The Qur'an is the clear word of Allah that was sent down to the Prophet of the last days, Muhammad SAW. There is no single being that can match him because the Qur'an is at the highest level of fluency. And uslub iltifat is one of the topics of balaghah which can show the beauty of the sentences contained in the Al-Qur'an. Therefore, this study aims to determine the uslub iltifat and its balaghah values, then practice it in the waqiah letter. Uslub iltifat is one of the most important Arabic knowledge. Almost every letter of the Al-Qur'an is inseparable from the uslub iltifat In writing this thesis, the researcher uses the library method and refers to various sources, such as the Balaghah books related to research which are also the main sources of this research. Researchers also refer to the commentary books to find out the verses that contain the iltifat and their benefits. علوم القرآن وقراءاته تعد أصلا لجيع المواد الدراسية، وغيابها من الجامعات غياب لأصولها، فإن أصول الجامعات مهما كانت تخصصاتها هي تطبق المهارات وصلتها بالقرآن الكريم، وفي هذه العجالة يتركز الباحث في مهارة أحكام تلاوة القرآن الكريم وهي مجال علم القراءات. وإن جميع الكليات في الجامعات تفتقر إلى الدراسات القرآنية مهما تناءت تخصصاتها، ولو على سبيل التبرك بالقرآن الكريم، فإن الملائكة تحف الدارسين المجتمعين على دراسة كتاب الله، وتنزل عليهم السكينة والرحمة، ويذكرهم الله فيمن عنده، ولو لم يكن إلا هذا الأمر لكفى. وكيف بالقرآن الكريم وقد حوى من العلوم والمعارف ما لا ينفد، ولا يخلُق على كثرة الرد، ولا تنقضي عجائبه، ولا تزال تتجدد به العلوم والمعارف. الدراسات القرآنية وما زخر فيها من العلوم، دعانا إلى النظر في الآيات الآفاقية والأنفسية، فإنه لم يقف بنا عند حد الاعتبار والاتعاظ بالظواهر والصور والأشكال فحسب، وإنما أراد إلى ذلك استكشاف المستور، واستكناه الأسرار؛ فتجعل دراستها ضرورية حتمية تقتضيها طبيعة المجتمع الإسلامي، فلا تقبل التردد ولا المناقشة، وتكون امتدادا للزوايا التي كانت تؤدي هذا الغرض على أكمل الوجوه. وتقوم بهذا الغرض الكفائي، واعتبر الباحث أن وجود علوم القرآن وقراءاته في الجامعات كوجود المسجد سِيّان، فهما متلازمان، العناية والاهتمام بها كالعناية والاهتام به، وبالعكس التقصير فيها كالتقصير فيه. وكان من الواجب المؤكد الذي لا يختلف فيه اثنان أن لا تخلو جامعة من الجامعات من دراسة القرآن وقراءاته. الكلمات المفتاحية: دور كلية التربية الإسلامية، نشر علوم القرآن وقراءاته

The author will try to do research by developing android-based interactive learning media on BTA learning materials, the author wants to try to find out the response of UIN SAIZU students to the learning media. This study aims to determine student responses to android-based interactive learning media at UIN SAIZU by using the observation method and learning test results. Data collection teaching. The results of the study were obtained based on the results of students’ responses to learning media based on Android on BTA material getting an average percentage of 78.21% in the first observation test with good categories and observation test. The research will try to prove that Android-based BTA learning is very effective because it can be used for all circles, both students and people who are very busy because learning can be done anywhere besides being practical, Android can be used for all positive things. conclusions can be drawn from this discussion as follows: Applications for learning tajwid based on android can be used by Muslims as an alternative to learning tajwid independently. With the application of learning tajwid which is equipped with examples of images and sounds, as well as quizzes to test abilities, users are expected to be able to maximize this mobile application as a medium for learning tajwid that is easy to use and easy to reach. Tajweed science applications can be run via smartphones with the Android operating system. The application of tajwid is made using the Java programming language and designed with an easy display.

معرفة الأسرار فى موضع أقدم القرآن من السور دراسة بديعية في المحسنات اللفظية والمعنوية في سورة العلق عبد المقيت; عبد الحليم; أحمد سيف الدين

فمن المعلوم أن للقرآن أسرارا لا يعرفها إلا الراسخون. ومنها الأسرار اللغوية الأدبية التي تحدى الله تعالى منذ الزمان للمنكرين والمكذبين لآيات الله الصادقة على أن يؤتوا بمثله أو ببعضه أو بسورة أو بعشر سور. ونعرف أن مفتاح معرفة هذه الأسرار هي معرفة الأدب العربي ومنه معرفة محسناتها لفظيا أو معنويا لآيات اله المنزلة ومن أقدمها نزولا هي سورة العلق. أما المنهج المستخدم في هذا البحث هو المنهج الوصفي، وهي البيانات التي تجمع من الكلمات لا من الأرقام إن مصادر البيانات في هذا البحث تتكون من مصادر الأولية هي القرأن الكريم سورة العلق ومصادر الثانوية هي الكتب التي تتعلق بهذا البحث. أما نتيجة البحث هي أن: (1) أنواع المحسنات اللفظية فى سورة العلق هى الجناس غير تام في موضعين، السجع في سبعة مواضع، الموزانة في موضع واحد، لزوم ما لا يلزم في موضعين، الترصيع في موضع واحد: (2) أنواع المحسنات المعنوية فى سورة العلق هى التورية في موضعين، الطباق في ثلاثة مواضع، ائتلاف اللفظ مع المعنى فى موضع واحد، تجاهل العارف فى موضع واحد. الكلمة المفتاحية: سورة العلق، المحسنات، لفظية، معنوية.

اللغة نقطة انفصال أساسية للبشر عن بقية الكائنات الحية؛ حتى إن أكثر الكائنات قدرة على التواصل لا يبلغ في إمكاناته قدرات طفل في الثانية من عمره، يتعلم الأطفال اللغة بمجرد متابعة ذويهم ومن دون الحاجة لتدريب مسبق فقط لأن لهم القدرة على ذلك، حتى إن الأطفال الصم إذا لم يعلمهم أحد لغة الإشارة فسوف يبتكرون لغة إشارة خاصة بهم للتواصل مع الآخرين. يدرس علم اللغة العصبي علاقة اللغة والتواصل بالعناصر المختلفة لوظائف الدماغ، وبعبارة أخرى فهو يحاول أن يستكشف كيفية فهم الدماغ للغة والتواصل وانتاجهما. تابة هذه المقالة باستخدام طريقة البحث في المكتبة. البيانات المستخدمة كمصدر للكتابة هي في شكل كتب ومقالات والعديد من مصادر البيانات أو المعلومات الأخرى التي تعتبر ذات صلة بالدراسة. وفي الوقت نفسه، في تحليل البيانات، يستخدم الكاتب طريقة التحليل الوصفي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجوانب العصبية للغة، تعلم اللغة العربية Keywords: Neurological aspects of language, learning Arabic
