Abstract

The Indonesian government's role in optimizing the halal economy includes initiatives such as the Free Halal Certification Program (SEHATI) for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which has demonstrated a substantial impact on income levels. Halal certification has been shown to positively affect revenue growth among MSMEs. In Mataram City, in particular, MSMEs experienced significant increases in income following the acquisition of halal certification. The SEHATI program for MSMEs in Mataram is coordinated by various institutions, including the Halal Center at UIN Mataram, the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Department of Cooperatives and MSMEs, and the Department of Industry and Trade. The aim of this study is to implement and analyze the impact of the SEHATI Free Halal Certification Program on the income growth of MSMEs in Mataram City. This research employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing field research techniques such as observation, interviews, and data collection through documentation. The findings indicate that the SEHATI program has had a significant impact on the income levels of MSMEs in Mataram City. The implementation of the SEHATI program involves several key elements: first, effective communication; second, human resource development; third, the role and attitude of program implementers; and fourth, the organizational structure, emphasizing the importance of collaboration among implementing bodies. The provision of free halal certification through the SEHATI program has notably increased the income of MSMEs in Mataram City, empowering business owners to market their products with enhanced confidence.

Abstract

The increasing of human activity has an impact on the environment; waste, greenhouse gases, global warming, and climate change. This research tried to design a waste management model based on individual behavior and economic values. The approach used is a mixed method using SEM PLS as a quantitative analysis tool and descriptive analysis and literature study as a qualitative analysis. The conclusion obtained is that in the consumption behavior variables, the factors age, education, food consumption, energy consumption and residues have a positive impact on awareness of managing waste, in the waste management variables education, individual benefits and values have a significant impact on awareness of managing waste, this finding then became the basis for the development of carbon taxonomy.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of brand image and E-Channel product service quality on transaction interest and customer satisfaction. Using a quantitative survey approach, the study involves 98 respondents, equally divided by gender. A Likert scale questionnaire with 30 questions was used.For variables X1, X2, and Y1, regression analysis shows an R value of 0.870 and an R Square value of 0.757, meaning 75.7% of the variance is explained by the model. ANOVA results reveal an F value of 148.038 with a significance level below 0.001. The quality of E-Channel product services has a stronger influence (Beta = 0.677) than brand image (Beta = 0.218).For variables X1, X2, and Y2, the model summary shows an R value of 0.914 and an R Square value of 0.836, explaining 83.6% of the variance. ANOVA results show an F value of 241.910 with a significance level below 0.001. The quality of E-Channel product services has a stronger impact (Beta = 0.523) compared to brand image (Beta = 0.428).The study concludes that improving E-Channel product service quality and brand image enhances transaction interest and customer satisfaction.This study is essential to provide a deeper understanding of the factors influencing customer interest and satisfaction in using E-Channel services. The findings indicate that improving the quality of E-Channel service products and brand image can enhance customer transaction interest and satisfaction, which has significant implications for marketing strategies and the enhancement of banking services.

Abstract

Abstrak Risiko merupakan suatu keadaan yang pasti terdapat dalam setiap aktivitas bisnis, termasuk bisnis bank. Manajemen risiko menjadi hal yang penting bagi bank karena terkait dengan penghimpunan dan penyaluran dana nasabah. Seperti halnya bank konvensional, bank syariah juga tidak lepas dari risiko. Namun, risiko yang dapat menimpa bank syariah bisa berbeda dikarenakan keunikan karakter bisnis bank syariah itu sendiri. Keunikan bank syariah tidak hanya terletak pada produk dan akad-akad pembiayannya, tetapi juga dari sisi kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) sebagai pengelola risiko. Ciri utama SDM bank syariah adalah performa akhlak yang berlandaskan etika dalam menjalankan bisnis. Oleh karena itu, studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko yang ada pada bank syariah, kemudian menemukan solusi berupa pengelolaan risiko pada bak syariah yang mengandung etika bisnis.

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan lembaga asuransi syari’ah di Lombok cukup menggembirakan. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui tentang faktor psikologis yang merupakan faktor pendorong dari dalam diri nasabah yang dapat berkontribusi mempengaruhi minat nasabah untuk berasuransi syariah, yaitu motif rasional dan motif emosional. Selain itu ingin mengetahui apakah faktor keyakinan nasabah di Lombok yang mayoritas muslim mempunyai kontribusi yang paling dominan. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden dari nasabah 8 perusahaan asuransi syariah di Lombok. Tehnik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dan pemilihan samplenya dilakukan secara accidental sampling. Teori yang dipakai untuk membedah pokok permasalahan yang ada adalah dengan menggunakan teori pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian: secara parsial motif rasional dan motif emosional berkontribusi secara signifikan pada pemantapan minat berasuransi syariah dan keyakinan nasabah berkontribusi tidak signifikan. Akan tetapi secara simultan semua variabel berkontribusi sangat signifikan. Besaran kontribusinya yaitu 40,6 %. Yang paling dominan berkontribusi adalah variabel motif rasional.

Abstract

Manajemen penganggaran publik diperlukan untuk melahirkan paradigma baru dari traditional budget menuju performance budget. Implementasi penganggaran publik saat ini tidak sepenuhnya sesuai dengan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi penganggaran, karena minimnya keterlibatan masyarakat. Besarnya postur anggaran belanja pada bidang tertentu menjadikan tidak terlaksananya pembangunan dengan baik. Islam memberikan alternatif pengelolaan penganggaran dengan memaksimalkan sumber daya alam dan manusia yang dikelola langsung oleh pemerintah dengan tujuan mewujudkan keadilan, kesejahteraan, dan kemakmuran bagi masyarakat. Fenomena ini memunculkan beberapa permasalahan, diantaranya bagaimana mekanisme perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi manajamen penganggaran publik, dan bagaimana manajemen penganggaran publik dalam mencapai sasaran pembangunan dalam perspektif Islam. Gambaran secara umum menyatakan bahwa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi penganggaran publik pada prinsipnya belum memenuhi standar pola penganggaran publik, karena minimnya keterlibatan masyarakat. Menelaah pemikiran Umar bin Abdul Aziz dalam manajemen penganggaran publik memberikan wacana baru tentang bagaimana pola penganggaran publik yang memiliki konsep prinsip dasar bahwa segala bentuk kekayaan yang dikelola oleh negara adalah untuk kepentingan rakyat, dengan memaksimalkan sumber pendapatan yang berorientasi pada prinsip mashlahah dan menghindari masyaqqah. Sumber pendapatan dimaksud adalah optimalisasi potensi zakat, infaq, dan shadaqah sebagai pendapatan asli. Implikasi teorinya, bahwa tidak ada perbedaan antara penganggaran dalam perspektif Islam maupun penganggaran pada umumnya berdasarkan kaidah tasarruf al-imam ala ra’iyyah manutun bi al-maslahah. Perpaduan kedua konsep dan teori tersebut menghasilkan pola baru dalam manajemen penganggaran publik, yang berorientasi pada mashlahah, berkeadilan, menghindari masyaqqah, dan memiliki keseimbangan (equilibrium), untuk mencapai kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran rakyat.

Abstract

“The Strategy of the Malang Sabilillah Mosque in Community Economic Empowerment”. With the aim of this study is to understand and explore how the mosque’s strategy in the economic empowerment of the people and to understand how the results of the mosque’s strategy in the economic empowerment of the people. The research method used is to use a case study approach and descriptive qualitative research type. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation and study of literature, which is related to the strategy of the Sabilillah Mosque in Malang in empowering the economic community. The results showed that the community economic empowerment strategy used by the Sabilillah Mosque in Malang was to use two different empowerment programs, but the two programs were interrelated wih each other. Mosque cooperatives explore the potential of pilgrims who want to open a businesses, while LAZIS has a business development programs for the poor or needy to empower them from the economic side. Then the results of the empowerment strategy stated that the micro entrepreneurs who were given assistance from the mosque made their businesses grow and affect the economic welfare of the family.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and predict stock prices using technical analysis at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, Tbk by ARIMA method. Data collection technique used is archival data collection which comes from secondary data. Secondary data in this study’s from daily data on ADMF shares in 2nd January 2020-26th October 2020 which is sourced from finance.yahoo.com. The analysis technique used in this research is the Box-Jenkins method with three stages, i.e. the first stage of identification and specification of ARIMA model (p, d, q), the second stage is prediction stage, the third stage is diagnosis model. This study results show that the MA Model (2) is the best model whose data describes ADMF stock price movements during the pandemic period and produces a difference between the real data and forecast is not too different. Where on average there’s a difference about Rp. 43.5 between the real stock price data with forecast data. Suggestions for future researchers to use fundamental analysis to support investment decisions.

Abstract

BAZ/LAZ was formed as an implementation of zakat management objectives so that it runs well and professionally. Through this research, it can be seen how the implementation of zakat distribution in the Muslim community in carrying out zakat payments and the various factors that cause the Muslim community who is obliged to do zakat to choose to distribute zakat directly to mustahik. Related to this type of research, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research with sociological and empirical approaches. In this study, researchers took the research object in the Sunan Ampel Religious Tourism Area in Surabaya. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the pattern of zakat distribution in the Muslim community occurs in two policies, namely following the BAZ/LAZ policy and the policies pursued through the direct distribution of zakat. The factors causing direct distribution of zakat occur due to the lack of socialization of the latest laws, the long distance from BAZ/LAZ, lack of trust and muzakki feel that they are more affluent and practically pay zakat themselves. The emergence of these reasons, it can be said that the management of zakat is included in the distribution of zakat illegally and violates the law due to a lack of coordination in the management of zakat.

Abstract

The halal industry has experienced accelerated growth globally, contributing RM7.4 trillion (USD 2.3 trillion). Therefore, this study proposes a conceptual model of the halal industry’s success within a literature review, including a descriptive-qualitative approach. It is utilised to define the indicators concerning the success of the halal industry and predictor factors that have a significant effect. This study is a conceptual work that identifies several factors that influence the success of the halal industry by surveying several factors that affect them. The survey was performed through a literature review. This study displays three indicators of success in the halal sector: business growth, growth, the decision to buy, and financial performance. In addition, this study discovered that four factors are predicted to significantly affect the success of the halal industry: halal certification, product quality, governance support, and Sharia banks. The results obtained from conceptual models and hypotheses are demanded to examine this effect. It is also utilised to design new constructions validated to confirm the halal industry in various countries. Therefore, this conceptual model stands desired to study the success of specific halal sectors further
