Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Servant leadership, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. Here, the influence of Servant leadership and Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction need to assessed to obtain Organizational Citizenship Behaviour. In this study, we collect the data from civil servants people with 196 respondents using the random probability sampling method. The descriptive research analysis model with Partial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS software was used in this study. The results show that a Servant leadership, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction had a positive effect on employee organizational citizenship behaviour. It can be concluded that the better Servant Leadership, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction, the greater the organizational citizenship behaviour of employees is reflected in the actions of employees with Servant Leadership on Job Satisfaction as the most significant value.

Abstract

Public dissatisfaction with police detective's function has performed in conducting investigations, often makes the community not well served. A reports submitted does not necessarily revealed or fulfill a sense of justice. Therefore, the purpose in this study to assess the influence of organizational culture and motivation in police performance with mediated by organizational commitment. Here, we collect 195 respondents in police officers using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results shows organizational culture influenced police performance, organizational culture influences organizational commitment, organizational commitment influenced police performance, motivation influenced organizational commitment and motivation influenced police performance.

Abstract

This research intends to examine macroeconomic factors and microeconomic factors that have affect stock prices, the variables studied are gross domestic product, Return on equity, and earnings per share of stock prices by moderating inflation in earnings per share of stock prices. In this study we analyze effect of gross domestic product, return on equity, and earnings per share, on stock prices and moderate inflation on earnings per share on stock prices, and can provide information and descriptions to investors able to evaluate the fair price of shares in a company based on variables in this research. Purpose sampling data collection techniques with the population used in this research were fifteen consumer goods companies that published financial statements and were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018. Testing in this research was carried out with the help of the SPSS22 software program. The results showed that the variable return on equity and earnings per share both had positive and significant effects on stock prices while earnings per share moderated by inflation have a negative and significant effect on stock prices. But the gross domestic product variable is positive and has no significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Based on statistical data, the population rate in Indonesia reaches 4 million a year. Prominent contribution it is assumed to be the bonus for the food industry growth in Indonesia. According to, the development of food industry, specific as a frozen food increase at 7% a year. The frozen food industry manufactures specific products like sausages, potatoes, and nuggets. The ingredients of the frozen food are chicken, fish, or manufactured beef. In addition, beef favored by the majority of frozen food manufacturers. On the other hand, duck is rarely used as a food ingredient by a industry. In fact, every year the number of duck consumption is increased, so there is a chance aim to analyze marketing strategy for the duck nugget production. Accordingly, PT. BEFINDO FOOD chooses manufactured duck as the main ingredients of its frozen food production. The purpose of the business to create the biggest duck nugget manufacture in Indonesia with good quality product. In order to achieve the result, we reduce the fat amount and duck smell, and improve the production process so that this product is healthy and no cholesterol remains in the duck nugget product. PT. BEFINDO FOOD will apply Competitive Profile Matrix and SPACE Matrix to investigate position and preferred strategy. In addition, the NICE method is performed in this work together with a company. PT. BEFINDO FOOD will maintain its nugget duck sales using electronic media and cooperation with other company to analyze marketing strategy.

Abstract

Food industry it’s one of the centerpiece industry sectors as a private sector to increase national economic growth rate. Accordingly, PT. BEFINDO FOOD prefers to focus on food industry, specifically frozen food. The variants of processed food are potatoes, sausages, and nuggets also favored food by most Indonesians. However, duck meat as an one of protein source and familiar in Indonesian market due to contains high fat amount and cholesterol. In the fact, when the cholesterol of skin-off duck is compared to the chicken cholesterol it is proved that the amount of cholesterol from both ingredients are nearly similar and it is still considered healthy. Therefore, to encourage consumers to choose duck meat, the company need to reduce fat amount with smell in the production process. In addition, PT. BEFINDO FOOD needs to develop an innovation in the processing phase. In this study, PT. BEFINDO FOOD will develop the human capital in order to create qualified men who will involve in the duck nugget production.

Abstract

The population rate in Indonesia is goes up every year and it affects the growth of food industry in Indonesia which is developed gradually every year. Here, a food industry produces various products like cooked food, processed food in a form of frozen food. For frozen food, it has its own target market and the number is bigger than the market of cooked food due to its durable characteristic and cooking friendly. The growth of the frozen food sales in Indonesian market is a business opportunity for PT. BEFINDO FOOD. Therefore, PT. BEFINDO FOOD focuses on frozen food industry by using manufactured duck as its main ingredients it’s different by other companies. In this study, we use Porter’s Five Forces analysis method and SWOT analysis to investigate any factual information that needs to be taken into consideration, which is related to the frozen food business. The result shows, growth of the frozen food sales in the market is expected to be the business opportunity for PT. BEFINDO FOOD to produce a nugget with manufactured duck as its main ingredients. It aims to reach wider market to offer alternative flavor of nugget product.

Abstract

PT. Jeeva Works Corporation is a private company in hair cut style for man (Barbershop) and coffee shop especially men who are increasingly happy to be stylish and more aware of their appearance by choosing stylish hairstyles. In addition to lifestyle-related to the appearance of hair, the phenomenon of enjoying coffee at a coffee shop is currently also a part of the lifestyle. Harapan Indah, Bekasi was chosen as an initial location (company home base) after seeing the potential business of the existing Barbershop. The population of men aged in this area between 15 to 54 with 142.300 customers in 2020 on barbershop market share over 52.65% or 74.921 people. In addition, a potential Barbershop combined with coffee shop’s potential is also promising in this region. There are coffee shops and coffee enthusiast communities that to support PT. Jeeva Work with continue to grow. The company seized this opportunity by establishing a premium barbershop business which is provide technology to select hair models in menu form with re-modeling applications and provides rapid registration technology by developing an online registration application equipped with coffee shop facilities under Jeeva Barber Coffee brand. In this work, we purpose to analyze a level of investment feasibility. As an initial step, the preparation of the company’s, the cash flow was carried out. After that, an investment feasibility analysis was carried out by calculating and analyzing the parameters used which were ROI, P, BEP, PP, and IRR. The results of calculations and analysis of ROI, NPV, BEP, PP, and IRR on the company’s investment plan of 6.9 billion shows that the investment is feasible to run. ROI in the 5th year reached 55.16% > the target of 35%. The NPV calculated with WACC was 10.97%, showing a positive value, 2 years 5 months BEP < maximal target in BEP 3 years, 1st investment PP for 2 years 5 months and second investment for 2 years 1 month as expected < 3 years, IRR of 48.81% > minimum interest rate expected by investors of 13.13%

Abstract

Dividend policy is the most controversial topic in the context of corporate finance, where the variables that influence it are still uncertain in the literature. This study aims to analyze the effect of cash position, debt to equity ratio, return on assets and inventory turnover to the dividend payout ratio, as well as providing information and description to investors whose investment objectives to pursue dividends based on variables. Here, we analyze the panel data regression over 11 consumer goods industries in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2017. The results shows that the variable return on assets and inventory turnover had a positive and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio, and also the debt to equity ratio had a negative and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio. While the cash position had not significantly affect on the dividend payout ratio

Abstract

The needs of modern society especially men are needed barber services to tailored a customer. The right service time and attractive facilities it’s effective to generate customer. This business is a new business model in Indonesia and requires business development. Jeeva works company develops to facilitate customer needs by providing re-model and e-registration application technology over coffeeshop. The combination of barbershop and coffeeshop is developed by Jeeva works company namely Jeeva Barber Coffee. Some of the business development undertaken by analyzing the business environment, developing business strategies, operational strategies, marketing strategies, human capital (HC) strategies, financial strategies and risk management. A good strategy in the field of human capital (HC) affects business development. Jeeva Barber Coffee is a premium barbershop business facilitated by modern application technology so that the role of human capital (HC) is very important to improve the company's operations. Abstract

The objective in this business planning Unggul Daycare is a child care agency for children in 3 to 6 years it means that the temporally subside a parenting role in caring and nursing children by providing the best service to meet customer demand for customer satisfaction. The basic analysis and operational thinking of daycare is performed using HR stages or HR model consisting of strategy, system, staffing, share value, structure, skill and style. Strategic location is needed to support daycare business, the observation location at Head Office PT. ASABRI (Persero), Jalan Mayjen Sutoyo No. 11, Cawang, East Jakarta.
