Abstract

Fulfillment activities in the adjustment of standards and procedures applicable in Indonesia, auditors need time in completing the audit. If the auditor does not have the accuracy, accuracy and expertise in auditing. This affects the length of audit completion which is getting longer. This also has an impact on the publication of the company's financial statements which results in the quality of the financial statements will decrease, especially the reliability and relevance of the information. This study aims to determine the effect of the company's age, profitability and audit engagement period on the speed of publication of financial statements. The research model used in the preparation of this thesis is a descriptive quantitative method. This research was conducted on companies registered in 2016-2022. The data is obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study state that the age of the company does not affect the speed of publication of financial statements in food and beverage subsector companies in the 2016-2021 period, because the length or absence of a company is established cannot be a reference that the company can present financial statements on time

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Work Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment with Work Engagement as a mediating variable. The population in this study were credit marketing staff employees in the Jabodetabek area banking. The sampling technique used a census of 100 respondents. Data analysis used the variant-based structural model equation method with the partial least squares approach using the SmartPLS version 3.2.1 application. The results showed that Work Satisfaction had an effect on Work Engagement, Work Satisfaction had an effect on Organizational Commitment, Work Engagement had no effect on Organizational Commitment and Work Satisfaction had no effect on Organizational Commitment through the Work Engagement variable. The managerial implications of this research are first, to increase work satisfaction, employees should be placed according to the educational background, work experience, and competency of the worker. Second, to increase Organizational Commitment to banking employees, companies retain employees by providing career path certainty in the company. Third, to improve Work Engagement, ideas from employees for the betterment of the company can be considered so that employees feel involved in their organization

Abstract

The aims of this research are: (1) to examine and analyze the effect of Apparatus Competence on Performance Accountability of Government Agencies, (2) to test and analyze the ability of Organizational Commitment to moderate the relationship between Apparatus Competence and Government Agencies Performance Accountability. The research was conducted at 29 OPD in the Government of Serang Regency using quantitative methods through data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Model (SEM) method, while a sample of 145 people used the census method. This study obtained the results that Apparatus Competence has a positive and significant effect on Government Agencies Performance Accountability, Organizational Commitment is also able to moderate the relationship between Apparatus Competence and Government Agencies Performance Accountability.

Abstract

Education & Training Research (Training), Leadership and Motivation are factors that are thought to be relatively large in influencing the Performance of Military Staff General Staff of the Jayakarta/Jayakarta Regional Military Command in East Jakarta. To prove this effect, this research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Education & Training (Training), Leadership with Motivation as an Intervening Variable on Military Personnel of the General Staff in East Jakarta. The object of this study was taken from the General Staff Military Personnel population in East Jakarta. With a total sample of 107 out of 146 populations calculated using the Slovin formula at a 5% error margin, data collection used a closed questionnaire and there were 5 rating scales. Data analysis was carried out using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), double linear registration was used as an analytical tool while hypothesis testing was carried out by t-test and F-test and path analysis was used to test the effect of intervening variables. The results of this study indicate that Education & Training (Training) has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Training has a positive and significant effect on performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Training has no effect on employee performance through motivation. And leadership has no effect on employee performance through motivation.

Abstract

Training, motivation, and discipline are Three factors that are thought to be relatively large in influencing the performance of employees at PT. Unlock Main Techniques. to prove the influence of the three, and this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Training, Motivation, and Discipline on the work environment as an interference at PT. Main Bukaka Engineering Tbk. This research was conducted at PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk. Located on Jl. Raya Narogong. took 84 students as a research sample, calculated using the Slovin Formula from a total population of 630 employees at 10% margin error. Data was collected using an online questionnaire instrument with five rating scales from strongly disagree to agree strongly. The research was conducted by analyzing data assisted by statistics (SPSS Version 25). Quantitative, namely by describing research data and conducting inference analysis. Instrument variables include validity and reliability tests as well as classical assumption tests. Multiple linear regression analysis methods is used as an analysis tool while the hypothesis is made by t-test and F-test. The research yielded two main findings per the proposed hypothesis: 1) Training has an effect on employee performance 2) Motivation has an effect on Voting Decisions 3) Discipline influences impressions on employee performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that efforts be made to improve Training, Motivation, Discipline, and Employee Performance to improve Voting Decisions

Abstract

Leadership style is important to achieve an effective organizational condition. In addition to leadership style, the environment can also affect individual comfort at work. Work-life balance is also needed to balance work demands. This research uses a quantitative approach. The location of this research was at the SBU Upstream Oil and Gas and Oil and Gas Products at the Service Project of Surveyor Handover and Measurement of Fuel from PT. Pertamina (Persero) to PT. PLN (Persero) and the number of samples obtained by 146 respondents. The instrument used is the Google Form with data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The conclusion of this study is that job satisfaction has an effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, leadership style, work environment and work life balance have no effect on turnover intention. For the results of the indirect effect hypothesis test, it is known that only work life balance and job satisfaction have an influence on turnover intention as a mediating variable. Meanwhile, leadership style on job satisfaction and turnover intention as mediating variables do not influence each other. Work environment on job satisfaction on turnover intention as a mediating variable does not have any influence on each other.

Abstract

Physician performance cannot be assessed in general because it concerns the patient's clinical outcomes to the services provided. Change management is a strategy used to maintain the position of RS in today's business world, if change management is not prepared and managed properly, it will cause resistance and affect performance, especially if without the support of leaders who have a transformational leadership style. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of change management on physician performance mediated by transformational and resistance leadership styles. This study is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach in the form of using hypothetical causality on 62 doctors who worked at least 1 year before change management occurred. The data analysis methods used are the Three Box Method and path analysis. In this study, it was found that the perception of change management has a negative and significant influence on doctor performance, the perception of change management does not have a significant effect on transformational leadership style, the perception of change management has a positive and significant effect on resistance, transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on doctor performance, resistance has a positive and significant effect on doctor performance, leadership style Transformational has a positive and significant effect on resistance and the perception of change management has a significant positive effect on clinician performance if mediated by transformational leadership style and resistance as intervening variables.

Abstract

The tourism industry plays an important role as a source of state income that contributes to national economic growth, especially in providing jobs and increasing state productivity. Tourism development is carried out to increase community income which is expected to help improve community welfare. Tourism development also helps accelerate the economic growth of a region. Tourism is inseparable from consumer demand in terms of consumption and investment, which ultimately leads to the procurement of goods and services. This study examines the economic impact of tourism development on local businesses in TWA Gunung Tangkuban Perahu using time series data from 2018-2023. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach model. The data studied was obtained from primary data through survey results and questionnaires on visitors and traders in the Tangkuban Perahu Mountain Nature Park environment. The results show that the TWA development strategy of Gunung Tangkuban Perahu contributes to the fulfilment of the 5A principle (Attraction, Accommodation, Accessibility, Amenity, and Activity) in tourism according to tourists. Tourism development positively affects the economic growth of the surrounding community. Tourism can provide employment, stimulate the growth of other industries and trigger local economic growth through various forms, including community income and attracting investment.

This investment is one example of economic activity carried out by a person or organization. Stocks are an investment tool. Investors should conduct a stock valuation analysis that takes into account various macroeconomic variables that affect company profitability. The single indicator model used is a descriptive analysis technique. Theddataauseddinnthis research is secondary data frommBEI, YahoooFinance and Bank Indonesia. This researchhwas conducted on the LQ-45 stock index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange from July 2019 to July 2020. The population for this study used stocks listed on the LQ-45 during the study period, where the research sample was 39 LQ-45 stocks indexed on period July 2019 to July 2020. Theeresultssofftheestudyyshowwthattthereeare two stocks, BRPT 76% and REP 24%, which can help you build an ideal investment portfolio with the right proportions. The expected returnnon this securityyis 5% and the risk assessment offthe portfolio is 11.9%.
