The company's stock price which always experiences a decline is the background of this research. This study aims to determine the effect of return on equity (ROE) and Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) on firm value in the textile and garment sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study using secondary data from is Financial statements of textile and garment companies from 2013 to 2018 obtained through the website Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and data analysis using IBM Statistics 26. Based on the result of the analysis it can be concluded that return on equity and weighted average cost of capital has a significant effect on firm value with R2 equal to 0,329, which means the contribution of the independent variable to firm value by Price book value (PBV) in textile and garment companies is equal to 32,9 % and the remainder equal to 68,1 % can be explained by other variables outside this study, and based on the value of F with the values 6.606 shows that the simultaneous correlations of independent variables namely ROE and WACC with the dependant variable firm value.

Improving employee performance is very important because it is a key factor in a company's success. Job placement and job stress are some of the factors that affect employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of Job placement and job stress on the performance of study teachers at SDN 208 Luginasari Sukagalih. Job placements can nurture skilled human resources and amdal to accomplish a given task. This analysis uses an independent variable i.e. job placement and working stress, the dependencies of which are the teacher's performance. The population used in this study to collect data was nailed by using a questionnaire that was disseminated by ± 33 people. Statistical methods use path analysis with a partial statistical test (T) and simultaneous test hypothesis testing (test F). The results showed that Job placement and job work significantly impact the performance of teachers at SDN 208 Luginasari Sukagalih.

A high target has always been the orientation of almost all companies because it will make the company progress and develop, so the company must create employee job satisfaction so that the employee can work optimally and accelerate what is the company's orientation. Career Training and Development is an important factor of course within the company because it is a motivating factor for employees to be able to make the company progress and develop. This research aims to assist PT Kartika Inti Sejati in realizing its future desires in achieving its vision and mission through employee job satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative research method with descriptive analysis and path analysis. The object of this research is employees who have participated in training and career development at PT Kartika Inti Sejati, with a population of forty-seven respondents. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that there is an effect of training on employee job satisfaction, career development on employee job satisfaction, and there is an effect of training and career development on employee job satisfaction and while the influence of other remaining factors that are not examined.

The intense business competition in the industrial world requires companies to always advance. Many ways did so that companies can more effective in all fields so that company productivity can increase. In relation, the Production Room Layout and Production Machine Maintenance are very influential in the creation of effectiveness in the production activities. This study aims to examine the effect of Production Room Layout and Machine Maintenance on Production Effectiveness at PT. Bintang Usaha Nasional. The population in this study is the number of employees in the production field of PT. Bintang Usaha Nasional as many as 30 people. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. The statistical analysis method used is Path Analysis with partial hypothesis testing (t-test) and simultaneous (f test). The results of the research show that all independent variables (Production Room Layout and Machine Maintenance) have a significant effect on the effectiveness of production at PT. Bintang Usaha Nasional. The Effect of Production Room Layout and Machine Maintenance on Production Effectiveness is 85.7%, while the remaining 14.3% comes from other variables besides the production room layout and machine maintenance.

In the cement sub-sector company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2018 cement sales increased but the profits that were earned always decreased. Activities in the company have an important role so that the company's financial performance is in good condition. The purpose of this study is to determine the company's financial performance in terms of its activities. The research method used is quantitative. The data analysis technique used is horizontal analysis with inventory turnover ratio, receivable turnover ratio, and fixed asset turnover ratio. The result of this research is that the decline in the company's financial performance is seen from inventory turnover, receivable turnover, and fixed asset turnover.

This research is motivated by Bitcoin that tends to be used as an alternative investment tool, and stock which is one of the most popular investment tools in the investment world. Both of these investments have characteristics of high fluctuating price movements. Thus, this study agrees to examine how much risk is faced by investors when choosing to invest in Bitcoin and Jakarta Composite Index (JKSE), using the Value at Risk (VaR) method. This research is using VaR calculation to estimates losses on an asset with a certain level of confidence and in a certain period and involves the GARCH model to estimate volatility. This research is used secondary data consisting of daily price data of Bitcoin obtained from coingecko.com and JKSE obtained from finance.yahoo.com. The research period is from January 1, 2017, to December 31, 2019. The results showed that Bitcoin has a higher risk compared to JKSE, which is about five times higher.

Market efficiency will be achieved if investors can think rationally. Therefore, knowledge management is needed to create rational investor behaviour in the Indonesian Capital Market. This study aims to analyze the role of knowledge management on investor behaviour. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study is 211 investors who are registered at the Investment Gallery Universal University. The sample in this study amounted to 55 investors with the random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3.0. The results showed that Knowledge Management has a significant influence on Investor Behaviour.

The role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Indonesian economy has been large since the beginning. The success of MSMEs can be measured by the addition of company assets, increased profits and sales volumes, product advantages and prices, or the addition of company branches, types of products, and the number of employees. The success of MSMEs requires knowledge of entrepreneurial competence and the support of relevant stakeholders. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the provision of knowledge about entrepreneurship competence and stakeholder support that can support the success of MSME. This research is a descriptive and verification study with research variables that include knowledge on entrepreneurial competence and stakeholder support for the success of MSMEs. Data were analyzed using path analysis to measure the amount of contribution or influence of independent variables on the dependent variable, both direct and indirect effects through relationships with other independent variables. The analysis results showed that entrepreneurship competency knowledge (t-value = 2.910) and support of stakeholders (t-value 3.658) have a significant impact on the MSMEs’ success (f-value = 18.443). The total effect of knowledge on entrepreneurial competence on the success of MSMEs was valued at 18.9% and the total direct and indirect influence of stakeholder support variables on the success of MSMEs was 25.1%. Some of the components of human resource management are job stress and job conflict. Job stress is important to pay attention to because it will have an impact on job satisfaction and job conflict to maintain relationships with colleagues. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence partially or simultaneously job stress and job conflict on job satisfaction in grabbike driver-partners in Bandung. The method used is descriptive analysis and verification. The data collection technique used is a literature study and distributing questionnaires with 88 respondents. The analytical method used is path analysis using SPSS 24.0 software. Based on the results of the research, the following findings were obtained: job stress on grabbike partners can be said to be quite good, besides that, job conflicts on grabbike partners are quite good and job satisfaction on grabbike partners is quite good. Partially job stress affects job satisfaction and job conflict affects job satisfaction. Also, simultaneously job stress and job conflict affect job satisfaction. These results suggest drivers not to cancel orders if they get orders, and drivers should improve their performance by not making picky orders so that they will get a greater chance of getting stable orders.

Universities must respond to the competition to attract new students. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze how brand trust and brand image on decision making in university selection at Garut Regency. Descriptive analysis methods are used for responses and path analysis methods are used for the hypothetical test. To test the research instrument is used validity and reliability tests, then to change the data in the ordinal form to interval data using the Method of Successive Interval. The results showed that the respondents' responses indicated that the brand image and brand trust of universities in Garut Regency were very good. Furthermore, the variables of brand trust and brand image have a simultaneous and partial influence on the variable of choosing decisions. Then the variable that had the greatest influence on the decision to choose a campus in Garut Regency was the brand image variable followed by the brand trust variable.
