The cooperative learning of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type is a form of learning of a combination between cooperative learning and individual learning. Students stay in groups but each of them study based on his or her speed and ability. This study aims at examining (1) the improvement of activity in learning Biology of grade XI IPA Students at Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin Pao-Pao through the application of cooperative learning of TAI type, and (2) the improvement learning outcomes on Biology of grade XI IPA students at Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin Pao-Pao through the application of cooperative learning of TAI type. This study is a classroom action research. The subject of the study was 20 grade XI IPA students at Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin Pao-Pao. Data were collected by employing questionnaire of observation sheet on activity of students, and the test of learning outcomes. Data were analyzed quantitatively in percentage. The results reveal (1) the cooperative learning of TAI type can improve the activity of students of grade XI IPA at Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin Pao-Pao with the mean score 44.90 in cycle I and improved to 75.00 in cycle II, and (2) the cooperative learning of TAI type can improve Biology learning outcomes of grade XI IPA students at Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin Pao-Pao with the percentage of completeness 65 % in cycle I and improved to 90% in cycle II. The conclusion of this study is the cooperative learning if TAI type can improve motivation, activity, and learning outcomes of Biology of grade XI IPA students at Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin Pao-Pao in Gowa.

This research is descriptive research which aims to know the implementation of Physiology Plant Anatomy practicum in the even semester of academic year 2016/2017. The subject of this research is the fourth semester student of Biology Education Department of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Alauddin Makassar which amounts to 70 people. The focus of the research emphasizes on the practicum implementation of Plant Physiology Anatomy covering the time available, preparation of practicum, the process of implementation as well as laboratory facilities and infrastructure. Technique of collecting data with laboratory documentation in the form of inventory list, attendance list practice and lecturer; Questionnaires were given to the practitioners to find out their responses to the practicum of plant physiology natomi; Interviews were also conducted with praktikan as secondary data. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive approach. The results showed that the allocation of time for each practical activity was in the category of less good with the percentage of respondents by 59%; Preparation of the practice is in good category with a percentage of 72%. Implementation of practicum with 65% percentage is in medium category; The availability of laboratory advice and prerequisites is in the moderate category with a percentage of 61%.

This thesis discusses cooperative learning model that Think Pair Share and The Power of Two on the subject of the Digestive System Student Class XI SMAN 1 Pallangga. With the aim of research to find out whether there are differences in learning outcomes of students who are taught by koopertaif learning model Think Pair Share and The Power of Two on the subject of the digestive system of class XI student of SMAN 1 Pallangga. This research is experimental form of Quasi Experimental Design (quasi-experimental) design study is a "Posttest-Only Control Design". The study population was all students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga. The research sample is class XI IPA4 as an experiment I and class II XI IPA7 as an experiment. Data collection was performed by using the test results in the form posttest study, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis techniques. Analysis of the data shows the results of student learning Class XI SMAN 1 Pallangga on the subject of the digestive system that is taught through cooperative learning model Think Pair Share and The Power of Two. First, the study of students who were taught through cooperative learning model Think Pair Share is in the low category with a percentage of 41.4% of 39 students and an average value of 54.25. Second, the study of students who were taught through cooperative learning model The Power of Two learning at high category with a percentage of 70% of the 30 students with an average value of 66.88. All three of the analytical results of hypothesis testing using t-test, thit value = 4.87 and ttab value = 1.67. Where the value of thit> ttab so H0 rejected, H1 accepted, thus there are differences in the average learning outcomes of students who were taught through cooperative learning model Think Pair Share and types The Power of Two on the subject of the digestive system of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga Gowa.

This type of research is a quasi experiment (quasi experiment) with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design design. This study aims to determine (1) students' learning motivation on the material of the respiratory system through the application of cooperative learning model of TPS without concept map, (2) student learning motivation on the material of the respiratory system through the application of cooperative learning model of TPS combined with concept map, (3) Student learning outcomes on the material of the respiratory system through the application of cooperative learning model of TPS without concept map, (4) student learning outcomes on the material of the respiratory system through the application of cooperative learning model of TPS combined concept map, (5) whether or not there is difference of students' Material of respiratory system through application of cooperative learning model of TPS combined with concept map and without concept map, and (6) whether or not there is difference of student learning result on the material of respiratory system through application of cooperative learning model of TPS combined with concept map and without concept map. The research population is all students of class XI IPA SMA Negeri 5 Makassar even semester of academic year 2013 - 2014 which consists of eight classes with total students as much as 256 students. The sample of the research is the students of class XI IPA1 and XI IPA2 which amounted to 69 people. Sampling technique is done by random class technique (random class). The data were obtained through two instruments: questionnaire of learning motivation and learning result test. The results showed that (1) the students' biology learning motivation in the control class experienced an increase in average score of 4.60; (2) students' biology learning motivation in experiment class increased by 4.38; (3) students' biology learning outcomes in the control class experienced an increase of 44.71; (4) students' biology learning outcomes in the experimental class increased by 58.72; (5) application of cooperative learning model of TPS type combined concept map significantly influence student's learning motivation; (6) the application of cooperative learning model of TPS type combined concept map has significant effect on student biology learning outcomes.

This research has purpose to know and study self confidence based on Kadernisai IMM, learning achievement and self confidence based on Kadernisai IMM on student achievement of Biology Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare. This research is an associative quantitative research, but researchers do the treatment to collect data by distributing questionnaires, tests, structured interviews. Data collection methods used are Psychological Scale (self-confidence scale) IMM-based cadre and documentation. Research carried out by going through the stages of planning and implementation. Data analysis techniques used two types of analysis that is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion, self confidence based on IMM cadre of students in Biology Education Study Program Force 2014 is in enough category, student learning achievement in Biology Education Study Program Force 2014 is in the category of very satisfying while confidence (self confidence) Based on IMM cadre on the achievement of student learning in Biology Education Study Program Force 2014 Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare. Contribution of confidence variable (self confidence) based on IMM cadre of 94.1% while the remaining 6.6%.

The Influence of the Implementation of Quantum Teaching Learning Model Towards Biology Learning Result on Eksrection System of Grade XI Students at SMA Islam Terpadu Al-Fityan in Gowa. Quantum teaching learning model is a designed leaning model to further enable students in the learning process. This quantum teaching gives birth to a design framework that TANDUR is an (Abbeviation f grow, natural, named, demonstrate, repeat and celebrate). The study aints at examining the influence of the implementation of quantum teaching model towards student learning result in learning Biology. The stdudy is a quasi experiment. e population of the study was grade XI IPA students of the second semester of academy year 2016/2017 at SMA IT Al-Fityan Gowa. Samples where taken b employing random class. The result of the study reveal that the implementation of quantum teaching model gives significant influence towards student learning Biology result.

One effective method of learning science used is a lab / experimental. Practicum is not necessarily using sophisticated tools and materials and expensive, but can be done using simple tools and materials that are easily found around us. The purpose of this study was to determine the activity and results of class VIII student of SMP Negeri 7 Alla Enrekang in the subject matter of growth and development with practical methods utilize coconut water as a source of plant nutrients. This research includes studies Pre Experiment Design research design One-Shot Case Study. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 7 Alla school year 2015/2016, which consists of five classes with the number of students 153 people. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling sample obtained one sample class is class VIIIe by the number of learners 29. The research instrument used is the observation sheet student learning activities and tests in the form of multiple choice questions. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis of statistical data. The results of the research and analysis of the data shows that for the learning activities of students categorized as very high 80% and 20% for the high category while for the learning outcomes of students categorized as very high 41% and 59% higher category.

The study aims at examining the influence of problem based learning models to student’s motivation. The study was a quasy experiment. The population of the study was the entire class of grade XI IPA of second semester at SMAN 2 in Bantaeng district of academic year 2016/2017. Data were taken by employing random sampling. Data were obtained by employing of Quesioner for student Motivation. Data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential analyzes. The study aims at axamining the differences of emotional intelligence and students learning result on Biology subject between the ones who taught by employing Project-based learning model on environmental pollution lesson material in SMAN 5 Pinrang. The study is a quasi-experimental research with pretes-posttest only non-equivalen control group design. Sample was taken by employing random sampling technique, which obtained grade X IPA1 as the experiment class and grade X IPA2 as the contol class. Data were collected by using pretest and posttest of emotional intelligence and students learning result instrument. Data were analyzed using t-test. The result of the study revealed that 1) Students emotional intelligence taught by employing project-based learning model were different significantly between the ones taught by employing direct learning model with the mean 112,34 and 107,38 respectively, 2) Student learning result on Biology subject were different significantly between the ones taught by employing project-based learning model and direct learning model with the mean 89,19 and 86,09 respectively.

This research discusses the relationship between graphology analysis results and the results of student learning lab of Invertebrate Zoology. The problems of this research that is how the image of graphology analysis of student results, how the image of Invertebrate Zoology lab learning outcomes of students and whether there is a relationship between graphology analysis results with the learning outcomes of Invertebrate Zoology lab. The purpose of this study is to describe the student graphology analysis results, to describe the learning outcomes of Invertebrate Zoology practicum students and to determine whether there is a relationship between the results of graphology analysis of the learning outcomes of Invertebrate Zoology studentpracticum.This research is a correlational study. Research is done in the laboratory of Biology Education and Teaching Faculty of MT, UIN Alauddin Makassar. The population in this study were all students of the Department of Biology force in 2013, amounting to 115 people with a sample of 29 (25%). To obtain data on graphology analysis results, this study uses the full report of Invertebrate Zoology lab as handwriting samples of students were analyzed using graphology assessment instruments. While data on practicum learning outcomes, used assessment instruments of practicum. Data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistics.Graphology analysis results obtained by the average value of 57.4 in the medium category. Practicum learning outcomes obtained by the average value of 65.7 in middle category. The results of inferential statistical analysis with Pearson product moment correlation r value of 0.928 was obtained which showed there was a significant relationship between graphology analysis results with the results of student learning lab.
