Abstract

In Indonesia, crisis exchange rate was started by the rupiah depreciation and give negative influence to banking sector marked with the increased of the SBI rate till reached 70,8%. This condition caused difficulties of banking industry progressively culminate. At that moment government have taken some policies. One of the policy was found the BPPN. Banks residing under observation of BPPN have come to property of government and next phase government have set mind on to divest. The purpose of this research is to address and learn more about privatization, especially in the banking industry in Indonesia. The focus of this study is to identify the impact of several important variables such as synergy, credibility, new ownership, culture and good corporate governance to the bank performance after privatized. Those five variables are believed to be the critical aspects in the merger and acquisition process. A simple questionnaire has also been developed in order to collect the primary data from target respondents. Respondents in this research are coming from privatized banks, either the bank was privatized through Initial Public Offering or through strategic partner. There were 188 data collected from more than 300 questionnaires distributed. Sequential Equation Modeling has been chosen as the research methodology and Lisrel 8.30 and SPSS 13.0 has also been chosen as the statistic software to be used. These results definitely do not match with the previous research conducted by researchers from other countries, but it could be used to broaden our way of thinking whereby other situation and condition could really produce different result. Banking privatization which have been done not yet had an effect on to improvement of profitability, specially in ROA. Nevertheless, ROA have shown tendency go up. thereby can be concluded that privatisasi yield better performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze rice market integration and SCM among major cities in Indonesia. The data are the average monthly rice prices in 33 major cities from January 2014 to December 2017 taken from the Central Statistics Bureau of Indonesia. The research methods are non–time series analysis and time series analysis. The results from the non–time series analysis show that almost all rice prices have significant market integration, but a few cities do not. The time series analysis covers only a few of the cities included in the research; however, due to the requirement that the Error Correction Model (ECM) data must be stationary. The results from the time series analysis show that all cities analyzed have significant long-run integration, but in the short run, only a few cities have market integration. The results of this research can support government intervention in spreading the rice price in a few cities to other cities in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital communication, the supply chain service, on visiting decisions through interest in visiting Indonesian tourism. The quantitative approach is used in this research by applying a descriptive design and verification. The sample used was 400 respondents who were Indonesian visitors and social media users. The sampling technique is based on probability sampling technique using random sampling method. Analysis of research data using the method of Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study found that digital communication and supply chain service had a significant and positive effect on visiting interest which was shown positively. Interest in visiting has a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions positively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : Mempelajari pandangan para pengusaha garmen di Wilayah Bandung dan Sekitarnya (mencakup pandangan tradisional atau pandangan modern) pada konflik yang dibayangkan dan konflik yang dirasakan. Menganalisis tingkat pengaruh aturan pemerintah (meliputi perundangan, kebijakan, dan keputusan pemerintah) terhadap konflik yang dirasakan dalam hubungan industrial. Menganalisis tingkat pengaruh nilai-nilai sosial terhadap konflik yang dirasakan dalam hubungan industrial. Menganalisis tingkat pengaruh hubungan kerja (meliputi ketergantungan, perbedaan dalam tujuan, perbedaan persepsi, dan kebutuhan spesialis) terhadap konflik yang dirasakan dalam hubungan industrial. Menganalisis tingkat pengaruh konflik yang dirasakan yang mencakup ambiguitas peranan, persaingan untuk mencapai sumber-sumber daya langka, interdependensi tugas, kendala-kendala komunikasi, konflik sebelumnya, perbedaan persepsi individual, dan perbedaan dalam kepribadian, kebutuhan-kebutuhan, nilai-nilai, serta tujuan-tujuan dalam hubungan industrial terhadap produktivitas kerja. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, maka didapatkan bahwa para pengusaha garment di wilayah Bandung dan sekitarnya masih berpandangan tradisional terhadap konflik. Aturan pemerintah yang cenderung memihak pengusaha ternyata memiliki pengaruh yang berarti terhadap timbulnya konflik sebesar 38,1 %. Demikian juga nilai-nilai sosial karyawan berpengaruh terhadap timbulnya konflik, tetapi pengaruhnya relatif kecil, yaitu 5,20%. Sedangkan hubungan kerja di perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap timbulnya konflik, yaitu sebesar 27,2 %. Tetapi konflik yang tereskalat/ timbul berpengaruh sangat berarti terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar 62,9 %. Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effects of perceivedservice quality, relationship quality, and service delivery process on service value, and it’simplication on institutional image. The population in this research were business customers(companies) NSW system users. The research method employed in this research isdescriptive survey method and explanatory survey with sample size of 300 respondents, andthe data analysis method employed is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The researchfindings are as follows: the perceived service quality does not affect on the service value. Therelationship quality has positive and significant effects on the service value. The servicedelivery process has positive and significant effect on the service value. The perceivedservice quality, the relationship quality and the service delivery process have positive andsignificant effect on the service value. Partially, the service delivery process has the mostdominant effect on the service value. The perceived service quality, relationship quality,service delivery process and service value have positive and significant effects on theinstitutional image. Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah para pelanggan bisnis (perusahaan) pengguna sistem NSW. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei deskriptif dan surveieksplanatori dengan ukuran sampel sebesar 300 responden, serta metode analisis data yangdigunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Temuan penelitian sebagai berikutkualitas pelayanan yang dirasakan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai pelayanan. Kualitaskerelasian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai pelayanan. Proses penyampaianpelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai pelayanan. Kualitas pelayananyang dirasakan, kualitas kerelasian dan proses penyampaian pelayanan secara bersama-samaberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai pelayanan. Secara parsial prosespenyampaian pelayanan paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap nilai pelayanan. Kualitaspelayanan yang dirasakan, kualitas kerelasian, proses penyampaian pelayanan dan nilaipelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra institusi.Secara parsial nilai pelayanan paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap citra institusi.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan yang Dirasakan, Kualitas Kerelasian, ProsesPenyampaian Pelayanan, Nilai Pelayanan, Citra Institusi

Abstract

Changes in WhatsAap policy cause confusion and tend to be anxious for users where each user is required to accept the WhatsAap management policy in order to link information on whatsAap with Facebook no later than February 8, 2021. With the number of users reaching millions of people this certainly affects decisions that are not easy. This study uses a qualitative method by conducting non-structured interviews with 10 informants who are the admin of the WhatsApp group which has a group of at least 100 people. Because the identity of the informant must be kept secret, the authors provide the code R1-R10. From the research results, it was found that consumers were aware of this Whatsapp policy and regretted this policy and would move to other safer and more comfortable applications

Abstract

A policy of high rice prices can increase paddy farm incomes but also cause a rise in rice expenditures for farm households. Such a policy is needed to stimulate production but can harm rice consumers, especially poor families. We surveyed 284 paddy farmers in Gantar Sub-District, Indramayu Regency, Indonesia to analyze the impact of increasing rice prices on farmers’ net incomes, including poor paddy farmers. We found that a price increase benefits farmer if the price transmission elasticity is more than 0.2 for non-poor paddy farmers or 0.6 for poor paddy farmers. A high rice price policy can benefit paddy farmers if there is good price transmission in the market. Good transmission requires a strong rice market efficiency channel.

Abstract

Competition within banking industries has been tighter lately. Banks, including BNI Bank, are required to improve their services which are more customer satisfaction oriented. Market share of Bandung branch of BNI Bank steadily decreases in the last several years. This indicates that its image is relatively low due to its service quality which is of considerably unsatisfied. The study is aimed at analyzing factors (i.e., service quality and customer relations) influencing firm image (i.e., BNI Bank Bandung Branch). Primary data were collected from respondents, who were randomly selected from customers of the bank, using a valid and reliable questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Results of the study indicated that image of the bank was significantly affected by both service quality and customer relations, either partially or simultaneously. It was found that customer relations are much more important than that of service quality in influencing firm image.Key words: service quality; customer relations; firm image

Sampai dengan tahun 2006 jumlah pelanggan TELKOM pertumbuhannya terus meningkat, namun khusus pada produk Telkom Flexi Classy (pasca bayar) memiliki pangsa pasar yang relatif masih rendah dibandingkan jasa telekomunikasi lainnya, seperti XL, Satelindo, dan Telkomsel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh kebijakan tarif, iklan, dan proses pelayanan pada Telkom Flexi pasca bayar terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Telkom Flexi Classy. Sampel diambil sebanyak 80 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan tarif, iklan, dan proses pelayanan ditanggapi positif oleh pelanggan Telkom Flexi Pascabayar. Kebijakan tarif, iklan, dan proses berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Telkom Flexi Pascabayar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis pengaruh parsial dan simultan komunikasipemasaran dan relasi pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Objek penelitianadalah Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di bank Jabar Banten. Suatu surveydilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data di kantor cabang Padalarang, dengan respondenadalah pengusaha UKM yang merupakan nasabah bank. Kuesioner menjadiinstrumen penelitian dan disebarkan kepada responden. Data yang terkumpuldianalisis menggunakan uji statistik F dan t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwakomunikasi pemasaran dan relasi pelanggan secara simultan mempengaruhi loyalitaspelanggan. Relasi pelanggan memiliki pengaruh parsial yang paling dominanterhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
