Abstract

Gastritis is an inflammatory process of the mucous lining and the gastric sub-mucosa. Gastritis is one of the most common diseases in the clinic in general (Slamet, 2014). Research aims to determine the analysis of factors that affect the incidence of gastritis in the inpatient room of Baubau General Hospital year 2020 .This research is the type of research used is quantitative research, using cross sectional design. Cross sectional study is a study to learn the dynamics of correlation between factors related to the effect by way of approach, observation or data collection at one time (point time approach) with sample 71 respondents who were in the hospitalization of the city Hospital.The results of the study of the economic status (P = 0.000) of diet (P = 0.028) smoking (P = 0.000) stress (P = 0.000) that there is a significant influence on economic status, diet, smoking, stress on the incidence of gastritis in the inpatient Room General Hospital of Baubau year 2020 while Smoking is the dominant factor incidence of gastritis in the inpatient Hospital of Baubau 2020. Advice in this research as a material input and information about the incidence of gastritis for the Hospital so that can conduct health promotion regarding the prevention of the incidence of gastritis. With the results of this study is expected to sufferers to be able to pay attention to the meal time according to the meal schedule especially breakfast time, day and night and reduce and avoid the types of foods that can cause gastric acid to increase such as spicy food and acid respondents are also expected to avoid factors that can trigger the occurrence of stress as well as many activities that can be able to act on stress such as sports and religious activities and avoid or reduce the number of cigarettes smoked in a day.

Abstract

Pregnant women are a vulnerable group, have a high risk of anemia. Anemia will reduce the body's resistance so that it is vulnerable to various infections, including COVID-19 infection. Prevention of nutritional anemia in pregnant women is carried out by giving a minimum of 90 Blood Add Tablets (TTD) during pregnancy and starting as early as possible with the technical provision of 10 items every month for examination visits for pregnant women. The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the distribution of blood-added tablets to pregnant women. The purpose of the study was to find out how to distribute blood-added tablets, provide health education regarding the consumption of blood-added tablets and compliance with blood-added tablets consumption during the pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The study was located in the Puskesmas in the Banyumas district, with a total of 2 Puskesmas namely, Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan and Puskesmas Kembaran I. This study used purposive sampling by taking 4 main informants consisting of 2 coordinating midwives and 2 nutrition managers, while the supporting informants consisted of of 2 pregnant women and 1 Kepala Bagian KIA of the Banyumas Health Office. ANC services and distribution of blood-added tablets during the COVID-19 pandemic will continue to be carried out with certain strategies in accordance with established policies by taking into account health protocols. The provision of health education and counseling is carried out online and compliance monitoring is still subjective and uses the KIA handbook.

Abstract

The sars-cov-2 virus or coronavirus attacks the human respiratory system, causing mild to severe disorders and even death. Diseases caused by the virus can attack anyone without exception, including young people. So far, the use of masks is part of a series of prevention and control measures that can limit and reduce the spread of viral diseases. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence adolescent adherence to the use of masks as an effort to prevent COVID-19. This research uses descriptive analytic research with a cross-sectional study approach. The sample in this study were adolescents aged 11-20 years using a purposive sample technique. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and observations during April-June in the working area of ​​the Burau Health Center in 2021. Data analysis was in the form of bivariate analysis using the chi square test while multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression tests (multiple logistic regretion). The results of the bivariate analysis obtained knowledge, namely (p value = 0.055 > 0.05), attitudes (p value = 0.034 < 0.05), motivation (p value = 0.028 < 0.05), sources of information (p value = 0.005 < 0 0.05), environment (p value = 0.017 < 0.05) and results multivariate knowledge results (p value = 0.251 > 0.05), attitude (p value 0.092 > 0.05), motivation (p value = 0.544 > 0 0.05), source of information (p value = 0.007 <0.05), environment (p value = 0.020 < 0.05). The conclusion in this study shows that knowledge, attitudes, motivation, sources of information have no effect while the environment and sources of information have an influence on adolescent compliance in using masks as an effort to prevent covid-19 in the work area of ​​the Burau Health Center, East Luwu Regency.

Abstract

By 1 September 2020, a total of 101 health personnel in Indonesia were reported dead, with the highest mortality ratio compared with other countries (a CFR of 1,36%). A big number of public health centre employees at the city of Cilegon were reported to be infected by COVID-19. The Indonesian Government through the Ministry of Health have issued guidelines regarding the prevention and management of COVID-19 for health personnel. This study was done to obtain a description of how the COVID-19 prevention procedures were implemented for health personnel. This study is qualitative, data was taken with an independent evaluation form , and to further deepen the results an in depth interview which evaluated the relationship between Malcolm Baldridge  components was done. Our research found that 14 out of 66 evaluation aspects were not fulfilled, therefore the Public Health Centre of Cilegon still needs to improve its prevention procedures in order to maintain the health and safety of the health personnel. With the Malcolm Baldridge approach, the categories that had the biggest concern were the category of measurement-analysis  and management of knowledge, leadership, and workforce focus.

Abstract

Health services at primary health care (puskesmas) is one of many public areas affected Covid-19. Being as determinants emergency health problem, the Government decided to implement the PSBB. Large-scale social restrictions affect regulation in health facilities in service delivery. Access to treatment such as TB treatment is often hampered. This study aims to evaluate access to tuberculosis treatment services at (Abadijaya Community Health Centre) during the Covid-19 pandemic. Study use explanatory research with mixed methods, conducted online survey on 21 respondents in the work area of ​​Puskesmas Abadijaya using google form to describe the frequency distribution of service access with 5A aspects (availability, affordability, acceptability, accessibility and accommodation). The qualitative approach was carried out on three informants, namely the head of the health center, the implementing doctor and the person in charge of the TB program through indepth interviews as source triangulation and document review. Based on the result  of research, the distribution of description TB respondents on five aspects of access to health services state that only two aspects meet the needs of respondents, that is the affordability (52.3%) and availability (57.1%), while the other three aspects are not easily accessible such as acceptability (33.3%) accessibility ( 33.3%), and accommodation (38%). These results were strengthened through in-depth interviews with puskesmas Abadijaya informants who stated that the puskesmas attempted to facilitate TB treatment using telemedicine, appropriate drug distribution and there were no restrictions on TB treatment in health services during the Covid-19 period so that it could be accessed and reached by TB sufferers. However, there is still a gap between the perceptions of health workers and TB sufferers who felt that services were not acceptable during the Covid period, as well as lack of accessibility and difficult to reach accommodation

Abstract

Drug abuse can interfere with a person's physical and psychological capacities. Psychological problems that can occur in a drug addict is a disturbance in the thought process. a former drug addict must have self-defense by removing a source of strength from within him which is called resilience. Social support is one of the protective factors in the process of building resilience. This study aims to analyze the relationship between social support and the resilience of former drug addicts in Surabaya. The design of this research is cross sectional with a sample size of 30 respondents. Statistical analysis used is Spearman rank correlation. Spearman rank correlation test results show the correlation coefficient value is 0.364 with a significance level of 0.048 which means that there is a relationship between social and resilience of former drug addicts in Surabaya. The correlation value of social support with the resilience of former drug addicts in this study is in the low category. Good social support is not enough to help former drug addicts to completely break away from drugs and needs to be strengthened by other external factors.

Abstract

Nutritional problems are actually not a problem caused by poverty alone. Socio-cultural aspects in this case are beliefs, education, and jobs that exist in the community are also other contributing factors. This results in actions that do not support the achievement of adequate nutrition for toddlers. In addition, the socio-economic conditions of a family greatly affect whether or not the needs and affection that will be obtained by children will be fulfilled. This is certainly closely related to family income and parental education. Malnutrition in toddlers has a negative impact on physical and mental growth, which in turn will hinder learning achievement. Objective This study aims to find out the description of malnutrition in children under five in Banjarnegara Regency in 2021. Methods This research uses an observation method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were infants aged 0 – 59 weeks, as many as 33 toddlers in Banjarnegara Regency, Central Java. Results: Malnutrition in Banyumas Regency based on mother's education level and income, mostly the average level of mother's education is low (Not graduated from elementary school, graduated from elementary school, graduated from junior high school) there are 26 (78.8%) and based on parental income the average -the average income is less than the minimum wage in Banjarnegara Regency Rp. 1,805,000 (66.7%). Conclusion Malnutrition in Banyumas Regency is based on the low level of maternal education and less parental income.

Abstract

The higher life expectancy of a country leads to a high number of elderly people followed by high health problems in the elderly both physically and psychologically. One of the efforts to suppress all complaints to the elderly is to do ergonomic gymnastics that has been proven to provide many benefits, especially to the elderly. Ergonomic gymnastics is a gymnastics that can directly open, clean, and activate the entire body systems such as cardiovascular, urinary, reproductive systems. These movements also allow the body to be able to control, ward off some diseases and malfunctions so that the body remains healthy. Literature search from February 2019 to June 2019 using the keywords "Benefits of Ergonomic Gymnastics for The Elderly", "The Influence of Ergonomic Gymnastics for Elderly Health", "Efforts to Maintain Elderly Health", "Factors that affect Elderly Health". A total of 10 articles were selected because they meet the criteria for inclusion, namely titles and content relevant to the purpose, written in English or Indonesian, full text, published in the last 7 years. From the 10 articles selected for the review, information related to the benefits of ergonomic gymnastics for the elderly, including ergonomic gymnastics can lower anxiety levels, can improve sleep quality / insomnia, decrease chronic pain and muscle weakness, and can improve the quality of life in the elderly.

Abstract

Hypertension is the silent killer disease because there are no signs or symptoms that can be seen from theoutside, which will cause complications in target organs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectof giving boiled water with avocado and jasmine leaves on blood pressure in the elderly with hypertensiongrade 1 in the Tlanakan Public Health Center, Pamekasan Regency. This research is quantitative researchwith a quasi-experimental method. The sample in this study was elderly with hypertension grade 1 who metthe inclusion criteria in the Work Area of ​​the Tlanakan Health Center, Pamekasan Regency as many as 42people. Statistical test using Paired Sample T-Test. The results showed that before being given theintervention of boiled water of avocado and jasmine leaves, most of the respondents were elderly withhypertension grade 1, namely 36 people (85%), after being given the intervention of boiled water of avocadoand jasmine leaves there was a significant decrease in blood pressure, most of the respondents 29 peoplebecame Pre Hypertension (69%). The results of the Paired t-test analysis show that the p-value is 0.000.From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving boiled water of avocadoand jasmine leaves on blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension grade 1 in the Work Area of ​​theTlanakan Public Health Center, Pamekasan Regency. Suggestions for this research are that it is hoped thatthere will be further research on local resources for hypertension.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has declared the COVID-19 outbreak a national disaster on March 14, 2020 The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on maternal and child health services. The decline in antenatal care visits and health services for infants and toddlers occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic as a result of policies such as Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) during the pandemic. The research method uses a mixed methods approach with a deductive-sequential design. The population in this study were all mothers, infants and children. toddlers who are in Tangerang district while the samples in this study are mothers, infants and toddlers whose data is available on the Recover Covid dashboard. The results of the study show indicators of Maternal and Child Health programs that have been negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, including K1 and K4 coverage, children under five being monitored for growth and development, IDL and maternal mortality. Suggestions from this study need to arrange a village visit schedule, optimize referral hospitals for maternity patients with COVID-19, improve delivery facilities and infrastructure for mothers with COVID-19 and support APBD from local governments
