Abstract

The presence of the Shopee application with the paylater feature is proof of world development in the field of technology that can provide convenience for consumers in shopping from anywhere and anytime. The provision of limits in technical payments can certainly also make it easier for consumers when shopping when they don't have money, by using the predetermined limit. This research aims to discuss the synchronization of the qard contract in Islamic transactions with the OJK protection system for Shopee pay later, which is often a topic of discussion for usury transactions. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, which describes the results of the research using explanations in words in detail or detail so that readers can understand the discussion that the researcher will raise through online research to find theories and use them wisely. This research is directed and focused on discussing library materials in the form of journals. The results of this research explain that shopee paylater is called qardh or loan contract. Shopee paylater which stipulates fines for late payments shows usury. This shows that there is continuous usury when users are late in paying bills that are due. Therefore, as smart consumers, we must be careful when using the Shopee PayLater feature to avoid delays in payments and usury.

Abstract

The research aims to determine a strategy for the development of halal cuisine with a focus on the culinarian center in the Lampung province to boost economic growth in the Province of Lampung. The investigation uses qualitative descriptive methods of research using data collection techniques consisting of field surveys, in-depth interviews, and 7P analysis of products, prices, places, promotions, people, processes, and physical evidence related to the development of halal cuisine in the region. The results of the research show that great potential lies in the development of halal cuisine in the Province of Lampung with strategies that include quality improvement, effective marketing, and collaboration with halal certification bodies that have the potential to enhance the potential of Muslim tourists. By maximizing the halal culinary potential, the Province of Lampung can strengthen its contribution to economic growth and enhance the competitiveness of the regional tourism and gastronomic industries. The problem with culinary halal is that there are still culinaries that do not have a halal certificate, This is due to the minimum of information, which is necessary to do more socialization by the Organizing Authority for the Guarantee of Halal Products (BPJH) so that culinarian perpetrators who have not known can know the importance of halal certificates.

Abstract

Reksadana memiliki daya tarik investasi yang tinggi di Indonesia dengan peningkatan jumlah investor dan aset kelolaan yang signifikan selama 7 tahun terakhir. Namun, penyalahgunaan dana oleh manajer investasi reksadana menjadi masalah serius yang menuntut peningkatan perlindungan hak-hak nasabah melalui regulasi yang lebih kuat dan upaya pencegahan yang efektif. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini hendak meninjau kasus pelanggaran investasi reksadana yang pernah terjadi di Indonesia dan apa saja bentuk perlindungan hak nasabah reksadana. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu melalui metode normative. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder, dimana merupakan data yang diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan seperti melalui buku, artikel, peraturan perundang-undangan dan hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini terbatas pada analisis peraturan dan konsep hukum yang mengatur perlindungan hak nasabah reksadana, tanpa melibatkan regulator, manajer investasi, dan investor. Hal ini dapat membatasi pemahaman holistik terhadap keseimbangan perlindungan hak. Durasi penelitian yang singkat hanya fokus pada rincian kasus pelanggaran PT. Minna Padi Aset Manajemen dan PT. Narada Aset Manajemen, hasilnya mungkin mencerminkan situasi pada periode tertentu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perlindungan hak investor reksadana telah diatur secara baik dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan. Di Indonesia, telah terjadi berbagai kasus pelanggaran hak investor reksadana atas kesalahan manajer investasi. Adapun perlindungan yang dilakukan yakni dengan melikuidasi perusahaan manajer investasi reksadana untuk mengembalikan dana investor dan pelarangan aksi korporasi manajer investasi dan perintah penyelesaian pembayaran efek investor oleh OJK. Hal itu diharapkan dapat memulihkan kerugian investor reksadana, sekaligus efek jera manajer investasi agar tidak melakukan kesalahan tersebut.

Abstract

The intense competition in the culinary world, especially in the world of contemporary boba drinks, means that entrepreneurs must be able to provide new and unique things, especially in the field of contemporary culinary drinks, to provide satisfaction to consumers. This research aims to partially determine the influence of brand image, product quality, and service quality on current consumer satisfaction with Raja Boba drinks in Tembung. The population of this research is Raja Boba consumers in Tembung. This research method is used, namely quantitative research using probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach. Questionnaires will be distributed to Raja Boba customers in Tembung. The sample size is 40 respondents.  The data analysis methods used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests or T-tests. Partial hypothesis results show that brand image has no significant effect on Raja Boba customer satisfaction, product quality has no significant effect on Raja Boba customer satisfaction, and service quality has a significant effect on Raja Boba customer satisfaction. This research only focuses on brand image, product quality, and service quality on consumer satisfaction with the contemporary drink Raja Boba Di Tembung so the results cannot be generalized to all other luxury product categories. In the future product categories can be expanded to increase the generalizability of research models and research results.

Abstract

Pada era saat ini, dimana informasi dan pengetahuan dalam setiap individu organisasi dan Institusi tentunya berbeda–beda sehingga menyebabkan informasi dan pengetahuan tersebut tidak berkembang secara merata didalam lingkungan UIN SUSKA Riau. Knowledge Management merupakan salah satu solusi untuk membantu pengolahan informasi dan pengetahuan bagi para pemimpin di lilingkungan UIN SUSKA Riau, sehingga seorang pemimpin UIN Suska Riau dapat memiliki informasi dan pengetahuan yang sama dalam pencapaian tujuan dan kemajuan suatu organisasi dan Institusi. Organisasi dapat dianggap sebagai sumber daya terpenting yang berkontribusi pada pengembangan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah penulis ingin menawarkan serta memperkenalkan kerangka kerja yang sesuai untuk evaluasi sumber daya manusia pada Pegawai UIN SUSKA Riau dalam pengambilan keputusan bagi pimpinan UIN SUSKA Riau dengan pendekatan fuzzy. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu mencakup beberapa metode sehingga dapat memberikan masukan dan konstribusi bagi pimpinan di lingkungan UIN SUSKA Riau dalam pengambilan keputusan berupa literatur tentang komponen HC utama dan indikator terkait. Kemudian diperkenalkan metode penelitian serta definisi dan prosedur metode fuzzy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode fuzzy ini akan berimplikasi pada suatu kebijakan yang adil dan tepat sasaran. Mengikuti proses yang diperkenalkan di atas, baik Instansi pemerintah maupun swasta sehingga metode fuzzy Multi-Kreteria ini dijadikan sebagai acuan dan contoh dalam pengambilan keputusan. Hasil kepututusan ini melahirkan dapat sumber daya manusia yang terbaik, sehingga dapat memberikan konstribusi pada kegiatan fungsional dapat dijadikan standar pada organisasi atau perusahaan.
