Abstract

AbstractACFTA affect many economic trade sectors in Indonesia either from the Import, Export as well as the states finances and its policies. The objective of free trade around the world is more on looking at the benefits to both countries that entered into the agreement. The ACFTA will influence competitiveness and comparative advantage among members of ASEAN in the textile, one of the Textile products become an image of Indonesian nation culture, it is call Batik, as it continues to spread worldwide and is recognized as a primary need that should be preserved our country. However, much of the existing literature on ACFTA seeks to provide qualitative estimates of the overall effect of ACFTA on ASEAN and China. In line with this, this research aims to determine the effect of Batik Imports from China that become bigger after the enactment of ACFTA. This study examines the value of Batik Textile Imports from 1998 to 2014. To see the implementation of ACFTA since 2007, the researchers divided the value of imports into two periods: 1998-2006 for before ACFTA and 2007-2014 for after ACFTA. This study uses a difference test method of non-parametric Mann Whitney. The results indicate that the value of batik imports from China after the ACFTA is greater than before ACFTA with significant value of <0.05.Keywords: ACFTA, Import, Batik Textile

Abstract

The current early childhood education is growth, parents is having a choice to send their children, very competitive offer, many school available likes religious schools  and montessori school. Montessori school for other people now most famous but in the fact for regional in Kelapa Dua Tangerang Enrollment intention is very low  diffrent to the other markets area, they have a wrong perception and they think montessori school lis non - moeslim religious school, the socialization make strategy free trial promotion, price discount to up Enrollment intention. Purpose  this riset of this study  to looking for to analyze  whether the prospective parents' attitude towards free trial and a price discount, whether affect  ting the intention to enrollment and whether the brand image school can support of the promotion  strategy. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression method. The results showed that there are significant  attitude towards free trial to the intention to register, while attitudes toward discounted price does not affect the intention to register, there is no moderating influence of brand image on the relationship attitude towards free trial and discount price to the intention to register. Price discounts are offered at a school can not guarantee the quality of the schoolbut the good image that  school will be a major factor for choosing a school with socialization school through free trial. Abstract

This research examines the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on word of mouth. We carried out a survey of our sample, which consisted of 303 respondents. This study provides empirical evidence that service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality also has a significant positive effect on word of mouth and customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on word of mouth.

Abstract

This research will examine the relationship between job satisfaction, work environment, work motivation, and employee performance. The purpose was for determine job satisfaction with employee performance, determine work environment with employee performance, determine work motivation with employee performance, and gender, the duration for demographic factors as a moderating determine job satisfaction, work environment, work motivation with employee performance. The object of this study is employees with staff positions working in telecommunications companies to PT XL Axiata, PT Indosat Oredoo, and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkomsel) located in Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach that will use a measurement tool. The total sample of 590 respondents with a simple random sampling technique. Data will analyze used rerata-sel univariate test and multiple linear regression test. The results from study concluded that job satisfaction, work environment, and work motivation were significant to employee performance. Demographic factors that become moderating influence employee performance, but for the men gender who are not better than women in job satisfaction, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance, while for > 2 years work duration is better than < 2 years in a work environment, work motivation to employee performance, and inversely proportional to the job satisfaction. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang hubungan antara kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, jenis kelamin, durasi dan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan jenis kelamin, durasi sebagai faktor demografi yang memoderasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan dengan jabatan staff yang bekerja dalam perusahaan bidang telekomunikasi pada PT XL Axiata, PT Indosat Oredoo, dan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkomsel) berlokasi di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana akan menggunakan alat ukur kuisioner. Total sampel sebanyak 590 responden dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Untuk menganalisa data digunakan uji rerata-sel univariat dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Faktor demografi yang menjadi moderasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun pengecualian untuk jenis kelamin pria tidak lebih baik dari wanita dalam kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan untuk durasi kerja > 2 tahun lebih baik dari < 2 tahun dalam lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan berbanding terbalik dengan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigm Service dominant logic, dengan tujuan untuk membantu industri jasa kreatif agar dapat mengetahui model strategi pemasaran partisipatif, sehingga industri ini dapat menentukan aplikasi strategi yang sesuai berdasarkan pemodelan tersebut. Penelitian ini meneliti peranan implicit self theory sebagai variable moderasi antara strategi partisipatif dan kualitas relasional relasional. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi terhadap gap theory dalam perspektif pemasaran relasional, dimana sebagian ilmuan berpendapat bahwa strategi partisipatif akan meningkatkan kualitas hubungan, sedangkan ilmuan lainnya berpendapat bahwa peningkatan kualitas hubungan ini ditentukan oleh karakteristik personal pelanggan.Obyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah industri jasa kreatif - tailor, karena karakteristik industri ini dapat mewakili karakteristik industri jasa kreatif lainnya. Dan sebagian besar responden yang digunakan adalah mahasiswi di lingkungan Universitas Esa Unggul. Desain penelitian adalah kausal, dengan metode pengolahan data two way ancova.Kata kunci: partisipasi pelanggan, kualitas relasional, implicit self theory

Abstract

AbstractSince Indonesian government deregulate lubricants monopoly through Keppres No 21 in 2001, there has been a rise in lubricant industry climate. Lubricant producers need to benefit owners and managers of automotive repair station as the decision makers and personal reference to recommends their products to clients. Lubricant producers also needs to finds out what caused repair station managers became loyal and willing to recommend their products to his clients.  In business market, company reputation has a strong influence on buying decision which may differ from the influence of brand’s image. This paper investigate these differences by testing hypotheses about the influence of brand’s image and company reputation on customer’s perceptions of product and service quality, customer value and customer loyalty in lubricant business market. The object’s of this study are 105 of automotive repair station managers. The result indicate that company reputation have influence on the customer’s perception of product and service quality and customer loyalty since brand image doesn’t have influence on the customer’s perception of product and service quality and customer loyalty. Based on the result, the appropriate marketing strategic for lubricant’s producer is to be focus on the establishment of company reputation.Keywords: brand of merk, reputation, quality of productAbstrakSejak adanya penghapusan monopoli minyak pelumas oleh pemerintah lewat Keppres No.21 Tahun 2001, iklim persaingan pasar bisnis pelumas kian sengit.Para produsen minyak pelumas perlu memanfaatkan manajer atau pemilik bengkel yang merupakan pembuat keputusan sekaligus pengaruh untuk merekomendasikan produknya kepada pelanggan bengkel.Oleh sebab itu perlu juga diketahui oleh produsen pelumas apakah yang menyebabkan manajer bengkel menjadi loyal sehingga mau merekomendasikan produknya pada pelanggan bengkel.Pada pasar bisnis, reputasi perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap keputusan membeli dimana pengaruh tersebut berbeda dengan pengaruh citra merek.Penelitian ini membahas perbedaan tersebut dengan menguji hipotesis-hipotesis tentang pengaruh citra merek dan reputasi perusahaan pada persepsi pelanggan (manajer bengkel) terhadap kualitas produk dan jasa, nilai pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan pada pasar bisnis pelumas kendaraan.Objek penelitian ini adalah manajer bengkel sebanyak 105 responden.Penelitian mengindikasikan reputasi perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kualitas produk dan jasa serta pada loyalitas pelanggan sedangkan citra merek tidak mempunyai pengaruh baik terhadap kualitas produk dan jasa maupun terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka strategi pemasaran yang paling tepat bagi produsen pelumas adalah fokus terhadap upaya untuk membangun reputasi perusahaan.Kata kunci: citra merek, reputasi, kualitas produk

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance and to determine the role of gender and duration as demographic factors that moderate the relationship between job satisfaction, work environment, work motivation, and employee performance. The object of this study is employees with staff positions working in telecommunications companies to PT. XL Axiata, PT. Indosat Ooredoo, and PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkomsel) located in Jakarta.  This study uses a quantitative approach which will use a questionnaire measuring tool. The total sample of this study was 590 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. To analyze the data used univariate cell means test and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study conclude that job satisfaction, work environment, and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Demographic factors that become moderating have an influence on employee performance, but the exception for male gender is not better than women in job satisfaction, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance, while for work duration more than two years it is better than less than two years in the work environment and work motivation on employee performance, and are inversely related to job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to seek the determinant of turnover intention in non profit organizaiton. The transfer of employees is an important issue in the organization that management must consider. Efforts to deter this valuable employee are essential. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between proactive personality, work-life balance, and work involvement to the turnover intention, which is gender moderated. This research is expected to add information at the theoretical and scientific level of organizational management and positive managerial implications for the management of profit or non-profit organizations. The data are collected in this study using a survey method with an online questionnaire sampled 210 respondents and the hypothteses are analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method This study found that proactive customer service providers were first engaged in their work and showed a low turnover intention. Also, the intention will be low if the work-life balance of the employees is high.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on satisfaction and loyalty of patients in hospitalized patients in Medika Permata Hijau Hospital . The population in this study were all patients who had undergone hospitalization. Method of sampling done by purposive sampling method with the number of respondents was 170 respondents. Research hypothesis testing using analysis of Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM ) . The results showed that the quality of service and signifikanterhadap positive influence patient satisfaction , patient satisfaction is positive and significant impact on patient loyalty , and quality of service no direct impact on patient loyalty . Keywords : Quality Service, Satisfaction , Loyalty   ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah, untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien pada pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Medika Permata Hijau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien yang pernah menjalani rawat inap. Metode penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 170 orang  responden. Pengujian hipotesis  penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap kepuasan pasien, Kepuasan pasien berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien, dan kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas pasien.   Kata kunci : Kualitas layanan, Kepuasan, Loyalitas

Abstract

Changes in leaders in an organization are common and will affect all units from the management level to implementation. This is related to the leadership style and organizational culture developed by new leaders, especially in terms of motivating and providing job satisfaction in achieving the best performance. This research is explanatory research that proves a causal relationship between work motivation, transformational leadership, organizational culture, and employee job satisfaction as a mediating variable on employee performance. The study also aims to see whether or not two or more variables have a relationship, and how significant the relationship is and how the relationship is going. In this study, to analyze and find out the significant level, and the relationship between variables, the structural equation model analysis method is used. The results of the study on 385 respondents who were a sample of research in educational foundations that shelter educational institutions from early childhood education to university level that are spread in almost all regions of Indonesia showed the need for special attention to work motivation which did not significantly influence job satisfaction and satisfaction work does not mediate employee performance against motivation, leadership, and organizational culture variables. Other results indicate that the variables of work motivation, organizational culture, and transformational leaders significantly influence employee performance.
