Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy at King cafe. This research was tested using SWOT analysis by identifying various internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats). A good business strategy is needed to deal with increasingly complex and competitive business competition. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques in research carried out by interview then analyzed by SWOT. The type of data consists of primary and secondary data. The results of the research from the descriptive methodology of  SWOT analysis can be obtained by the matrix value of 2.97 internal factors and the value of the matrix of 2.83 external factors. The cafe business that is being run is in cell number five (growth), which is a situation where the organization experiences a period of growth, both in sales, asset profit, or a combination of the three. From the results of the Cartesian diagram, that the King Cafe Business is in quadrant I (one), which is an aggressive strategy

Abstract

This research aims to detremine, describe and analyze the effects of academic service and customer relationship management on student satisfaction. The method used is  decriptive verificative with  quantitative approach. Sample taking used cluster proportionare random sampling of 92 people. Data analysis showed that r2 value is 0,486. Based on the test results the partial hypotesis for the quality of thitung academic service, the value of thitung is 3,410 while ttabel’s value is 1,986 which means that the quality of academic service has a significant impact on student satisfaction. thitung value for customer relationship management is 3,509 while ttabel’s value is 1,986 which means that customer relationship management has a significant impact on student satisfaction. Based on simultaneously hypotesis Fhitung’s value is 42,129 while Ftabel’s value is 1,986 which means that simultaneously there is a significant effect between the quality of academic service and customer relationship management approach to student satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resources is one of the assets that has an important role for the organization, namely its ability to contribute and optimal work performance such as the development or improvement of the code of ethics, professional ability, dedication, initiative, sense of responsibility, and employee performance.This research was conducted to find out, describe and analyze the code of ethics & code of behavior and employee satisfaction in order to improve employee performance in Kanwil DJP Jabar I.The method used is an associative descriptive method. The sample taken was 94 respondents. Data processing and analysis is  using statistical methods.Based on data processing, it is obtained that R = 0.769 means that the relationship between the code of conduct & the code of conduct and employee satisfaction with employee performance is strong. While kd = 0.591, it means that the code of ethics & code of conduct (X1) contribute 0.270 and employee satisfaction (X2) contribute 0.321 to employee performance (Y) and the rest of 0.409 is influenced by other factors not examined. With simultaneous testing results obtained F count = 65,813> F table = 3,099. Thus the hypothesis is rejected and accepted, this means that the code of ethics & code of behavior and employee satisfaction can improve employee performance in the Kanwil DJP Jabar I.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to study and analyze the most dominant factors influencing purchasing decisions on Monster.Inc. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The data is processed statistically with SPSS version 24, namely the t test model, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of Monster.Inc, as evidenced by the value of T_count (4,783)> T_table (1,987) and the significance value (0,000) <0.05; (2) a positive and significant result is needed for the purchase decision on Monster.Inc, evidenced by the value of T_count (5.137)> T_table (1.987) and the significance value (0.000) <0.05; (3) related to positive and significant changes in product price and quality on purchasing decisions at Monster.Inc, as evidenced by the Fcount value of 36,580> Ftable 3,102 and a significance of F of 0,000. R Square value of 0.460 or 46% means that the purchase is based on variable price and product quality, while the remaining 54% is considered by other variables not related in this study.

Abstract

Profitability ratios make it easy for companies to analyze a company's ability to earn and generate profits over time. The better profitability ratio, the better the ability to describe the company's high profitability. One of the profitability ratios, namely Return on Assets (ROA), is a ratio that shows how much the asset contributes to creating net income. The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover partially and simultaneously. The research methodology used is descriptive and associative . This research was conducted on the Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017 was using purposive sampling. Based on the results of partial or t test, the variable accounts receivable turnover has a significant negative effect on Return on Assets (0,0028 < 0,05), while inventory turnover has no effect and is not significant for Return on Assets (0,1669 > 0,05). The results of research simultaneously or the F test, the variable receivable turnover and inventory turnover significantly influence profitability with the significancy value 0.006 < 0.05.

Abstract

The research method used is a quantitative method with cuantitavie descriptive. The population in this study were all publicly listed companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the samples taken were 12 financial institutions. The data analysis technique in this study is panel data regression analysis usingEviews. The test results show that in 2013-2017 the development of cash flows in 12 financial institutions fluctuated, with the highest average occurring in 2015. The development of the level of liquidity in 12 financial institutions tended to fluctuate with the highest liquidity level was 2014 Danasupra Erapacific Tbk. Partially cash flows from operating activities have a significant effect on the level of liquidity of financial institutions in 2013-2017. Partially the cash flows from investment activities have no significant effect on the level of liquidity of financial institutions in 2013-2017. Partially cash flows from funding activities have a significant effect on the level of liquidity of financial institutions in 2013-2017. Simultaneously, cash flows that feel from operating, investing and funding activities have a significant effect on the level of liquidity of financial institutions in 2013-2017 with a magnitude of influence of72.7%

Abstract

Abstract The current account balance has increased compared to previous years, but the increase looks slow. So it is feared in global developments, especially those that could pose risks to the overall balance of payments. This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the factors affecting the current account which include the exchange rate and Gross Domestic Product. The current account balance is used to assess external economic stability in Indonesia. This research method uses a quantitative approach. And the data used are time series data from 1997 to 2017 using eviews 9. The model used is multiple linear regression model. The analysis was conducted in a short-term effect using Ordinary Least Square analysis techniques and Error Correction Mechanism. The results showed that the exchange rate had a positive and not significant effect, while the gross domestic product was significant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions on Mayoutfit Bandung products. The research method used for this research is descriptive verification. The population in this study was Mayoutfit Bandung followers of 1.2 billion, using simple random sampling with a sample size of 100 people.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Descriptive analysis of the Mayoutfit Bandung brand image shows results with good criteria with an average value of 3.53. (2) The results of descriptive analysis regarding the quality of Mayoutfit Bandung products show results with good criteria with an average value of 3.44. (3) The results of descriptive analysis of purchasing decisions show results with good criteria with an average value of 3.52. (4) There is a significant influence between brand image and product quality together on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the F test, obtained an F count of 40.768. These results indicate that F arithmetic> F table (40.768> 2.36). This can be interpreted that the Effect of Brand Image and Product Quality together affect the Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Quality higher education is expected to produce quality human resources, this can be seen with the existence of Higher Education Accreditation. The purpose of this study is to determine the results of the assessment using the IPA method of the variable quality of education services at PTS in the IVB region APTISI West Java (Purwakarta and Subang ) as well as mapping the scores of assessment results using IPA into a Cartesian diagram. The method used is descriptive (survey) method. The population in this study were private university students in high schools in the IVB region of APTISI West Java (Purwakarta and Subang). Sampling was carried out proportionally with the Slovin formula. Based on the testing, PTS IKM in total (average) was 0.70, included in the good category. The results of testing the hypothesis that the performance of each service quality variable based on the results of respondents' assessment scores of 70.20%. This condition is still below 100% which means it is not satisfactorily maximally because there is still a gap of 27.80%, then the hypothesis which states that the determinant variable of the quality of education services will have a total effect on PTS student satisfaction has not been proven significantly. Physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy are in quadrant A. This means that the performance of these variables is lower than the desire of PTS students in the IVB region of APTISI West Java (Purwakarta and Subang). Guarantee variable is in quadrant D. This means that the performance of the variable is at a high level, however the student's desire for the variable's performance is only low.
