Abstract

In the development of interior design, many are applied to create an atmosphere that can create aesthetics and convenience for users. A design can develop through interior elements, especially through color and shape. In a space design with various functions it creates its own zoning at various activities. The emphasis on zoning can be developed through an interior design with the concept of distinct space, by applying various elements that can distinguish space, such as color elements. Volumetric Color approach which uses colors to create a volume of space in an area by using the same color in all interior elements. The difference in color and shape of space creates zoning and function in space to be more specific. In addition to zoning, the use of different and striking colors can provide vocal points and aesthetics in space. The purpose of this descriptive-analysis research is to make a systematic, factual and accurate description, picture, or painting of a case study producing a space with attractive volumetric colors, and as an identity in space. The results of this study can play a role in interior design in the use of color not only as aesthetics of the space, also can provide convenience for users to recognize areas that exist with different functions. In addition, the use of colors in accordance with the function of the area can also be adjusted to affect the psychological space that can have a positive impact on space. Abstract

Education is one of the most important factors that will build the nation's character in the future. Even the goverment also explained that every citizen has the same right to obtain quality education, even though they are in remote, underdeveloped areas or those with special needs (Law No. 20 of 2003 article 5). One area that is deemed to have special needs is the post-disaster area.In the past few years, various regions in Indonesia have been affected by natural disasters, such earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, etc. For example is Lombok Island, which suffered a disaster due to the 2018 big earthquakes in Indonesia. The government, through the Ministry of Education and Culture, as well as several NGOs, has made several efforts by establishing emergency school tents at several refugee points, but usually not equipped with good facilities. Some emergency schools only consist of open tents, with students studying and writing on the floor. This research aims to make learning table design criteria for students in accordance with these conditions. The methods used in this research are site observation with open ended questions are given to students and teachers in emergency schools, then content analysis is conducted to determine the appropriate design criteria. The results of this study are expected to be implemented into a table design that is practical, lightweight, and easy to operate by considering its use by primary school students with emergency conditions.

Abstract

Government offices are buildings that are expected to be a good example of energy-efficient buildings. Many efforts can be done to save energy, one of them is to pay attention to the design of the facade. Windows as openings in the facade can be arranged so that the sun's heat does not result in an increase of energy to cool the room also reducing the use of lights during the day. One od the aspect that can be used to assess window opening performance is Window-to-Wall Ratio (WWR). The ratio is obtained by dividing the total opening area of the wall using glass by the total surface area of the building envelope. The purpose of this research is to study the value of WWR from government office buildings in South Jakarta. This study use front elevation of 20 government office buildings in South Jakarta as a case study. The results of this study are the average WWR value of government offices which were later compared to the average WWR of similar offices from other literature. From the results of the study, an average WWR value of 24.6% was obtained, which is still in the range of WWR in other studies. Keywords : Energy Saving, Building Envelope, Government Office, Window-to-Wall Ratio (WWR)

Abstract

In general in Indonesia, especially in BSD, Tangerang, existing public parks are not visied during night time by the general public. One of the reasons are non-existing or inadequately lighting design at night which cause the visitors to feel unsafe and unable to do any activities well. The purpose of this research is to give guidance on lighting design according to national or international standard for public space which in this case for one park in BSD, Tangerang. The objective of this research is to create framework for optimal lighting design that creates a sense of safety and optimal lighting for night time activities. The method used in this research is to use the Relux software. Taman Kota 1 BSD has the potential to be opened at night to the surrounding community if it has adequate and safe lighting. Keywords: lighting design, park, design framework, design, composition

Abstract

Work From Home (WFH) is a system chosen by the government in 2020 due to the spread of the Corona virus, with this system it is hoped that it can maintain social distance, namely reducing people's mobility, maintaining physical distance, and reducing crowds so that it is expected to reduce the risk of corona virus transmission. and employee safety. The WFH system has high flexibility, this is to support employee balance between work and life. The work system that changed to WFH in a short period of time made workers experience stressful conditions such as feelings of anxiety or worry for a long time, especially when they lived under the same roof with many people. In carrying out WFH, workers need a comfortable place to work to help focus on work. One of the things that play a role in creating a sense of comfort when working is the application of ergonomic rules. This study looks for any variables that can affect WFH activities and which variables most affect WFH activities. The application of ergonomics, especially macro ergonomics in WFH activities, is considered appropriate to be able to solve various problems in WFH activities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method by conducting a study through distributing questionnaires to respondents who are doing WFH. From the results of the study, it was found that the comfort of workers in carrying out WFH activities is closely related to ergonomics in a residential house. The results of this study can be used as a reference for designing a suitable workspace for WFH activities, and as a reference for further research with a similar focus of study. Sampel sebanyak 218 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data disebarkan kuesioner. Data diproses menggunakan Statistical Product Service and Solution versi 20.0 for windows. Teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda dengan rumus Y= a + b1X1 +b2X2.
