Abstract

The Museum Manusia Purba Sangiran has been temporarily closed since March 15, 2020 due to Covid-19 and only reopened on April 10, 2021. With the reopening of the Museum Manusia Purba Sangiran to the public, it has the potential to create a new cluster in the transmission of Covid-19. Therefore, this service activity was intended as a form of effort to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus among traders in the tourist area of the Sangiran Ancient Human Museum. The activities carried out were the installation of educational banners to always wear masks, maintain distance, wash hands and stay at home. Other activities that were also carried out were the distribution of masks and hand sanitizers. The results obtained were an increase in public awareness to take better care of themselves and be aware of the dangers of the Covid-19 virus, by getting used to always using masks, diligently washing hands or cleaning hands with hand sanitizers and always keeping a distance.

Abstract

This community service aims to explain the application of ing madya mangun karsa from Ki Hajar Dewantara's leadership trilogy to SMEs in Yogyakarta consisting of UMKM Pottery & Ceramic Crafts "Dwiyanto Ceramic," UMKM Azka Furniture Bantul, Rama Putra Motor Bantul, and schools in Malaysia namely the Community Learning Center (CLC). This abdimas method uses direct and indirect observation with interview techniques through the Zoom application. The concept used is that of ing madya man gun karst in overcoming ongoing problems and providing solutions to leaders and followers in achieving their vision and goals. Training seminars and workshops were held both offline and online. The results of the activities are the understanding and implementation of the ing madya mangun karsa leadership attitude in the Pottery & Ceramic Craft UMKM "Dwiyanto Ceramic," UMKM Azka Furniture Bantul, Rama Putra Motor Bantul, and the Community Learning Center (CLC).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik, Budaya Organisasi, dan Work Life Balance Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Studi Pada Biro Hukum Setda DIY. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Biro Hukum Setda DIY yang berjumlah 39 orang dengan menggunakan metode sensus sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis uji kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, dan uji heterokedastisitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T, uji F, dan uji R2 melalui program SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Secara simultan, motivasi intrinsik, budaya organisasi, dan work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Abstract

Employee performance research is still popular in various organizations, including for-profit companies. Performance issues are also a concern in Supperdazzle; not all employees consistently meet sales targets, consumer complaints regarding service performance have not been fully handled, tasks are not completed on time, employees are not ready to work according to standard operational procedures. This study is intended to analyze the impact of perceived organizational support (POS) on task performance through psychological empowerment (PE). The research method used is a quantitative method. Researchers determined all 49 SupperDazzle employees as respondents through a questionnaire and analyzed using the classic assumption test and using multiple linear regression. This classic assumption test includes normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. Mediation testing uses the Sobel test. The results showed a positive influence of POS and PE on task performance. The significant influence of POS on PE also has an impact on the mediating role of PE on the influence of POS on task performance. Organizations can strengthen antecedents to improve employee performance.

Abstract

These activities aims to provide an explanation of the application of Tut Wuri Handayani to SME leaders in Yogyakarta consisting of SMEs Pottery & Ceramic Crafts "Dwiyanto Ceramic, UMKM Azka Furniture Bantul, Rama Putra Motor Bantul, and Community Learning Center (CLC) in Malaysia. Community development activity method uses direct and remote observation by utilizing the zoom application with interview techniques. The concept used is the concept of Tut Wuri Handayani to help problems in the field and solutions for leaders in achieving organizational goals. The solution used, holding webinars and training workshops offline and online. The observation results can implement the leadership attitude of Tut Wuri Handayani in the Pottery & Ceramic Craft SME "Dwiyanto Ceramic, UMKM Azka Furniture Bantul, Rama Putra Motor Bantul, and Community Learning Center (CLC).

Abstract

Turnover Intention is a mental or psychological choice that exists between an individual's approach to continuing or stopping work. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work fatigue, work stress and workload on turnover intention in non-PNS employees of the Yogyakarta City Health Service. The population and sample used in the research were all non-PNS employees of the Yogyakarta City Health Service, totaling 60 people using non-probability sampling techniques, more precisely saturated sampling. This research method is quantitative by collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis used SPSS version 25. The results showed that Job Fatigue, Job Stress and Workload had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This paper aims to comprehend how training, employee loyalty, and organizational culture affect workers' achivment. An in-depth explanation of the elements that directly improve worker performance will be provided by this article. A systematic literature review (SLR) is used in this process. 30 papers were found through the use of the keywords "training, employee loyalty, organizational culture, and work performance" in a database that was obtained from Google Scholar publications. These articles were then assessed for this study. The application of articles discussing how training, employee loyalty, and organizational culture affect workers' achivment. This literature will show various types of different influences on work performance. The research results show that the resulting role of training, loyalty and organizational culture - from several literature reviews is proven to have a positive influence on work performance. This literature is also influenced by training, employee loyalty and organizational culture which is proven to have an influence on work performance. This is a finding in this research and can become a framework for empirical conceptual research

Abstract

Teacher performance is the result of real work in terms of quality and quantity achieved. Some literature on improving performance still has inconsistencies such as organizational culture. In several articles it has been proven to have a positive influence, however, other research has not been proven to have an effect on teacher performance. The aim of this research is to analyze organizational culture, self- efficacy, and work discipline on teacher performance. The research methodology involved 55 high school respondents with a sampling technique using a census sample. while data processing uses SPSS version 23. The results of the research show that organizational culture can be concluded that the hypothesis is proven to have an effect on teacher performance, but self-efficacy and work discipline on teacher performance can be concluded that the hypothesis is not proven to have an effect on teacher performance. The results of several literature reviews provide an in-depth understanding of the positive relationship between the influence of organizational culture, self-efficacy and work discipline on teacher performance, and these findings can be used as a reference for future empirical research.

Abstract

Affective commitment is an attachment of emotional feelings from employees who can contribute to the organization that can lead to good behavior in an effort to improve organizational performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and transformational leadership on affective commitment mediated by person organizational fit. This study used quantitative methods with purposive sampling techniques involving 51 respondents in the Regional Inspectorate of Bantul Regency, while processing data using SmartPLS version 4.0. The results showed that servant leadership and transformational leadership were not proven to have a positive effect on affective commitment, but servant leadership and transformational leadership were proven to have a significant positive effect on person organizational fit, person organizational fit had a significant positive effect on affective commitment and able to mediate between servant leadership and transformational leadership on affective commitment.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide in-depth understanding and share experiences regarding the application of Tamansiswa teachings, especially the Tri N concept: "Niteni, Nirokake, Nambahi," in marketing strategies in the digital era for CV Savita Indonesia. This activity was carried out for three days in Kulon, Sinduharjo, Kec. Ngaglik, Sleman Regency. The methods used in this community service are direct observation and interviews with business actors, so that the information obtained is more accurate and relevant. The Tri N concept is applied as a basis for designing an effective digital marketing strategy, including observation (Niteni), analysis (Nirokake), and development (Nambahi). The results of this activity show an increase in understanding and implementation of Tri N teachings in CV Savita Indonesia's digital marketing strategy, which is expected to increase competitiveness and business sustainability in the digital market
