Abstract Competition and economic growth has led many companies strive to improve its quality. Many efforts made by the company to improve its quality, including improving the process of production, did diversifying products, and motivating employees to improve performance. All of these efforts make a lot of companies have a lot to do an evaluation of His attempt. By understanding expectancy can be arranged planning employees good motivation, which can improve employee performance. Therefore learn Expectacy employees, as stipulated in the Expectancy Theory can help companies to plan and mapping motivation will be given to employees. Furthermore, how Expectancy Theory in motivation able to provide guidelines for the planning of motivation in the company? Is Theory expectancy implementation can improve the performance of employees in the company? Writing this using literature study, using journals and book library. The study concluded among other things, that an approach that can be used to megetahui what drives human beings is Expectancy Theory. This approach assumes that people will take action to achieve the goals that he considered valuable. Expectancy Theory is basically capable of providing employee performance improvement, because, in the provision of motivation, employees and leaders working to achieve the expected goals together, and also conduct a review and evaluation of the results. Abstract As one of the non-bank sharia financial institution, BMT has grown rapidly in Indonesia. But the condition has not been supported by legality of BMT clearly. Until now, there is no regulation for BMT both inform a law and rules under the law, which states directly to existence of BMT. Some experts stated that BMT is same as cooperation in order to BMT subjects to the Law of Cooperation but other experts stated that BMT ran like a bank, so that it can not subjects to the law of cooperation, but must be a bank agrees with the banking laws. The problem is one of many problems founded. Another problem is watching and controlling problems. This paper will discuss about the legality and controlling of BMT. The process of business feasibility analysis is certainly closely related to the management of a business, which will analyze the prospects of market share, future prospects of the product especially to the appropriate marketing strategies to achieve the goals of a business. Waroeng SS is one of the culinary business unit known by the people in Yogyakarta area. This culinary business unit offers products that are different from other food stalls, sambal with various variants but still embed the characteristic of Javanese tongue. And now has earned billions of rupiah in turns per month, and outlets have reached 80 branches in the Java-Bali region. Therefore this paper should like to examine the business feasibility of SS owner in their begining and also to know about their product marketing strategy recently.The type of research in this work uses a qualitative approach by digging data through direct interviews, both to the management of Waroeng SS and some of its customers.The results conclude that business feasibility analysis is well planned; from the process of market determination, market segmentation, location, price and product have all been analyzed. While the marketing strategy which is done just make the customers trusty as their priority then they will certainly share the information to their colleagues.Keywords: Business Feasibility, Strategy, Marketing, Waroeng SS

Abstract KJKS BMT is an institution that serves as an intermediary (Intermediary Institution) ﬁ nancial, KJKS BMT third -party funds to the public. Among them are mudharabah and Musharaka. The background of this research is that the prospects of the business, customer performance, and the ability to pay is a factor that is used to measure the effectiveness of customer revenue Artha Barokah BMT. This study was conducted to determine whether the business prospect, customer performance, and the ability to pay affect the revenues of the BMT Artha Barokah customers. Type of research is a ﬁ eld (ﬁ eld reserch) with documentation of data collection methods, because the data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the customer data is ﬁ lled directly. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression testing using classical linear regression aberration test and statistical tests . Results of t test analysis showed that each of the independent variables signiﬁ cantly affect the revenues of customers in BMT Artha Yogyakarta blessing . In the F test shows that the performance of the independent variables and the ability of customers to pay a signiﬁ cant effect while the prospects do not signiﬁ cantly inﬂ uence customers’ budget revenues. The determinansi coefﬁ cient ( R ² ) of 0.440 , which means that the budget revenue on customer BMT Artha Barokah able to be explained by the independent variables was 44.0 % and the remaining 56.0 % is inﬂ uenced by other variables outside the model of this study Keywords: BMT, Financing Quality, The Effectiveness of Income

Abstract This study aims to identify how the effect of economic motives and religious motives that influence the motivation of women to work as a garment factory worker. Penganbilan in this study used a sample of 50 respondents, data collection techniques with the use of questionnaires, and research variables are economic motives (X1), religious motives (X2), and the motivation of women to work as factory worker (Y). Data validity was tested using the Pearson product moment correlation, and to mengujitingkat Cronbach alpha reliability using, then the data is processed by Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test with a significance level of 5%. This research uses tools SPSS version 13. These results indicate that there is significant influence of each variable on the motivation of women to work as factory workers. Keywords: Women, motivation, worker

Increasing public awareness in the running of living according Islamic religious rules, this affects consumer buying behavior. Consumers become selective in buying non food and food products with regards halal label. Promotion strategies are applied producers of halal products for positive impact of advertising messages can be delivered is primarily to use celebrities who have religious impression on her. The objective of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of halal label and celebrity endroses toward Purchase Decision. The research belongs to explanatory research. The samples are taken by using systematic random sampling. The size of samples determined 30 people. Population in this study is customers wardah who studied Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. Empirical data was collected through survey methodology. Data has been analyzed through Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). The findings of the study show: 1) Halal label significantly effect on Purchase Decision 2) Celebrity Endorser significantly effect on Purchase Decision. Limitations: The data for the study has been collected through one cluster only. However for the purpose of generalization insights from other significant clusters should be collected. The study should be replicated in other cities of the country to have more indiscriminate findings.

Analisis Posisi Pembiayaan Per Sektor Ekonomi pada Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia Aqidah Asri Suwarsi

The purpose of this study is to find a combination of financing portfolio that produces the smallest financing risk based on investor preference and based on the amount of financing in the economic sector at Sharia Commercial Bank. The research method is analytical descriptive research using secondary data obtained from a publication of Bank Indonesia (Statistik Perbankan Syariah) covering monthly data of financing position of 10 (ten) economic sector during January 2011-March 2014 for BUS / UUS category. Analyzer used by Markowitz Method. The results obtained from the research show BUS / UUS in Indonesia there is a combination of different economic sectors in the distribution of financing with the smallest financing risk. Optimal portfolio of financing distribution based on BUS risk preference to economic sector can be obtained if BUS distributes to Economic Sector of Business Services, then Transportation, Warehousing and Communication sector, then Construct. The smallest optimal risk portfolio of financing disbursements based on economic sector in Indonesia focuses on the business sector of the business economy, then the social services sector, then the mining sector.Keywords: Sharia Bank Financing, Economic Sector Financing, Optimal Portfolio, Shariah Bank Preferences Minimum Funding Risk, Markowitz Method

Era disruption adalah suatu era yang akan mengubah bukan hanya cara bisnisnya akan tetapi sampai dengan fundamental bisnisnya, dimulai dari struktur biaya sampai budayanya, bahkan sampai dengan idielogi industrinya.(Renald Kasali, 2017). Pada era disruption perubahan bisnis sangat nampak, cara berbisnis yang dulunya sangat menekankan owning (kepemilikan) menjadi sharing (saling berbagi peran, kolaborasi resources). Salah satu unit dalam perusahaan yang sangat terpengaruh dalam discruption adalah bidang pemasaran. Bidang pemasaran tersebut menjadi ujung tombak perusahaan yang paling cepat terpengaruh. Salah satu bentuk pengaruh discruption dalam pemasaran adalah hadirnya sistem pemasaran Online. Sistim pemasaran tersebut disebut online, karena menggunakan jaringan internet sebagai sarana memasarkan produk barang atau jasa kepada konsumen. Beberapa permasalahan penting yang seringkali dihadapi dalam pemasaran produk secara online adalah, perlunya pemahaman konsep pemasaran secara jelas, kemudian juga pemahaman tentang media yang dapat digunakan, serta strategi pemasaran yang baik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif, yaitu menggunakan studi pustaka atau literatur, dengan menggunakan jurnal, buku, majalah, dan web yang relevan dengan penelitian. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Era discruption adalah suatu era yang akan mengubah bukan hanya cara bisnisnya akan tetapi sampai dengan fundamental bisnisnya, permasalahan penting yang seringkali dihadapi dalam pemasaran produk secara online adalah, perlunya pemahaman konsep pemasaran secara jelas, kemudian juga pemahaman tentang media yang dapat digunakan, serta strategi pemasaran yang baik, online marketing memberikan dampak yang positif bagi perusahaan, karena perusahaan memiliki strategi pemasaran produk yang baik, sehingga dapat meraih goal atau tujuan perusahaan dengan mudah. KEMANDIRIAN DAN PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI BERBASIS PESANTREN (Studi atas Peran Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq Kecamatan Rancabali Kabupaten Bandung terhadap Kemandirian Eknomi Santri dan Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Sekitarnya) Rizal Muttaqin

Research is aimed to criticize the coaching model of students economic autonomy and community economic empowerment, the relationship between spirituality motivation and kyai leadership with students economic autonomy and relationship coaching that carried out by the pesantren with community economic empowerment. The data are analyzed by descriptive-phenomenological analisys, Rank’s Spearman and Kendall Tau correlation analysis. This study generated four conclusions. First, the model of students economic autonomy and community economic empowerment that performed by pesantren Al-Ittifaq. Second, based on Rank’s Spearman correlation analisys and Kendall Tau correlation analisys can be concluded that there was a positive and significant correlation between the spiritual motivation (creed motivation, worship motivation and muamalah motivation) with variable of students economic autonomy. It is mean, if the spiritual motivation of students is high, then the level of economic autonomy will be the higher. Third, the results of Rank’s Spearman and Kendall Tau correlation analysis also prove that there was a positive and significant correlation between kyai leadership variables with students economic autonomy variables. That is, kyai leadership very influential in the formation of the economic autonomy of students. Fourth, by using analysis of Rank’s Spearman and Kendall Tau, there is a positive relationship between coaching variables with community economic empowerment variables. It is mean, coaching have a positive impact to economic empowerment of communities.Key word: Pesantren, Spirituality, Kyai Leadership, Economic Autonomy, Community Economic Empowerment.
