Abstract

This report discusses about the administration service at House of Medicinal Treatment in Central Office of The Ministry of Agriculture Republic of Indonesia. The administration service build in a web-based system, which has changed the administration system from manual to computerized. This system, which is known as Clinic Information System, facilitate the employee at House of Medicinal Treatment when they do their medical service in clinic from patient registration, medical record and report. The conclusion of this report is that the employees in the house of medicinal treatment is assisted enough with the design of this web-based system, but the function and the accuracy of the system should still be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to create a system that can support the implementation of the accreditation of the Hospital (RS) in Indonesia. Successful implementation of hospital accreditation in Indonesia is still far from the target that has been set, this is due to the geographical location factors and the limited availability of infrastructure. For successful implementation of this accreditation, it must be supported by a web-based application, which can be accessed by interested parties, such as the manager of the hospital, Surveyor, Commission on Hospital Accreditation Secretariat (KARS) and people who want to see the results of hospital accreditation. The proposed system is a system design that is capable of storing transaction data assessment, in accordance with the standards of the assessment element KARS. Documenting assessment can be made online or offline through the use of an excel file with a standardized format. Monitoring the implementation of accreditation can be determined quickly and accurately through the system reports. To find out the needs of the system, in-depth study conducted through interview techniques, analysis of documents and procedures that are running, as well as through discussion forums with the management team Surveryor KARS and Accreditation System. The data collected will be analyzed dengen Six Sigma method. The design of the system is described in the form of a data flow diagram, activity diagram and design Entity Relation Diagram (ERD). The proposed system will have an impact on improving the cost efficiency of infrastructure, data integration, accessibility and ease of monitoring the implementation of accreditation as well as guarantee the availability of data.

Abstract

Along with the development of the company to run operations such as data communication and perform other transactions to relations and vice versa, PT Finroll just uses the public network such as sending email to their partners. Data information is not safe in public because it can be tapped or intercepted by unauthorized person. With the Virtual Private Network (VPN), PT Finroll can do business in secure environment to their partners. The methodologies used in this research are data collection that was started by surveying, interviewing, and analyzing the current network topology, performance and design requirements that support network design. From these results, PT Finroll can increase productivity and performance from competition in their business. In addition, with this research company has a better ability to increase their competitiveness in present and the future.

Abstract

As time passes, flood often occurs in the area of Gunung Sahari, Jakarta Utara. The flood damages concrete asphalt mixture and it needs particular improvement. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know the effects of the added combination of limestone and calcium hydroxide on concrete asphalt mixture as a filler resistant to flood. Concrete asphalt mixture that filled with the combination of limestone and calcium hydroxide is a mixture that is made with non-uniform aggregat gradations, filler and liquid asphalt mixed and solidified in a heat state. Limestone and calcium hydroxide mixture is used because both materials included in the most numerous sedimentary rock. Concrete asphalt mixture with the filler combination of limestone and calciumhydroxide is made with optimum asphalt 5.4%, one variation level of limestone (15%), and calcium hydroxide (15%), and three variation levels of fillers (5%, 7.5%, and 15%) to get optimum asphalt levels and filler levels that are compatible with flood condition. Based on optimum asphalt 5.4% towards aggregate total weight and combined level of limestone and calcium hydroxide suitable for the conditions, 8.75 % towards fine aggregate weight. The characteristic value of limestone and calcium hydroxide mixture in maximum condition is VIM 4.55%, VMA 18.83%, stability 1031.26 kg and flow 4.93 mm, where the characteristic value meets the established specifications standard by Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga. From the result, it is showed that the use of the mixture can decrease the value of stability and increase the value of flow, compared with asphalt and filler with normal levels.

Abstract

Composition and CAAD are closely related to structure logic. Composition is built by numbers which are also the language of CAAD frame algorithm. This bond provides the opportunity and privilege to help map the composition of CAAD into concrete manifestation. This paper examines both the composition of the basicconcepts introduced to students and the application to the computerized design. Awareness of students as designers is reviewed towards the tools and their potential availability in the case of form composition from the basic field. The specialty of this tool is able to redefine the creativity path to be logical and measurable. This opportunity provides acceleration towards form searching and balanced expression according to the designer?s interpretation. The user?s ability to optimize the modeling tool helps start the formation of the basic ideas. Starting from digital sketch, it gives room for the evolution and development of a vast alternative design.

Abstract

Grid computing is a distributed computing technology that utilizes resources connected through a free computer network, yet coordinated with a specific mechanism. The development of grid computing infrastructure is not easy because it takes skill and experience in the installation and configuration of both Linux-based and open source program. In this study, the author built a grid computing infrastructure based on Debian 4, and used Globus Toolkit 4.1.2 on three computers. The WSRF technology was tried to run as an indication that the grid infrastructure has been successfully built. Based on some experiments in this study, grid computing can run well on the three computers with a user interface of web-based grid system using the UCLA Grid Portal. Overall the system runs fine, but it requires high experiences and comprehensions upon the Linux operating systems as well as computer networks in the installation process.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create a new kind of game by using technology that rarely used in current games. It is developed as an entertainment media and also a social media in which the users can play the games together via multiplayer mode. This research uses Scrum development method since it supports small scaled developer and it supports software increment along the development. Using this game application, the users can play and watch interesting animations by controlling it with their voice, listen the character imitating the users? voice, play various mini games both in single player or multiplayer mode via Bluetooth connection. The conclusion is that game application of My Name is Dug use voice recognition and inter-devices connection as its main features. It also has various mini games that support both single player and multiplayer.

Abstract

The health center has the task of providing health services to the community, to be able to win the competition among the existing health centers; a health center should have a good operating system, a computerized operating system to improve services in the field of administration. However, providing a computerized system is not enough, many other health centers or competitors also use a computerized system. Unfortunately, health centers in Indonesia have not yet implemented business intelligence application. There are many public and private health centers do not apply automated operational system. A study of the literature is conducted to find evidence of the application of BI, and any sector of the BI can be applied. Many sectors in health services where BI can be applied to improve the productivity quality of service and competitiveness in this era of globalization.

Abstract

Capital Markets is part of the financial market, which is related to the supply and demand of the need for long-term funding. Capital Markets was formed and developed with aims to support the implementation of national development in order to improve the distribution, growth, and stability of the national economy towards the improvement of society welfare. However, so far the capital market in Indonesia is still around 0.5% of the total population which is too small compared to capital markets in other advanced countries. One solution for increasing community involvement in the capital market, despite educating in smart and sustainable way, is developing and implementing efficient information systems, so that made it easier for market participants to undertake investment activities. This paper examines how and to what extent the role of information system enhances the capital market in Indonesia, which aims to plan the subsequent strategic step so that the development of Indonesia?s capital market is able to compete in globalmarket.
