Abstract

The aim of this research are to analyze: 1) influence of leadership toward the work enviroment, 2) influence of leadership toward the work satisfaction, 3) the effect of the work enviroment on the work satisfaction, 4) the influence of leadership toward the work discipline, 5) the impact of leadership toward the work discipline and 6) the impact of work enviroment on the work discipline. Kinds of this research is causative descriptive research. Population is all employees (46 persons) in Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan Holtikultura dan Peternakanof Pasaman Barat Region. Sampling method is stratified propotional random sampling so that were selected 41 employees as the respondence. Descriptive analisys , analisys rule and regulation test and path analisys were used answer the research problem. Result this research proved that 1) leadership hassignificant influences toward the work enviroment, 2)leadership hasn’t signifcant influence toward the work satisfaction,3) work enviroment hasn’t significant influence toward the work satisfaction, 4) leadershiphas significant influence toward the work motivation, 5)work  enviromenthas  significant influence toward the workmotivation, and 6) work satisfaction has significant influence toward the workmotivation. Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to analyze the influence of smart campus information technology assessment, implementation of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, the knowledge management skills of leadership and motivation of faculty performance UNP. The study population is a lecturer at the State University of Padang. The sample size was determined based on the requirements of SEM analysis using maximum likelihood estimation model to obtain the 175 respondents with randome proportional sampling technique. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling software AMOS19. The results of the study is the assessment of smart information technology campuses significant effect on knowledge management, leadership skills significantly influence the Management of knowledge, leadership skills significant effect on faculty performance, and motivation significantly influence the performance of the lecturer. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of human resource competencies, the implementation of internal control government system, and the government's application of accounting standards for financial reporting quality Padang city government. This research is quantitative research that is causative. The population in this study all accounting entities in the local government area of ​​Padang who are 45 Regional Working Units (on education) consists of 7 (seven) agencies and technical institutions, 18 (eighteen) service, the Regional Secretariat, Parliament Secretariat, 6 (six) office, 1 (one) and 11 district hospitals with the respondent is Penatausaha Financial Officer (CO) of each on education. Sampling technique using total sampling. The data analysis technique used is the path analysis (path analysis) using SPSS version 15.00. The results based pathway analysis showed that: (1) variable competence of human resources at 8.12% direct effect, indirect effect of 4.84% through the implementation of the SAP, and the indirect effect of 2.44% through the implementation of the SPIP quality of government financial statements, (2) the application of variable SPIP by 7.45% direct effect and indirect effect of 3.66% on the quality of government financial statements. (3) the implementation of SAP Variable 15.05% direct effect on the quality of government financial statements, while 58.40% is influenced by other factors outside the study. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam lingkup menganalisis Pengaruh Komunikasi Organisasi dan  Motivasi  Kerja terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Bukittinggi , serta mengkaji signifikansi pengaruh variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen serta melihat permasalahan dan mencari solusi pemecahannya guna meningkatkan disiplin kerja Pegawai Pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Bukittinggi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu keseluruhan Pegawai yang bertugas Pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Bukittinggi yang berjumlah 52 orang. Penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara“Proportional Stratified Random SamplingTemuan penelitian ini adalah : 1) Komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerjapegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Bukittinggi. 2) Komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Bukittinggi. 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Bukittinggi. Terdapat pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung komunikasi organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Bukittinggi. Secara langsung dan tidak langsung Komunikasi organisasi mempengaruhi disiplin pegawai sebesar 28 %, motivasi kerja mempengaruhi disiplin kerja sebesar 26,7 %.  Variabel lain yang memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan disiplin pegawai sebesar 45,3 %, sehingga perlu dilakukan pengkajian lebih lanjut tentang variable lain yang dapat mempengaruhi disiplin pegawai

Abstract

The aim of this to study is determine the effect of service quality dimensions in the form of variable reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance and certainty, as well as empathy towards customer satisfaction PO Usaha Murni. The population is bus customers and the number of samples  133 respondents with a accidentally sampling method. Type of data used is the primary and secondary data. Which collected using a questionnaire. The technique used to perform the analysis is regression analysis. The results showed that the Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X3) and Empathy (X5) had no significant effect on customer satisfaction. While the Physical Evidence (X2) and the Security and Assurance (X4) significantly affected customer satisfaction.   Keywords : Service quality dimension, costumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership functions, work environment, and work motivation on personnel performance at the police station Pasaman Barat. Type of research is causative. The study population was all personnel at the police station Pasaman Barat. Sampling was based on stratified random sampling. Analysis of data used path analysis and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results showed that: (1) The function of leadership a significant effect on work environment, (2) The function of leadership and work environment have a significant effect on work motivation, (3) The function of leadership, work environment, and work motivation have a significant effect on performance. (4) The function of leadership have a significant effect on performance through work environment, (5) The function of leadership have a significant effect on performance through motivation, and (6) work environment significant effect on performance through work motivation. This suggests that the function of leadership, work environment, and work motivation has a significant effect, directly or indirectly, to the performance of personnel at the police station Pasaman Barat. Abstract

The aim of  this study was to analyze (1) the effect of leadership on achievement motivation, (2) the effect of leadership on job satisfaction, (3) the influence of achievement motivation on job satisfaction, (4) the effect of leadership on performance, (5) the effect of job satisfaction on performance and (6) the effect on the performance of         achievement motivation. The population in this study were all employees BPBDs Tanah Datar (61 employees), based on the formula Slovin, 53 employees selected as respondents. Research techniques is proportional stratified random cluster sampling. Path analysis is used to answer this research, suggests that; leadership significant and positive impact on achievement motivation; influential leadership significant and positive impact on job satisfaction; achievement motivation of significant and positive influence on performance; leadership significant and positive influence on performance; significant effect on job satisfaction and positf on performance; achievement motivation of significant and positive impact on performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze Influence Leadership, Compensation and Organizational Climate on job satisfaction of employees at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Padang. This study uses quantitative methods. The study population was all public servants who work in Padang BPBDs totaling 58 people, and samples were taken with a stratified random sampling with a sample size of 51 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The results were analyzed by the method of data collection path analysis (path analysis) using SPSS. The results based pathway analysis showed that (1) the direct effect of leadership variables amounting to 7.39% and the indirect effect of 4.06% on job satisfaction through organizational climate, (2) variable compensation amounted to 10.63% direct effect and influence 3% directly to job satisfaction through organizational climate, (3) the direct effect of organizational climate variables for 25.76% of the employee satisfaction BPBDs Padang, while 49.16 is influenced by other factors outside the study. Abstract

This Research is aimed to analyze the influence of a leadership, the managing of policy, education level and the benefit of irrigation sector toward P3A participation in irrigation of Water Resource and Irrigation Sector Managing Program or( WISMP). This Research is using a survey method with the analyze of descriptive of associative with the regreation of  double program. The member of Respoundenceare about 187 people consist of  P3A member of WISMP in Kuranji Regency. The example of this research is choosed by the Sampling of Random Method it based on strata identification for education from the member of P3A WISMP. The Result of the research conclude that leadership, managing policy and irrigation benefit, they are significant influenced to ward participation to P3A members in irrigation  program in a WISMP Program. Its means with the development of leadership, managing policy and benefit of irrigation will increase of member participation of P3A in irrigation managing, meanwhile, level of education, not really signification influence toward member P3A participation in managing irrigation, although the education always improving. That way of the leadership, managing policy, education level and the benefit of irrigation have a positive effect to all of them. So with the conclusion we get the Leadership influence, policy management, education management and benefit of irrigation toward member of P3A participation in of WISMP only 45,50 % while 58,50% is again influenced by other variable.
