<![CDATA[The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency occurs in almost every region in Indonesia. The current of globalization is the driving force for juvenile delinquency today. This condition is seen from the behavior of adolescents who often show apathetic and selfish attitudes and the surrounding environment. Outside the home teenagers also often take actions outside the bounds such as ditching school, drinking, brawl and gambling. The behavior reflects the lack of interpersonal communication that is built by parents in fostering their children and there is no specific strategy in preventing the behavior. The purpose of writing is to describe how interpersonal communication is applied by the head of the family based on capacity building. Capacity building is the process by which individuals and organizations acquire, improve and maintain the skills, knowledge, tools, equipment, and other resources needed to carry out their work competently. This allows the individual (head of the family) to attend to build interpersonal communication in a greater capacity in anticipating the involvement of their children in juvenile delinquency. <![CDATA[The purpose of this paper is to describe the factors causing disputes in a collaboration, procedures for the resolution of cooperation disputes and settlement through non-litigation procedures. This type of research used in this research is normative legal research with the focus of problems related to how the dispute resolution of cooperation between loading and unloading associations with the labor force loading and unloading effort cooperatives. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the settlement of cooperation disputes between the stevedoring association with the stevedoring labor cooperative can be carried out through litigation and non-litigation procedures. ]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study is to investigated the relationship between emotional intelligence, social support and occupational stress at H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan. The approach used to this study is quantitative correlational. The study participants were 132 of resident doctors of three departement: surgical, obgyn, and anesthesia. They were selected, making use of total sampling technique. The participants were administrated three questionnaires: emotional intelligence questionnaire, social support questionnaire, and occupational stress questionnaire. Multiple regression analysis was applied as a statistical test to analyze the data. According to results revealed coefficient Freg = 9,682 ( p < 0,05 ). The findings revealed that there was a significant relationship between emotional intelligence, social support and occupational stress at H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan. The value of emotional intelligence and occupational stress amounts to -0,184 ( p < 0,05 ), it shows that as a emotional intelligence increase, occupational stress will decrease. Subsequently, The value of social support and occupational stress amounts to -0,268 ( p < 0,05 ), it shows that as a social support increases, occupational stress also will decrease.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to describe the legal arrangements regarding the Free Verdict according to positive legal provisions, the Judicial role of the Judge in deciding a case and Juridical Analysis of a conviction for a murder crime (Study of Judgment Number 423 / Pid / 2008 PN. South Jakarta. This research method is normative juridical research.The nature of this research is descriptive analysis, which is a method used to describe a condition or condition that is happening or ongoing in order to provide as much data as possible about the object of research so as to explore things that are ideal, then analyzed based on legal theory or applicable laws and regulations.Results of this study, first, the legal arrangements regarding the acquittal according to positive legal provisions is to look at Article 191 Paragraph (1), paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) of the Criminal Procedure Code specifically also provides an understanding that reinforces its role law about being free from all lawsuits. However, several social realities in Indonesia today show that on the other hand the moral crisis is also increasing. This certainly becomes a lameness in the world of education, especially in character education which is predicted as an idea that is able to create Indonesian national character. The journey of character education should be expected to be able to minimize the moral crisis but is still ignored. Character education is considered to be only the task of the school world, when in fact the social environment also plays a very important role in helping carry out character education in society. This is the dynamic in character education today. Whereas character education has actually been carried out by our forefathers and has been passed down through generations through the proverbial life, norms and customs which in cultural studies are known as Folklore. A cultural heritage in the form of oral, written, and movement is able to provide moral cultivation and character education. The research method in this paper is a form of literature study method. Examining and analyzing the dynamics of character education from the results of previous writings that focus on the study of cultural and educational psychology.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence with anxiety reduction in students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Institut Kesehatan Helvetia Medan 2016/2017. This study used quantitative approach. Measuring instruments used in the form of emotional intelligence scales are based on the theory of emotional intelligence by Goleman who has 30 items and anxiety reduction scales that are based on Conroy's theory have 30 items. The samples of this study were 80 students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Institut Kesehatan Helvetia. The data analysis method used in this study is the Pearson Product Moment correlation with the correlation r = -0,649, with a significant p = 0,000 means (p <0.01). The results of the research showed that there was negative but significant correlation between emotional intelligence and student anxiety reduction. This shows that the higher emotional intelligence possessed by students, the easier it is to anxiety reduction, and the lower the emotional intelligence possessed by students, the more difficult it is to anxiety reduction. ]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the position of the functions and authority of the Regional Representative Council based on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and the urgency of strengthening the function of the Regional Representative Council as a regional representative in national policy making at the central level. The research method used is a normative legal research method that focuses on library research, namely the search for legal materials consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. to obtain secondary data from legal materials. The normative approach is carried out by reviewing the provisions or regulations in force. Basically, the existence of the Regional Representative Council through an amendment to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia is based on the existence of 2 (two) factors, namely democratization and efforts to accommodate regions in making national policies, theoretically the existence of the Regional Representative Council is intended to apply the principle of checks and balances between state institutions, namely the process of mutual supervision and balance between State institutions. This was done to strengthen central and regional relations in order to maintain the integrity and unity of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. However, based on the amendment results of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia the authority of the Regional Representative Council to carry out its function as a regional representative is still inadequate, so the desire to implement the principle of checks and balances between State institutions is still not realized.]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractSamata Urban Village is located in Gowa Regency, the emergence of new areas in the Samata Urban Village replaces the land that was originally occupied by the local community to be transformed into an elite and luxurious area, both that occurred in the city center and in the periphery. The process of rehabilitation and urban renewal is what is referred to as gentrification which in the end urban spaces are utilized by those with high income into real estate. This study aims to identify general condition, to determine the reproduction of space and the impact to social and economic. The analytical method used is superimpose analysis and descriptive analysis. Based on the analysis it was found that with the reproduction of space for the construction of economic and residential facilities that have a high value impact, so many people sell their land. Changes in social and economic conditions according to the correlation analysis of the influence of the development of the Village Samata gave a large influence on population growth with a correlation value of 0.98 with a very strong influence and job development with a correlation value of 0.80 with a very strong influence. So the influence of spatial reproduction in Samata Village has a big impact on the development of physical space in the Samata Village.]]>

<![CDATA[The transportation office of the city of Medan is the executing element of the Medan City government in the transportation sector which has duties in the field of public transportation services. City transportation is one of the modes of transportation that is still the focus of government reform and public transportation service providers, especially regarding the quality of services to the community. The problem in this thesis is how city transportation in the route in Medan, how the oversight mechanism is carried out by the Department of Transportation on implementation licensing of city transportation in routes in the city of Medan, what are the obstacles faced by the Medan City Transportation Agency in supervising the implementation of city transportation licenses in routes in the city of Medan. Legal arrangements for city transportation are aimed at realizing traffic and road transport safely, safely, quickly, smoothly, orderly, comfortably, and efficiently, at a cost that is affordable to the purchasing power of the community. Supervision carried out by the Department of Transportation on city transportation in Medan City is to arrange transportation facilities / infrastructure management, conduct transportation control arrangements, supervise the implementation of duties of units and UPTs in the transportation sector, make arrangements for licensing in transportation and conduct transportation violation investigations. <![CDATA[This study aims to find out) The effect of work experience and motivation variables on employee performance of PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Deli Serdang District This research is categorized as associative research. Samples taken were 55 employees of PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Deli Serdang District. Data analysis techniques in this study are multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research data comes from primary data and the process of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. From the results of the study obtained Work experience has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where t is equal to 3,714 > t table 1.67469 with a significance of 0.000 <0.005. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance where t count is 3,511 > t table 1.67469 with significance 0.001 <0.005. Work experience and motivation influence simultaneously on employee performance where F count is 38,575 with a significance level of 0,000 < 0.005. The calculated F value is 38.575 and F table 3.18. Significance value 0.001 < 0.005.]]>
