Abstract

This study wants to study the implementation of community development programs by PT Semen Indonesia Tbk in communities in Tuban District especially in the Sumberarum and Karangloh Villages in Kerek District so that later community development programs that are appropriate and sustainable can have a positive impact on surrounding communities, especially in the field of resource development human power. The type of research used is qualitative, data collection instruments used in this study are structured interview guides. The location of this study was carried out in Sumberarum and Karangloh Villages, Kerek District, Tuban Regency to the village community to gather information about community development programs implemented by PT Semen Indonesia. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Source of data comes from primary data in the form of interviews and observations. The theory used in this study is the theory of Three Bottom Line, Sustainability Theory, Stakeholder Theory. From the results of the analysis, it is known that various problems that exist in the implementation of CSR activities at PT Semen, in implementing this implementation, the main obstacles in implementing CSR activities are more related to the characteristics and mindset of the community. These included contradictory and pessimistic attitudes built by some of these communities, from the observations of researchers in the field, that attitude was based on the construction of thinking that was wrong about the initial establishment of PT Semen Indonesia factory in the Kerek Subdistrict area. more feasible and prosperous, but in reality not all citizens can be accommodated to work there or in a subsidiary of PT Semen Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kompensasi yang diterima karyawan. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan karyawan Perusahaan sebanyak 80 responden. Metode analisis informasi penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur menggunakan aplikasi PLS-SEM. Hasil temuan penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pengaruh disiplin kerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan. Disiplin kerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kompensasi. Disiplin kerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap kinerja karyawan, sebaliknya disiplin kerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kompensasi yang diterima karyawan.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to clarify how motivation and workplace conditions affect teachers' effectiveness. This is a quantitative type of study. Teachers of private schools made up the population analyzed for this study. Purposive sampling, which was given to 82 respondents, was utilized to acquire the data. The SPSS 24 program was used to perform multiple linear regression analysis on the data collected in this study utilizing questionnaires and documents. According to the study's conclusions, both motivation and the workplace environment have a significant impact on teachers' performance. Motivation and the work environment account for 13.9% of the adjusted R-square, which is 0.139. Motivation has a significant impact on teachers' performance; however, the work environment has no significant impact.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and evaluate the influence of leadership style and work ethic on workplace interactions. The response sample consisted of around 32 students. The data was collected via sending questionnaires to respondents. Multiple regressive lining is the method of analysis used. When the results of the investigation are positive and suggestive of the patient's responsiveness. The T-Test exposes this as "probability value." The complexity of leadership style is less than 5 percent." This illustrates that the leadership styles adopted by employees are highly advantageous to their work. When the outcome of a workplace disciplinary investigation benefits a student's employment. According to the UJIT study, the degree of question discipline was less than 5 percent alpha. It is therefore evident that workplace discipline is being suppressed.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) to find out that communication has a partial effect on employee performance at PT Astra Sedaya Finance Gresik Branch (2) to find out that the work environment has a partial effect on employee performance at PT Astra Sedaya Finance Gresik Branch (3) to know communication and work environment influences simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Astra Sedaya Finance Gresik Branch. In this study using primary data, while the research method involves one dependent variable (employee performance), and two independent variables (communication and work environment). The population used in this study were all PT Astra Sedaya Finance Gresik Branch employees, totaling 45 people. The sampling method was carried out using a non-probability sampling method. The technique used is saturated sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The analytical method uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination, t test, F test. Conclusion of the study: communication has a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Astra Sedaya Finance Gresik Branch, this is evidenced by the tcount (3.9437) > ttable (2.01808) and a significant level of 0.000 is smaller than alpha 0.05. The work environment has a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Astra Sedaya Finance Gresik Branch, this is evidenced by the tcount (3.580) > ttable (2.01808) and a significant level of 0.000 is smaller than alpha 0.05. Communication and the environment simultaneously influence the performance of PT Astra Sedaya Finance Gresik Branch employees. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount (46.655) > Ftable (3.21) and a significant level of 0.000 is smaller than alpha 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of social media content, influencer marketing , and customer reviews on purchasing decisions on Shopee online marketing platform during period January-March 2024. The independent variables in this research are social media content, influencer marketing , and customer reviews , while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire results from respondents. This research uses a purposive sampling technique . The method used is a type of quantitative research . The analysis used in this research is multiple linear analysis. In this research, it shows that social media content has significance effect on purchasing decisions, influencer marketing has no effect on purchasing decisions, customer reviews has no effect on purchasing decisions but the variables social media content (X1), influencer marketing (X2) and customer reviews (X3) simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions (Y) with a significance value (Sig) of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship plays an important role in the economy as it facilitates the production of goods and services and job creation. The agriculture sector including fish farming is one of the main livelihood sources for the community and has potential for growth through entrepreneurship programs. However, there are several obstacles in achieving this goal, such as the low level of community education and knowledge as well as limited social networking access. The fishing pond farmers in Kalanganyar Village, Sedati Sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency face similar challenges with additional complexity from external barriers such as fluctuating operational costs for fish farming. This economically causes fishing pond farmers to only be able to utilize their ponds for a single source of main income and have not been able to utilize it to find alternative income sources. These challenges hinder the development of programs to improve the economic conditions of fishing pond farmers. An approach that could address these problems is social entrepreneurship focusing on increasing collaboration between fishing pond farmers and the surrounding community. Cooperation plays an important role in economic growth by facilitating business expansion. Cooperation becomes a core component in the planning and implementation process by involving fishing pond farmers and the community as active participants. The fields of cooperation need to be developed to increase the welfare of the community.

Abstract

This service journal is the output of community service activities that have a topic on customer service by involving the role of students in it. Where this activity aims to provide an overview to students about the application of learning during the lecture process and as another form of guidance to students and the community where this programme takes place. The location of the service is located in the sub-district of Gresik. There are several planning steps that have been conceptualised to support this activity. At the time of implementation, it was found that one of the various obstacles faced was the lack of understanding regarding adequate facilities to support activities and marketing methods that could support increased repurchase interest in medium business development activities which were planned to focus on online and offline-based development. From the activities that have been carried out involving product users, the implementation of activities that have been agreed by both parties is considered to have an influence on increasing repurchase interest.

Abstract

The success of companies in today's global competition is strongly influenced by their ability to utilize resources. In our country, which has an open market system with government linkages through the customs and excise department of state-owned enterprises, development is very rapid. Management teams in the project business are faced with the challenge of making choices and decisions that support desired goals, even though change often complicates their task. Researchers make earlystage observations to obtain data and manage it to show the progress of achievement in each buyer's transaction during a certain period. In managing a business, there are two competing theories, namely maximizing producer surplus and maximizing stakeholder surplus. Both of these theories can be alternatives that compete or complement each other. It is important for companies to understand and implement expansion, which is the expansion of the company's territory by occupying other areas either partially or wholly. This aims to achieve efficiency, gain higher profits, and remain competitive. This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, with a focus on the effect of changes in work pattern systems on improving company performance and profits. The results of the study show that changes in work pattern systems have a positive impact on companies, increasing activities and the range of products offered. These changes also affected the performance of all employees in the marketing division and the company as a whole. In order to reach a conclusion, this study confirms that the change in the work pattern system is more profitable than the previous pattern system, because it has brought development to the company with a positive influence on performance and profits, as well as affecting the overall company turnover.

Abstract

This bibliometric analysis explores trends and themes in Human Resource Management (HRM) research, focusing specifically on contributions from Indonesian scholars. Through systematic data collection and analysis utilizing electronic databases and specialized software, prevalent topics, research methodologies, and publication trends within Indonesian HRM research were identified. The analysis revealed key clusters of research, including electronic human resource management practices, green HRM, strategic management, and innovation. Additionally, less densely covered research areas were highlighted, indicating potential avenues for further exploration. The findings offer valuable insights for academia, industry, and policymakers, facilitating informed decision-making and promoting the advancement of HRM practices in Indonesia.
