Abstract

This research has three focuses. First is reporting the readiness strategies to establish Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in the Sumenep regency. The second is representing supporting and inhibition factors in the formation of the BUMDes in the Sumenep regency. The third is defining the typology of the village in responding to the BUMDes program in the Sumenep Regency area. This research is a qualitative-descriptive method by applying SWOT analysis conducted in 2020 from October to December. The data is collected by using observation, interviews, documentation, and a literature study. Based on the data obtained from this research, first, Based on the SWOT analysis data in Quadrant SO (strength - opportunity) Level, some strategies can be used. Those are by making local regulations of the formation of BUMDes, increasing the understanding of village heads towards the technical establishment of BUMDes, which is not only limited to theoretical knowledge, improve the role of DPMD in responding to proposals for the establishment of BUMDes. There needs to be a technical introduction about village potential that can be explored using the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) method. Second, there are some factors to support the establishment and development of BUMDes in the Sumenep area. One of which is to provide the head of villages with the knowledge and urgency of BUMDes establishment. As every town are highly potential and meet the requirements. However, there is no specific direction and method in establishing BUMDes that has become an obstacle in determining the potential and managing the BUMDes. Third, BUMDes in Sumenep consists of three typologies. Those are BUMDes that have not been established, which only succeeded in the proposal preparation stage. Then, The established BUMDes with less income. The last is the well-developed BUMDes that have been contributed to the villages' income.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pendidikan tidak bisa lepas dari sarana dan prasarana. Sarana dan prasarana merupakan unsur penunjang penting dalam proses pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan-rujuan pendidikan. Karenanya, UU RI Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang SISDIKNAS BAB XII Pasal 45, satuan pendidikan dituntut untuk memenuhi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Masalahnya, sarana prasarana berhadapan dengan kondisi finansial dan proses pengelolaannya. Lembaga pendidikan yang mandiri secara finansial dan SDM tentu tidak masalah dengan dua tantangan tersebut. Tetapi bagaimana dengan lembaga pendidikan pesantren di kepulauan? Artikel ini akan membahas manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di PP.  Raudlatul Amien di kepulauan Kangean dalam mendukung proses pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis studi kasus. Data-data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sementara analisis data dilakukan dengan siklus pengumpulan data, reduksi data, model data, verifikasi dan penarikan  kesimpulan. Dalam menguji keabsahan data, dilakukan triangulasi sumber, metode, dan waktu. Simpulannya, PP. Raudlatul Amien mengelola sarpras dengan tiga tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi, dan peningkatan berkelanjutan. Tanggung jawab utama sarana dan prasarana berada di bawah seksi sarpras dibantu kesadaran masing-masing pengguna atas keterawatan sarpras yang ada secara kohesif. Tanggung jawab yang kohesif dibangun dengan pemenuhan kesejahteraan dan pembinaan etos kerja yang islami, ma’hadi, dan tarbawi.

Abstract

Problematics of high pregnancy before marriage, abortion case, and divorce in Indonesia, showing that education has not implicated positive for woman character. However, woman is a key of genesis superior prospective in the future. This thing is also realized by Islamic boarding school based on religion dogmas interrelated education for woman. This article examine deeply about concept and implementation of woman education in the tertiary educational institution of Islamic boarding school. Data in this research are collected by method of participant observation, interview and documentation. Then those data are reduced, provided as conceptual to be taken the conclusion. Result of research indicated that woman education in the tertiary educational institution of Islamic boarding school included by three elements: regulation, actor and feedback. This woman education is being on expression values Islamic, Tarbawi and Ma’hadi. By purpose producing Muslim woman who are salihah, qanitah, hafidzah linafsiha, raiyah fi baiti zaujiha, murabbiyah liawladiha dan qa’idah liqaumiha.

Abstract

The success of schools as a sub-system of educational organizations can be seen from how the learning process can involve all components in education like teachers and student in onder to build good patterns of interaction. There are still many educational processes that are not in accordance with the real ideals of education today. There are still many teachers who underestimate the abilities of their students, as a result, many students or students whose abilities are still selected based on their respective intelligence. Thus, the process of transferring knowledge that should be running in education often experiences gaps between teachers and students. So the use of peers as tutors in learning can be an alternative to help students who experience learning difficulties if guided by their teacher. TMI Al-Amien Prenduan is an educational institution that implements peer education in the interest group learning sector. Learning language development, scouting, sports and so on are educational activities carried out by TMI Al-Amien Prenduan students with administrators (students in grades V and VI) as the tutors. This study will describe the models and methods of peer education applied in interest group learning at TMI Al-Amien Prenduan. The method used in this research is to use descriptive qualitative methods and case studies as the approach. Data collection techniques and data analysis techniques From this research, it can be concluded that peer education at TMI Al-Amien Prenduan is carried out by senior students in the learning process in extracurricular activities, including the development of foreign languages. Then the peer education method used at TMI Al-Amien Prenduan, especially in language development, is to provide practice questions regarding Arabic and English (at-Tamrin al-Lughawi), vocabulary enrichment (tazwidu al-mufradat), dialogue (hiwar ), and write papers in Arabic or English (insya ').

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan wadah untuk menampung keterampilan dan memberikan kebebasan bagi peserta didik, pendidikan merupakan usaha untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Namun tujuan-tujuan mulia tersebut sudah tercoreng dan banyak mendapat kritik dari tokoh-tokoh pemikir pendidikan salah satunya Paulo Freire dan Muhammad Abduh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan pemikiran Paulo Freire dan Muhammad Abduh tentang pendidikan emansipatoris. Data dikumpulkan dengan pendekatan kualitatif jenis pustaka, sumber data pokok penelitian ini yaitu buku-buku karya dari kedua tokoh, kemudian dianalisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Pendidikan emansipatoris perlu diterapkan dalam dunia pendidikan saat ini, mengingat sudah banyak pencemaran-pencemaran yang mencoreng nama baik pendidik. Konsep pendidikan emansipatoris kedua tokoh dapat dilihat dalam konsep, kurikulum, kedudukan pendidik dan peserta didik, serta tujuan pendidikan yang harus didasarkan atas spirit humanisme, kesetaraan, dan pembebasan dari belenggu.

Abstract

The high of drop out of school digit, pupil character decadence and social deviating which are happen in Indonesia be sigh education problematic. In the middle cases glow which is happen need solution by education strip especially Islamic boarding school to content those problems. IDIA with the excellent which it have, rules and system of IDIA are hoped can be agent of change in guiding pupil character and content which is happen this time. So this article will examine deeply about emancipatory education internalization values and method in IDIA Prenduan. Data in this research are collected by participant observation, interview and documentation method. Those data, then are analyzed by Miles and Huberman model analyzes. This research result show, that emancipatory education in the high Islamic boarding school which is pointed to educate university student awareness about right and obligation reasonably based on Islamic, ma’hadi and tarbawi values. Internalization process executed by exemplary, discipline, practice and habituation, rewards and punishments and ibrah and mauidzah hasanah methods.

Abstract

Religiosity is an essential entity of Indonesian society. Only 0.04% of Indonesians do not choose official religion. This religious fact gives the government confidence that religion is determinant in the lives of Indonesian people. Then, the government poured that belief in the Law on the National Education System (No. 20/2003) Article 12 Section 1a. But then it ran into a problematic crucial. Incorporating religion in education can provide hope for social cohesion and become a cornerstone of morality. Still, on the other hand, it can be a laboratory for the transmission of extremism.  Therefore, the state policy in SISDIKNAS Article 12 Section 1a needs to be evaluated critically to understand and describe the substance of the policy, implementation, and impact, both planned and unplanned. For this purpose, this article tries to browse the literature to obtain the required data. This research provides some images. First, the Law generally has a positive substance but is very prone to causing social and legal problems caused by disproportionate and dilemmas derivatives of regulation. Second, the policy of religious rights and belief in the scope of education has not entirely led to the inclusive meaning of religion, resulting in several violations of human rights to the practice of exclusivism. Third, the orientation of religious significance can be the spirit of Indonesian national education.

Abstract

Recent facts state that there is a symptom of negative implications in education, there is a threat of social insecurity. These threats can be seen in immoral and immoral acts committed by school-age children and educated people. This condition is the result of the inability of the educational process in fostering the morals of the students. This moral education discourse has been widely discussed, but in a philosophical context it is necessary to refresh and explore ideas. In the context of Islamic education, the figures that can be appointed are well-known and credible Muslim figures. This article attempts to examine the philosophical foundational ideas proposed by Al-Ghazali and Ibn Miskawaih and their proposals related to ontology, epistemology, and axiology. Ibn Miskawaih and Al-Ghazali provide an understanding of morality as a mental condition that encourages a person to take an action spontaneously and consistently. Good morals, actualized in good behavior. On the other hand, bad morals will be actualized in bad behavior. Morals are indicators of a person's psyche. Al-Ghazali and Ibn Miskawaih agreed to propose a middle way. Although the terms are different. For Ibn Miskawaih, the middle way is a condition between the extreme left and the extreme right. Meanwhile, for Al-Ghazali, wasatiah is a condition of the soul that is in line with the Shari'a and reason. To achieve such conditions, training and habituation can be carried out, including efforts to approach God (Allah). The goal, said Ibn Miskawaih, so that someone can achieve as-sa'adah (happiness),

Abstract

This paper contains the results of a study on cultural criticism of school education morality. The school is a complete and structured educational center. The school becomes one of the complete educational centers and structures. As a whole, schools require mutual involvement between teachers and students to achieve certain goals. The integrity of the role is then supported by a structured process, starting from planning, implementation, to the process of monitoring and evaluation. The purpose of this research is to find out the criticism of the moral culture of school education according to Neil Postman and Azyumardi Azra, and to find out the construct of the idea of a culture of morality in school education according to Neil Postman and Azyumardi Azra. This study uses a type of qualitative research literature (Library Research). The method used in this study uses an interpretive approach, the researcher tries to reveal and identify the culture of morality in school education according to the thoughts of Neil Postman and Azyumardi Azra, so that all ideas, and the work of Neil Postman and Azyumardi Azra regarding Morals can be known. Sources of data in this study using two sources, namely, primary data sources and secondary data sources. Therefore, the sources of data collected in this study are documents related to the thoughts of Neil Postman and Azyumardi Azra about school education. The results in this study are that, in criticizing the culture of morality, Postman discusses at least five important things, including: In criticizing morality culture, Postman discusses at least five important things, including: (first) Teachers do not appear as top figures, (second) Children are not given critical thinking space, (thirth) The reality of rapidly developing technology, (four) Schools are only limited to fulfilling profession. Azra's thoughts on morality culture explain how education can liberate humans from physical work that shackles human nature to develop. Azra becomes exposed to his cultural critique of morality into several parts. (first) The orientation of education on the formation of artisans, (second) Education takes place in a schooling system. (thirth) Rigid school formalism.

Abstract

The tèngka tradition that became one of Madura’s social norms containsbehavioural values and is still inherent in their social life. They believethis tradition has created a peaceful, harmonious, humorous society. Thispaper aimed to reveal the values of socio-religious education containedin the tradition and how the internalization process is strongly internalizedinto the lives of the Madurese people. This study uses qualitative methodsand data collection techniques in the form of interviews research with observations, documentation, interviews and literature studies. Thisstudy found that the tradition of tèngka did have wisdom values that areimportant to preserve, mainly as it contained Islamic teachings among thevalues of tèngkawere at-ta’âwun (mutual assistance), cooperation, socialcare, and hospitality. This study also concluded that as local wisdom, thetèngka tradition has a contributive value in the social life of the Maduresepeople, especially in creating a peaceful, harmonious, and prosperous society.This tradition survives and develops because members of the communitycarry out the process of internalization to the next generation in a personal-cognitive recognition, they also carried out in a collective-empirical-recognitionway, and finally by incidental-delegation. There are two crucial implications of this study. First, this study provides an overview of socio-religious values in the tèngka tradition as one of the local wisdom of the Madurese people. Second, this study provides an overview of the pattern of preserving local wisdom in globalization.
