Abstract

 Abstract            This study aims to determine the effect of the perception of maslahah on compulsive buying behavior This research is a quantitative research by integrating the dimensions of maslahah perception into the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) model. TPB is an integrated model that consists of four predictors of behavior, namely attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control (PBC), and intentions to behave. Sampling using Purposive Sampling, that is 200 respondents. To measure the variables using the Continuous rate scale.  While the data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis using Smart PLS 2.0 (Partial Least Square) software. The results of the study said that the maslahah perception construct had a significant effect on the attitude construct even though it was weak at 5.5%. Which means there are still about 94.5% of the attitude variables are influenced by other factors. Then the attitude construct has a significant effect on the compulsive buying behavior construct of 47.6%, which means that there are still around 52.4% of the variable Compulsive Buying Behavior which can be explained from other factors. While the construct of subjective norms and behavioral control has no effect on compulsive buying behavior. The reason for the rejection of these two hypotheses is thought to be because Muslim communities who have high subjective norms and behavioral control do not change their behavior in compulsive buying to be higher.Keywords: Maslahah, Compulsive Buying, Theory of Planned Behaviour

Abstract

In order to gain profits, sharia banks as the actors who collect and distribute the fund from and for the people are trying to improve the quality and quantity of their performance, and mudharabah is one of the financing akad in sharia banks. This study aimed to determine the effect of mudharabah financing on the profitability (ROA) at sharia commercial banks (BUS) in Indonesia. The populations in this study were all registered Sharia Commercial Banks in the central bank of Indonesia (BI) with a total of 14 banks. However, from this population, 9 banks were failed to complete the data. This study used a simple linear regression analysis method, the classical assumption test method, and statistical test. The conclusion drawn from the partial testing showed a significant effect with t observe of 2.053. Since the value of t observe 2.053 > t table 2.048, it can be concluded that there was a significant effect of mudharabah financing on the Return on Assets (ROA).

Abstract

Zakat funds are funds obtained from Muslim assets that have exceeded the haul and nisab that must be fulfilled. Zakat funds have the opportunity to improve the people's economy. Zakat funds are also related to non-halal receipts which are reflected in reports on the sources and uses of benevolent funds. This report is usually related to social activities, which means it is related to the CSR of the Islamic bank. The study was conducted on all Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia starting from 2016 to 2020. Using eviews 7 to analyze the data. The results of this study show that zakat funds and non-halal revenues partially and significantly influence Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and simultaneously zakat funds and non-halal revenues also have a significant and significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran umum mengenai model bisnis modest fashion yang sudah ada sebelumnya kemudian gambaran tersebut dijadikan acuan untuk merancang model bisnis sosial. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam rangka merancang model bisnis untuk sebuah usaha fashion sederhana. Tujuan penggunaan metode kualitatif dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh wawasan dari sudut pandang calon pelanggan dan calon penerima manfaat untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik, perilaku, kebutuhan dan keinginan mereka. Penelitian ini juga secara umum menggambarkan gambaran bisnis fashion sederhana yang ada, yang kemudian juga dapat menjadi acuan dalam merumuskan model bisnis sosial sebuah usaha modest fashion. Dalam merancang model bisnis sosial ini, peneliti mengadaptasi teori sembilan komponen penyusun dari Osterwalder & Pigneur (2010). Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of service quality and trust towards the continuance intention of sharing economy service platforms moderated by the religiosity variable. The object of research are the undergraduate students of Syiah Kuala University in Banda Aceh with a sample data that collects 100 respondents using the proportionate stratified random sampling method. The research was conducted partially and simultaneously. Collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results show that service quality and trust have a significant silmutaneous and partial effect on the continuance intention of sharing economy service platforms. Next, religiosity negatively moderates the relationship of trust towards the continuance intention of sharing economy service platforms in Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

Pinjaman Online oleh masyarakat Indonesia merupakan salah satu produk dari Financial Technology yang sedang berkembang di dunia. Ketidaktahuan masyarakat mengenai ini dimanfaatkan pelaku untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang semakin besar, dan tidak segan-segan menggunakan cara kasar dalam proses penagihan. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya penjelasan mengenai pentingnya pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap perkembangan teknologi bidang ekonomi khususnya Pinjaman Online yang dirasa sangat memudahkan masyarakat karna persyaratan dan pencairan dana yang mudah, praktis dan cepat.Literasi atau sosialisasi mengenai masalah seperti ini dapat dilakukan secara sinergis Otoritas Jasa Keuangan selaku pemegang regulasi industry jasa keuangan. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut penelitian ini dilakukan di lokasi yang memiliki tingkat pendidikan tinggi di Jawa Tengah dengan  tingkat ekonomi yang tinggi pula yaitu Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan masyarakat yang berdomisili di Kota Surakarta  sebagai objek dari penelitian ini.Hasil dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa masyarakat Surakarta yang didominasi oleh generasi muda telah memiliki pengetahuan tentang pinjaman online. Berdasarkan pengetahuan tersebut, masyarakat dapat memilih pinjaman online legal yang aman digunakan karena pinjaman online legal di bawah pengawasan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) tidak seperti pinjaman online ilegal yang dapat membahayakan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive quantitative research embodied in a case study of PT Halliburton Indonesia. This study is aimed to analyze the company competitive advantage with the resource-based approach, through the identification towards resources and capabilities that manifest the competitive advantage and sustainable competitive advantage for the company as well. The method for data collection was conducted through the data acquired from policy maker institutions in upstream oil and gas industry and the data from related research journals, as well as distributing questionnaires and interviews to 6 subject matter experts who are the associated officials of PT Halliburton Indonesia.The research results show that there are 29 resources and 10 capabilities that influence the success of the company in the upstream oil and gas industry (strategic industry factors). Discussing in further, through the resources and capabilities appraising analysis, there are 16 resources and 8 capabilities identified as the key strengths of PT Halliburton Indonesia and become the competitive advantage for the company. Then through the VRIO test, 5 resources that become the sustainable competitive advantage for PT Halliburton Indonesia are identified. These resources are coiled tubing units, well-cementing units, packers and bridge plugs, subsurface safety valve equipment, and good corporate reputation towards clients.This research provides an overview regarding the available resources that become the sustainable competitive advantage for PT Halliburton Indonesia. Therefore, its development, maintenance, and deployment become a priority for the company. The company needs to acts to exploit those potential tangible resources in an optimal manner through a series of continuous activities of research and technology development (R&D), in similar to the intangible resource, such as a good reputation towards the client. The company needs to maintain its good reputation through the standard fulfillment of quality service in various aspects.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan penduduk Muslim terbesar di dunia. Namun, sejak bank syariah didirikan di Indonesia selama sekitar 20 tahun, partisipasi umat Islam dalam menggunakan bank syariah relatif rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui dampak dari inovasi layanan, risiko reputasi, dan word of mouth terhadap perilaku nasabah dalam memilih bank syariah sebagai tempat untuk melakukan pembiayaan, investasi dan lain sebagainya. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif. dengan pendekatan eksperimen dan survey. Probability sampling sebanyak 250 kuesioner didistribusikan kepada penggunakan nasabah seluruh Indonesia. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi layanan, resiko reputasi memiliki validitas eksternal yang baik terhadap budaya masyarkat Indonesia. Temuan yang paling menarik adalah variabel word of mouth sangat meningkatkan niat nasabah dan partisipasi dalam memilih bank syariah. Oleh karena itu, peneltian ini merekomendasikan untuk menargetkan tokoh masyarakat atau pemimpin opini untuk menjelaskan perbankan Islam ke seluruh komunitas mereka.
