Abstract

Dengan segala keterbatasan yang dimiliki UMKM dan ketatnya persaingan dibutuhkan pendekatan komprehensif sehingga UMKM dapat bersaing, yaitu dengan mengelola risiko. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap UMKM keripik di Sumatera Utara yang bertujuan melakukan assessment risiko sehingga dapat diketahui risiko krusial yang perlu dikelola dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif - kuantitatif. Proses penelitian dilakukan dengan memperhatikan proses bisnis yang berjalan, sehingga mitigasi risiko yang dirancang dapat selaras denganya, dimana keselarasan tersebutlah sebenarnya pemicu efisiensi. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian risiko diketahui bahwa risiko krusial UMKM Kripik adalah risiko pengelolaan persediaan. Rancangan mitigasi terhadap risiko persediaan tersebut menggunakan model EOQ (economic order quantity), dengan menggunakan pedoman transdisipliner dari QS Al Hasyr ayat 2. QS Al Hasyr ayat 18 merupakan pedoman untuk melakukan perencanaan yang baik, sehingga ketika QS Al Hasyr ayat 2 diimplementasikan sebagai dasar perencanaan maka diketahui informasi bahwa rencana yang baik dapat menggunakan data/rekam jejak masa lalu, dalam hal ini agar cermat dalam mengelola persediaan. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap bagaimana mengelola persediaan pada UMKM Keripik di Sumatera Utara dan juga mengisyaratkan kebutuhan penelitian kedepannya untuk mengetahui seberapa baik hasil rancangan mitigasi risiko krusial tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the competencies required by Islamic financial institutions today, and how these competencies are fulfilled by Islamic higher education resources, in this case UIN SU Medan. This study also tries to explain how these competencies are obtained both from educational and non-educational processes. The research was conducted with qualitative and quantitative analysis, with the research sample coming from alumni of FEBI UIN SU Medan who work in Islamic financial institutions. Quantitative analysis focuses on justifying user and alumni company perceptions of competence. Qualitative analysis focuses on explaining the relationship between the fulfillment of these competencies in the higher education process. The results show that companies in the Islamic financial institution industry need innovation and critical thinking competencies to be strengthened by Islamic higher education. research by Dharma et al. (2022) who informed the two competencies were also perceived as lacking by other companies. The purpose of financial institutions for competence is in the context of Islamic science, especially in terms of Islamic exploration both from the Qur'an and hadith.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate jula-jula as an accounting and economic practice among the Muslim population of North Sumatra. This study is a descriptive qualitative evaluation of indigenous knowledge in North Sumatra. In-depth interviews were employed for data gathering. Four jula-jula practitioners, five academics, and four Islamic scholars (ulama) were chosen as informants using the snowball sampling technique. The analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman’s model starting from data reduction, data presentation, to conclusion drawing. The findings illuminate the relationship between jula-jula as an accounting and economic practice and cultural accounting, managerial accounting, behavioral accounting, and Islamic economics. The findings provide a solution for accounting and sharia-based public financial planning.==============================================================================================================ABSTRAK - Jula-Jula: Praktik Akuntansi dan Ekonomi dalam Komunitas Masyarakat Muslim Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan mereview jula-jula, kearifan lokal di Sumatera Utara sebagai suatu praktik akuntansi dan ekonomi dalam komunitas masyarakat muslim Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan mempelajari keadaan objek penelitian yakni jula-jula suatu kearifan lokal di Sumatera Utara menggunakan wawancara mendalam sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan cara snowball sampling. Informan terdiri dari lima orang akademisi, empat orang ulama dan empat orang praktisi. Selanjutnya dianalisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman mulai dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memahami hubungan praktik jula-jula sebagai praktk akuntansi dan ekonomi dengan akuntansi budaya, akuntansi manajemen, akuntansi keprilakuan dan ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi solusi dalam perencanaan keuangan masyarakat yang sesuai dengan akuntansi dan kaidah syariah.

Abstract

Community service is based on the results of an analysis of the complexity of the problems that are owned by BKM Al-Mukhlisin, the congregation of the mosque is dominated by people who need it even though the potential for fundraising still exists, but if this potential is just channeled it will not be able to improve the economy of community around Al-Mukhlisin mosque. The proposed model is a productive waqf model which is expected to be able to maximize the potential for raising funds, especially waqf foruse by the surrounding community who need it for productive activities. Based on an analysis of BKM Al-Mukhlisin, it is known that it is necessary to increase productive waqf literacy in accordance with Islamic law for BKM management, especially in the process of organizational development. The community service process uses a participatory dialogue method to explore the needs and culture of BKM Al-Mukhlisin, followed by intense and ongoing training and assistance to BKM. Community service activities focus on improving the organizational structure of BKM Al-Mukhlisin with the theme of productive waqf management training, to achieve the goal of the mosque as a center of worship and an economic center for the community around the mosque

Abstract

Research and development require tools to approach and obtain an overview of the system, these tools include interviews, questionnaires, surveys, observations, and others. QS An-Nahl Verse 43 is a popular verse that is widely used to represent appropriate to ask, this terminology is closely related to what is known as a sample. However, in contrast to the sample, the meaning intended by the verse is beyond the scope of the sample, in this study, it is termed as 'Amid. In market research, such as research on how well educational products are produced by universities, the number of response rates affects the conclusions that are built, so the sampling approach does not correlate well. The research uses 'Amid, as an approach model that is able to increase the response rate and at the same time the best reference in questioning the assessment of higher education products that are the object of research. The study found that the 'Amid' model has more quality data than the commonly used survey approach with a better travel time. The next research is suggested to try the implementation of the 'Amid' model in market research for other products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Zakat Infaq Sedekah (ZIS), dan Islamic Human Develoment Index (I-HDI) terhadap Kemisikinan Indonesia tahun 2011-2021. Hasil temuan menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara ZIS dan I-HDI dengan Kemiskinan Indonesia. Variable ZIS dalam jangka panjang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan karena memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 0.57278 dan nilai s-tatistik 2.34411 dan nilai t-tabel 1.972.663 dari data tersebut nilai t-statistik lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel maka dipastikan ZIS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Indonesia. Sedangkan variable I-HDI dalam jangka panjang memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kemiskinan memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar -0.176206 dan nilai s-tatistik -1.47071 dan nilai t-tabel 1.972.663 dari data tersebut nilai t-statistik lebih kecil dari nilai t-tabel maka I-HDI berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan. Variable ZIS dalam jangka pendek memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kemiskinan memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 0.061603 dan nilai s-tatistik 0.30390. Sedangkan variable I-HDI dalam jangka pendek memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dengan memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 0.608531 dan nilai s-tatistik 2.96145. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemiskinan di Indonesia dapat dipengaruhi oleh variable ZIS dalam jangka panjang sedangkan dalam jangka pendek depengaruhi oleh ZIS dan I-HDI.

Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara pengekspor komoditas CPO terbesar dengan nilai ekspor Indonesia mencapai US$ 21,42 miliar pada Agustus 2021. Angka ini meningkat 20,95% dibandingkan Juli 2021 yang sebesar US$ 17,71 miliar (m-to-m). Perdagangan internasional memegang peranan penting dalam mesin pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara. Menurut Adam Smith melalui perdagangan, sumber daya dunia dapat digunakan secara efisien dan dapat memaksimumkan kesejahteraan dunia. CPO merupakan komoditas di sektor perkebunan yang memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap nilai ekspor Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi ekspor CPO ke negara Tiongkok dalam perspektif islam. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspor CPO dipengaruhi oleh produksi CPO, GDP Tiongkok dan harga internasional.

Abstract

The inappropriate implementation of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) compensation for victims of traffic accidents and the disproportionate number of accident victims who receive compensation for their injuries are the basis of this research. The procedure for filing claims on behalf of these victims is still unclear to some people. Therefore, the role of the state should not only be limited to accident prevention efforts, but should also include providing protection to accident victims. The researcher in this study used field research as the research strategy, which was logically examined and organized using a qualitative approach. From June to August, this research was conducted in Batu Nadua Sub-district, Padang Sidempuan City. From the results of this research it is clear that Jasa Raharja and the community have different perspectives on how the policy of providing compensation to victims of traffic accidents should be implemented. According to Jasa Raharja, the policy has been implemented in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations. However, accident victims see things differently. They argue that Jasa Raharja does not fulfill its obligation to provide fair compensation to every traffic accident victim.

Abstract

The intense competition in the culinary world, especially in the world of contemporary boba drinks, means that entrepreneurs must be able to provide new and unique things, especially in the field of contemporary culinary drinks, to provide satisfaction to consumers. This research aims to partially determine the influence of brand image, product quality, and service quality on current consumer satisfaction with Raja Boba drinks in Tembung. The population of this research is Raja Boba consumers in Tembung. This research method is used, namely quantitative research using probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach. Questionnaires will be distributed to Raja Boba customers in Tembung. The sample size is 40 respondents.  The data analysis methods used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests or T-tests. Partial hypothesis results show that brand image has no significant effect on Raja Boba customer satisfaction, product quality has no significant effect on Raja Boba customer satisfaction, and service quality has a significant effect on Raja Boba customer satisfaction. This research only focuses on brand image, product quality, and service quality on consumer satisfaction with the contemporary drink Raja Boba Di Tembung so the results cannot be generalized to all other luxury product categories. In the future product categories can be expanded to increase the generalizability of research models and research results.
