Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out how to optimize product quality for customer satisfaction. The type of data used in this article is secondary data. Secondary data is data obtained from library sources which include documents, books, and research reports. How to optimize product quality by means of initial ideas or ideas, screening of ideas or ideas, concept development and testing, marketing strategies, business analysis, product development, market testing, commercialization. Product quality is something that provides benefits both in terms of meeting daily needs or something that consumers want to have. Therefore, good product quality will affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the innovations that have been made by PT. Mitra Tour and Travel Gresik and describe the service quality of PT. Tour and Travel Partners after making innovation as an effort to exist in the era of global competition. This type of research used by researchers is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the service innovation that had been developed by PT. Tour and Travel Partners are PLN payments, PDAM payments, BPJS payments, internet payments, top up credit, Multi finance, tax and vehicle registration, delivery of packages and documents, money transfers, and OVO, Brizzi, Link Aja, Dana iso balances. For service quality PT. Mitra Tour and Travel seen from the tangible dimensions, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy in general are very good.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of observations and research as one of the Depokrejo village communities. This is to find out how the role of parents in developing learning abilities for early childhood during the Covid-19 pandemic. The subjects of this study were parents and their children. In this study, researchers used data collection methods in the form of interviews. The results of research on the role of parents teaching children in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, show that there are parents who pay less attention to children's learning activities at home and are busy with their respective jobs, but there are also parents who want to direct their children to study at home and mutually communicate and guide children to learn together. The conclusion of this study is that the role of parents who have high enthusiasm for learning motivation and developing children's learning abilities will have a good impact on children, especially in the current Covid-19 pandemic, children really need the role of parents to foster interest in learning. them through learning that will be taught at home.

Abstract

Education and politics are very difficult to separate, and it is impossible to separate knowledge from leaving power, and vice versa, it is impossible for power to run without knowledge. Power works in the process of forming knowledge which is a form of culture. It is impossible for education to run well in accordance with the ideal concept by totally releasing power without interference from power, especially since the capacity of educators is very limited so that they are unable to properly regulate students comprehensively and effectively. Religious education in the process is unlikely to be separated from the socio-political problems that surround it, including in the application of the development of Islamic religious education itself. So Government regulation regarding the existence of local content is one form. As a persuasive political measure, these regulations are increasingly accepted by the community because they are relevant to the socio-cultural conditions of the local community. Therefore, strengthening the power of local authorities or district governments can also be effective. However, the theory of hegemony and power applied by the Government, in order to improve religious education, turns out to be some people who reject it. This proves that, not all knots of strength in a religious society can be hegemonized by the authorities, meaning that the socio-culture of society with religious and religious characteristics does not fully respond positively to the policies of the authorities.

Abstract

The failure of religious education is because the practice of education only pays attention to the cognitive aspects of the growth of values ​​(religion), and ignores the development of affective and conative-volutive aspects, namely the ability and determination to practice the values ​​of religious teachings. As a result, there is a gap between knowledge and practice in religious teaching, so that they are unable to form an Islamic personality. The success of education, so far, is only measured from the superiority of the cognitive domain and barely measures the affective and psychomotor domains, so that character building and character are neglected. In order to anticipate these various problems, religious education learning in schools must show its contribution. One of them is improving. As for every material taught to students contains values ​​related to the behavior of everyday life, such as moral material, and for this moral aspect, in addition to studying the problems related to the knowledge aspect, the functional aspect is prioritized on the attitude aspect, so that later students behave as a Muslim who has a noble character. Then these affective values ​​are in the material of morals and must be embedded in students in Religious Education.

Abstract

The development of science and intellectuality in the Islamic world has fluctuated. This coincides with the ebb and flow of the East-West socio-political world. Seeing such scientific conditions and intellectual positions, Muslim thinkers moved to take a stand. Efforts to formulate Islamic education continue. The goal is to find the right formula on how to broaden the intellectual insight of Muslims while still having a high commitment to Islamic aqidah. One of the Muslim thinkers who concentrated on this effort was al-Syadzili. On the basis of the above phenomena, researchers are interested in studying al-Syadzili's thoughts related to education. This research is classified as library research, namely, a study that relies on data and information sourced from books or literature. This kind of analysis is useful for understanding the overall concept of the object being studied. In building tarbiyah (educational) values, Sheikh al-Syadzili described them in three concepts, namely through; (a) the concept of Sufism, (b) the concept of tarekat, and (c) the concept of ubudiyah. In al-Syadzili's view, Sufism has the ability for a person to get closer to Allah, the tarekat is a way for someone to achieve the goal of getting closer to Allah (taqarrub ilallah), meanwhile, ubudiyah is a bridge for one's obedience to orders and away from Allah's prohibitions. With these three concepts, tarbiyah (education) values ​​will be obtained framed by the teachings of the Syadziliyah tarekat, among others, (a) the value of faith education, (b) the value of practical education, (c) the value of scientific education, (d) the value of education morals, and (e) the value of social education.

Abstract

The ro'an (community service) tradition in the Al-qomar Wahid boarding school plays a role in shaping the character of the students. Tradition is a habit that has been taught from generation to generation and is still being carried out, one of which is the ro'an (community service) activity that has been carried out in the Al-qomar Wahid Islamic boarding school since it was first established. Ro'an (community service) is an activity that students cannot let go of, because it has become something that must be done and ro'an (community service) itself is an activity concerning cleanliness. If the environment is clean, the students will also feel comfortable regardless of the circumstances. This research uses qualitative research with the type of case studies, the data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study were data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. Data validity checks using credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The conclusions of the results of this study are first, that the ro'an (community service) tradition in the Al-qomar Wahid Islamic boarding school is very important, in order to form the social character of the students. Second, the character of students at the Al-qomar Wahid Islamic boarding school before carrying out ro'an (community service) activities is still individualistic, but the social character is awakened when the students finish doing ro'an (community service) activities which are carried out every week and even every day. with togetherness between friends. Third, the role of the ro'an tradition (community service) in enhancing the social character of the students at the Al-qomar Wahid Islamic boarding school is able to improve the social character of the students, such as the attitude of help, cooperation, tolerance, respect and respect for others and to have a sense of care or solidarity with others.
