Abstract

This study aims to describe humanistic learning theory and its implications for the learning of Islamic Education. This research method uses library research or library research to be analyzed and concluded. Research data is obtained from recording books and journals. The results of this study contain an understanding of humanistic learning, humanistic learning figures listed: 1) Abraham Maslow as follows; a) Abraham Maslow's biography, b) Abraham Maslow's humanistic learning theory c) Implications of Abraham Maslow's Theory in Islamic Education. 2) Carl Rogers's humanistic learning theory and the implications of Carl Rogers's theory in learning Islamic Education. Conclusion of humanistic theories to humanize humans. the learning process is considered successful if the student discusses his environment and claims himself. Students in the learning process must try to make it more slowly and able to achieve self-actualization as well as possible.

Abstract

The active learning approach that is carried out in the subject of Student Development in the Faculty of Islamic Sciences majoring in PAI at the Islamic University of Indonesia in the 4th semester, aims to improve student learning activeness with non-monotonous learning strategies. With this learning method, students can actively explore themselves by finding the main ideas in solving a problem, or students can apply what is learned in real life. Several learning methods can be used as alternatives to increase student activity during the learning process, one of them is "Active Learning Methods-Small Group Discussion". This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis by collecting data through observation and documentation. The results of this research method of active learning with a group discussion or small group discussion can increase learning activeness involving fourth-semester students of class D in the subject of the development of PAI FIAI UII Yogyakarta students in terms of the theories put forward by experts.

Abstract

Changes in education in Indonesia in the form of one form of and also a new curriculum that serves as a refinement of the previous curriculum, namely KTSP. The method of this study is to use literature research (literature research) to be analyzed and concluded. The results of this study are discussing the notion of authentic assessment, the characteristics of authentic assessment, comparison of authentic and non-authentic assessment, authentic assessment principles, techniques and instrumens, authentic assessment components, and the problems of implementing authentic assessment in schools and in universities. Conclusion Authentic assessment techniques pay attention to 3 things namely affective, cognitive, and psychomotor competencies. The component of authentic assessment itself that needs attention is the preparation of authentic assignments and the rubric for authentic assessment. While the Probematics of the implementation of authentic assessment in schools or in college each school and college has different obstacles.

Abstract

The superiority of the Vocational High School compared to other middle schools is that the students are trained to become entrepreneurs. The education model that is always developed in vocational schools to conduct entrepreneurship education is a model of entrepreneurship character education. The purpose of this study was to obtain an appropriate educational model for implementing entrepreneurship character education in SMKs to explore the experience of SMK students in implementing Character models in entrepreneurship learning. The focus of research on how students internalize character values, aspects of soft skills and transferable skills in learning Entrepreneurship so that students are interested in entrepreneurship, the research approach is qualitative phenomenological. A research orientation to understand, explore, and interpret the meaning of events, phenomena and relationships with people naturally in certain situations, during the entrepreneurial learning process. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation are described as is. Opinions of students, educators, behavior, attitudes, interests, skills, weaknesses, are an important part of providing input to the improvement of entrepreneurial learning. The findings show that the enthusiasm of students is high, indicated by activities in five stages, the entrepreneurship project starts from (1) Small groups, (2) Exploration, (3) Development of business ideas, (4) Preparation and Presentation of business plans, ( 5) Action and business competition, running smoothly and successfully internalizing 3 character values and 5 soft skills-transferable skills with a high score of 68% and a moderate score of 32%. All products are sold out and some products have received orders, this shows an indication of growing entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

The research uses factorial design, aims to find out the effect of discovery method on the analogy achievement and mathematical generalization of students of SMKN 1 Sakra. The population of this study was all students of SMKN 1 Sakra, and the research sample was taken using the Cluster Random Sampling technique, namely by looking for class XII students, two classes to be sampled. This study consisted of two groups, namely learning the discovery method and the expository method. Class XII.A was made as an experimental group, while class XII.B was made as a control group. Each class consists of 36 students who are divided into three different abilities of students, namely high achievers, medium achievers and low grade students. Research data were collected through tests, questionnaires, observations and interviews. The results of this study are an increase in the ability of mathematical analogies of students who obtain learning using the discovery method better than students who obtain the expository method.

Abstract

Developing a profesional culture in schools is done by: (1) implementing a strict new student admission system, (2) school orientation activities on new students, (3) imposing school rules and compensation tasks, (4) implementing a solid learning system, and (5) implementing graduate marketing. Positive habits that form the basis of profesional culture can grow and develop in Shaykh Zainuddin NW Anjani Vocational School starting with the process of internalizing the noble values ​​of profesional culture in students and teachers alike. In students the internalization process occurs because of things as follows: (1) instilling awareness about profesional cultural values ​​by teachers and school leaders, (2) students' internal factors (encouragement from themselves), and (3) adjusting themselves to an environment that has been cultured profesionally. In the teacher the process occurs because: (1) the adaptation of the teacher to the tasks of the environment, (2) the employment status has, and (3) their assumption that carrying out the duties as a teacher is "devotion".

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of assertive behavior with juvenile delinquency and the problem in students of SMAN 2 Masbagik. The research design used is descriptive and correlational. The research population was 170 SMAN 2 Masbagik students. The research sample was 119 people, used by random sampling technique. The research instrument used is the psychological scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and product moment correlation analysis. Based on the study of the assertive behavior of respondents included in the high category that is 73.95%. Most of the juvenile delinquency of respondents who fall into the category is quite 64.71%. Correlation analysis results obtained by the magnitude of the correlation coefficient of -0.211. The correlation test results showed that the rxy obtained was -0.211 while the r table with N = 119 was 0.176. Because the value of r arithmetic> r table (-0.211> 0.176) then there is a negative relationship between certive behavior and juvenile delinquency. Effective contribution of assertive variables is 4.45% of juvenile delinquency in class XI students of SMAN 2 Masbagik. The results give students the opportunity to express what students want to express without shame, students should always be assertive in their stance, honest with themselves and honest with others, always responsible for what they have done, know themselves and also have high self confidence

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of academic supervision of class visits by school principals in order to improve the performance of teachers in SMP NW Jerua and can provide technical assistance and guidance to teachers to be able to improve the quality of performance in carrying out tasks and carrying out teaching and learning processes. This research is a qualitative study using descriptive methods. To describe this research, a measurement will be carried out on the implementation planning and evaluation of the academic supervision of class visits by the school principal in NW Jerua Middle School. For this reason, this research is intended to find out more about the data collection about the academic planning documents for class visits, the academic supervision documents for class visits, the academic supervision documents for class visits. The informants in this study were the principal and teachers at NW Jerua Middle School. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques, documentation studies, and interviews. Observations were made to obtain data and conditions of academic supervision by the principal's class visit to improve teacher performance in NW Jerua Middle School by direct observation. Documentation studies are conducted to view and obtain authentic data that can be used to match the same data using other techniques. Interview with the teacher as an informant to get information related to the academic supervision techniques of class visits. The flow of this research reveals academic supervision in the NW Jerua Middle School. The supervision management system is as follows: The headmaster conducts academic supervision supervision of the visit by discussing with the teacher first. Then conduct academic supervision of class visits by applying principles and preparing instruments. The final stage is the evaluation and academic follow-up of class visits.
