Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perubahan guna lahan dari perkebunan dan hutan menjadi kawasan pemerintahan baru yang terjadi di Wilayah Senggarang dan seberapa besar dampak perubahan lahan tersebut terhadap guna lahan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan melihat pengaruh perubahan guna lahan terhadap mata pencaharian dan pendapatan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis overlay. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam kurun waktu sembilan tahun yaitu dari tahun 2000 sampai tahun 2009 terjadi perubahan guna lahan yang cukup besar yaitu sebesar 57,28 % dari total luas wilayah penelitian. Lahan perkebunan campuran bertambah sebesar 528,6 Ha, sedangkan lahan perkebunan/karet berkurang sebesar 347,7 Ha. Dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun yaitu tahun 2009 sampai tahun 2014 perubahan guna lahan terjadi perubahan guna lahan sebesar 3,6 % dari total luas wilayah penelitianpada lahan eks tambang yang bertambah sebesar 52,6 Ha, sedangkan lahan kosong berkurang sebesar 49,6 Ha. Adanya kawasan pemerintahan saat ini tidak menyebabkan lahan di sekitarnya berubah penggunaannya. Guna lahan di sekitar kawasan pemerintahan yang berubah terjadi pada sekitar lahan yang sebelumnya tidak ada akses untuk kendaraan, berubah menjadi jalan. Selain itu, kawasan permukiman bertambah dari sebelumnya merupakan lahan semak/tegalan dan lahan kosong. Dalam segi ekonomi, perubahan guna lahan secara keseluruhan tidak memberikan dampak terhadap perubahan mata pencaharian dan pendapatan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: perubahan guna lahan, kawasan pemerintahan, mata pencaharian, pendapatan.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the management (planning, organizing, directing, and supervising) of tourist attractions at Arta Indah Beach which includes: (a) children game facilities, (b) water recreation facilities and (c) fishing leisure facilities. This type of research is descriptive qualitative data. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Technique of collecting data is done by using observation method, interview, and documentation that involve, that is: management of tourist object and society around tourist object. Qualitative data analysis techniques covering three activities: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the research results found some things related to the management of tourist attraction facilities in Arta Indah Beach are: 1) the management of children's game facilities from the organizing is good, the supervision has been, but the children's game plan planning which includes game buayan Kaliang and game throwing bracelet still less . The planning of child play facilities organized by managers is still general and not too detailed. Planning of children game facilities at Arta Indah Beach Tourism Objects exist, only for sustainability and yet leads to the development of attraction facilities in tourism object, 2) management of water recreation facility that is good organizing benen rent, guidance already, but supervision of water recreation facility that is leasing Benen is still not good. The supervision of the benen rental facility at Arta Indah Beach is only the general standards, to measure the achievement of the objectives set in the rental facility of the benen; 3) the management of fishing facilities ie the boat facility of the planning is good, the guidance already exists, but for the organizational structure and The division of duties from the management of the canoe facilities does not exist, just waiting for the instructions from the Management Board.Keywords: Management, Facilities, Tourist Attractions

Abstract

This article is a literature review on MERLOT (Multimedia Education Resources for Online Learning and Teaching), an open-source multimedia-based learning resource for asynchronous music learning needs. Conventional music learning methods that deal with practical activities and theory classes. This activity is usually done in a classical or private class. In addition to general problems in music pedagogy and psychology, access to music materials in the form of music theory, music forms, and music literature is a problem that is specifically for music teachers in Indonesia. Access and publishing of music books are still minimal. These kinds of stuff carry out music teachers with non-music educational backgrounds to arrange music materials systematically, find out credible music learning resources, the latest issues about music learning and digital tools that can be used for online music courses. Various pieces of literature show that MERLOT is contributing to information literacy, digital, and supporting the learning of music nowadays.

Abstract

The Lampung societies have many arts and cultures, one of which is a gambus tunggal. The characteristic of gambus that are played solely and has an original tuning system. A gambus tunggal style produces a melodic tone, accompanied by chanted poems that involve new romantic romance of Lampung, or parents’ advice to their children. This ethnography study aims to comprehend how the gambus tunggal artists maintain the existence in Lampung. The study applies a descriptive method with a qualitative idea. We have interrogated and field studies to gather primary data. A purposive sampling technique was used to interview a gambus tunggal player who existed for decades. The result indicates that a gambus tunggal artist is doing a collaborative struggle to support gambus tunggal and living sources’ survival. They need collaboration to keep the existence of traditional Lampung music. Gambus players have considered using social media as a promotional strategy. The local government’s role has a tremendous impact, for example, providing an opportunity to perform gambus tunggal at various events, festivals, and many competitions. Therefore, the tourism sector is the foundation of Lampung’s traditional music. It establishes policies to serve various performing arts.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the meaning of music notation writing of gitar tunggal Lampung Pesisir written by Imam Rozali. Imam is a gitar tunggal player who wrote his technique and playing style in notation symbols. This article uses a case study research design with pattern matching techniques (Yin, 2018). Data were collected through observation, interviews, document analysis, and audio recordings.  A series of tests were carried out on the notation and other supporting information to improve the validity of the data.  Laboratory analysis was carried out to describe signs, interpret symbols, and compare Western musical notation. As a result, (1) the music notation written by Imam Rozali is a musical expression used as a medium for remembering; (2) the writing of Imam Rozali’s musical notation constructs his musical identity as a Gitar tunggal Lampung Pesisir player; (3) Imam Rozali’s music notation symbolizes an indigenous style which has its concept of gitar tunggal music; (4) Imam Rozali tries to add value to his musical identity among gitar tunggal players because the notation is a symbol of intellectuality.

Abstract

This study explores instrumentalist (students) self-regulation in self-learning practices in a counter-bass class by integrating a performance pedagogy perspective. Self-regulation is the ability of individuals to regulate the learning process through planning, monitoring, and evaluating their performance (practice). This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and analysis of daily practice journals from students who took counter-bass classes at the college level. The results showed that effective self-regulation in counter-bass instrumentalists involves structured rehearsal planning, performance reflection, and artistic interpretation strategies aligned with pedagogical principles. This research makes a theoretical contribution to the development of self-regulation in the context of performance pedagogy by highlighting how self-directed learning strategies can be strengthened by integrating performative approaches. Implications of this research include incorporating elements of self-regulation and performance pedagogy into music education curricula, particularly on string instruments such as the contra-bass, which require a complex blend of technical and musical skills.

Abstract

This study explores the musical interpretation of Pisaan Lampung as an innovative approach to teaching oral literature. Pisaan Lampung, a traditional form of oral literature from Lampung, Indonesia, holds significant cultural value and is enriched with musical elements. However, its musical dimensions should be more utilized in educational settings, limiting its full pedagogical potential. A total of four Pisaan performers were selected for this study. These performers were interviewed and observed in their natural performance settings, emphasizing their musical delivery. The interviews and observations were conducted without introducing any specific musical scales, allowing the researchers to capture the performers' authentic expressions and stylistic nuances. The musical analysis focuses on scale, melody, intonation, expression, dynamics, and central tones. The findings reveal that the musical analysis of the vocal melodies in Pisaan Lampung, directly recorded from its performers, exhibits a pentatonic scale closely resembling the Javanese gamelan scale used in Javanese karawitan. This pentatonic structure underscores the deep-rooted cultural connections between the musical traditions of Lampung and Java, highlighting the shared tonal heritage across these regions. Furthermore, the study identifies an instructional design paradigm that uses the pentatonic scale as the fundamental framework for teaching Lampung oral literature. The scale-based pattern produced by this study provides educators with a practical tool for improving the learning experience and deepening students' connection with Lampung's rich cultural heritage.

Abstract

Purpose: This article aims to explore the extent of the use of digital technology-based learning media in guitar lessons. Selecting the proper learning technique and considering how each component works might end in an effective learning process. The learning media component, for example, assists teachers in meeting the needs of their pupils and encourages active participation from all of them. The characteristics and aims of the student learning environment can be addressed in learning materials. Since the major in guitar lessons is a practical subject, effective learning results need the utilization of appropriate media. For this reason, educators use digital technology to enhance learning. Software, programs, websites, and social media are indications of digital technology media. The learning objectives for guitar strongly emphasize song repertoire, dance, and scale development. While learners cannot comprehend the score's sound, the song's rhythm and the guitar lick or pattern do not match the composer's intended interpretation, making learning to play the instrument by merely reading sheet music less than ideal. The qualitative method was applied in this study to examine the implementation of learning media based on the Guitar Pro program and the link between each variable, using descriptive narrative writing to illustrate the difficulties studied effectively. Result: The beneficial effects of using the Guitar Pro program as a learning media in electric guitar majors may be sensed in its ability to maximize learning processes and outcomes. Conclusion: This Guitar Pro application-based media can also be used in online learning, such that while showing guitar teaching content, the Guitar Pro app may help and guide students in understanding the material.

Abstract

Selama beberapa tahun terakhir kemajuan teknologi dan media sosial semakin meluas. Hal ini ikut mempengaruhi berbagai sektor, salah satunya seni tradisi. Di tengah berbagai jenis disrupsi, seni tradisi menghadapi interseksi permasalahan, yakni literasi teknologi dan entitas kultural yang terancam tergantikan oleh dunia virtual-digital. Artikel ini merupakan tulisan konseptual tentang upaya-upaya yang dilakukan menuju seni tradisi yang mengglobal, dekulturalisasi, dan strategi dalam melinungi seni tradisi sebagai karya intelektual. Dampak globalisasi justru memunculkan fenomena baru, seperti hibriditas musik, dan meluasnya akses informasi terhadap seni tradisi. Revitalisasi seni tradisi adalah sebuah keniscayaan yang perlu disambutoleh para pelaku, mulai dari pemerintah, komunitas, penggiat media sosial, pelaku bisnis, dan akademisi. Pada akhirnya prinsip kolaborasi sangat berperan untuk mengambil peran seni tradisi berkontestasi secara global.
