Abstract

Abstract; This study explains the influence and relationship of discipline and creative promotion in increasing the work motivation of PT Askrida Jakarta employees in maintaining the number of customers and expanding the range of products , while the research objective is to examine the effect and relationship between variables and their correlation values ​​with quantitative research methods and the number of respondents as much 100 employees in a period of six months, from January to June 2019, and the results of the study showed that between variables showed positive and significant values, also for statistical tests explained the results were quite good so it needed to increase work motivation by continuing to improve discipline and promote creative in PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida Jakarta in order to increase company profits while maintaining employee welfare and maintaining customer satisfaction Keywords: discipline, creative promotion, motivation.

Abstract

This research is based on the background to find out how the influence of post type on online engagement in five coffee shops in Bandung and how the effect of posting time on online engagement in the five coffee shops. In addition, this study also aims to find recommendations for managing posts in five coffee shop accounts to increase online engagement. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research type by taking post data uploaded by five Instagram coffee shop accounts from September 2018 to August 2019 to be used as research objects. The posts analyzed in this study totaled 448 posts. Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis and different tests of Kruskal Wallis and Post Hoc.The results of this study indicate that the type of post and time of posting (month and day), only the month has a significant influence on online engagement, while the day has no significant effect on likes and comments. The posting time of the month that has the most significant influence on likes and comments is January, May, June, and August. The type of post information has the most significant effect on likes and comments compared to other post types. Keywords: Social Media; Instagram; Online Engagement.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on employee competencies with organizational culture as a mediator. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the direct and indirect effects between the variables in this study include knowledge sharing, employee competencies, and mediated with the organizational culture at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional III Jawa Barat. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a type of descriptive-causal analysis. Sampling with non-probability sampling with a type of sampling jenuh with a sample of 100 respondents taken from employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional III Jawa Barat. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques and Partial Least Square analysis – Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS analysis tools. The results of this analysis show the organizational culture as a mediator in partial mediation resulting in changes or impairment of knowledge sharing variables to the employee's competence. Organizational culture makes knowledge sharing to influence competencies indirectly become insignificant, it can be concluded that the culture of the organization is still not able to give the influence of good mediator. Abstract

The emergence of natural phenomena in the abundance of the entire population on earth resulted in a large enough impact, especially health and economy in various sectors of society in the world. The Coronavirus has devastated micro, small and medium enterprises that have gone bankrupt but there are also opportunities for micro, small and medium enterprises. But there are also some sectors that have benefited and become opportunities to reap profits, such as virtual internet telecommunications and mask making, not all have gone bankrupt, as happened in the tourism, culinary, hotel, and restaurant sectors that cannot adapt to today's difficult times. My shopping habit of visiting places has decreased. This habit leads to virtual services to reduce transactions crowding with many people so that the Coronavirus can be reduced. Efforts to reduce activities outside the home will open up opportunities for micro, small and medium enterprises online so that people use the internet and don't crowd. Turning on micro, small and medium enterprises so that the impact of corona can be avoided quickly. Changes in people's behavior that reduce outdoor activities and networks of creative industries and small and medium-sized businesses in the largest business sector in the world that appear to be Covid-19 are quite depressed in dealing with problems and building businesses. This research method is descriptive and verification methods, the analysis tool is structural equation modeling (SEM, Lisrel). The results show that how the influence of business strategy on the performance of small and medium scale companies during the Covid-19 period. Virus Corona memporak porandakan usaha mikro kecil menengah yang mengalami kebangkrutan tetapi ada juga peluang bagi usaha mikro kecil dan menengah. Tetatpi ada pulah faktor yang mendapat keuntungan dan menjadi kesempatan untuk meraup keuntungan seperti bidang telekomunikasi internet virtual dan pembuatan masker tidak semua mengalami kebangkrutan seperti yang terjadi pada bidang pariwisata, kuliner, hotel dan restoran yang tidak bisa beradaptasi dengan masa sulit saat ini. Kebiasaan shopping dengan mendatangin tempat sudah berkurang. Kebiasaan ini mengarah pada layanan virtual guna mengurangi transaksi yang berkerumun dengan banyak orang agar virus Corona dapat berkurang. Usaha untuk mengurangi aktivitas diluar rumah ini akan membuka peluang usaha mikro kecil dan menengah di jalur daring agar masyarakat menggunakan internet dan tidak berkerumun. Menghidupkan Usaha mikro kecil dan menengah dapat agar dampak corona dapat dihindari secara cepat. Perubahan perilaku masyarakat yang mengurangi aktivitas di luar ruangan dan jaringan Industri kreatif dan usaha kecil menengah pada sektor bisnis terbesar di dunia yang yang tedampak covid-19 cukup tertekan dalam menangani masalah dan membangun usaha. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikasi, alat analisisnya adalah pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM, Lisrel). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi bisnis berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan skala kecil menengah masa covid-19. Abstract

The global economy is currently experiencing a downturn, this has also affected the economies of several countries, including Indonesia. The effect of the downturn in the Indonesian economic sector has prompted Indonesian banks to improve the financial performance of their banks, as an effort to improve the Indonesian economy. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how to calculate financial ratios, financial performance developments, and financial performance conditions in State-Owned Enterprises Banks. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The data source used is secondary data. There are 4 population of companies that are registered as state-owned banks on the IDX, all of which have the requirements to be the sample of this study. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling method. The analysis method used in this research is the RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital) method with financial ratios including the NPL (Non-Performing Loan) ratio, the LDR (Loan Deposite Ratio) ratio, ROA (Return On Asset), NIM. (Net Interest Margin), and CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio). The results of this assessment show that the financial performance of state-owned banks listed on the IDX for the 2014-2018 period uses the RGEC method and has very good performance. Abstract

This study discusses the importance of using the internet to improve competitiveness with other universities. School of Economics (STIE) INABA Bandung has a website that is www.inaba.ac.id that serves as a communication medium that can provide information for students, lecturers, and the general public. This research was made to analyze the effect of website design and the quality of information on user satisfaction over website service by distributing 39 questionnaires to postgraduate students of semester 1 academic year of Management Studies 2020 as respondents. This research uses a quantitative method. Using the structural equation method model - partial least square SEM - PLS. Research shows that website design and quality of information affect user satisfaction over website services. Abstract

Judging from the cycle of business development in Indonesia, fashion is one of the business sectors that has contributed a lot in providing business opportunities for entrepreneurs. The lack of courage of usasha actors in taking risks has hampered the development of the business itself. This analysis aims to determine the quality of business performance based on entrepreneurial orientation and business strategy. The method in this research is to take samples randomly using the Slovin formula as many as 90 respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and verification which consists of the classical assumption test of multiple regression analysis. The results of the research based on verification analysis show that business strategy partially has a significant effect on business performance and entrepreneurial orientation and simultaneously affects business performance and descriptive analysis states that the respondent's response is good enough for business strategy and entrepreneurial orientation, which indicates a good response of respondents to performance. their business, and for entrepreneurial orientation partially significant effect on business performance. The author's advice to business people in the fashion industry is to consider more in the search for new opportunities and challenges by making risks a challenge in achieving the goals to be achieved.
