Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 9 dari 23 kelompok usaha perempuan miskin di Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektifitas modal usaha bergulir DP3AKB (dulunya bernama BPMPKS) bagi kelompok usaha perempuan miskin sejak tahun 2011-2014. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan teknik focus group discussion. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 kelompok usaha perempuan miskin yang tersebar dibeberapa gampong/desa dalam kabupaten Aceh Timur. Penentuan sampel itu didasarkan atas beberapa faktor seperti jenis usaha yang dilakukan oleh kelompok penerima bantuan modal usaha bergulir, keterwakilan lokasi kegiatan (cluster), dan jumlah modal usaha yang diterima. Informan yang dalam penelitian adalah ketua dan anggota kelompok usaha perempuan miskin penerimaan modal bergulir DP3AKB Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Alat analisa yang dipergunakan adalah SWOT analysis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan modal usaha bergulir yang diberikan kepada 8 (delapan) kelompok usaha perempuan efektif meningkatkan kesejahteraan kelompok baik dari aspek pendapatan, pertambahan jumlah anggota kelompok, bertambahnya varian produk yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok maupun perluasan jaringan pemasaran produk.

This study discusses the analysis of capital structures that measure profitability and solvability in cosmetic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses descriptive method, the data used secondary data consisting of financial statements of cosmetics companies for the period 2015 to 2017. Using horizontal analysis for capital structure, return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER), long term debt to equity ratio (LTDtER) and uses industry standard averages. The results show that PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk can exceed the average value of the industry standard and the value generated for returns on equity, debt to equity ratio, and long-term debt to equity ratio the higher compared to other cosmetic companies. Companies with returns on equity, debt to equity ratios and long-term debt-to-equity ratios that obtain low scores are PT. Kino Indonesia Tbk and PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk because the value obtained cannot always be obtained by the industry standard average value. Pengaruh Return On Assets, Earnings Per Share Dan Book Value Per Share Terhadap Harga Saham Dimas Saputro

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapat hasil tentang pengaruhnya variabel Return on Assets terhadap harga saham, Earnings per Share terhadap harga saham, dan Book Value per Share terhadap harga saham, subjek penelitian ini adalah 45 emiten yang termasuk dalam LQ45 di bursa efek Indonesia dan selalu masuk dalam LQ45 dari tahun 2014 sampai 2017, dengan menggunakan variable ROA, EPS BVPS dan Harga saham, Data dicatat dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda, dan hasil nya memperlihatkan bahwa secara partial Return on Assets, Earnings per Share dan Book Value per Shares satu satu secara partial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, dan secara simultan Return on Assets, Earnings per Share dan Book Value per Share berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, berarti dapat diartikan bahwa variabel ROA, EPS, dan BVPS mempengaruhi harga saham.

This research intends to know the influence of tourist attraction and word of mouth to tourists' visiting decision in city forest park kota langsa. Samples of this research are 96 respondents. Data analysis of this research is using multiple linear regression method and hypothesis testing is using t test, f test, and determination coefficient test (R2). The result of multiple linear regression is Y = 1,200 + 0,341 X1 + 0.137 X2. T test result shows that tourist attraction variable influenced significantly to tourist's visiting decision in city forest park kota langsa and word of mouth variable also influenced significantly to tourist's visiting decision in city forest park kota langsa. F test result shows that tourist attraction variable and word of mouth variable influenced significantly to tourist's visiting decision in city forest park kota langsa. Determination coefficient test shows that tourist attraction and word of mouth influenced tourist's visiting decision in city forest park kota langsa for 0,301 or 30,1 %.

The main objectives of the study is to analyze the effect of perceived value on customer satisfaction and its impact on the behavioral loyalty of users co-branding credit card of Bank Aceh Syariah. The research sample are 250 customers taken by random sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire, and then the data is analyzed by statistical means of path analysis. The study found that perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and behavioral loyalty. Customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on behavioral loyalty. The existence of customer satisfaction strengthens the influence of perceived value on behavioral loyalty. The effect of mediating customer satisfaction in mediating the functional relationship between the two variables is partial mediation.

Aceh Province as an area with special authority that implementation of zakat distribution authority through non-structural institution Baitul Mal Based on Qanun 10/2007. The distribution of productive zakat targeted to be one of the achievement targets in reducing poverty in urban areas. Therefore, the distribution of productive zakat needs to be explored in a specific study in efforts to reduce poverty in Banda Aceh City. This research used multiple regression by placing the performance of amil zakat as a moderating variable. Sampling was conducted by 100 respondent of mustahik zakat productive in Banda Aceh. Based on the result, it is found that the amount of productive zakat, income, asset and business distribution are significantly influenced to decrease poverty level in Banda Aceh City. Performance amil not able to moderator variable for the field of business in zakat distribution. However, the performance of amil significantly effects as a moderating variable for productive zakat, income,and business assets in reducing the poverty of mustahik in Banda Aceh City. The moderation effects generated by the performance of amil are the pure moderator, the quasi moderator, and the predictor moderator. The conclusion that the performance of amil is able to reduce poverty levels in Kota Banda Aceh as a moderating variable.

Model Peningkatan Loyalitas Kerja Dosen PTS Menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling Syarifah Mauli Masyitah; Eliana Eliana

This study aims to find a model for increasing the lecturers work loyalty of private university by using Structural Equation Modeling. The research sample was 150 lecturers of five private universities in Banda Aceh. The questionnaire is the main instrument for data collection. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using a structural equation model (SEM) operationalized with AMOS 21. The study revealed that lecturer work loyalty was positively and significantly affected by job satisfaction and their assessment of rewards and work environment. Therefore, an increase in lecturer work loyalty can be done through university foundation policy intervention in increasing rewards and improving the work environment quality of the university.

Pengaruh Minat Usaha Dan Motivasi Usaha Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Wirausaha Muda Di Kota Langsa DyahAyu Ardiyanti; Zulkarnen Mora

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh minat dan motivasi usaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha para wirausaha muda di Kota Langsa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan populasi yang tidak diketahui. Sampel yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 125 responden. Temuan penelitian dibuktikan dengan melakukan analisis regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = α +β1X1 + β2X2 + e. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 16 dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa minat usaha secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Namun motivasi usaha secara parsial justru tidak berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Sedangkan minat usaha dan motivasi usaha secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Koefesien determinasi (R2) yang diperoleh hanya sebesar 0,04 yang artinya hanya 4% keberhasilan usaha dipengaruhi oleh minat dan motivasi usahanya. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 96%, keberhasilan usaha dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar dari variabel penelitian ini.
