Abstract

College, especially in STMIK Sinar Nusantara Surakarta, learning via the Internet is already a part of the duty a lecturer and students. The purpose of this research was to find out the effect facility of hotspots that have been provided by  academic toward index of achievement  that  obtainable a  student STMIK Sinar Nusantara Surakarta. In this research using the method: study design, data collection, sampling, determination of outcome indicators, data processing. By using bivariate analysis and Linear Regression Correlations show that hotspots on campus have an influence on student achievement index by 41%, while 59% is influenced by other vaktor not examined. While the results of the SWOT analysis shows that the development of a hotspot getting strength enough reliable from facilities owned by the current institution and supported by instructional discourse model of e-learning is done by lecturers.Keywords: Analysis, Hotspot, achievement index

Merchandise inventory using the moving average method can be used to determine the average cost of goods purchase or cost of goods sold in each transaction of purchase or sales..The results of this research is a design of merchandise inventory information system with a moving average method. Abstract

SMPN 2 Tawangsari last few years to get the budget of the local government for scholarships for students who excel. But many of the problems that arise, for example in the determination of the data can be manipulated manually scholarship committee decided that there are differences on the target in this scholarship, and for too long in the decision to determine the eligible student achievement. SMPN 2 Tawangsari not yet have an application with a decision support method for determining scholarships to outstanding students. the purpose of this study is to make a make a decision support system application admission scholarships for outstanding students at SMP N Tawangsari Sukoharjo, the method used  to scholarship acceptance is the  Weighted Product, transactions are carried out the data analysis method consists of the analysis, design, implementation and testing. Results of the study is an  decision support system application that can determine the priority value grantee, with the criteria of the average value of report cards, non-academic achievement, parental income figures, and the number of dependents of parents. Keywords : Decision Support Systems, Scholarships, Student achievement, Weighted Product

Abstract

Masalah Pemindahan Muatan adalah masalah transportasi yang melibatkan sambungan yang harus dilewati. Objektifnya adalah menyusun suatu skedul transportasi yang akan memenuhi semua permintaan dengan total biaya minimum. Penyelesaian Primal-Dual masalah Transshipment diselesaikan dengan Algoritma Out-of Kilter dengan ide dapat ditentukan suatu solusi fisibel dari primal dan solusi fisibel dari dual sedemikian hingga kondisi complementary slackness dipenuhi.

Abstract

One of the main problems emerging in the decision making process by human is the possibilities of bias decision caused by personal factors. This paper discusses the development of a Fuzzy Sugeno based decision support systems for selecting scholarship recipients which is implemented in a web based systems. The main objectives of the research are to result a Fuzzy Sugeno model which mimic human reasoning in the scholarship selection and to calculate recommendation value of every applicant. There are five factors used in the computation involving grade point average (GPA), parent’s income, number of sibling, organization activities, and achievement. Traditional system development life cycle or waterfall method was used in the system development process. Fuzzy Sugeno model is implemented mainly using Django framework with  Python programming language. The result of the research is the web based decision support systems for selecting scholarship recipient. The blackbox testing of the decision support systems showed that all functions of the systems are functioning well as expected and the validation testing result using real data showed that the validity level I equals to 92.3 %.

Abstract

This information system is based on a website that functions as a data processor obtained from the bot register. The integration of the system uses NGROK access which can unify local public access routes or in one go. The use of XAMPP as a web server can support the use of NGROK. NGROK server has a time duration in one use, which is about 8 hours. Users will get a domain URL when accessing NGROK. This domain URL is so unique that each session will change. The case study we are using leads to the registration system for new members of the East Java Veteran UPN robotics community, which so far still uses Google Form as a means of registering and spreadsheets as data storage media. The need for an innovation which can simplify work, especially during the Covid-19 period, therefore we created an innovation in the form of a bot register that can integrate with the website through NGROK access combined with the MySQL Local Database so that this software is expected to provide access registration directly without having to fear data loss and can also provide secure data management.

Abstract

Covid-19 has a major impact on human life, including the process of managing digital evidence. Management of digital evidence requires special handling that can store and maintain the integrity of digital evidence. The current problem is there is no concept of storing digital evidence that can be accessed online in wider accessibility. Online digital evidence management is proposed as a solution to solve this problem. This concept is in the form of an online digital evidence management system that can be accessed anywhere and anytime using MD5 and SHA1 hash functions in order to maintain the properties of digital evidence so that it can be legally accepted. The problems with digital evidence management require a Management System for Digital Evidence that is suitable for application in Digital Forensics Laboratory. This research had successfully implemented the concept of online chain of custody. It is expected, with the concept of Online Digital Evidence Management, this digital evidence control and all activities related to it can be maintained and well documented. Moreover, it can reach a wider area accessed anywhere and any time and reduce the spread of Covid-19.

Abstract

Along with the development of Surakarta's infrastructure, the need for transportation has also increased. Indirectly, it will also cause several problems that must be considered, such as traffic accidents. Data regarding traffic accidents can be used to classify road sections based on the characteristic similarity factor inherent in the data. The sample data used were 1429 accident data from 89 road data in the city of Surakarta. The clustering method used to get the expected results is the Fuzzy C-Means method. The results of accident data grouping are displayed using tables and maps that describe the mapping of road sections in the jurisdiction of the Surakarta City Police. The variables used to cluster data are the number of events, the number of victims who died, and the number of injured victims. The result of this research is a system application that can classify accident-prone areas using the Fuzzy C-Means method into 3 clusters, where the first cluster consists of 5 data, the second cluster consists of 20 data, and the third cluster consists of 64 data.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the problems experienced by some developing countries, including Indonesia. There are many ways to mitigate poverty, for example, Indonesian government policy overcome this situation by Non-Cash Food Aid Program (BPNT). The electoral candidate for BPNT in the rural area is carried out by Poverty Reduction Team (SATGASKIN). To avoid uneven and untargeted assistance with the process, a system is capable for addressing the matter. The selection methods in this research were Naive Bayes and Simple additive weighting. The purpose of this research was to design and build an application that provided convenience to SATGASKIN in determining the eligibility of prospective beneficiaries and prioritizing beneficiaries. As a result of the study, the system can be used by SATGASKIN to help determining the recipients’ eligibility with 85% accuracy value, 85.71% Precision, and 92.31% Recall. Naive Bayes and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods reached 100% according to the results by manual calculations.

Abstract

Metadata is information in a file which its contents are an explanation of the file. Metadata contains information about the contents of data for file management purposes. In various cases involving digital evidence, investigators can uncover a case through the metadata file. Problems that arise when file metadata has changed or deleted information, for example, the moment that a file is shared via social media. Basically, all of the shared files through social media will experience changes in metadata information. This study conducted detailed analysis of changes in metadata information and hex dump values to determine the changing characteristics of metadata files shared in social media. This research method applied a comparison table to see the details of changes in metadata values from all files and social media as research objects. The results of this study are expected to have contribution for forensic analysts to identify the shared metadata characteristics of files in social media. As a result, later, the source of shared files in social media will be known. Moreover, it is expected from these findings that forensic analysts can explore the social media used by the cybercrime perpetrators.
