Abstract

Global challenges can not be avoided either from government or private sector, like it or not all parties are required to prepare themselves to be able to survive the standardization of management has become a major issue, more specifically the standardization of quality management systems (ISO 9001:2008). To that end, the government and private agencies need to set up the framework of the system towards a desired quality of the institution in accordance with the goals and objectives. Through human resources, infrastructure and working environment of the application of ISO 9001:2008 in the sense that the goal or objective quality of an institution capable of achieving conformity with the wishes of the expected (customer satisfaction) or a partner institution. Analyizing the effect of the Implementation of ISO 9001:2008 (human resources, infrastructure and work environment) to customer/patient satisfaction simultaneously or partially at the Medical Center PT. Kertas Leces (Persero). Descriptive and inferential analytic study with purposive sampling 50 respondents questionnaire instrument, Likert scale and multyple regression analysis techniques with a (0.05). Implementation of ISO 9001:2008 (human resources, infrastructure and work environment) with the F test, sig (0.000) < a (0.05), and Fcount (92.530) > Ftable (2.8068) simultaneously is very significant effect to Customer satisfaction with simultaneously determination contribution (85,8%). Variables: Human resources sig (0.000) < a (0.05) and tcount (5.728) > ttable (1.679) partially was very significant with (0.719) partially effect to customer satisfaction, Infrastructure with sig (0.128) > a (0.05) and tcount (1.549) < ttable (1.679) partially was not significant, and the working environments with sig (0.03) < a (0.05) and tcount (3.082) > ttable (1.679) partially was significantly affected by the partial contribution (0.494) to customer satisfaction. Thus showing the good human resources, infrastructure and work environment, the higher level of customer satisfaction. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of Animal Husbandry and Healthy Board of Probolinggo Regency with research variables, namely Discipline (X1), Communication (X2), and Motivation on Employee Performance (Y). The population of this research is all employees of Animal Husbandry and Animal Husbandry Office as many as 90 people at once sampled. Data analysis method is qualitative and quantitative analysis using seven formulas that is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, classical assumption test, and regression hypothesis with SPSS 22 for windows software. Based on the test result 1) t test (Partial) is obtained the significant of discipline (X1) on employee performance with t value ≥ t table (8,389 ≥ 1,988) (sig. 0,000> 0,05), for communication test result (X2) Employee with the value of t table ≥ t table (2,481 ≥ 1,988) (sig. 0.015 ≤ 0,05), while for the result of motivation test (X 3) on employee performance with t value table ≥ t arithmetic (2,530 ≥ 1,988) (sig. 0.013 <0.05). For test results 2) F test knows whether Discipline (X1), Communication (X2) and Motivation (X3) influence simultaneously (F) on Employee Performance (Y). F count> F table (64,088> 2.71) (Sig.0,000 <0.05) then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. Based on the analysis result of the variables affecting employee performance, it can be seen that the dominant influence the employee performance is the disciplinary variable (X1).

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the influence of leadership style and work discipline of effective working light of teachers in SMK Hidayatul Islam Clarak Leces District Probolinggo District. The population in this study were teachers and employees at SMK Hidayatul Islam Clarak Leces District Probolinggo district that requires 18 people. The sample used in this study is the entire population. The independent variables are leadership style (X1) and work discipline (X2) while the dependent variable is work effectiveness (Y). Data method used is interview, observation, documentation, literature study, questionnaire. Type of research used is. Result of research obtained 1) Equation Y = 8,337 + 0,559X1 + 0,147X2. 2) Result of calculation result of determination (R Square) equal to 0,385. This is expressed by the variable X (leadership style and work discipline) to the variation (up and down) variable Y (work effectiveness) of 38.5%, while the remaining 61.5% comes from factors other than leadership style And discipline work. 3) F test results showed 4.689 with a significance level of 0.026. Thus F-count = 4.689> F-table = 3.682, then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. This shows the difference of leadership style and work discipline that have an effect and significant simultaneously on the effective work of teachers in SMK Hidayatul Islam Clarak Leces District Probolinggo District. 4) The value of t arithmetic X1 = 2.952> t-table = 2.131, then rejected and Ha accepted, there is a significant influence between leadership style on work effectiveness. The value of t arithmetic X2 = 0.829 <t-table = 2.131, then Ha rejected and H0 accepted, there is no partially significant influence between work discipline on work effectiveness. 5) The value of t arithmetic X1 = 2.952> The value of t arithmetic X2 = 0.829, leadership style (X1) has the dominant influence (the greatest) to effective work (Y) in SMK Hidayatul Islam Clarak Leces District Probolinggo. Abstract

This research determinethe effect Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Assets (ROA), Inflation and exchange rate of the Bank Deposit. This research, especially for investors as the balance in the investment decision-making in the banking sector. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the F test and t test. Where the performance of banks consisting of a CAR, ROA, Inflation and exchange rate also a positive significant effect on interest rates on foreign currency bank deposits. And based on model test showed that significantly influence the performance of the bank deposit interest rates. Abstract

Penelitianini merupakan penelitian data secara deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan (variabel X1) dan budaya organisasi (variabel X2) secara simultan terhadap fraud (kecurangan) pada pengadaan barang/jasa di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Probolinggo, untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan (variabel X1) dan budaya organisasi (variabel X2) secara parsial terhadap fraud (kecurangan) pada pengadaan barang/jasa di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Probolinggo, untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan antara gaya kepemimpinan (variabel X1) dan budaya organisasi (variabel X2) terhadap fraud (kecurangan) pada pengadaan barang/jasa di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Probolinggo. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa F-hitung diperoleh sebesar 42,560 dengan nilai probabilitas(sig) = 0,00. Nilai F-hitung 42,560 > F-tabel 3,354, hal ini berarti gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan budaya organisasi (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap variabel terikat (fraud pengadaan barang/jasa di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Probolinggo). Hasil koefisien determinasi adalah 75,9% menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi semua variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat secara simultan adalah sebesar 75,9%. Secara parsial hasil t-hitung variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) sebesar 1,286, dengan tabel sebesar 2,048, t-hitung 1,286 > t-tabel 2,048 hal ini berarti bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial atau sendiri-sendiri antara variabel bebasterhadap variabel terikat. Sedangkan untuk variabel budaya organisasi hasil t-hitung sebesar 7,965 dengan t-tabel sebesar 2,048, t-hitung 7,965 >t-tabel 2,048 berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel bebas (budaya organisasi) terhadap variabel terikat (fraud pengadaan barang/jasa). Abstract

This research was conducted at Puskesmas Besuk with the aim to know the effect simultaneously and partially between education and training on performance of health officer of Puskesmas Besuk Probolinggo regency, and to know which variables have dominant effect. Independent variables in the form of education and training, and the dependent variable is the performance of employees. The sample used is 32 people, and the method of data analysis using quantitative analysis method by using statistical formula in the form of multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that education and training have an effect on the employee performance shown by the result of multiple regression analysis Y = 4,329 + 0,516 X1 + 0,294 X2. From the results of hypothesis testing "There is a significant influence simultaneously between education and training on the performance of employees of Puskesmas Besuk Probolinggo regency". From the results of partial hypothesis testing (individual) "There is a partial significant influence between education and training on the performance of Puskesmas employees". From the result of multiple regression analysis, it is known that regression coefficient b1 (0,516) is bigger than regression coefficient b2 (0,294), so it proved that "Educational variable that has dominant influence to performance of health officer of Puskesmas Besuk Probolinggo regency". Abstract

This study is aim to determine (1) the influence of service quality on customer satisfactions (volunteer) BMH UPP Probolinggo; (2) influence of service quality to customer loyalty (volunteer) BMH UPP Probolinggo (3) customer satisfaction can be mediator variable relation between service quality to loyalty (volunteer) BMH UPP Probolinggo. The number of populations and samples are 85 respondens. The collectng data are used to distribute of questionaires to customers (volunteer) who got mandate the funds by coming directly to the BMH UPP Probolinggo. The methods of data analysis used multiple linear regression and path analysis and Sobel Test to test influence and mediation relationship between variables.The results are (1) quality of service influence to customer satisfaction; (2) quality of service influence to customer loyalty (volunteer); (3) customer satisfaction becomes the mediator variable between service quality and customer loyalty (volunteer) on BMH UPP Probolinggo. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how big the influence of discipline and compensation on employee performance and variable which influence more dominant to employee performance that exist in Mts Manbaul Hikam Tegalsiwalan Probolinggo, type of quantitative descriptive research with sampling technique using total population (25 respondents) and hypothesis test Using t test and F test (α 0,05) with multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows the independent variable (X1) Discipline, independent variable (X2) Compensation affects collectively on the dependent variable (Y) Employee Performance, and the discipline variable has more dominant influence than the compensation variable. This will pay attention to the leadership of the Mts Manbaul Hikam Institute which is related to the compensation of the employees in order to improve its performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the application of Activity Based Costing Method to improve accuracy in determining the calculation of cost of production. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method through a case study approach that takes the location of research in Puspita catering city probolinggo.Hasil this study shows the calculation of cost of production according to traditional cost accounting method of Rp. 15,978.15 while the calculation of cost of production according to Activity Based Costing method of Rp. 15.766,36 so that there is a difference in the calculation of the cost of production of rice package D box in Puspita Catering Town Probolinggo more accurate apply Activity Based Costing by the difference of Rp. 211,79 is lower than traditional cost accounting methods, because Factory Overhead is charged to many Cost Drivers so as to be able to allocate the cost of activity to the product precisely and accurately based on the consumption of each activity. Abstract

This research aims to determine the optimal stock portfolio as the basis for the determination of investment in shares of companies at the Compas 100 Index listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The research period is the period 2013-2015. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The population of the research is 36 companies at the Compas 100 Index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013–2015. The selection of the sample was determined by purposive sampling technique with the criteria is a company that continuously entered at the Compas 100 Index during the period of observation 2013–2015 and don't do stock split during that period, so that the obtained samples as many as 30 stocks sample, there are 20 stock that have return AGRO is 2.31%, BABP is 1.09%, BACA is 2.31%, BAEK is 0.24%, BBCA is 3.40%, BBKP is 2.31%, BBNP is 2.31%, BBMD is 4.87%, BBNI is 4.87%, BBRI is 25.41%, BBTN is 4.87%, BCIC is 1.09%, BDMN is 1.09%, BEKS is 1.09%, BJBR is 4.87%, BJTM is 4.93%, BKSW is 3.99%, BMAS is 1.09%, MEGA is 3.40%, BMRI is 23.15%.
