Kedungkandang Kota Malang dengan panjang 1.600 meter.ini untuk di maksudkan yang pertama untuk pintu keluar jalan tol Malang- Pandaan.ke dua untuk menghubungkan Kota Malang dengan Bululawang dan yang ketiga untuk mengurangi kemacetan yang sering terjadi di jalan ki Ageng Gribig tersebut.Penelitian dilaksanakan di jalan Ki Ageng Gribig Kecamatan kedungkandang kota Malang pada bulan Maret 2017.Metode yang di gunakan dalam studi ini adalah metode Bina Marga dapat di peroleh susunan tebal perkerasan terdiri dari dari pondasi bawah (Sub Base) tebal 7 cm dengan agregat kelas B, pondasi atas (Base Course) tebal 15 cm dengan agregat kelas A, lapisan permukaan (Surface) 5 cm Laston. Kata Kunci : analisa tebal; analisa perkerasan lentur; analisa lalu lintas. ABSTRACT Flexible pavement consists of layers placed on the ground. the layers serve to receive the traffic load and pass it to the layer below it. Flexible pavement construction consists of four layers: Surface course, base course, Subbase course, Subgrade layer. Based on existing condition of study location, Planning of Thickness Mixing Flexibility on Ki Ageng Gribig Street of Kedungkandang Sub-district of Malang City with length 1,600 meter.ini for the first purpose for exit of Malang-Pandaan.ke2 toll road to connect Malang City with Bululawang and the third to reduce the congestion that often occurs in the road ki Ageng Gribig tersebut.Penelitian executed in the street Ki Ageng Gribig Malang Kedungkandang districts in March 2017.Metode in use in this study is the method of DGH can be obtained in the composition of thick pavement consists of from the bottom base (Sub Base) 7 cm thick with Class B aggregate, Base Course 15 cm thick with A class aggregate, Surface layer 5 cm Laston. Abstract

The activities such as malls, markets, parks, campuses, tourist areas, office activities and other activities are factors that make this street has a solid activity that resulted in the problem - the problem of transport one road congestion resulting in decreased capacity, In a survey or research used data collection methods with Manual Method Counter at the intersection of Highway langsep Village Tanjungrejo Malang for the purpose of calculating the value of traffic volume, capacity and level of service is to conduct a survey for 7 days and two weeks starting at 6:00 pm - 22:00 pm) and the results of the survey obtained data on the volume of traffic, road geometric data were then analyzed using the Indonesian highway Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. Based on the analysis, the volume of peak hour at the intersection of highways langsep is 3554.9 smp / hour , capacity of 2889.56 smp / hour and the level of service (LOS) is F. Abstract

ABSTRACT The way this is Tokoluli - Gleno a path that connects the District with the Capital of Ermera. The street was included in the classification of the arterial road (national road) that is the way in which the vehicle is going through quite a lot and has a heavy load. Because it is often traversed by vehicles that burdened the road conditions lead to be broken, so the road needs to be fixed or in rehabilitation of rework. Based on the existing conditions in what the study, the planning of additional roughness layer thick (overlay) at sections of the road from Tokoluli - Gleno (sta.40+000–sta.45+000) Timor Leste This is intended to bolster the pace of economic growth with the increasing needs of the means of transport that can launch a transport in the area and the development of the quality or quantity of the vehicle linking it with the capital of Ermera Regency Country. In this study, the authors will discuss the planning process calculation of thick layers of additional roughness (overlay) on road improvement project Tokoluli - Gleno. explaining the methods performed in the planning of additional roughness layer thick (overlay). The methods used in this study is a method of Bina Marga can get thick arrangement of roughness consists of the Foundation of the bottom (Sub Base) thick 8 cm with an aggregate class B, the Foundation top (Base Course) thick 20 cm with an aggregate class A, surface layer (Surface) 5 cm surface layer (Laston). The final project report is expected to be of benefit to the author himself to add science in calculating the thick layers of additional roughness (overlay) of these, so expect roads planning able to spur the economy in the regions of pertumnbuhan and future welfare of society can be raised. Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkerasan jalan adalah suatu sistem yang terdiri dari beberapa lapis material yang diletakkan pada tanah-dasar (subgrade). konstruksi perkerasan lentur (flexible pavement) terdiri dari empat lapisan yaitu lapisan permukaan (surface course), lapisan pondasi atas (base course), Lapisan pondasi bawah (subbase course), lapisan tanah dasar (subgrade). tujuan utama dari dibangunnya perkerasan adalah untuk memberikan permukaan yang rata dengan kekesatan tertentu, dengan umur layanan cukup panjang, serta pemeliharaan yang minimum. untuk kelancaran tersebut maka dilakukan perkerasan. Perkerasan jalan ini sepanjang 700 m dengan lebar rata-rata 5 m. dalam penelitian ini penulis membahas proses perencanaan perhitungan tebal lapisan tambahan (overlay) dengan menggunakan metode analisa komponen dari dinas Pekerjaan Umum, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, diperoleh susunan tebal lapisan tambahan (overlay) terdiri dari pondasi bawah (SubBase) tebal 20 cm, pondasi atas (Base Course) tebal 10 cm, lapisan lama permukaan (Surface) 5 cm. dan diperoleh bahwa lapisan permukaan tambahan (overlay) setebal 6 cm jenis Aspal macadam dengan umur rencana 10 tahun dan tingkat pertumbuhan lalu lintas diperoleh sebesar 1,5 % per tahun. Kata kunci ; jalan ; lapis tambah ; biaya siklus hidup. ABSTRACT Roughness of the road is a system composed of several layers of material that is placed on the land-base (subgrade). construction of elastic roughness (flexible pavement) consists of four layers, namely the surface layer (surface course), the upper layers of the foundation (base course), a layer of foundation bottom (subbase course), the basic soil layer (subgrade). the main objective of the building of roughness is to provide a flat surface with skid resistance, with fairly long service lifespan, as well as minimum maintenance. to smooth the roughness is done. this road roughness along 700 m with an average width of 7 m in this study the author discusses the planning process calculation of thick layer (overlay) by using a method of analysis of the components of the Department of public works, based on the results of the calculation, obtained the order of thick layer (overlay) consists of the SubBase 20 cm thick, Base Course 10 cm thick, long layer surface (Surface) 5 cm. Abstract

ABSTRAK Melihat kondisi Kota Pontianak saat ini, jika dilihat dari aspek sarana dan prasarana transportasi sudah mulai berbanding terbalik. Dimana kebutuhan jalan tidak sebanding dengan jumlah kendaraan yang tersedia. Jadi ini akan berdampak negatif pada pergerakan lalu lintas, misalnya terjadi peningkatan volume lalu lintas pada ruas jalan tertentu yang mengakibatkan kemacetan yang panjang, terutama pada jam sibuk. Akibatnya, jarak tempuh sebenarnya akan ditempuh dalam waktu lama. Penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang dilakukan di jalan Imam Bonjol Kota Pontianak dengan tujuan untuk menghitung kapasitas dan tingkat pelayanan, yaitu dengan melakukan survei selama 2 minggu (mulai pukul 6.00 pagi sampai 21.00 WIB) yang dari Survei Data ini memperoleh volume lalu lintas, kecepatan kendaraan dan data geometrik jalan. Dalam pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode Manual of Capacity of Road Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 dimana tingkat kejenuhan (DS) sebagai indikator perilaku lalu lintas di pinggir jalan kota Imam Bonjol Pontianak. Dari hasil survei pengolahan data diperoleh nilai kapasitas pada ruas jalan ini yaitu sebesar 2934,36 smp / jam dan tingkat pelayan di LOS F yang berarti bahwa volume lalu lintas di jalan Imam Bonjol Kota Pontianak saat ini berada pada Kapasitas arus tidak stabil, atau berhenti. Kata kunci: analisis kapasitas, kecepatan, tingkat pelayanan ABSTRACT Seeing the current condition of Pontianak city, if viewed from the aspect of transportation facilities and infrastructure has started to inversely proportional. Where the need for roads is not proportional to the number of vehicles available. So this will have a negative impact on the movement of traffic, for example there is an increase in traffic volume on certain road segments that result in long traffic jams, especially during rush hours. As a result, the actual short distance will be taken in a long time. The study conducted in this research is a research conducted on the road of Imam Bonjol Kokta Pontianak with the aim to calculate the capacity and level of service, that is by conducting a survey for 2 weeks (starting from 6.00 am to 21.00 pm) which from the survey This data obtained traffic volume, vehicle speed and road geometric data. Abstract

ABSTRAK Keberadaan jalan diperlukan untuk mendukung laju pertumbuhan ekonomi seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan transportasi yang dapat menjangkau daerah-daerah terpencil. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi kerusakan jalan. Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan untuk status jalan di Kecamatan Sitirejo Wagir, Kabupaten Malang. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari hasil analisis perhitungan pada setiap segmen yang telah penulis lakukan, dapat diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan diantaranya Dari hasil penelitian di laboratorium Teknik Sipil diperoleh CBR (Caifornia Bearing Ratio) sebesar 54,23%. Volume kendaraan yang melewati Jalan Raya Sitirjo Kec Wagir, Kabupaten Malang berdasarkan klasifikasi kendaraan didasarkan pada perhitungan perencanaan ketebalan lapisan tambahan dengan mobil penumpang (17.686 kendaraan), truk ringan (8.875 kendaraan), truk berat (9.083 kendaraan) dan bus (4.575 kendaraan). Jumlah volume didasarkan pada 2 arah, dengan panjang 1 km untuk perencanaan lapisan tebal overlay dengan metode lendutan dapat diperoleh dengan pengaturan ketebalan lapisan tambahan yang terdiri dari alas pangkal (sub base) tebal 20 cm dengan kelas B agregat, dasar pangkal ketebalan 20 cm dengan agregat kelas A, lapisan permukaan (permukaan) 7,5 cm dari Laston dan mampu menahan beban selama usia 10 tahun. Kata kunci: overlay; permukaan jalan; volume ABSTRACT The existence of roads is necessary to support the rate of economic growth along with the increasing need for transportation that can reach remote areas. This research is descriptive to know the description of factors - factors that affect road damage. This research is only done for road status in Sitirejo Wagir Subdistrict, Malang Regency. The conclusions obtained from the results of calculation analysis on each segment that has been writer do, can be obtained some conclusions such as From the results of research in the Civil Engineering lab obtained CBR (Caifornia Bearing Ratio) of 54.23%. The volume of vehicles passing through Jalan Raya Sitirjo Kec Wagir, Malang Regency based on vehicle classification is based on calculation of thickness planning of additional layers with passenger cars (17,686 vehicles), light trucks (8,875 vehicles), heavy trucks (9,083 vehicles) and buses (4,575 vehicles) . The volume amount is based on 2 directions. , Kab Kabang with length of 1 km for the planning of thick layer of overlay with deflection method can be obtained by arrangement of thickness of additional layer consist of base of base (sub base) 20 cm thick with class B aggregate, base base of thickness 20 cm with A class aggregate, surface layer (surface) 7.5 cm from Laston and able to withstand loads during the age of 10 years. Abstract

Berdasarkan kondisi yang ada dilokasi studi, Perencanaan Tebal Perkerasaan Lentur Untuk Pelebaran Ruas Jalan Beduku - Sarlala (Sta.17+ 750 – Sta. 22 + 750) Timor - Leste ini dimaksudkan untuk menunjang perekonomian, social, budaya dan keamanan untuk daerah-daerah yang tingkat pelayanan lalu lintasnya sangat tinggi terutama di kawasan perkotaan perlu di bangun jalan yang mampu menampung jumlah lalu lintas yang akan melalui jalan tersebut. yang sangat perlu dan perhatikan adalah dari segi perencanaan pembuatan jalan, baik dari segi perhitungan lapisan perkerasan maupun dari segi teknis pelaksanaan pembuatan lapisan perkerasan lentur jalan. Prasarana jalan merupakan urat nadi kelancaran lalu lintas di darat. Lancarnya arus lalu lintas akan sangat mendukung perkembangan ekonomi daerah seperti kabupaten Aileu khususnya pada jalan Beduku – Sarlala yang menhubungkan beberapa kabupaten. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Beduku Kecamatan Dare kabupaten Aileu Timor-Leste, pada bulan april 2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah Metode Bina Margadapat diperoleh susunan tebal perkerasan terdiri dari pondasi bawah (SubBase) tebal 8 cm dengan agregat kelas B, pondasi atas (Base Course) tebal 20 cm dengan agregat kelas A, lapisan permukaan (Surface) 5 cm Laston. Untuk menjaga agar tidak terjadi retak pada tubuh jalan maka dihimbau kepada masyarakat agar tidak memotong pohon. Kata kunci : Perencanaan Tebal Perkerasan Lentur untuk Pelebaran Ruas Jalan. Abstract

ABSTRAK Seiring meningkatnya iptek maka pertumbuhan arus lalu-lintas juga mengalami peningkatan, salah satunya pada jalan raya Tanjung Katat – Kartiasa. Jalan ini merupakan jalan Arteri Kelas I Jalan yang melayani angkutan utama dengan ciri-ciri perjalanan jarak jauh, kecepatan rata-rata tinggi, dan jumlah jalan masuk dibatasi secara efisien, dimana beban yang diizankan adalah tidak lebih dari 10 ton. Akibat besarnya beban yang melintasi jalan tersebut, dengan tidak adannya drainase dan curah hujan yang cukup tinggi sehingga mengakibatkan jalan lintas Tanjung Katat – Kartiasa menjadi rusak. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan meninjau tebal pelat beton berdasarkan metode NAASRA,1987. Penulis mencoba menganalisa mulai dari data lalu-lintas harian rata – rata, pertumbuhan lalu-lintas, dan jenis kendaraan niaga besrta jumlah beban, dan konfigurasi sumbu dari kendaraan niaga yang akan melewati lajur rencana. Perencanaan didasarkan pada total Fatigue ( masa kelelahan pelat beton akibat beban berulang) mendekati atau sama dengan 100%. Setelah dilakukan analisa dengan menggunakan grafik perencanaan untuk STRT, STRG, dan SGRG dari NAASRA,1987, maka diketahui tebal perkerasan ideal untuk perkerasan kaku ini yaitu 180 mm yang direncanakan dengan dowel. Kata Kunci : studi,perencanaan,jalan,perkerasan,kaku ABSTRACT Along with the increase of science and technology, the growth of traffic flow also increased, one of them on the highway of Tanjung Katat - Kartiasa. This road is the first Class Road Arterial road that serves the main transport with long-distance travel features, high average speed, and the number of entrances is efficiently limited, where the allowable load is no more than 10 tons. Due to the large loads that cross the road, with the absence of drainage and rainfall is high enough to cause the road crossing Tanjung Katat - Kartiasa to be damaged. This final project aims to review the thickness of concrete plate based on NAASRA method, 1987. The author tries to analyze from average daily traffic data, traffic growth, and commercial vehicle type to total load, and the axis configuration of a commercial vehicle that will pass through the plan lane. Planning is based on total Fatigue (the fatigue period of the concrete plate due to recurrent load) approaching or equal to 100%. After analyzing by using the planning graph for STRT, STRG, and SGRG from NAASRA, 1987, it is known that the ideal pavement thickness for this rigid pavement is 180 mm which is planned with dowel. Abstract

ABSTRAK Jalan di Kalimantan Barat Kabupaten Sambas tersebut merupakan harapan masyarakat, yang mana selama ini jalan yang mereka lalu kurang layak sehingga di perlukan perbaikan sebagai mana mestinya, sehingga masyarakat sambas bisa beraktifitas melakukan pekerjaan seperti biasanya. Tujuan dari penulisan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik jalan, untuk menganalisis tebal lapisan tambahan (overlay), untuk mengetahui prediksi volume lalu lintas 5 tahun yang akan datang, dan untuk menganalisis drainase di ruas jalan Pembangunan Pemangkat-Tebas STA 8+500–9+500 Kabupaten Sambas. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dan metode survei. Dalam metode pengumpulan data ini dibagi menjadi menjadi dua yaitu, data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer didapatkan dengan cara observasi lapangan dan hambatan samping. Data sekunder didapatkan dengan cara studi literatur dan survei instansi. Sedangkan metode survei didapatkan dengan cara survei lalu lintas dan persiapan survei lalu lintas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis lalu lintas harian di ruas jalan Pembangunan didapatkan hasil rata rata sebesar 24.281 kendaraan per hari total 2 arah. Dimana dari total kendaraan selama 14 hari sebesar 339.935 kendaraan. Lintas harian rata-rata awal diperoleh hasil sebesar 85725 kendaraan dengan masa pelaksanaan 2 tahun. Berdasarkan analisa lintas harian rata-rata akhir didapatkan hasil sebesar 96804 kendaraan. Nilai CBR = 2,4 dan nilai daya dukung tanah dasar (DDT) = 3,4. Perhitungan dimensi saluran drainase didapatkan sebesar 0,002052 m3/det > 0,00014 m3/det. Dimana Syarat Q kapasitas Saluran > Q kapasitas Air. The purpose of this research is to know the characteristics of the road, to analyze the thickness of the additional layer (overlay), to know the prediction of the traffic volume of 5 years to come, and to analyze the drainage on the road-building of Tarang Pemangkat-Tebas STA 8 + 500-9 + 500 Sambas District. Methods in this study using data collection methods and survey methods. In this data collection method is divided into two namely, primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained by field observation and side barrier. Secondary data were obtained by literature study and agency survey. While the survey method was obtained by way of traffic surveys and the preparation of traffic surveys. Based on the result of daily traffic analysis on Roads of Construction, the average yield of 24,281 vehicles per day is 2 way total. Where from the total vehicle for 14 days amounted to 339,935 vehicles. The average initial daily cross earned 85725 vehicles with a 2 year implementation period. Based on daily average daily crossover analysis, the result is 96804 vehicles. CBR value = 2.4 and baseline soil bearing capacity (DDT) = 3.4. The calculation of drainage channel dimension was obtained by 0,002052 m³/s > 0.00014 m³/s. Where Q Condition Q Channel capacity> Q Water capacity. Keywords: Road; Additional Layers; Overlay
