Abstract

This study examines Anteseden Repurchase Intention on batik products in Indonesia, Social media marketing activities, brand awerness, ewom, and purchase intention. This study used primary data obtained through an online questionnaire from one hundred and forty (170) respondents. Social media customers are hired for quantitative studies through convenience sampling. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the SPSS and Amos programs. The results of this study show that brand awerness does not have a positive effect on Repurchase intention, while Social media marketing, electronic word of mouth has a positive effect on repurchase on social media.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and also to test the results using the Beneish M-Score Model to detect fraudulent financial statement. This research also aims to determine the percentage of 20 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2020 period which are classified as non-manipulator, manipulator, and grey companies. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method of variable analysis using the Beneish Ratio Index using five calculation indexes for Days Sales in Receivable Index (DSRI), Gross Margin Index (GMI), Sales Growth Index (SGI), Asset Quality Index (AQI), and Total Accrual To Total Assets Index (TATA). The research results show that the five index calculatin variables are able to distinguish samples of financial statements that are suspected not to be manipulated

Abstract

The Covid-2019 pandemic is said to have suppressed people's purchasing power. The phenomenon that occurred in the Share Price of Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Manufacturing Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange showed that from 2019-2020 it experienced a decline that was not in accordance with its target, where the Share Price in 2019 had a share price of Rp.7,925 per share, in 2020 it had a share price of Rp.6,825 per share. This shows that the Share Price of Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Manufacturing Company has experienced a considerable decline where the stock price's ability to make a profit is now being disrupted and is the cause of the economic situation that is still unstable due to the Covid-19 pandemic. But Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Manufacturing company has risen and returned because society has begun to adapt as before. This study aims to determine the effect of current ratio and return on assets on stock prices. With purposive sampling techniques, the population was sampled with a total sample of 11 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage subsector in 2016-2020. The analysis method used is a panel regression model. The results showed that the current ratio did not affect the share price of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020, while the return on assets had a positive and significant effect on the share prices of food and beverage companies. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Place Attachment on Brand Loyalty of Sundanese themed restaurant customers. This study is an explanatory research with a total sample of 270 respondents who were taken using a non-probability sampling method with the technique used was purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the AMOS Structural Equation Model. The results of this study prove that Layout has an influence on Brand Passion, Brand Love and Brand Loyalty. Research also proves that Brand Identification has a significant effect on Brand Love

Abstract

This study aims to examine Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over, Quick Ratio, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin to Financial Distress with Return On Assets as an intervening variable in companies affected by the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic. in Indonesia. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique and resulted in one company with the 2011-2021 research period. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data through the documentation method. Data was obtained from the company's official website, the length of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), and other supporting periods. This study uses descriptive analysis and verification analysis using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return on Assets (ROA) Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on Financial Distress (FD), while Quick Ratio (QR) has no significant effect on Financial Distress (FD). Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), while the Quick Ratio ( QR) has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

A state known as inflation happens when there is a continual, unjustifiable increase or drop in the price of products. This condition has an effect on the economy. The goal of this study is to evaluate the factors that affected Indonesian inflation from 2001 and 2021. Quantitative data from secondary data sources are used in this investigation. Time series regression analysis with model parameter estimation utilizing the traditional assumption test, model goodness-of-fit test, and effect validity test is the analytical approach employed in this work. This study discovered that the BIRATE variable, compared to other factors in this model, such as the money supply, exchange rates, and budget deficits, had a positive and substantial impact on inflation in Indonesia over the period of 2001–2021

Abstract

Job vacancies are the most sought after by the community. People find it difficult to get a job due to lack of skills, knowledge and motivation. As a result, various training venues and fields began to emerge and compete with each other to provide higher quality training. BBPLK Bandung is a current training venue, and always keeps abreast of developments. One of the training programs is in the field of automotive engineering. The purpose of this research is for the author to identify how the quality of training is, such as skills training, functional training, teamwork training, creativity training, and Productivity training can affect opportunities for employment in the automotive industry. The method used in this research is quantitative method and data collection uses a questionnaire with a total sample of 110 respondents. With the help of the IBM SPSS STATISTICS application, the data analysis method used in this study includes descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistical analysis, which includes data normality test, Paerson product moment correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, simple linear test, f test, and t test Based on the research results, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because the tcount value is 20,675 > ttable 0,186 with a significant level of 0.001 <0.05, meaning that the quality of automotive engineering training at BBPLK Bandung has a significant effect on job opportunities in the automotive industry

Abstract

The Social media growth today seems inseparable in daily basis. Social media also needed for business actors. Along with the growth of local brands, all business actors rely on social media to introduce and promote their product. It is related to this research "Strategies for utilizing Social Media, Instagram as a Marketing Communication Media (Descriptive Study, Skincare Somethinc.) The research uses a Qualitative method with a Desriptive approach. The results of research show that Somethinc implements SOSTAC as their marketing communication strategy, they also use korean group member, NCT. They use story telling techniques when promote their products on their social media.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, science and technology (science and technology) has a significant influence on various developments in the field of employment, so that competition between companies cannot be avoided. To obtain this requires control and support from leaders and balanced work in order to produce better performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership Style, and Work-life Balance on Employee Performance at the Customs and Excise Service Office of Type C Sintete. This research is an associative research and the type of data used is quantitative, as well as primary data obtained from interviews and distributing research questionnaires to the Office of Customs and Excise Customs and Excise Type C Sintete. The sample in this study amounted to 60 employees of the Office of Customs and Excise Supervision and Services Type C Sintete with saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Transformational Leadership Style and Work-life Balance have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Customs and Excise Service Office Type C Sintete, while partially each variable shows Transformational Leadership Style and Work-life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Customs and Excise Office of Type C Sintete.

Abstract

Watching movies in the cinema has often been done by the people in the city. there are many cinema places that people visit to watch movies. This study aims to determine the influence of Film Quality, Brand Image, Attractiveness, Word of mouth on the intention of watching movies in batam city. In quantitative research, 400 respondents will be taken and 30 respondents for qualitative research. In this study, disproportionate random sampling and multiple regression methods were used. The application used for data processing is IBM SPSS statistics 24. From the test results on the hypothesis that states that there is a significant influence on the results obtained by the variables Film Quality, Brand Imagery, Attractiveness, and Word of mouth have a positive effect on viewing interest in the batam community.
