Abstract

Religiosity is an essential entity of Indonesian society. Only 0.04% of Indonesians do not choose official religion. This religious fact gives the government confidence that religion is determinant in the lives of Indonesian people. Then, the government poured that belief in the Law on the National Education System (No. 20/2003) Article 12 Section 1a. But then it ran into a problematic crucial. Incorporating religion in education can provide hope for social cohesion and become a cornerstone of morality. Still, on the other hand, it can be a laboratory for the transmission of extremism.  Therefore, the state policy in SISDIKNAS Article 12 Section 1a needs to be evaluated critically to understand and describe the substance of the policy, implementation, and impact, both planned and unplanned. For this purpose, this article tries to browse the literature to obtain the required data. This research provides some images. First, the Law generally has a positive substance but is very prone to causing social and legal problems caused by disproportionate and dilemmas derivatives of regulation. Second, the policy of religious rights and belief in the scope of education has not entirely led to the inclusive meaning of religion, resulting in several violations of human rights to the practice of exclusivism. Third, the orientation of religious significance can be the spirit of Indonesian national education.

Abstract

The implementation of Islamic Religious Education in educational institutions is currently still traditional, the learning process tends to emphasize the cognitive aspect, namely the school conveys knowledge to students at the estuary just to prepare them to succeed in taking the final exam. Without paying attention to the aspects of personality, psychological, social, physical and mental formation in students.The focus of this research is, first, how is the implementation of al-Islam learning as a means of increasing the Spiritual Intelligence of students at SMA Muhammadiyah I Pamekasan. Second, how is the Contextual Teaching and Learning learning model of al-Islam learning in increasing the Spiritual Intelligence of students at SMA Muhammadiyah I Pamekasan. Third, how are the obstacles faced in implementing the Contextual Teaching and Learning model of al-Islam learning in increasing the Spiritual Intelligence of students at SMA Muhammadiyah I Pamekasan.This research uses a qualitative approach which is intended to understand and describe phenomena, as well as to find the nature that exists and occurs in the research location.It is known that: First, the implementation of al-Islam learning at SMA Muhammadiyah I Pamekasan is quite good although it has not yet reached the stage of perfection. It is based on planned learning with syllabus development design and proper model selection. Besides being based on this, al-Islamic learning is also carried out by inculcating social ethics in reflecting the cognitive domain of religion into an affective domain, for example: social service activities (Baksos) 'idul qurban which aims to establish ukhuwwah al-Islamiyyah, as well as helping the poor. Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah. Second, the CTL model on al-Islam subjects in improving student intelligence by connecting teaching materials to the real conditions of students and encouraging students to relate their knowledge to their daily lives. Third, the obstacles faced, among others; different levels of intelligence, level of awareness of students, problems from teachers, problems in terms of time, learning media problems, environmental problems.

Abstract

Da'wah is one of the processes of the entry of Islam into Indonesia through culture, so the entry of Islam into Indonesia is quite short because the surrounding community is already attached to the local culture, so that the entry of Islam is subtle without going through violence, because Islam itself respects the pluralism of a society. Human relations with da'wah also study about humans and all the culture they have, humans are social beings while da'wah is the object. One example of da'wah combined with culture by Wali Songo is the Durma song "Tiger" which was created by Sunan Bonang. The researcher chose to examine the content of da'wah in the macopat tradition because it is still not revealed about the content of da'wah in a culture, including the macopat tradition. This study aims to determine the types of macopat in the hamlet of Moralas and the message of da'wah contained in the macopat tradition. This research method uses qualitative research and the type of research used is ethnographic type. Ethnography is a series of research activities to understand how people interact and work together through daily life observations to find out the message of da'wah in the macopat tradition in the hamlet of morality, Karduluk village. There are four types of macopat traditions that are still alive and thriving in Moralas hamlet, Macopat mi'rad, Macopat nurbuwat, Macopat pandawa, Macopat agung-agung. the content of macopat contains da'wah in the macopat tradition in the hamlet of Moralas, namely regarding advice on the obligation to keep promises and intentions, the obligation to be grateful, seize the state and promote religion, the obligation to protect the youngest brother and provide annual expenditure (nyalenin), preach on goodness and also advises about retribution for his good and bad behavior like torment in hell. While the implementation of the macopat tradition preaches the importance of deliberation, strengthens friendly relations and creates warmth in togetherness, one cannot be separated from responsibility and how to give alms without having to be asked, respecting elders, praying at night is the right time and in it there are time that is istijabah and includes da'wah that involves direct behavior or is called da'wah bil hal because it is an example or role model. This research produces several important points about monotheism education in the story of Prophet Ibrahim according to Quraish Shihab in Tafsir al-Miṣhbāh. Tawhid education in the story of Prophet Ibrahim according to Quraish Shihab: a). Tawhid Education for Children b). Tawhid Education for the Prophet Ibrahim. The method of monotheism education in the story of Prophet Ibrahim: a) Scientific Method b) iwār Jadāli Method c) Exemplary Method d) Rational Method.

Abstract

Pendidikan Tauhid adalah seluruh kegiatan umat manusia dibidang pendidikan yang menempatkan Allah sebagai sumbernya, karena Dia adalah Tuhan Rabb Al Alamin. Selain itu, Tauhid juga berguna bagi kesehatan mental dan kebahagiaan hidup. Karena Tauhid itu sendiri memupuk dan mengembangkan fungsi-fungsi jiwa dan memelihara keseimbangannya serta menjamin ketentraman batin. Maka tulisan ini mencoba memberikan penjelasan pendidikan tauhid yang dibangun M. Quraish Shihab tehadap ayat-ayat yang disitir sebagai ayat pendidikan tauhid dan metodenya dalam al-Qur’an. M.Quraish Shihab merupakan seorang mufassir nusantara yang menafsirkan al-Qur’an secara lengkap 30 Juz dengan menggunakan bahasa Indonesia. Di samping seorang mufassir, Quraish Shihab juga aktif menulis dan mengembangkan keilmuannya dengan menghasilkan berbagai macam karya tulis yang bisa dinikmati masyarakat baik dalam bidang fiqih, sastra, agama, tafsir dan karya lainnya. Maka dalam pembahasan ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana penafsiran Quraish Shihab terhadap ayat-ayat pendidikan tauhid dalam Tafsir Misbah dengan fokus penelitian 1) Pendidikan Tauhid dalam Kisah Nabi Ibrahim  2) Metode Pendidikan Tauhid Dalam Kisah Nabi Ibrahim. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pustaka (library research method) dengan memakai pendekatan analisis deskriptif, hanya meneliti salah satu tafsir yaitu Tafsir Misbah  buah karya M. Quraish Shihab. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa poin penting tentang pendidikan tauhid dalam kisah Nabi Ibrahim menurut Quraish Shihab dalam Tafsir Misbah. Abstract

Anak yang lahir ke dunia pada hakikatnya adalah titipan dari tuhan kepada orang tua untuk mendidik dan disiapkan bagi peranannya dimasa yang selanjutnya, mereka yang menikmati kebahagiaan di hari tuanya (dan di akhiratnya) adalah mereka sejak dini telah memberikan yang terbaik bagi anak-anaknya melalui pendidikan yang benar dan bermakna. Karena anak lahir ke dunia dalam keadaan tidak berdaya, meskipun sebenarnya sudah membawa sejumlah potensi sebagai bekal untuk kelangsungan hidupnya di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mencegah pornografi terhadap anak,  agar anak tidak terjerumus kepada hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan contohnya agar tidak merusak kepada generasi muda, dengan cara mengawasi pergaulan dan lingkungan anak itu sendiri, memberikan pendidikan atau pengarahan untuk mencegah terjadinya pergaulan bebas karena anak yang masih dalam awal masa pertumbuhannya sangat membutuhkan bimbingan dari keluarga atau orangtuanya. Penentuan informan penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik purposive sampling adalah teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat tema Bencana perspektif Bisri Musthofa dalam tafsir al-Ibriz. Sebagai kitaf tafsir yang menggunakan metode Tahlilibercorakkan adabi al-ijtima’i diharapkan dapat memberikan penjelasan yang signifikan, memandang Bisri Musthofa seorang ulama besar yang mempunyai beberapa karya dengan persembahan beliau terhadap dunia dan Indonesia khususnya. Dalam penelitian ini mencoba mencari jawaban dari dua pokok permasalahan yang penulis angkat, yaitu makna kandungan dan relevansi tafsir bencana di masa kini. Dan menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (Library reseach) dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Dalam tafsir al-Ibriz ayat-ayat bencana memiliki perbedaan dari makna perlafadznya. Ada yang bermakna cobaan dengan definisi yang berbeda dari masing-masing lafadz dan ada yang bermakna azab atau balasan yang juga berbeda definisi perlafadznya. Dalam tafsirnya bentuk bencana alam ada 4 dalam 3 lafadz yaitu, al-Rojfah bermakna gempa atau bencana, al-Rih bermakna angin dalam kadar berlebih, dan Tufan yang bermakna banjir. Relevansi terhadap masa kini terdapat pada sebab terjadinya bencana, peneliti melihat dari beberapa kemungkinan. Pertama,perpecahan umat nabi. Kedua,penghinaan terhadap nabi maupun penerusnya.

Abstract

The main key in reading the book of turots (Arabic text) properly and correctly is to master the rules of nahwu and shorrof science because of the knowledge of nahwu and shorrof. In reading books in Arabic, it must be done properly and correctly in accordance with the applicable rules, namely in accordance with the rules of nahwu and shorrof. If one has understood the science of nahwu and shorrof then there will be no error of dignity, position, and meaning, and if one is wrong in reading a book in Arabic then, the result will cause an error in its meaning or meaning to change and will give rise to a different interpretation, even if the error is few. The focus of this research is to find out how I'rob's error in reading Arabic texts in the book of Tafsir students of class V MAK B Ma'had Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Al-Amien Prenduan and to find out the factors that cause the error. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive type of research. The theory used is Ellis's theory: collecting errors, identifying mistakes, explaining errors, classifying errors, evaluating errors, and using observation, interview and documentation methods. The results obtained in this study are 1). The forms of I'rob errors When reading the book of interpretation in class V MAK B Ma'had Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Al-Amien Prenduan are: a). I'rob mubtada' Khobar, b). Idhofah, c). Athof, d). Amil Nawasikh, e). Jar letters, f). Fail, and g). Na'at.  2). Factors that cause students to read the wrong book of interpretation are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include a). Lack of understanding of Nahwu and Shorrof science rules, b). lack of silverware in reading the book, c). Fear of being wrong or not confident in reading the book, d). No focus, e). Don't know Muphrodat,  and f). Lack of interest. External factors include: a). A less conducive classroom atmosphere, and b). lack of time.

Abstract

Marriage is the most sacred moment in human life in this world. with the existence of marriage a person has followed one of the traditions taught by the prophet Muhammad Saw. In this contemporary era, the term marriage of different religions has emerged, thus attracting controversy among mslim intellectuals. There are some who disagree and there are also some who disagree. For this reason, this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using the type of literature study research. The result of this study is that the law of marriage with a religion for a Muslim man with a woman musyrikah the law is haram. Meanwhile, muslim women with muslim women with musyrikah men are also illegitimate.

Abstract

This paper argues that the Indonesian government (President, Peoples’ Representative Council/DPR, Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA), and local   government) has an important role in distributing social welfare to Muslim public (Muslim society) by stipulating official regulations, which authoritize the National Board of Zakat Managers (Badan Amil Zakat Nasional) to manage zakat in Indonesia. We call these regulations “qada’i” (ketetapan negara), while we dub the normative set of laws from the Qur’an and Hadith (utterances ascribed to the Prophet Muhammad) “diyani/obedience).
