Abstract

This study aims to test empirically the effect of participative budgeting, budget goal clarity, and organizational commitment on managerial performance. Research using primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The population in this study is a course of study at a private university in the region Kopertis III by sampling using simple random sampling. Samples that returned 57 of the 87 sent (response rate 66%). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression were processed using SPSS. Results of this study indicate that; 1) participative budgeting significant positive effect on managerial performance; 2) budget goal clarity significant positive effect on managerial performance; and 3) organizational commitment is not significant positive effect on managerial performance.

Abstract

Tim redaksi menemukan bahwa artikel yang berjudul "PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS, DAN STRUKTUR AKTIVA TERHADAP STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR DI BEI PERIODE 2012 DAN 2013" telah dipublikasikan pada jurnal "Equity" Vol. 18, No.1 Tahun 2015. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kesalahan teknis tim redaktur di masa itu. Oleh karena itu, kami mencabut artikel tersebut dari Jurnal Ekonomi dan Bisnis Volume 2 Nomor 1 Tahun 2015, yang telah terpublikasi, secara terbuka.

Abstract

Purchasing decision is a decision as an act of ownership of two or more alternative choices. Many factors can influence the purchasing decisions of consumers to a product, such as brand awareness, perceived quality, brand associations and consumen loyalty. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of brand awareness, percceived quality, brand associations and brand loyalty on purchase decisions of celular card Three Always On. Population in this study were residents in the neighborhood RW 007 Pondok Cabe Ilir – Pamulang using celular card Three Always On. Samples taken 80 respondents. Sampling technique in this study was done by using purposive sampling. Is the primary data type. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. Results of analysis using SPSS Version 21.Results showed simultaneously and partially brand awareness, perceived quality, brand associations, and brand loyalty positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Therefore, suggested in management company should continue to perform the management, development, and improvement of the various dimensions of brand equity, either by using the media campaign strategy, product innovation, and quality of service. Because today many various kinds of brandmobile phone cards issued by competing companies both domestic or international.

Abstract

Bank BRI in 1946 first established as a government-owned bank first and then in 1992 legal entities BRI transformed into Limited Liability Company. In 2003 ownership pemerintas sale so this status as a public company, later changed its name to PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This study was conducted to test the analysis Influence of Service Quality And Customer Loyalty Through Imagery Customer Satisfaction Customer Bank BRI. The population in this study of 100 respondents who use the services of Bank BRI Branch Cawang. Data obtained from questionnaires distributed at Bank BRI branch Cawang. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents who use the services of data BRI. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Analysis technique used is the analysis of lane or path analysis. These results indicate that significant influence service quality directly to customer satisfaction, significant bepengaruh image directly to customer satisfaction, quality of service and the image of the significant influence indirectly through customer satisfaction to customer loyalty and customer satisfaction directly significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study was conducted to proof the influence of asset structure, business risks, and firm size to capital structure in manufacturing industry registered at Indonesia stock exchanges in 2013. Population in this research 142 firms in manufacturing industry, and sample obtained amount 47 firms. Data was obtained from Finance Report 2013. The analysis technique used is multiple regression by SPSS 22.0 program and hypothesis testing t-statistic as well as F statistic. Result of this study shows that asset structure, business risks, and firm size simultaneously influence to capital structure with. Adjusted R2 amount of 0.125, which means that only 12,5% variance of capital structure can be described by 3 variables : asset structure, business risks, and firm size, while the rest 87.5% described by other variables out of this model. Partially, that asset structure and business risks have a positive and significant effect to capital stucture, while firm size has not significant effect to capital structure.

Abstract

Smartphone is a mobile phone equipped with internet features that allow users to access a veriety of information quickly. Samsung is one company which also issued a smartphone with a variety of types. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between consumer behavior that psychological factors, personal and social skills that encourage consumers to make purchasing decisions. Psychological influenced by motivation, perception, learning, and beliefs. Personal factors or personally affected by the cycle of life, lifestyle, state of the economy. Social influenced by the reference group, the family, the role and status. There are five stages in making purchasing decisions, problem recognition, information search, evaluation of alternatives, purchase decision, and post-purchase behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous influence of psychological factors, personal, and social on purchasing decisions. Data collection techniques using primary data by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is Non-Probability Sampling with purposive sampling method. Mechanical analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study simultaneously and partially psychological factors, personal, and social positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of variable Liquidity, Capital Structure, and Profitability of the rating on the bonds of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012 period. The population in this study contained a number of 151 companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 and has a period of bond ratings of PT. Valuation in 2013. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. In order to obtain a total sample of 44 companies. Data were obtained from published financial statements of the company's website the Indonesia Stock Exchange is www.idx.co.id results of this study indicate that simultaneous variables Liquidity, Capital Structure, and Profitability significant effect on the bond rating. While the results of research conducted partially indicates that liquidity variables significantly influence bond rating, capital structure does not significantly affect the bond rating. While other variables in this study are Pofitabilitas significantly influence bond rating.

Abstract

This study is performed to examine the effect of variable dividend policy and managerial ownership toward financing decision in company listed in BEI at 2013 with firm size as control variable. The population in this study is listed company in Indonesia Stock Exchange at 2013. Gained a total sample of 52 companies. The analysis technique used here is multiple linear regression and hypothesis test using F statistic and t statistic with level of significance 5%. The results showed that the dividend policy and managerial ownership in Model 1 and Model 2 does not significantly influence the financing decision. While the control variables of firm size significantly influence financial decisions. We recommend to investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in order to pay attention to other factors that influence the financing decisions in making their investment decision. The control variables of firm size in this study is the most influential variable on financing decisions indicated from t-count value is smaller than the table and have significantly by 0.003.
