Abstract

The image is one of the most important asset of the company or organization should be established and maintained continuously. A good image is a powerful tool, not only to attract consumers in choosing products or companies, but also can improve the attitudes and customer satisfaction to the company. Meanwhile, consumer purchasing decisions as an individual process of selecting, organizing, and interpreting the input information to create a meaningful picture of the world. The purpose of this research is to know company image at. Kereta Api (Persero) Bandung, and examine the influence of corporate image on consumer purchasing decisions at. Kereta Api (Persero) Bandung Research developed by using and survey method. This research also using descriptive and verifikatif  methods. Population 850 consumer, and the technique of sample this reseach which using a acccidental sampling with the result that for obtainabl 90 consumer as sample. Technique in collecting data by use of interview, observation, questioners and documentation. The analyze method by use of a correlation of product moment, and coefficient of determination, as well as test of t with by use of help SPSS 13.0 for windows. Results of research on the influence of corporate image shows quite good results, as well as with consumer purchasing decisions showing good results. Results of analysis showed the influence of corporate image on consumer purchasing decisions at. Kereta Api (Persero) Bandung indicates a strong degree of correlation with the contribution of influence as much as 60.84%, and the rest as much 39.16% influenced by other factors which not analyzed , namely initiator, influences, Devider, buyer,service and the price.  Keywords :  Corporate Image, Consumer Puchasing Decisions, at PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan penagihan tunggakan pajak dengan surat paksa, mengetahui perkembangan pelunasan tunggakan pajak, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh penagihan tunggakan pajak dengan surat paksa terhadap pelunasan tunggakan pajak pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Soreang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penagihan tunggakan pajak dengan surat paksa terhadap pelunasan pajak digunakan pengujian statistic. Pengujian statistic yang digunakan adalah penggunaan regresi linier, koefisien korelasi pearson , koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis dan juga menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 13.0 for windows untuk memperkuat perhitungan secara manual.Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi diperoleh r= -0,223, yang berarti hubungan yang ditimbulkan oleh Penagihan tunggakan pajak dengan surat paksa terhadap pelunasan tunggakan pajak korelasinya rendah pada kpp Pratama Soreang. Nilai korelasinya menunjukkan angka negatif yang artinya bahwa hubungan penagihan tunggakan pajak dengan surat paksa terhadap pelunasan tunggakan pajak bersifat berlawanan yang berarti ika penagihan tunggakan pajak dengan surat paksa mengalami peningkatan maka pelunasan tunggkan tunggkan pajak akan menurun pada KPP Pratama Soreang, artinya hipotesis penulis yang mengungkapkan penagihan tunggakan pajak dengan suratpaksa berpengaruh terhadap terhadap pelunasan tungkan pajak tidak terbukti. Hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai -0,724 < 2,228 atau thitung <ttabel . Nilai tersebut mengandung arti bahwa Ho diterima atau penagihan tunggakan pajak dengan surat paksa tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pelunasan tunggakan pajak . Pengaruh penagihan tunggakan pajak dengan surat paksa terhadap pelunasan tunggkan pajak sebesar 5%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 95% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain selain penagihan tunggakan pajak dengan surat paksa seperti yaitu penanggung pajak sedang melakukan banding , sedang mengajukan kebeatan, dana tau mengajukan permohonan angsuran dalam melakukan pelunasan tunggakan pajak.Kata Kunci: Penagihan Tunggakan Pajak dengan Surat Paksa , Pelunasan Tunggakan Pajak

Abstract

Dalam mengatasi persaingan suatu perusahaan harus mempunyai strategi-strategi dalam mempertahankan Pelanggan,  Episode Clothing    Bandung adalah suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri pakaian dan asesoris berjenis sketter. Episode Clothing    Bandung menerapkan strategi diferensiasi di perusahaan nya. makadari itu penulis mengambil judul dampak strategi diferensiasi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Distro Episode Clothing  Bandung .Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode deskriptif yaitu metode yang menggambarkan  apa yang dilakukan berdasarkan faktor-faktor atau kejadian-kejadian pada objek yang diteliti, untuk kemudian diolah menjdai data-data selanjutnya dilakukan suatu penelitian yang sehingga pada akhirnya dihasilkn suatu kesimpulan, sedangkan verifikatif yaitu metode yang dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistika koefisien korelasi rank spearmanBerdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat hubungan antara strategi diferensiasi dengan loyalitas cukup kuat dan searah. Dampak strategi diferensiasi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan diperoleh hasil sebesar 39,81% sedangkan sisanya 60,19% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.  Kata Kunci : Strategi Diferensiasi dan Loyalitas Pelanggan

Abstract

The method of this research is quantitative description. This research is using primary data and secondary data that get from financial data and non financial data from PT. BTN (persero) Branch Tasikmalaya. To test the hypothesis is used linear regression , and correlation with using program SPSS 15.0 For Windows.Based on the research result , there is an influence between Outsider Funding Resources To Credit Allocation . The two Variables show an very strong correlation at r = 0,891 with posistive correlation value. This mean if Outsider 79,3 % and the rest 20,7 % which is influenced by other factors . While in hypothesis examination using t test, it show t rejected. In conclusion , Outsider Funding Resources gives very high influence on Credit Allocation PT. BTN (Persero) Branch Tasikmalaya.Key word : Outsider Funding Resources, Credit Allocation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of psychological empowerment, job satisfaction and affective commitment to the performance of the employees of PT. Pertamina Marketing Unit I Branch of Banda Aceh with a total sample of 69 respondents. Primary data were collected by distributing sheets of questions (questionnaire). Analytical equipment used is multiple linear regression method and which is the object of this research is psychological empowerment, job satisfaction, affective commitment, and employee performance at PT. Pertamina Marketing Unit I Branch of Banda Aceh. While the sampling is done by census method, which means using the entire population as a source of data or a sample in which the samples were taken are all employees working in PT. Pertamina Marketing Unit I Branch of Banda Aceh. The results showed that simultaneous Fcount > Ftable, thus it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) proposed is acceptable and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, it means that psychological empowerment (X1), job satisfaction (X2), and affective commitment (X3) significantly affect the performance of employees at PT. Pertamina Marketing Unit I Branch of Banda Aceh with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.812 which shows that there is a strong relationship between the three independent variables with the performance of employees at PT. Pertamina Marketing Unit I Branch of Banda Aceh, while the coefficient of determination (R2) in this study was obtained 0.660 which illustrates that the three independent variables affect the performance of employees at PT. Pertamina Marketing Unit I Branch of Banda Aceh at 66.0%.Keywords: Psychological Empowerment, Job Satisfaction, Affective Commitment and Employee Performance

Abstract

             Current assets is very important in company especially in its operational activities. Hopefully, with the sale of insurance product that are going to get the optimal benefit for the company in accordance with the desired target. Current assets rotate everyday and from rotation of the bias current assets are expected to repay short – them debt will mature. Base on the above description, hence writer take tittle : “ Analysis of Current Assets and Its Impact on Liquidity Level at PT.  PT. Bumi putera  Bandung”.            The aim of this paper are : (1) To know the development of current assets at  PT. Bumi putera  Bandung, (2) To know the development of Liquidity at  PT. Bumi putera  Bandung, (3) To determine the impact of current assets to liquidity at  PT. Bumi putera  Bandung. The method used in the research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Technique data collecting taken is bibliography study and field. While data analysis using correlation analysis, regression, determination, and test the “t” in processed data by using SPSS 15.0 for Windows.            According to the study authors, show that there are influence between current Assets Turnover on the liquidity. There are levels of closeness of relationship (correlation) between these two variables, namely r = -0.967 with a positive correlation value. The point is that if the current assets turnover increases, liquidity increases, so does the opposite. While the value of determination coefficient of 93.51 % means that the current assets and its impact on liquidity  Level at PT.  PT. Bumi putera Bandungat 93.51 %, 6:49%, rest influence by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords : Current Assets, Liquidity
