Abstract

In the current business landscape, the role of digital marketing in driving sales and shaping marketing strategies has become increasingly essential, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to determine the effects of digital marketing on sales, marketing strategies, and the challenges associated with implementing digital marketing for MSMEs, using Syifa Bakery as a case study. The research adopts an observational descriptive approach, utilizing structured and in-depth interviews for data collection. The study's findings reveal that the digital marketing initiatives undertaken by Syifa Bakery, an MSME, significantly contribute to increased sales. Digital marketing proves to be cost-effective, convenient, and accessible at all times. The primary strategy employed for product marketing through digital channels includes the use of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp status updates, and live streaming on Facebook. However, the implementation encounters challenges such as unreliable internet connections, delivery delays, insufficient marketing and design personnel, and instances of transaction fraud and manipulation of administrative contact information. Thus, the study demonstrates the multifaceted nature of digital marketing implementation.

Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the mediation and moderation effects of price perception and service quality on the relationship between product variety and customer satisfaction in the automotive spare parts retail area. In this study, a quantitative approach was used and data were collected from 80 customers of the BC Waru Sidoarjo store using a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms. Statistical analysis was performed by SEM SmartPLS3 software. The results indicate that the factors of pricing perception, service quality, and product variety are interrelated in a very intricate way and can have a huge effect on customer satisfaction. This finding pinpoints the need for an integrated and holistic approach towards improving customer satisfaction. It will help management come up with more efficient ways of improving customer loyalty for competitive advantage in the market by understanding the dynamics of these elements and their interlinkages. It also offers a glimpse into the important interrelations that exist among the variables of key concern, while duly underscoring the need for clarity in understanding those factors that may affect the level of satisfaction on the part of customers from the motor vehicle spare parts sector.

Abstract

This study investigates the extent to which digital measures affect employee engagement and productivity at PT. Bogajaya Megah Abadi. Using a phenomenological design, the researcher explores the personal narratives that emerge as staff adapt to new devices. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews and guided group discussions, involving six employees from various levels. Preliminary findings indicate that modern technology applications accelerate communication flows and make team collaboration feel more seamless. However, some individuals expressed feelings of isolation due to a significant reduction in face-to-face meetings. From a management perspective, digitalisation has successfully reduced process times, lowered operational costs, and improved service quality. The biggest challenge remains during the transition period, where training and new habits must be established. To bridge this gap, the study recommends that companies schedule regular training sessions and encourage social activities in the office. Researchers also encourage further study, perhaps by comparing these findings with other companies or attributing the specific effects of one technology platform to individual and team performance.
