Abstract

This research was conducted in DLH Kota Probolinggo with the aim to know whether conflict (X1) and work stress (X2) have significant partially and simultaneously effect on employee performance at DLH Kota Probolinggo. Research type used is quantitative, with research variables used to consist of three kinds of variables that are independent variable (conflict and work stress) and the dependent variable (performance). Population in this research is 20% of a total employee at DLH Town of Probolinggo that is equal to 90 responders. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis. The results showed that the results of the analysis F test known together Conflict and Work Stress significantly influence employee performance in DLH Probolinggo city. Based on the results of the F statistic test shows the value of 64,079 with a significance of 0.000. then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Partially work conflict is significant and significant to employee performance at Probolinggo Town DLH. Based on the results of t-test partial coefficient value of 5.411 with a significance of 0.000 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. And partially work stress also have an effect and significant to employees performance at DLH Town of Probolinggo. Based on the results of partial t-test shows the coefficient of 3.936 with the significance of 0.000 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Keywords: Employee Performance, Conflict, Job Stress

Abstract

From a general overview of the company five years latest, there was find three important issues, namely the discipline of work, compensation, and performance of the employee. The purpose of this research was to examine and analyze the extent of the influence of discipline of work and compensation to the performance of the employee in the Brilliant Education Centre Probolinggp Education Agency as well as to determine which variables are the most dominant influence on the performance of employees. This research used a quantitative research method with the explanatory approach to testing the hypothesis that has been set. The number of samples as many as 20 people by using sampling techniques saturated. Data sources derived from primary data and secondary data. Technics of analysis used analysis techniques of Multiple Linear Regression, validity test and reliability as well as a partial test and simultaneous test with the help of a computer program SPSS 16.0 for windows, which is a statistical computer program capable of processing statistical data. From the F-test, the independent variable of the discipline of work and compensation together or simultaneously significant effect on the dependent variable of the performance of employees in Brilliant Education Centre Probolinggo Education Agency. Thus the first hypothesis in this research was proved. From the result of analysis Multiple Linear Regression, the effect of independent variables of the discipline of work and compensation on the dependent variable of the performance of employee there was a strong and significant influence. Thus the second hypothesis in this research was proved. The most dominant variable effect the performance of employee was the discipline of work, the reason was the discipline of work has a standardized coefficient of the largest value when compared with the variable compensation. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Pembantu Syari’ah Probolinggo, dengan tujuan yang diharapkan dapat dicapai adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk syari’ah dan promosi penjualan secara simultan terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung pada PT BTN Tbk. KCP Syari’ah Probolinggo. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk syari’ah dan promosi penjualan secara parsial terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung pada PT BTN Tbk. KCP Syari’ah Probolinggo. 3) Untuk mengetahui variabel di antara produk syari’ah dan promosi penjualan yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung pada PT BTN Tbk. KCP Syari’ah Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian korelasional, dengan variabel bebas yaitu produk syari’ah dan promosi penjualan, dan variabel terikat yaitu keputusan menabung, dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 64 orang dengan kriteria nasabah yang menabung dan calon nasabah yang memerlukan informasi produk syari'ah. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh produk syari’ah dan promosi penjualan secara simultan terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung pada PT BTN Tbk. KCP Syari’ah Probolinggo dibuktikan engan uji hipotesis secara simultan yaitu Fhitung = 15,067 lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel = 3,148 (Fhitung > Ftabel) dengan nilai probabilitas (Sig. F) = 0,00 <  (0,05). Pengaruh produk syari’ah dan promosi penjualan secara parsial terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung pada PT BTN Tbk. KCP Syari’ah Probolinggo dibuktikan uji hipotesis secara parsial yaitu nilai thitung X1 = 3,530 > ttabel = 2,298 dengan nilai probabilitas (Sig. t) = 0,001 < /2 (0,05/2=0,025) sedangkan nilai thitung X2 = 2,542 > ttabel = 2,298 dengan nilai probabilitas (Sig. t) = 0,014 < /2 (0,05/2=0,025). Variabal variabel produk syari’ah yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung pada PT BTN Tbk. KCP Syari’ah Probolinggo yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien beta variabel X1 = 0,400 lebih besar dari nilai koefisien beta variabel X2 = 0,288. Abstract

The study was conducted at Puskesmas Gending Probolinggo district with the aim to know the influence between compensation and discipline on employee performance simultaneously or partially. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, with independent variable consists of compensation and discipline, while the dependent variable of research is employee performance. The result showed that there was an influence between compensation and discipline simultaneously on employee performance at Puskesmas Gending Probolinggo district, so hypothesis 1 research can be accepted. There is no partial influence between compensation on employee performance of Puskesmas Gending Kabupaten Probolinggo district, so hypothesis 2 between compensation on employee performance cannot be accepted. There is a partial influence between the discipline on the performance of the employees of Puskesmas Gending Probolinggo district, so the hypothesis 2 between the discipline of the employee’s performance can be accepted. Autocorrelation test result show Adjusted R Square value of 0.261. This coefficient gives an explanation that 26.10% change that happened at employee performance influenced by a variable of compensation and discipline, while the rest equal to 73.90% influenced by other variables not examined in current research. Abstract

This research was done at the Office of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia(Persero) Daerah Operasi IXUnit Kerja Jember with the aim to know the quality management ISO 9001:2015 and motivation climate simultaneously, partial, and dominant against the performance employee at the Office of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi IX Unit Kerja Jember. The research’s type that is used is a quantitative research with the approach of descriptive data analysis, research that many use numbers, starting from data collection, data interpretation, and the result are described by descriptive. Data collection technique that is used is the questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The samples in this research are as much as 100 people from 134 employees remain at the Office of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi IX Unit Kerja Jember using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling and the samples determination technique using the test of the data adequacy according to the Slovin’s formula. Data analysis used are the data quality analysis, classical assumptions analysis, determination coefficient analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20. The results of the research showed that: 1) based on the test results significant simultaneous/together produce a 1029,573 Fcount while Ftabel value on equal trust 95% is 3.09. Thus Fcount (1029,573) consecutive patients Ftabel (3.09) can be said that there is a significant influence simultaneously between the quality management 9001:2015 (X1) and motivation (X2) against the performance employee at the Office of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi IX Unit Kerja Jember; 2) based on the test results t partial variables X1 and X2 against the variables Y obtained count value quality management 9001:2015 variables (X1) of 21,289 and motivation (X2) of 11,019 while ttable on equal trust 95% is 1.66 thus thitung (21,289) and (11,019) > table (1,66) quality management 9001:2015 affect the dominant against the performance employee at the Office PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi IX Unit Kerja Jember. Based on the results of the above analysis it can be concluded that there is a significant influence partially between the quality management 9001:2015 (X1) and motivation (X2) against the performance employee at the Office PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the effect between the variable ability and organizational commitment simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Unity, Nation, and Politics (Bakesbangpol) Probolinggo. 2) To know the influence between the variable ability and organizational commitment partially on the performance of employees at the Unity, Nation, and Politics (Bakesbangpol) Probolinggo. 3) To know the dominant variable between organizational capability and commitment to employee performance at Badan Unity, Bangsa dan Politik (Bakesbangpol) Probolinggo District. Researcher uses descriptive with the approach of causal associative and takes sample counted 31 respondents, method of collecting data using questioner and sampling technique using saturated sampling. The analysis tool used is a questionnaire test consisting of validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, hypothesis test consisting of t-test, F test, and the dominant test. The result of the validity test shows all the valid question items above 0.367 and the result of the reliability test shows the reliable result that is above 0.60. Normality test shows normally distributed data. Multicollinearity test shows the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y) there is no correlation between independent variables or free regression model of multicollinearity. Heteroscedasticity test showed no heteroscedasticity. Autocorrelation test showed no autocorrelation occurred. F test shows that the independent variables simultaneously affect the purchase decision (Y) with the value Fcount> Ftable (36.637> 3.34) (sig. 0.000 <0.05). The t-test shows that the variable of the ability variable (X1) has a partial effect on the performance (Y) with the tcount> table (6,175> 2.048) (sig .0,00,05). And the commitment variable (X2) has a partial effect on the performance (Y) with the value of count (5.427 ≥ 2.048) (sig. 0.000 ≤ 0,05). This study supports the results of research conducted by Sitorus (2014), Permatasari (2016), and Shafiah (2014). Keywords: Ability, Organizational Commitment, and Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted on UD Furniture. Nur Agung Village of Muneng Kidul Sumberasih Subdistrict Probolinggo with the aim of research that will be achieved is a) to know the significant influence between product, price, distribution, and promotion simultaneously and partially to purchasing decision on UD furniture. Nur Agung Village Muneng Kidul District Sumberasih Probolinggo District. b) to know the variables among product, price, distribution, and promotion that have dominant influence to purchasing decision on UD furniture. Nur Agung Village Muneng Kidul District Sumberasih Probolinggo District. Type of research used is Quantitative research type with the associative approach, with variables used, include product, price, distribution, promotion, and purchasing decision. The sample used is 63 respondents. The results showed that there is significant influence between product, price, distribution, and promotion simultaneously to purchase decision on UD furniture. Nur Agung Village of Muneng Kidul Sumberasih Sub District Probolinggo, proved by a value of Fhitung (8,544)> Ftabel (2,530) and sig. = 0,000a <0.05. There is influence between product, price, distribution, and promotion partially to purchase decision seen result variable X1 count (3,656)> table (2,002) with sig value. = 0.001. Variable X2 count (2,605)> table (2,002) and sig value. = 0.012. Variable X3 count (2,884)> table (2,002) and sig value. = 0.006. Variable X4 count (3,006)> table (2,002) and sig value. = 0.004. The independent variable that has the most dominant influence on the dependent variable by seeing the largest significant t value is the product variable (X1) of 3,656 with a sig. 0.001 which influenced dominantly to variable Y from product variable (X2), distribution variable (X3) and promotion (X4). Abstract

This study was conducted at the Cooperative Suka Maju Probolinggo based on the results of the initial survey showed to gain the trust of consumers, the Cooperative Suka Maju continue to show a perfect impression on the consumer to continue to improve the quality of service and continue to pay attention to ethics in the delivery of services in order to achieve consumer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the form factor of excellent service attitude, attention and action simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction in the Cooperative Suka Maju, and know the most dominant factor between attitude, attention, and action on Consumer Satisfaction In Love Forward Cooperative. This type of research is classified as causal research, the variables used include excellent service with attitude, attention, and action as well as customer satisfaction. The method used to analyze the research data that is using the quantitative descriptive approach in the form of multiple regression analysis and determination because it is concerned with the calculation to answer the problem formulation and testing of hypotheses proposed use statistics. The results showed that consumers are satisfied with the excellent service at the Cooperative Suka Maju because to the provision of services in accordance with customer expectations based on the principle of 3A is Attitude, Attention, Action. Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on a stock price of Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) company registered at IDX. The type of research used is associative and quantitative. The sample of this research is using 30 companies selected based on purposive sampling method with observation period 2012-2016. The data used are secondary data sourced from financial statement data in IDX, with data collection method in the form of documentation and literature study. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The result shows that Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously affect stock price with coefficient value of Earning Per Share (EPS) is 0,002, Price Earning Ratio (PER) is 0,0001, Price to Book Value (PBV) is 0.004, and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) is -0,025. Partially Earning Per Share (EPS) have an effect on stock price, while Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially have no effect to a stock price. And Earning Per Share (EPS) is the dominant variable to the stock price with t value is 14.724. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UD Sofi Jaya Kota Probolinggo karena di perusahaan terjadi naik turunnya modal kerja yang mempengaruhi tingkat likuiditas perusahaan, dengan tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis sumber dan penggunaan modal kerja UD Sofi Jaya Kota Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa laporan sumber dan penggunaan dana UD Sofi Jaya Kota Probolinggo periode tahun 2013 hingga 2016, sampel dipilih karena keterbatasan jumlah populasi dan berdasarkan pertimbangan bahwa data tersebut merupakan data terbaru yang disajikan oleh perusahaan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini mencakup pekerjaan meringkas data yang telah dikumpulkan menjadi suatu jumlah yang dapat dikelola, membuat ringkasan dan menerapkan suatu teknik, dalam penelitian ini analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggambarkan keadaan yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laporan sumber dan penggunaan modal kerja UD Sofi Jaya Kota Probolinggo dari tahun 2013 hingga tahun 2016 diketahui penurunan modal kerja pada tahun 2013 sebesar Rp 3.639.340,- tahun 2014 menurun sebesar Rp1.080.300,-, tahun 2015 mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp860.360,-, tahun 2016 juga mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp 3.115.090,- Tahun 2013 menunjukkan tingkat likuiditas yang menurun dari tahun sebelumnya sebesar 2,28%, dengan menggunakan current ratio dan 3,13% dengan menggunakan quick ratio, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan penurunan kas dan piutang sementara jumlah bank dan persediaan meningkat dan jumlah hutang biaya meningkat. Tahun 2014 menunjukkan tingkat likuiditas yang menurun pula dari tahun sebelumnya sebesar 2,87% dengan menggunakan current ratio dan 1,70% dengan menggunakan quick ratio. tahun 2015 menunjukkan tingkat likuiditas yang meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya sebesar 8,25% dengan menggunakan current ratio dan penurunan sebesar 9,16% dengan menggunakan quick ratio, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan jumlah kas dan persediaan sementara jumlah bank, piutang dan kewajiban lancar menurun, penurunan jumlah bank dan piutang digunakan oleh perusahaan sebagian besar untuk pembelian dan pembayaran hutang bank.
