Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan membuktikan pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Veranda Pasta House and Cafe Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 78 responden dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner untuk memperoleh data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk yang baik terbukti mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan keputusan pembelian di Veranda Pasta House and Cafe Gresik. Kemudian kualitas pelayanan yang baik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Veranda Pasta House and Café Gresik. Akhirnya kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan keputusan pembelian di Veranda Pasta House and Cafe Gresik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that most influence consumer satisfaction at UD. Fortuna Brownies Kukus Gresik is based on analysis from the marketing mix (Product, Price, Place and Promotion) to determine alternative marketing strategies for gresik steamed brownies based on the SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship simultaneously Marketing mix has an effect on consumer satisfaction. Price variable as the dominant variable influencing consumer satisfaction. The results of the SWOT IFE (internal factor evaluation) and EFE (eksternal factor evaluation) matrix analysis show UD. Fortuna Brownies Gresik steamer is in quadrant 1 which means that the strategy used is the strategy of Strengths Opportunies (SO) or Growth strategy which shows that UD. Fortuna Brownies steamed Gresik belongs to a growing business and has a strong position and opportunity.

Abstract

This research is a study that uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are done by collecting questionnaires and company data. The respondents taken were the Service, Sales and Administration divisions. The research method taken is the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study concluded that the absence of the application of a significant effect between kaizen on operating income at PT. Astra International TBK - TSO Manyar Gresik Branch. But with the results of interviews with the cadre of the company, it states that the one that affects operating income for the company is the regional problem of the company's area. Although not influential, the application  of  the  kaizen  culture  must  always  be  cultivated  to  increase operating profit in the company PT. Astra International TBK - TSO Manyar Gresik.

Abstract

 This study aims to examine and examine the effect of credit period and credit procedures on credit decision making. This research takes place at PT BFI Finance Indonesia Gresik.This research is descriptive statistics using a quantitative approach. The method of data analysis with multiple linear regression, which includes the correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t test and F test. The number of samples taken is 89 respondents and data collection is done by questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability.The results of the study show that the credit period has a positive and significant effect on credit decision making, which is indicated by the results of t count 2.867> t table 1.66256 and the value of t sign. 0.005 <? = 0.05. And credit procedures have a negative and insignificant effect on credit decision making, indicated by the results of t count 1.389 <t table 1.66256 and the value of t sign. 0.168> ? = 0.05. While simultaneously credit terms and credit procedures have a positive and significant effect on credit decision making, indicated by the calculated F value of 23.491> 3.95 F table and sign value. 0,000 <0,05.

Abstract

 This research reviewed effort to increase tax payer reporting obedience through e-spt medium performed by socialization, monitoring and evaluation programs to embody tax payer reporting obedience and the e-spt implementation is matched with purpose of taxation administration reform that is effort to realize increasing tax payer reporting obedience and confidence on high tax administration. While from application side, e-spt implementation ruled about e-spt implementation. This study used interpretive qualitative method. Data used were derived from primary data through interview with fiscus and tax payer. The data were completed with related documents. Data analysis method was interpretive analysis according to Miles and Huberman: data collection, data reduction, data serving, and conclusion drawing. Result showed that effort on increasing tax payer reporting obedience with e-spt media as it s program of modernization in taxation administration. Of the research it is suggested to always use information technology in taxation activity in order to increase revenue from tax.

Abstract

The research aims to examines and proves the influence of store atmosphere and product variations on the interest in repurchasing in the warunk upnormal branch Gresik. This research is important especially in store atmosphere which can influence the interest of repurchasing consumers and creating loyal consumers. This research uses quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. Amount of sample taken 84 respondents and data collection is done with a questionnaire to obtain data. Result of this research is that store atmosphere have positive significant influence to the interest in repurchasing in the warunk upnormal branch Gresik, and product variations have positive significant influence to the interest in repurchasing in the warunk upnormal branch Gresik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and evaluate the extent to which quality control costs at PT XYZ Gresik.This research method uses qualitative research methods by collecting data, conducting observations, interviews and triangulation.The results showed that the quality costs incurred by PT XYZ Gresik during 2016 - 2018 amounted to 4.11% of total sales. While the analysis shows that quality cost efficiency has not reached the measurement standard in the theory used by researchers even though quality control at PT XYZ Gresik has been good because of the aspect of cost reporting, the quality has not been maximized

Abstract

This study wants to study the implementation of community development programs by PT Semen Indonesia Tbk in communities in Tuban District especially in the Sumberarum and Karangloh Villages in Kerek District so that later community development programs that are appropriate and sustainable can have a positive impact on surrounding communities, especially in the field of resource development human power. The type of research used is qualitative, data collection instruments used in this study are structured interview guides. The location of this study was carried out in Sumberarum and Karangloh Villages, Kerek District, Tuban Regency to the village community to gather information about community development programs implemented by PT Semen Indonesia. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Source of data comes from primary data in the form of interviews and observations. The theory used in this study is the theory of Three Bottom Line, Sustainability Theory, Stakeholder Theory. From the results of the analysis, it is known that various problems that exist in the implementation of CSR activities at PT Semen, in implementing this implementation, the main obstacles in implementing CSR activities are more related to the characteristics and mindset of the community. These included contradictory and pessimistic attitudes built by some of these communities, from the observations of researchers in the field, that attitude was based on the construction of thinking that was wrong about the initial establishment of PT Semen Indonesia factory in the Kerek Subdistrict area. more feasible and prosperous, but in reality not all citizens can be accommodated to work there or in a subsidiary of PT Semen Indonesia.

Abstract

The research aims to know break even point (BEP) analysis for profits planning ofH. Wahib catfish cultivation Leran Manyar Gresik. The company use the break even point analysis to figure out the profit volume estimation of cost, level of sales and production volume in achieving profit planning.Based on data analysis break even from catfish selling in 2016 was reached in the amount of 1.671 Kg or Rp. 25.079.365,- while in 2017 break even from catfish selling was reached in the amount of 1.512 Kg or Rp. 23.636.363,- and in 2018  break even from catfish selling was reached in the amount of 1.638 or Rp. 26.470.588,-.Results of this study was the differences in the achievements of break even points in Rupiahs and in quantity in each year. This is because of differences in the magnitude of the costs incurred by the company every year. However for each year, that a sample taken by the author can be seen that the sales made by the company is good and always be above the break even point, which means the company has been able to achieve a profit every year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Gresik, the influence of motivation on the performance of the employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Gresik, and the effect of training and motivation on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Gresik. This type of research is a survey. The population and sample in this study are employees who are still working at the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Gresik. The sampling method was total sampling with 38 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and reliability. This study uses a quantitative research approach to multiple regression analysis. The result of this research is that training and motivation variables simultaneously affect the employee performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Gresik. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount (448,000) is greater than Ftable (3.24) and the significant level of F 0.000 is smaller than alpha = 0.05.
