Abstract

The larvae existence of a region, were influenced by some factors. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors are associated with the presence of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae in RW II Sukorejo. This type of research was explanatory research with cross sectional study. The population in this study were all families in the village Sukorejo RW II. This study used random sampling technique to obtain sample that are 66 households in RW II. Instrument in this study were questionnaire and a check list. Data analysis was performed byunivariate and bivariate (withchi square test p <005). Result obtained that there was a relationship between the mosquito nest extermination with the presence of larvae (p = 0.001), there was no relationship between the frequency of monitoring officers visit to the presence of larvae(p = 1.000), there was a relationship between the presence of wide water reservoirs (p = 0.018), and there was a relationship between the presence ofgarbage with the presence of larvae (p = 0.035). Conclusion there was a relationship between implementation mosquitonest extermination, water reservoirs, and garbage with the presence of larvae. Suggestions to growing up the mosquito nest extermination in Sukorejo for protect to find larvae.

Abstract

Malaria merupakan penyakit menular yang menjadi masalah kesehatan di dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Kabupaten Banjarnegara adalah daerah endemis tinggi malaria di Jawa Tengah. Permasalahan yang dikaji adalah adakah hubungan lingkungan sekitar rumah dan praktik pencegahan dengan kejadian malaria. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan rancangan penelitian kasus kontrol menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampelnya adalah 52. Data kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan uji chi square dengan derajat kemaknaan 0,05. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara keberadaan genangan air dengan kejadian malaria (p=0,012; OR=4,250), ada hubungan antara keberadaan kandang ternak dengan kejadian malaria (p=0,012; OR=4,343), ada hubungan antara pemasangan kasa pada ventilasi dengan kejadian malaria (p=0,026; OR = 3,600), tidak ada hubungan antara kebiasaan keluar rumah pada malam hari dengan kejadian malaria (p=0,244). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian malaria yaitu keberadaan genangan air, keberadaan kandang ternak, dan pemasangan kasa pada ventilasi.Malaria is a contagious disease that has become health issue throughout the world, including Indonesia. Banjarnegara Regency is a highly endemic area of malaria in Central Java Province. The focus of this research was whether there is any association the surrounding’s condition and the preventive action taken with the malaria cases. This was an observational research with case control design. Purposive sampling was used in the research. The number of the sample was 52. The data were analyzed using chi square method with 0,05 degree of significance. The research result were there was an association between the presence of puddles and malaria cases (p=0,012; OR=4,250), there is a association between the presence of animal sheds and malaria cases (p=0,012; OR=4,343), there a association between the installation of mosquito net on ventilations and malaria cases (p=0,026; OR=3,600), there is no association between the habit of going out late at night and malaria cases (p=0,244). This research concluded that was the factors associated with malaria cases were the presence of puddles, the presence of animal sheds, and the installation of mosquito net on ventilations.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sikap pekerja informal non PBI terhadap program JKN di Kabupaten Brebes.Jenis Penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi semua pekerja informal non PBI yang belum terdaftar JKN di Kabupaten Brebes. Sampel berjumalah 347 responden menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner.Dari 347 responden didapatkan hasil dengan 56,5% pekerja informal non PBI di Kabupaten Brebes mendukung terhadap program JKNdan 43,5% tidak mendukung, 83,3%mendukung menjadi peserta PBI, 25,4% mendukung dengan adanya denda, rata rata 86,76% mendukung semua pelayanan dalam JKN, rata rata 78,4% mendukung terhadap pengelolaan dana oleh BPJS kesehatan, dan 92,5% mendukung fasilitasnya.Saran bagi BPJS kesehatan untuk menginformasikan secara jelas dan lengkap tentang jaminan kesehatan nasional, bagi kelurahan untuk memilih warganya dengan adil dan bijaksana dan bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk lebih mengembangkan penelitian mengenai BPJS kesehatan dan JKN. The purpose of this research was to know the attitude of informal workers non PBI(not supporting fund receiver) that has not been registered in national health insurance at the district of Brebes. This research was descriptive quantitative. The population in this research were all informal workers non PBI(not supporting fund receiver) that has not been registered national health insurance at the district of Brebes. Thesample were 347 respondents which obtained by accidental sampling technique. An instrument used in this research was the questionnaire.Based on the research of 347 respondents were obtained the result with 56,5% of informalworkersnon PBI(not supporting fund receiver) at the district of Brebes was support the national health care program and 43,5% were not support, 83,3% support to become participants PBI (supporting fund receiver), 25,4% support with the fines, average 86,76% supported of all regarding services in national health insurance, average 78,4 % support the management of funds by the implementation of social security health, and 92,5% Support facilities of national health insurance.The suggestions for BPJS were to inform about national health insurance clearly, for village to choose its citizens fairly and wisely and forthe nextwere suggested to develope research about BPJS and national health insurance.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit ketiga terbesar penyebab kematian. Upaya pengendaliannya adalah surveilans hipertensi. Magelang menduduki peringkat pertama dengan jumlah kasus terbanyak di Jawa Tengah tahun 2009 - 2011. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran input sistem surveilans hipertensi di wilayah kerja Dinkes Kota Magelang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan rancangan studi evaluasi. Informan utama berjumlah 5 orang. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara terstruktur, studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah man tidak sesuai dengan pedoman; methode yang sesuai dengan pedoman adalah ketersediaan pedoman penyelenggaraan sistem surveilans epidemiologi kesehatan, ketersediaan posbindu dan ketersediaan prolanis; alokasi dana belum sesuai dengan pedoman namun sumber dana sudah sesuai; sarana prasarana hanya ketersediaan formulir pengumpulan data yang belum sesuai dengan pedoman dari segi jumlah; sasaran informasi sudah sesuai dengan pedoman. Hypertension is the third biggest disease leading cause of death. The control effort for it is the Surveillance Hypertension. Magelang ranked first with the most number of cases in Central Java in 2009-2011. The aim of this research was to know the input conception of Surveillance Hypertension system in the working area of Magelang Health Department. This reseach was the qualitative research with the evaluation study design. The number of main informants were 5 people. The techniques of data gathering used were structured interview, documentation, and observation.The conclusion of this research was man not appropriate with the guidance; the appropriate method with the guidance was availability of the implementation of health epidemiological surveillance system, availability of the posbindu, and availability of the prolanis; the inappropriatness of funds allocation; the appropriatness of funds source; the infrastructure, the only availability of data gathering form which has been appropriate with the guidelines in terms of the number of; target information has been appropriate with the guidelines.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku dan persepsi Ibu Rumah Tangga terhadap konsumsi garam beryodium di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Toroh 1 Kabupaten Grobogan pada tahun 2014.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Ibu Rumah Tangga yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Toroh 1.Sampel diambil secara simplerandom sampling didapatkan 80 orang.Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar checklist. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa pengetahuan Ibu tentang konsumsi garam beryodium baik sebesar 37,5%, sikap Ibu tentang konsumsi garam beryodium baik sebesar 70%, perilaku Ibu terhadap konsumsi garam beryodium baik sebesar 98,80%, persepsi Ibu tentang konsumsi garam beryodium sebesar 100% baik, motivasi Ibu menggunakan garam beryodium tinggi sebesar 96,20%, ketersediaan garam beryodium mudah diperoleh sebanyak 97,50%, jenis garam yang dikonsumsi yaitu jenis garam halus sebanyak 68,80% dan pemantauan garam beryodium tinggi sebesar 23,80%. Saran yang diberikan kepada Ibu Rumah Tangga yaitu agar menggunakan garam beryodium untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari. The goal of this research was to know the behavior and perception of housewife in Toroh 1 Medical Centers, District of Grobogan at 2014. Design of this research was quantitative descriptive with cross-sectional design. Population in this research was housewife at Toroh 1 Medical Centers. Samples were collected by using simple random sampling. Sample in this research was 80 peoples. The result of research were education of housewife about iodized salt good consumption amounted to 37,5 %, attitude of housewife about iodized salt good consumption amounted to 70%, behavior of housewife about a good iodized salt amounted to 98.80%, perception of housewife about iodized salt consumption amounted to 100% was good, motivation of housewifein using high iodized salt amounted to 96,20%, availability of iodized salt easily obtain amounted to 97,50%, the kind of iodized salt consumption is an athereal salt amounted to 68,80% and monitoring about high iodized salt amounted to 23,80%. The suggestion for to housewife was that to use iodized salt for everyday’ needs.

Abstract

Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a major health problem both in developed countries and developing countries. Since there are so many factors which affect the occurrence of coronary heart disease, the efforts of prevention should be multifactorial too. The purpose of this research was to define the correlation between dislipidemia, smoking, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, obesity, physical activity level, socio-economic status, occupation, gender, dan stress level with the coronary heart disease. This research was an observational quantitative research with a case-control design was used retrospectively. This study used purposive sampling technique with the amount of each 39 people in 39 cases and in controls. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate chi-square test (α = 0.05) and calculate the value of Odds Ratio (OR). The result showed that factors associated with coronary heart disease in middle-aged adults (41-60 years) is dyslipidemia (p = 0.0001<0,05), smoking (p = 0.0027<0,05), hypertension (p = 0.002<0,05), diabetes mellitus (p = 0.0001<0,05), obesity (p = 0.011<0,05) and stress level (p = 0.001<0,05).

Abstract

Food sanitary is very important especially at the public service places such as hospital. In supporting medical service for patients, it’s better to maintain best food processing according to the food’s hygiene and sanitary standard. Therefore, this research was aimed to find out the representation of sanitary hygiene description of food processor at RSUD SunanKalijagaDemak.It was descriptive research with evaluation-based approach. This research focused on describing the hygiene and behavior of food processor during the food processing at NutritionsInstalation of RSUD SunanKalijagaDemak.The research showed that evaluation about physical worthiness for sanitary hygiene of the food was still under the minimal score, it was 80. While evaluation using inquiry form indicated that the irrelevancy happened could be categorized into small irrelevancy, which was in 81% level. Nevertheless, the food processor hygiene practice was good enough.Some suggestion from the researcher, there should be more periodically knowledge development and improvement about food sanitary hygiene for food processor, improvement in supervisory of food service process, and also applying food sanitary hygiene in the food processing.

Abstract

The International Vitamin A Consultative Group (IVACG) recommend that all post partum mother should receive two capsules of vitamin A. First capsule given at least one day apart as soon after delivery as possible and not more than 6 weeks later. This study was carried out to know Implementation Overview of Vitamin A Capsules Supplementation For Post-Partum Mothers In The Working Area of Kalibawang Centre of Public Health, Wonosobo District. This was a qualitative research. Informants selected using purposive sampling. The informants were 21 people. There are 3 village midwifes, 9 cadres (volunteer workers in the village) and 9 postpartum mothers. Data items were collected by indepth interview, observation and documentation methods. Data items were analyzed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification.The result showed that knowledge of the cadres and postpartum mothers still low, availability of vitamin A capsules in village midwife dependent in availability of vitamin A capsules in public health center and health departement, the role of village midwife is still not performed optimally yet and the role of cadres not implement

Abstract

CDR of pulmonary TB Semarang in 2012 amounted 70.22% with 109% the highest health centers and 11% the lowest. The purpose of this study to determine the performance evaluation CDR of TB in TB Pulmonary Disease Reduction program (P2TB) at Semarang City Health Center in 2012. This research is qualitative. Informant is research program P2TB holders, laboratory personnel, administration head and head health center at 6 CDR > 75% and 6 CDR < 75%. Techniques of data collection with in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The instruments used were interview, observation, and documentation sheets. The results showed component at health centers with CDR ≥ 75% in accordance with provisions Health Ministry of Indonesia is duty and responsibility of the holder P2TB programs, laboratory staff, and head health centers, funding, networking suspected, diagnosis, and reporting. The health center with CDR <75%, which in accordance with provisions of the components Health Ministry of Indonesia is duty and responsibility the head of community health centers, funding, and diagnosis. Suggestions to holders P2TB programs and laboratory personnel that improve performance in achieving pulmonary TB CDR, administration leaders to improve coordination with holder program, the health center leaders to increase motivation by rewarding performance officers.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a risk factor of cardiovascular diseases. Unhealthy lifestyle have correlation with increased blood glucose of diabetes patients which are less physical exercise, unhealthy diet, tobacco consumption, and alcohol consumption. In addition to lifestyle, the most important factor of blood glucose control is the obedience therapy. This research was to knowed the correlation between lifestyle modification, the obedience of consumption antidiabetic medications and blood glucose of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. This type of research was explanatory research used a survey method with cross sectional approach, the study sample was patients with diabetes mellitus type 2. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method and obtained sample of 58 sample. The results of the study with the chi-square and fisher test (alpha=0.05) showed that the variables that had a significant correlation with blood glucose levels was the obedience of diet (p=0.019) and obedience antidiabetic medications consumption (p=0.012), variable which not significant correlation was obedience of physical exercise (p=1.000), obedience of smoking cessation (p=0.083). Variable obedience to limit alcohol consumption was not analyzed because the data collected only in one category. Based on the results of these studies suggested the need for guidance and counseling to patients about physical activity, healthy diet, smoking cessation, antidiabetic medications usage and side effects, and the importance of blood glucose control, increase information about diabetes mellitus, complications, and solution.
