Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis pengaruh parsial dan simultan komunikasipemasaran dan relasi pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Objek penelitianadalah Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di bank Jabar Banten. Suatu surveydilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data di kantor cabang Padalarang, dengan respondenadalah pengusaha UKM yang merupakan nasabah bank. Kuesioner menjadiinstrumen penelitian dan disebarkan kepada responden. Data yang terkumpuldianalisis menggunakan uji statistik F dan t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwakomunikasi pemasaran dan relasi pelanggan secara simultan mempengaruhi loyalitaspelanggan. Relasi pelanggan memiliki pengaruh parsial yang paling dominanterhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Kumarakom Panchayath falls under Kottayam taluk and the Pallom developmentblock of the Kottayam district. At present 61.22 Hectare of land is categorized asResort area. Due to rapid growth of tourism, there will be a higher demand for landwhich will result in the faster development of the remaining resorts. It is assumed thatover and above 61.22 ha of already committed resort areas an additional 40.44 ha ofperennial crop with settlement will also be utilized for resort development and relatedactivities. For Kumarakom panchayath a future scenario (Year 2011) of spatialstructure has been worked out here based on the existing scenario and the envisagedchanges in the land use structure. In addition to the projected population of 27,300,the tourist equivalent population also has to be considered for evaluating all centralfacilities requirement as well as utilities service requirement for Kumarakompanchayath. This means Kumarakom Panchayath is loaded with 42,000 (27,300 +14,700) population instead of 27,300 natural population for providing services andfacilities. The holding capacity of 91.5 ha of resort area in Kumarakom Panchayathestimated till 2011 will be 3660 beds (40 x 91.5 beds). The holding capacity of touristbeds in Aymanam and Arpookara panchayaths will be 20% of 3660 i.e. 732 beds.Thus, total holding capacity will be approximately 4392 beds. Usual tourist staff ratioof a luxury resort of three to five stars is 1:3. Therefore, population equivalent for atourist is assumed as 4. This means for a holding capacity 3660 tourist in Kumarakompanchayaths, population equivalent of tourist will be 14, 640 (3660 x 4). Varioussuggestions regarding restricted development and environmental protection aresuggested through this study.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji informasi yang terjadi dalam lamanresmi perusahaan terkait CSR dan mengetahui penilaian konsumen mengenai bentuknyata CSR perusahaan. Sebagai contoh kasus dipilih PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk.Data primer dan sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data primer diperolehmelalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 orang responden yang tinggal di kelurahanPasir Gunung Selatan, Cimanggis-Depok, yang menggunakan produk-produkUnilever yang dipilih secara acak. Data sekunder berupa Sustainability ReportUnilever yang disajikan pada laman resmi perusahaan (http://www.unilever.co.id).Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dankualitatif. Penilaian konsumen terhadap CSR perusahaan akan dilihat dari tiga halutama yaitu hak konsumen, penetapan harga, dan etika perusahaan dalam beriklan.Dari hasil analisis, disimpulkan bahwa dari 3 (tiga) variabel yaitu hak konsumen,penetapan harga, dan etika dalam beriklan yang diukur, dengan 7 (tujuh) indikatoryang ada, sudah sepenuhnya sesuai dengan penilaian dari konsumen.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to investigate the pattern of intraday tradingwithin industrial sector which are listed in LQ45 and the domination oftelecommuniaction sector in trading activities at the Jakarta Stock Exchange. Anexamination on the behavior of intraday stock trading activities at the Jakarta StockExchange in the period between 2002 and 2003 is accomplished in this study. Tradingactivities used in this study were volatility of return, volatility of stock price, volume oftrading (based on transactions), spread, relative spread, depth, and relative depth(based on order). Approximately 8 millions trading activities were particized into timeinterval of 30 minutes. Regression analysis with dummy variable for independentvariable was applied. Results of the study showed that there were high means oftrading activities both at the beginning and the end of trading. This finding is inaccordance with a number of theories and results of several empirical studies whichindicate that trading behaviors in each capital market are varied. In addition, it wasalso indicated that trading activities at the Jakarta Stock Exchange, rather than bytelecommunication sector, were dominated by financial sector.

Abstract

ICOR is used for determining ammount of investments which is required to achievetarget of national outputs. The value of the ratio is also representing efficiency ofeconomic of a country. The higher the value of the ratio the less efficient the country’seconomic is, indicating that the goverrment spending has not generated optimaloutputs. In other words, the country’s productivity is relatively low. Ordinary LeastSquare method were used to analyze time series data on real interets rates and othersbebas. variabels infulencing ICOR. Results of the study indicated that interest rate asan influencing variabel towards ICOR cannot be used as a solely policy instrument toincrease investement. In optimizing the nation’s output, a non conventional monetarypolicy, balanced infrastructure development, and poverty elimination programs seemto be required accordingly.

Abstract

Investasi merupakan komitmen dana pada saat ini yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkantambahan dana dimasa depan. Dengan melakukan investasi pada surat berharga, seorangpemodal berharap mendapat keuntungan. Sebelum mengambil keputusan investasi tentunyainvestor perlu melakukan pertimbangan terlebih dahulu, agar investasi yang ditanamkan dapatmemberikan keamanan pendapatan dan pertumbuhan investasi yang baik, salah satunya yaitudengan memperhatikan kinerja dari perusahaan emiten tempat kita akan berinvestasi.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengukur hubungan rasio keuangan sepertiprofitabilitas (pengembalian investasi dan MKB), disposisi laba (DPR), dan indikator pasar(PH dan PPS) dengan harga saham pada perusahaan industri makanan dan minuman. Metodepengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Dari 17 perusahaan industri makanandan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI, hanya diambil 15 perusahaan karena telahmempublikasikan laporan keuangannya secara lengkap selama periode 2003-2007. Variabelyang diangkat yaitu harga saham sebagai variabel terikat dan rasio profitabilitas, disposisilaba dan indikator pasar sebagai variabel bebas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hanya rasioindikator pasar, yaitu perolehan PH saham yang mempengaruhi harga saham secara parsial,sedangkan rasio keuangan yang lainnya tidak berpengaruh. Sedangkan secara simultan,semua rasio keuangan (profitabilitas, disposisi laba dan indikator pasar) berpengaruhterhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan dankualitas produk baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap loyalitaskonsumen. Penelitian mengambil studi kasus “Kebunku Nursery.” Metode analisisyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Regresi Linear Berganda denganbantuan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 16.0 danmetode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan responden sebanyak 100 orang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan secaraparsial kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, tetapi ada pengaruh yangsignifikan secara parsial kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Hasil jugamenunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama kualitaspelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to (i) analyze the effect of level of knowledge ofUAPPA E1 and UAPPB officers towards Government Accounting Standard (SAP) onfinancial statements quality; (ii) analyze the effect of the availability of facilities andinfrastructures supporting the implementation of SAP on financial statements quality;and (iii) investigate level of improvement of financial statements quality years 2007and 2008 compared with financial statements quality year 2006. The Office ofInspectorate General of the Department of National Education was selected as theobject in this study. A set of valid and reliable questionnaires were used in this study.Multiple linier regression analysis was applied to analyze the data. The study resultsshowed that the implementation of SAP, level of knowledge of UAPPA E1 andUAPPB, and the availability of facilities and infrastructures have significant impactson financial statements quality.
