Abstract

The study objective is to develop measurement tool for online shopping model. Considering model built using latent variables, research instrument deployed was questionnaire. Model was built using seven (7) latent variables such as perceived easy of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, intention, actual behavior, trust, and experience. Each of them are measured using 5, 5, 5, 5, 4, 5, 6, and 5 manifest variables (indicators) respectively. Perceived easy of use, perceived usefulness, intention, and actual behavior measurements were developed based on Klopping and McKinney, attitude and trust were developed based on Suh and Han, and experience based on Kim, Lee, and Kim. Questionnaire was distributed to 20 respondents. Validation test was performed using Product Moment Pearson correlation. Test shows that perceived easy of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, intention, and experience were valid in which each of them measured with 5 manifest variables. Same evidence for actual behavior and trust variables which are also valid for 6 and 4 manifest variables respectively.Key Words : perceived easy of use and usefulness, attitude towards usefulness, intention to use, actual behavior, trust, and experience Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan alat ukur model pembelanjaan terhubung. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam mengukur variabel model pembelanjaan terhubung adalah kuesioner. Model pembelanjaan terhubung dikembangkan dari tujuh (7) variabel, yaitu persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi manfaat, sikap terhadap kegunaan, niat pemanfaatan, pemanfaatan aktual, kepercayaan, dan pengalaman. Masing-masing variabel diukur menggunakan 5, 5, 5, 5, 4, 5, 6, dan 5 variabel manifest (indikator) secara berturut-turut. Variabel persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi manfaat, niat pemanfaatan, dan pemanfaatan aktual dikembangkan dengan mengadopsi kuesioner penelitian Klopping dan McKinney, variabel kepercayaan dan sikap mengadopsi Suh dan Han, dan variabel pengalaman mengadopsi Kim, Lee, dan Kim. Validasi dilakukan menggunakan teknik korelasi. Kuesioner disebarkan ke 20 orang responden. Uji validasi menunjukkan bahwa persepsikemudahan penggunaan, manfaat, pengalaman, sikap terhadap kegunaan, dan niat pemanfaatan memiliki validitas yang baik dengan jumlah pernyataan masing-masing 5. Variabel kepercayaan dan pemanfaatan aktual memiliki validitas yang baik diukur dengan 6 dan 4 pertanyaan secara berturut-turut.Kata kunci : persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan manfaat, sikap terhadap kegunaan, niat pemanfaatan, pemanfaatan actual, kepercayaan, pengalaman

Abstract

Of multi steps needed to maintain the quality of chrysanthemum flowers , transportation is of concern as it is related to shipping time and storage temperature during shipping. Those two factors has implications for loss of quality when performed incorrectly and further will reduces the commercial value of these products.In general, the selection of transportation vehicles is important in order to maintain chrysanthemums quality up to destination without causing significant damage. The purpose of the study is thus optimizing the cost of transporting chrysanthemum flowers. Optimization is done using the concept of time-based transportation simulation model. The results showed that changes of transport vehicles capacity and shift of the end point has very significant in influencing total cost of chrysanthemum flower delivery. Shift of the end point can be done through investment in technology, such as through the provision and maintenance of storage media during the shipping processtaking place. The model shows that the total cost of chrysanthemum flowers delivery can be minimized through increasing in capacity of transport vehicles and technology investments.Key words: delivery time, quality, chrysanthemum flower, total minimum cost Salah satu tahap yang perlu diperhatikan dalam mempertahankan mutu bunga krisan adalah saat pengangkutan, karena berkaitan dengan waktu pengiriman dan suhu ruang penyimpanan selama pengangkutan. Kedua faktor berimplikasi ke pengiriman bunga krisan. Pergeseran titik akhir dapat dilakukan melalui investasi teknologi, yaitu melalui pengadaan dan perawatan media penyimpan selama prosespengiriman berlangsung. Model menunjukkan bahwa biaya total pengiriman bunga krisan dapat diminimumkan melalui kenaikan kapasitas kendaraan angkut dan investasiteknologi.Kata kunci: waktu pengiriman, kualitas bunga krisan, total biaya minimum

Abstract

The objective of this study is to learn the application of government ethics on permit service based on values/norms of Cianjur community. By qualitative approach, the research had been done in Cianjur Regency.The result is that the application of the government ethics in Cianjur depends heavily on Islam culture, Sundanese culture and leader direction. Those factors are able influence government ethic by showing deed and model simultaneously. Therefore the new concept found from this study is that the application of the government ethics by bureaucracy depends on community values and norm.Key words : value, norm, government ethics, Cianjur Regency Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mempelajari aplikasi etika pemerintahan dalam pelayanan publik perijinan dengan memperhatikan nilai-nilai/norma yang dianut masyarakat di Kabupaten Cianjur. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian empirik dilakukan di Kabupaten Cianjur. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi etika pemerintahandalam pelayanan publik perijinan di Kabupaten Cianjur lebih bergantung pada agama Islam, budaya Sunda dan perintah/petunjuk atasan dari pada sumber-sumber lainnya, yang terjadi melalui pola pelakonan dan peragaan secarasimultan. Konsep baru yang diangkat adalah aplikasi etika pemerintahan pada lingkungan birokrasi pemerintahan bergantung pada nilai dan norma yang berlaku dalam lingkungan masyarakat yang bersangkutan.”Kata Kunci : nilai, norma, etika pemerintahan, Kabupataen Cianjur

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of the advertising massage, measured by the audiences’ attitudes toward ads massage without the visualization and with the vissualization of the chronic sickness pictures as the side effects of smoking. Respondents is undergraduates’ students of Economics Faculty, Universitas Lampung. The results show that the ads massage of the dangerous smoking without and with the visualization is significantly positive, and affects on intention not to smoke and or quit smoking. The ads massage with the visualization makes more senses in the knowledge of respondents (cognitive attitude), and has more sensitive attitudes or induces emotional feeling of the respondents (affective attitude), so that it increases the probability of the smokers’ to stop smoking and of non smokers not to smoke.Key words: the effectiveness of advertising massage, cognitive and affective attitude, intention Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas iklan yang diukur dari sikap perespon terhadap iklan pesan bahaya merokok dengan visualisasi maupun tanpa visualisasi gambar penyakit akibat merokok. Responden pada studi ini adalah mahasiswa strata satu pada Fakultas Ekonomi Unila. Hasil temuan menyimpulkan bahwa iklan pesan bahaya merokok merupakan iklan yang efektif, disikapi positif signifikan dan berdampak pada niat perokok dan bukan perokok untukberhenti merokok dan tidak merokok. Iklan dengan visualisasi gambar yang menginformasikan bahaya merokok lebih menyentuh pengetahuan seseorang (sikap kognitif), serta keyakinan dan perasaan emosional (sikap afektif), sehingga memperbesar peluang perokok untuk berniat berhenti merokok.Kata Kunci: kefektifan iklan, niat, sikap afektif dan kognitif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasikan tahapan proses produksi jamu yang baik sesuai standar CPOTB, (2) mengidentifikasikan dan mengumpulkan data mengenai proses produksi, jenis aktivitas, dan informasi lain yang diperlukandari bagian arsip di beberapa perusahaan jamu yang telah memenuhi standar Cara Produksi Obat Tradisional yang Baik (CPOTB) pada proses produksinya, (3) membuat algoritma penjadualan proses produksi industri jamu yang memenuhi standar CPOTB dalam bentuk jaringan kerja. Tahap pertama penelitian adalah analisis kebutuhan, proses pengumpulan data mengenai proses produksi jamu, jenis aktivitas beserta durasinya di beberapa perusahaan jamu yang telah memenuhi standar CPOTB pada proses produksinya. Tahap berikutnya adalah perancangan model algoritma sistem penunjang keputusan penjadualan proses produksi industri jamu yangmemenuhi standar CPOTB dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis jaringan kerja yang menggabungkan teknik Projcet Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) dan Critical Path Method (CPM). Hasil penelitian terhadap jamu kaplet menunjukkan bahwa tahapan pengendalian mutu dimulai dari persiapan simplisia (bahan baku jamu) hingga proses pengepakan. Implementasi model dilakukan dengan memasukkan input data yang bersifat variabel berupa waktu proses, jumlah sumber daya, dan biaya per aktivitas kegiatan untuk diproses menjadi informasi mengenai distribusidan total waktu, sumber daya, dan biaya, untuk dijadikan dasar pertimbangan bagi perusahaan yang bermaksud melakukan sertifikasi COPTB.Kata Kunci : CPOTB, jamu, analisis jaringan, PERT, CPM The study aims to (1) identify the stages of the production process of herbal based on Good Traditional Medicine Manufacturing Process (GTMMP), (2) identify and collect data of production process, types of activities, and other necessary information from the archives at some of herbal medicine company that meets the GTMMP standards in the production process, (3) constructs the production process schedulingalgorithms based on GTMMP standards. The first stage of research was the needs analysis, the process of collecting data of production process of herbal medicine, type of activity and its duration, the activities carried out, and other data obtained from the production of herbal medicine in several companies that have met the GTMMP

Abstract

Small businesses have been interested topics for researchers. This topic is interested as small businesses have been showing the capability to survive on economics difficulties. The objective of the research is to asses the capability of Bengkulu District in improving small Business strategy. Policies in this case are analyzed in order to provide the answer to the objective. Effectiveness of policies which were gone out during 2005 up to 2010 was evaluated. The method is known as policy analysis.Results of the study showed that market segmentation based on area policy plays as important element of motivation improvement of market strategy development. Bengkulu District Government policy related to manage special foods centre is possible to be used as benchmark to others region in which integrated management system, new innovation, and responsive towards new development.Keywords: small business, marketing strategy, food center, policy analysis Penelitian yang mengkaji unit usaha kecil sudah banyak dilakukan. Penelitian menjadi menarik karena usaha kecil terbukti bertahan dalam kondisi perekonomian yang sulit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kemampuan daerah Bengkulu dalam pengembangan strategi usaha kecil. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kebijakan dari tahun 2005 sampai tahun 2010. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanfungsi kebijakan segmentasi pasar berdasarkan wilayah berperan sebagai elemen penting bagi daerah Bengkulu dalam peningkatan motivasi pengembangan strategi pemasaran. Kebijakan pemerintah daerah Kota Bengkulu dengan penetapan sentra makanan khas dapat ditiru daerah lain dalam strategi pengembangan usaha kecil dengan menerapkan sistem manajemen terpadu, ide baru, dan tanggap terhadap isu yang berkembang saat ini.Kata kunci: usaha kecil dan strategi pemasaran, pusat makanan, analisis kebijakan
