Abstract

PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia Company employs about 67,000 workers in one of its factories located in Gresik, East Java. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational communication, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction through employee performance as intervening variable. The sample of this research is employees of PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia amounted to 150 respondents. Data analysis technique used is analysis with path analysis method with the help of software SPSS version 19. The result of research explain that there is influence between communication variable to employee performance. Leadership style variables have a significant effect on employee performance. organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove whether earnings management and Good Corporarate Governance affect  the financial performance of the company. The research was conducted at manufacturing company of industrial sector of consumer goods listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. Analysis of data model used in this research is multiple linear regression model using SPSS 18. Data analysis using classical assumption test that is data normality test, multicolinierity test, autocorrelation test and hiteroskedatisitas test. And t test and f test. The results showed that there is no effect of earnings management on corporate financial performance. then the company's financial performance as measured by return on assets has increased with good corporate governance. The test results of both variable earnings management and good corporate governance have a positive and significant impact on the financial performance of the company.Keywords: earnings management, good corporate governance, financial performanceDOI :10.5281/zenodo.3474586

Abstract

Wages are the employee benefits provided by the company to workers for services that have been settled directly to workers, their spouses, children or other dependents. However, on the other hand, wages are also a cost for the company. Therefore, many outsourcing companies are pressing the wages for their workers to minimize the amount of company salary costs, so that the wages given to each worker are not in accordance with applicable government regulations. This prompted researchers to research and analyze wages applied by PT Swabina Gatra Gresik. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. PT Swabina Gatra is a national scale outsourcing service provider company. The result of this study is that PT Swabina Gatra Gresik has implemented short-term employee benefits and post-employment benefits based on PSAK No. 24 and also provide minimum basic wages in accordance with the Minimum Wage for the placement city so that they are in accordance with Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. Normatively, the provision of wages that are appropriate for the Minimum Wage for Employees (MSEs) does not affect the company's income unless there are problems outside the agreed work contract. Abstract

 This research aims to analyze the factors which influence the low interest of muslim traders in the use of services Bank Mandiri Syariah KCSumberrejo. Those factors are product knowledge, promotion, Religiosity, and perception. This research was conducted in Bank Mandiri Syariah (BSM) Sumberrejo Branch because it is the only Islamic Bank in the Sumberrejo Sub-district in this research is still classified as low devotees namely muslim traders in the market Sumberrejo as the target. This research is quantitative research using Survey Method. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. Data collection was done by disseminating a questionnaire to 71 respondents with muslim traders who haven't criteria using Bank Mandiri Syariah KC Sumberrejo and interpretation of data using Multiple Linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the test T (partial test) can be inferred variable promotion and perception of the partially positive and significant effect against the low interest in muslim traders using services Bank Mandiri Syariah KC Sumberrejo, with value significance under the value alpha (α = 0.05), whereas the variable product knowledge and Religiosity partially do not affect significantly to low interest in muslim traders using Bank Mandiri Syariah KC Sumberrejo, with value the significance of the above values of alpha (α = 0.05). The most influential factor obtained the dominant factors in perception, i.e. it is based on the value t calculate the factor of perception (5.808) is greater than count, the t factor of knowledge products (0.070), promotion (2.388) factors, and religiosity (1.622-) so that It is evident that the dominant perception more influential factor when compared to the factor of knowledge products, promotions, and religiosity. Keyword: Low Interest, knowledge products, promotions, Religiosity, and perception.DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3474598

Abstract

Every organization wanted the employees who work well, and carry out the responsibilities given by the leadership or superiors. Achievement of performance that is still not optimal due to lack of motivation from superiors and work discipline is lacking. To create employee performance to run effectively, in this case employees at UPT Agricultural Department Region II requires motivation accompanied by high work discipline. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline toward employee performance. The research was conducted at UPT Agriculture Department Region II District of Gresik. This research using quantitative approach. The technique of sampling in this research used saturated sampling or total sampling with a total sample of 33 respondents.  Techniques of collecting the data using questioner. The research findings from 33 participants using programme SPSS 15.00 version of windows. Based on the result test of t (partial), motivation variable (X1) can't influence toward performance employee (Y). Work discipline's variable (X2) gave significant influence on performance employee (Y). Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh parsial dan simultan, komitmen dan kerjasama terhadap kinerja karyawan (studi kasus PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia Gresik). Sehingga dengan gambaran tersebut, nantinya dapat dijadikan saran dan bahan untuk evaluasi kemajuan dan keberhasilan karyawan bagian Satpam dalam tugasnya sehari-hari di lingkungan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji f, uji t dalam analisis data. Penelitian mengambil populasi dengan teknik penentuan sampling jenuh karena semua populasi diambil dari seluruh anggota Satpam PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia Gresik digunakan sebagai sampel sebanyak 47 responden dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner untuk memperoleh data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel, komitmen dan kerjasama secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Adapun variabel, komitmen dan kerjasama secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Komitmen, Kerjasama, Kinerja Karyawan.DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3474611

Abstract

In Bojonegoro there are conventional and sharia banks that both have financing or credit products for pensioners. This led to competition in obtaining the customer to elect retirement financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri. Banking should thoroughly understand the factors affecting the decision of the customer in choosing financing. The goal that is to be achieved in this study is to know the individual, social, and cultural influences both partially and simultaneously on the decision to choose pension financing in Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Sumberrejo and toretrieve the most dominant variable. This study is quantitative research using the Survey method. Specifies the number of samples with the Slovin formula and the sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The collection of data is done by spreading the questionnaire to 78 respondents with the criteria of having pension financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Sumberrejo. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analyses. The results showed that the simultaneous personal, social and cultural effect was significant to the decision to choose the certification financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Sumberrejo based on the value F calculate > F table (7, 943 > 2.73) as well as the significance sig value 0,000 < 0.05 (Alpha). Partial personal factors have a significant effect on the decision to choose the certification financing based on the calculated T value > of T table (3,759 > 1,991) and the value of sig significance 0,000 < 0.05 (Alpha). Social factors have no significant effect on the decision to choose the certification financing based on the calculated T value < of T table (-1.084 > 1,991) and the significance value of sig 0.282 > 0.05 (Alpha). Cultural factors have significant effect on the decision to choose the certification financing based on the calculated T value > of T table (2,811 > 1,991) and the value of sig significance 0,006 < 0.05 (Alpha). Abstract

Along with the changing times, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are now in great demand by many company management, because it has many advantages. This study aims to determine and analyze the role of controlling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to increase procurement activities. The type of research used is qualitative. Abstract

In the management of funds which primarily sourced from participating capital, BUMDes must use various financial management analyzes so funds can be managed clearly and can achieve the objectives of the BUMDes itself. One of the analyzes can be used to manage these finances is payback period analysis, payback period analysis makes the business plan that is carried out more measurable and has a clear direction. When the analysis is in accordance with the calculations, BUMDes can easily determine the next type of business in the effort to develop the business unit of the BUMDes itself. This research a case study, with primary and secondary data sources obtained through interviews, observation and documentation which are then managed by the triangulation method. From a business point of view payback period analysis the WarLA BUMDes Sendangagung business unit takes a time 15.3 years to return capital through net income from the business unit alone, but if it calculated using the overall net income of Sendangagung BUMDes from various units existing business, it will take faster, namely 1 year or 12 months to return the capital, assuming the BUMDes net income from August to December 2020 is at least Rp. 7,703,000, -. However, when viewed from the point of view of benefits, the existence of WarLA is quite beneficial in boosting the community's enthusiasm for entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Prices are all forms of monetary costs sacrificed by consumers to obtain, having utilized a number of combinations of goods and services of a product. A product is anything that can be offered to the market to get attention, use, or be consumed that can make up your desire or needs. Quality of service is a crucial issue for every company regardless of product form. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price, the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions. This population is consumers in L.A. Small and Medium Enterprises as many as 200 consumers in December 2019 and 135 samples were taken using theintintintal sampling model using the Slovin formula. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that the price, product quality, service quality partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of each test as follows, the validity test r table 0.169, cronbach alpha reliability test 0.6, linearity test sig. Linearity of 0,000 and the value of deviation from linearity are 0.209, normality test with residual value of 0.381, autocorrelation test with DW value of 1.946, multicollinearity test of 0.934, heterocedasticity test of greater than 0.05 (5%), linearity test of 0.397, t-test of 0.934, F-test of 0.934, test of multicollinearity of 0.934, heterocedasticity test of greater than 0.05 (5%) 31,404.   Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Decision Decision
