Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, trust and loyalty.. The methodology of data collection is conducted through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The population is the customer of Bank Negara Indonesia and the samples are taken from 84 respondents. The analysis includes validity test, reliability test, statistical test, classic assumption test and SPSS test. The findings from SPSS 20 statistic program tool show the independent variable test which is service quality and trust (X) is 0.750 or 75%. The results of multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant impact between service quality on customer loyalty, t count of 12,331 which means t count>t table (12,331>1,66365) with a significance of 0,000<0,05. The trust variable of t count is 11,147 which means t count>t table (11,147>1,66364) with a significance of 0.000<0,05. Individually, the service quality and trust have positive and significant impact on customer’s loyalty. It means the impact of independent variable (X) on dependent variable which is customer’s loyalty (Y) is 75%, while the rest 25% (100-75=25) is explained by another variable outside this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, dan Current Ratio terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan sub sektor industri semen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014-2018. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor industri semen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 6 perusahaan sub sektor industri semen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Net Profit Margin berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba, Return on Assets tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba, Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Selanjutnya Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, dan Current Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Nilai adjusted R square adalah sebesar 20,4% dari pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan sub sektor industri semen yang terdaftar di BEI dapat dijelaskan oleh Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets, dan Current Ratio sedangkan sisanya sebesar 79,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKinerja keuangan perusahaan menunjukkan prestasi kuantitatif yang dicapai oleh perusahaan dalam mengelola sumber daya yang ada secara efektif dan efisien.  Kinerja keuangan dapat diukur mengunakan rasio rasio keuangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis perbedaan kinerja keuangan PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) sebelum dan sesudah akuisisi dengan menganalisis kinerja keuangan periode 2011 - 2013 dan 2015 – 2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Deskriptif dan Komparatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Uji Beda berpasangan. Model ini digunakan untuk menganalisis model penelitian pre post atau sebelum dan sesudah. Hasil analisis mengindikasikan terdapat perbedaan Current Ratio yang signifikan sebelum melakukan akuisisi dengan sesudah akuisisi, sedangkan Debt to Total Asset, Total Asset Turnover, dan Return on Asset,  menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum melakukan akuisisi dengan sesudah akuisisi.

Abstract

Accountability and transparency are an inseparable unit in financial management. Accountability is defined as the ability to show reports or records that can be accounted for. While transparency is openness regarding financial management information that can be accessed by parents, the community and the government. In preparing the School Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBS) the process of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, reporting / accountability, and monitoring both internal and external to the school of financial managers and implementing activities is an effort in implementing accountable financial management and transparent. This research was conducted at Bandung City Public High Schools by involving 216 respondents from 540 people. The research method used is descriptive method with sampling technique that is cluster sampling method with multiple linear regression data analysis assisted by SPSS Ver program. 16. Data processing is done through transformation of data from ordinal to intervals and the test data used are the normality test, linearity test, validity test, reliability test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, after research has shown that accountability and transparency affect the management of school finances and has a significant degree both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan keuangan koperasi, dengan menggunakan data sekunder (laporan keuangan). Objek penelitian ini yaitu Koperasi Syariah Benteng Mikro Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  modal termasuk kriteria sehat, rasio tingkat  pembiayaan dan rasio piutang bermasalah terhadap jumlah piutang dan pembiayaan termasuk kriteria lancar, rasio portofolio pembiayaan berisiko termasuk kriteria tidak berisiko, rasio penyisihan penghapusan aktiva produktif termasuk kriteria kurang lancar, rasio biaya operasional pelayanan terhadap partisipasi bruto termasuk kriteria cukup efisien, rasio aktiva tetap terhadap total aset termasuk kriteria baik, rasio efisiensi pelayanan termasuk kriteria tidak baik,  rasio kas termasuk kriteria cukup likuid, rasio pembiayaan terhadap dana yang diterima termasuk kriteria cukup likuid, rasio rentabilitas aset termasuk kriteria rendah, rasio rentabilitas ekuitas termasuk kriteria  rendah, dan rasio kemandirian operasional pelayanan termasuk kriteria rendah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between price, promotion and corporate image on the decision to use Winnie's Wedding Organizer & Decoration services in Sukabumi City. The research was conducted on Winnie's Wedding Organizer & Decoration service users in Sukabumi in the period 2017 - 2019, with a sample of 86 customers. The hypothesis formulated in this study is as follows: "It is suspected that price, promotion, and company image influence the decision to use Winnie's Wedding Organizer & Decoration services in Sukabumi City".Based on the analysis and discussion obtained; regression equation Y = 6,697 - 0,180X1 + 0,057X2 + 0,930X3 + ∈. The total correlation (correlation) between price, promotion and company image with the decision to use Winnie's Wedding Organizer & Decoration in Sukabumi is in the strong category (0.603). The magnitude of the effect of total price, promotion and company image on the decision to use Winnie's Wedding Organizer & Decoration services in Sukabumi City (determination) is 36.4%, the remaining 63.6% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the satisfaction of the people of Surakarta in the service program of the Family Hope Program (PKH), Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT), Poor Families (GAKIN) and Pilgrimage in the Surakarta Social Service and as material in setting service policies the public in carrying out continuous improvement in order to improve the quality of the next service quality.The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and verification analysis. Understanding the analysis of descriptive analysis according to Sugiyono (2005: 1) is: Research conducted to determine the value of the independent variable, either one variable or more (independent) without making comparisons or connecting between variables one with other variables. The data collection technique is using observation, interviews, and documentation and literature studies.Based on the results of research through observation, interviews and questionnaires concluded that the Family Hope Program (PKH) service program, Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) is Very Good, the GAKIN service program is Good and the Pilgrimage Program is Poor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether motivation and compensation can affect the performance of non-PNS employees. Respondents drawn from this study are all non-civil servant employees, so we use a census, with a total of 40 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis which aims to describe the performance of non-PNS servants. Data collection using questionnaires. The data from the questionnaire is in ordinal form and it is necessary to transform it into an interval scale. Data transformation can be performed using the Method of Successive Interval (MSI). To answer the research objectives, multiple regression analysis was used by first testing the classical assumptions. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between motivation and compensation on the performance of non-PNS employees. Worker motivation and compensation provided by an organization will improve the performance of non-PNS employees. Keyword: Motivation, Compensation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at Parahyangan Golf Club Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of Reliability, Responsiveness, and Emphaty on Customer Loyalty both simultaneously and partially. The method used in this research uses associative descriptive method. This study uses 99 as a research sample using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the statistical F-test and t-test. The statistical analysis process uses the SPSS for Windows program. Based on the results of the study, the influence of Reliability, Responsiveness, and Emphaty on Customer Loyalty at Parahyangan Golf Club Bandung conducted with the analysis of the coefficient of determination has an influence meaning that Reliability, Responsiveness, and Emphaty have an effect on Customer Loyalty is influenced by other factors not examined by the authors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and innovation on the business performance of Bima City Lace Motifs in partially or simultaneously. The type of research used is associative, the research location is Raba Subdistrict, Ntobo Village. The population in this study are all UKM Lace motif that have Creativity and Innovation, the sample in this study amounted to 100 UKM.  The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement The type of data used in this study was quantitative data and the source of research data was primary data. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaire / questionnaire, and literature study. The Creativity and Innovation Variables together have an effect both simultaneously and partially and simultaneously on the Business Performance of Bima City Lace Motifs. The implication of this research is that the existence of lace motif products can continue to be recognized and developed in order to preserve the Bima City lace motif woven products.
