Abstract

This purpose of research is to describe sanitation management in street food payakumbuh are evaluated from:equipment, sanitary facilities.This type of research is descriptive qualitative with method of survey. Techniques of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation.The final conclusion is equipment: planning a choose equipment has already meeth the rules,organizinga wholeness equipment, lack of knowledge merchants about as a result of using defective equipment. Actuating washing equipment, their circuit process of washing equipment which are not done correctly. Controlling equipment storage, is not storage in the right place and contrary to the supposed. Evaluation not maximal, characterized by the persistence of the merchants that is not according to the rules.Planning sanitary facilities have been planned but not sufficient the need of merchant. Organizing not follow the rules. Actuating the work has not been done withmaksimum because still yheir steps do not work. Controlling is very less marked with a damaged facility. Evaluatinga lack of awareness of traders to remove trash and leave the premises selling locations without cleaning it first. Keyword: Sanitation Management, Street foodPayakumbuh

Abstract

This researchwas aimed to analyze the shelf life of panggelongtoward the quality of the different packaging (sikkut leaves, banana leaves, plastic, boxes, mica, styrofoam). This type of research was a true experiment by using complete randomized designmethod. Then, the data was tabulated and did Variant Analysis (ANOVA), if the result was different, then carried the Duncan test. The best result from the panggelongpackaging was in day- 0, because there was no physical damage.Theshelf life of panggelong on the sikkut leaves and banana leaves packaging were 2 days. It took 3 days by using plastic, it took 5 days by using boxes, mica, and styrofoam. It could be concluded that panggelong could not be taken as a souvenir for a long distance.Keywords: Packaging, Panggelong, Shelf Life

Abstract

This research start from the fact at school that it has 55 % the result of the study of the students in class x on Jasa Boga Competition in Subject Prosessing Continental Food are down of the KKM (7,5).This process make the hypothesis because of the proseces of the study still focus to the teacher and the studying process in teaching, the teacher also teacher also explain the material with conventional method. The purpose of this research to know the effect using demonstration method of Professsional Competition  students in their subject the proses of continental food in class x Jasa Boga department at SMK N 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang in academic year 2012 / 2013. The kind of this research is quasi experiment research by using factorial planning one direction with all the population are students in class x Jasa Boga SMK N Sintuk Toboh Gadang. The sample is taken by using Total Sampling technique. The instrument is used test to estimate professional competition students are value form practice of questions test that given in the last research. The data analysis technique get thitung > ttabel =  (4,8 > 1,67) in clusion, using demonstration method give positive effect it’s means that in significant level 0,05 of professional competition students on subject how do the process continental food in class x at SMK N 1 Sintuk Toboh Gadang in academic year 2012 / 2013.   Kata kunci: Metode Demonstrasi, Kompetensi Profesional.

Abstract

This article aims is to analyse the use of body scrub, wiping,Mustika Ratu against skin care body with frequency once a week,which is assessed in terms of smoothness and brightness of the skin ofthe body. This type of research is pre-experimental and only done onone group of experiments. The object of the research is the skin of thebody (hand skin). The population of the research were studentmajoring in sports and UNP Beauty and Makeup that has the samecriteria. Purposive sampling technique was used with carried outvolunteer amaunt to 5 people. Based on the results of its homogeneityand normality analysis, research data is normal and homogeneous.The hypothesis suggests that skin care body scrubs make use ofChrysanthemum in shows the significant on each indicators, Theresults t (count) 2.926 for smoothness and t (calculate) the brightnessto 2.714 > t (table) 2.022. Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of service quality toward guest satisfaction at Alahan Panjang Resort Kabupaten Solok. This research of two variables i.e service quaity and guest satisfaction. Type of this research is quantitative descriptive with causal assosiatif method. The number of samples in this research amounted to 56 people. The technique of sampling with purposive sample. Analysis technique with a simple regression test. Based on the research that has been done then the obtained results : (1) the service quality is not good category (55.36%), (2) guest satisfaction are not satisfied category (44.64%), (3) hypothesis test result of simple linear regression obtained f countdown with sig. 0,000 < 0,05, then the service quality variables can explain the guest satisfaction significantly with the R Square of 0,372 that is where there is the influence of service quaity toward guest satisfaction of 33,5%. Abstract

The background of this research is because the existence of phenomena that shows the low interests of Vocational High School students who majoring in Make Up and Beauty to continue their education to Make Up and Beauty Major of Tourism and Hospitality Faculty in Padang State University. This research aims to describe the interests of the students of Vocational High School Number 6 and 7 in Padang who continue their education to Make Up and Beauty Major of Tourism and Hospitality Faculty in Padang State University. This research aims to describe the interests of the students of Vocational High School Number 6 and 7 in Padang who continue their education to Make Up and Beauty Major of Tourism and Hospitality Faculty in Padang State University, viewed from the internal and external factors. The population of this research is all the students on XI and XII grade of Vocational High School number 6 dan 7 in Padang in the academic year 2015-2016 with the total 172 students. While a sampel study is in total 63 students by using proportional random sampling.The result of the research show the average of respondents achievement (TPR) of interest of Public Vocational High School students in Padang in continuing to Make Up and Beauty Major of Tourism and Hospitality Faculty in Padang State University viewed from internal factor has 59,73% in percentage which is categorized low. The external indicator has 63,30% percentage which is categorized low.According to the research results. It is suggested for Make Up and Beauty Major to pay more attention on students interest by providing information to the Vocational High School students in the form prospects and career opportunities they will have after graduation.Keywords : Student Interests ( Internal and External Factors).

Abstract

The problem in this study is still low maternal nutritional knowledge, there are many mothers who have not applied for a toddler menu 3B, the relationship with the mothers nutritional knowledge application menu  3B in children under five. The purpose of this study was to describe maternal nutrition knowladge on food toddler, identify the application menu 3B for toddler, maternal, nutritional knowladge to analyze the reletionship with the application menu 3B in children under five. The reseach is ex post facto correlational nature. The population in this study were all housewives who have children under the age of 1-5 years districts in jorong sungai salak kenagarian koto tangah kecamatan tanjung emas kabupaten tanah datar 85 people. Samples numbered 50 persons obtained by simple random sampling. Data processed by descriptive and correlation with maternal nutrition knowledge application menu 3B in children under five. Result of research on maternal nutrition knowledge suggests that as many as 34% of mothers have the nutritional knowledge in the unfavorable category. The results of research on the application menu 3B show that as much as 32% application menu 3B in children under five in the unfavorable category. There is a significant correlation between maternal nutrition knowledge with the application menu 3B with correlation coefficient 0.287 and a significance value of 0.043.   Keywords: Knowledge,nutrition, menu3B

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the management (planning, organizing, directing, and supervising) of tourist attractions at Arta Indah Beach which includes: (a) children game facilities, (b) water recreation facilities and (c) fishing leisure facilities. This type of research is descriptive qualitative data. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Technique of collecting data is done by using observation method, interview, and documentation that involve, that is: management of tourist object and society around tourist object. Qualitative data analysis techniques covering three activities: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the research results found some things related to the management of tourist attraction facilities in Arta Indah Beach are: 1) the management of children's game facilities from the organizing is good, the supervision has been, but the children's game plan planning which includes game buayan Kaliang and game throwing bracelet still less . The planning of child play facilities organized by managers is still general and not too detailed. Planning of children game facilities at Arta Indah Beach Tourism Objects exist, only for sustainability and yet leads to the development of attraction facilities in tourism object, 2) management of water recreation facility that is good organizing benen rent, guidance already, but supervision of water recreation facility that is leasing Benen is still not good. The supervision of the benen rental facility at Arta Indah Beach is only the general standards, to measure the achievement of the objectives set in the rental facility of the benen; 3) the management of fishing facilities ie the boat facility of the planning is good, the guidance already exists, but for the organizational structure and The division of duties from the management of the canoe facilities does not exist, just waiting for the instructions from the Management Board.Keywords: Management, Facilities, Tourist Attractions

Abstract

This study aims to 1) describe the motivation of students on subjects Boga Basic Class X Hospitality at SMK Negeri 1 Painan, 2) Describe the student learning outcomes in subjects Boga Basic Class X Hospitality at SMK Negeri 1 Painan, 3) To reveal relationship between motivation and learning outcomes in subjects Basic Culinary Hospitality in class X SMK Negeri 1 Painan. Sample in the study included 30 people with purposive sampling technique. Result of research that student motivation is 76.73% in medium category. Product Moment Correlation test research there is a relationship between motivation and learning outcomes r value of 0.782 and 0.000 sig. The research obtained show that the value of sig 0.000 <0.05 alpha so his decision is Ho refused and Ha is received it can be concluded that there is a strong positive relation between motivation and significant to the learning outcomes on the subjects of class X Basic Culinary Hospitality at SMK Negeri 1 Painan.Keywords: Motivation, Learning Outcomes, Student / i catering services

Abstract

The purpose of this study to reveal the resulting color dyeing silk using mahogany bark extract using a ratio much salt 10 grams, 30 grams and 60 grams, and the difference in outcomes dyeing (color, value, color and flatness). This type of research is experimental research. The variables of this study is the variable X as a control, the independent variables are X1, and Y variables dyeing color difference results (value and flatness of color). Types of data used are primary data. Sources of data in this study was a faculty department UNP KK FT 5 people and students by 5 people. Mechanical analysis of data processed and compiled, and analyzed by one-way analysis of variance. Processed using SPSS version 12.0. Based on the analysis of variance of data on the color (hue) colors obtained landing leads to Yellowish brown (peru), with the addition of 10 grams of salt leads to a brown color (Chocolate), 30 grams of salt leads to a young brown color (Sienna), and 60 grams of salt leads to a young brown color (Sienna).
