Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in the company's financial performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as to determine the effect of financial performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic on the risk of company bankruptcy. The sample used in this study is a state-owned company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2018-2021. Sampling using purposive sampling method and obtained 21 companies. The tests used to determine the differences in this study were the paired samples t-test and the Wilcoxon signed ranks test, while the performance effect test on the risk of bankruptcy was measured using the modified Altman Z-score formula and multinomial logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the results of the different tests using the Paired samples t-test, i.e. the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) ratio before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, there was no significant difference, but when tested differently using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, i.e. the ratio of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER) there are significant differences both before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, while for the current ratio (CR) and quick ratio (QR), there is no significant difference. While the results of the influence test using a multinomial logistic regression test, the Current Ratio (CR_SBL) before the Covid-19 pandemic and Return on Assets (ROA_ST) during the Covid-19 pandemic had a significant effect on the risk of bankruptcy of BUMN companies, but for other ratios, it had no significant effect. Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact either at the same time or somewhat between credit risk (NPL) and operational hazard (BOPO) on profitability (ROA) in the State Savings Bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sample in this research is one banking company. The research method used is a saturated sampling technique. The logical strategy used is various direct relapse examinations using the SPSS program. The results of this study are that simultaneously credit risk (NPL) and operational risk (BOPO) have a large and significant result on productivity (ROA) at the State Savings Bank for the 2016-2020. Partially, the research results on the credit risk variable (NPL) do not have a critical impact and have a negative relationship to profitability (ROA) at the State Savings Bank for 2016-2020 period. Partially, the results of testing the operational risk variable (NPL) have no major impact and have a negative relationship to Profitability (ROA) at the State Savings Bank for the 2016-2020.

Abstract

The research aims to test the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and work-life balance (WLB) on turnover intentions among millennial employees at PT Rakyat Makmur Nusantara. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique where a sample size of 103 respondents was obtained. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that work-life balance has a negative influence on turnover intention, while K3 has a positive influence on turnover intention.

Abstract

Human resources are crucial aspect of a company. A comfortable work environment means employees will work optimally. If employees do their work well, then high efficiency, effectiveness, and quality can be achieved in the company. This research aims to examine the effect of gender, work environment, and compensation on employee performance at PT Kamaltex.  The research results show that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, also that the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, which means that the better the compensation and work environment of a company will provide a significant increase in employee performance.

Abstract

The first inspection revealed several significant problems related to working conditions, according to the Yogyakarta City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service. Employee comfort and productivity are negatively affected by inadequate lighting and poor air circulation in the workplace. Apart from that, limited facilities such as limited workspaces are also an inhibiting factor in improving employee abilities and skills, as well as opportunities to achieve desired career goals. Another problem was employee loyalty which needed to be increased, which was reflected in employee absenteeism during working hours. This research involved 60 employees as a population with sampling using the census method. Career advancement opportunities, a pleasant work environment, and intrinsic motivation together have a good and substantial influence on employee loyalty, according to research using multiple linear regression. Career development, work environment, and motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on employee loyalty. Employees tend to be more loyal to the company as a whole if these areas are improved.

Abstract

Salam sehat untuk para pembaca setia JMP. JMP Volume 14 Nomor 1 Edisi Desember 2024 ini kembali menyajikan 25 artikel hasil penelitian yang telah terseleksi melalui proses peer-review yang ketat dan berkualitas. Edisi kali ini menggunakan for-mat penulisan artikel, baik dalam versi bahasa Inggris maupun Indonesia. Kami sampai-kan terima kasih kepada para penulis yang telah mengirimkan artikel versi bahasa Inggris yang berkontribusi dalam percepatan proses orientasi Jurnal maksipreneur men-jadi jurnal internasional. Edisi kali ini juga menampilkan artikel penelitian dari penulis luar negeri. Ini semakin meneguhkan komitmen JMP sebagai jurnal internasional yang makin dikenal luas oleh para penulis bidang manajemen, koperasi, dan kewirausahaan dari seluruh dunia. Dengan publikasi artikel-artikel hasil penelitian terpilih, khususnya dalam versi bahasa internasional, JMP berharap agar diseminasi pengembangan keilmuan melalui publikasi karya ilmiah di bidang manajemen, koperasi, dan kewirausahaan (maksi-preneur) semakin meningkat seiring dengan semangat dan antusiasme penulis dari ber-bagai belahan dunia. Dewan Editor JMP menyampaikan salut, terima kasih, dan apresia-si setinggi-tingginya kepada para penulis yang telah berkarya dan mengirimkan naskah hasil penelitian terbaiknya dalam rangka pengembangan keilmuan maksipreneur. De-wan Editor JMP juga menyampaikan permohonan maaf bagi para penulis yang harus menjalani proses publikasi yang lebih lama, karena antrian naskah menjadi lebih pan-jang. Selain itu, kami juga menyampaikan maaf setulus-tulusnya kepada penulis yang berkeinginan menerbitkan karyanya di jurnal ini, tetapi belum mendapatkan slot karena keterbatasan slot terbitan naskah. Keterbatasan kapasitas ini semata-mata untuk menja-min agar kualitas proses publikasi tetap terjaga.
