Jurnal Vocational Teknik Elektronika dan Informatika (VoteTEKNIKA) is a peer-reviewed, scientifc journal published by Department of Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Padang, Indonesia. The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of Vocational Education, Electronics Engineering and Informatics. <![CDATA[Scholarship is income for those who receive it and the purpose of thescholarship is to help ease the burden of the cost of education students receiver.Through the Directorate General of Higher Education scholarship disbursement isdone by several agencies to help someone less capable in economic terms and forthose who have achievements . and the State University of Padang is one of thecolleges that distribute scholarships to students each semester .At the Faculty of Engineering, State University of Padang distributedscholarships PPA and BBM annually. The selection of who is entitled to get thescholarship using the calculation of the specific criteria. These criteria, namely, thecumulative achievement index, total parental income, number of dependent parental,and semester. For the sake of the effectiveness, taking the right decision is needed.For it is necessary to develop a decision support system that can help the process,and in the development of this system is used SAW method.SAW method is a method for determining who is entitled to receivescholarships based on predetermined criteria . The process begins by finding theweights for each criterion , and then rank the ranking based on the amount of thehighest weight value obtained from each alternative . <![CDATA[The objective of this study is to determine the effect of using CD interactive media on learning outcomes. The problem in this research contents is about the low value of the average grade of 75.00 compared with KKM Ocular Measurement Using Electricity Lesson at SMK 1 Lintau Buo. It is influenced by the teaching methods, learning models, and instructional media. Therefore an interactive CD learning media been used as the treatment. This research uses one shot experiment study model as analytical approach. The subject of this research is students of class X TAV SMK 1 Lintau Buo. Data collected by giving a pre - test and post – test, in order to determine the effectiveness of the treatment. Data collection was conducted in four times lessons. The research instrument that had been used is subjective test as much as 20 questions divided into 5 questions for each lesson. Data were analyzed using SPSS 15 computer program. As the result, the average value of pre-test for the whole meeting is 50.95 while the average post-test score of 81.72, with the difference of the two is 30.78. In the percentage calculation, it has gained the result for 60.41 %. <![CDATA[This research based on the problem of low report study to DLE subject from some student of class XE at SMKN 5 Padang, wich 41,67% student got result of study below Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). The standard of KKM to DLE subject is 75 with scale from 0-100. The purpose of this research is to show the contribution of student discipline of study and school environment toward study report of DLE subject from students of class XE at SMKN 5 Padang. This research is a correlational research which is descriptive. The population of this research is 96 student and sample consist of 49 students class XE at SMKN 5 Padang on 2012/2013. The technique of sampling was using simple random sampling. The data of student report taken from teacher of DLE subject at SMKN 5 Padang while data of student discipline of study and school environment collected through questionnaire by using likert scale. Analysis of data is using statistic method with the help of Microsoft Exell 2007 software. The result of data analysis shows: (1) student discipline of study give contribution as 26,89% to student report of SMKN 5 Padang on 2012/2013. (2) School environment give contribution as 24,32 to student report of SMKN 5 Padang on 2012/2013. (3) Discipline of study and school environment simultancously give contribution as 36,03% to student report of SMKN 5 Padang on 2012/2013. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to compare students learning outcomes between using jigsaw cooperative models with conventional learning on electronics basic subject in students class X of SMK Negeri 2 Solok . this research is experimental research that aims to reveal differences in students learning outcomes using cooperative learning jigsaw ( X1 ) and Conventional Learning ( X2) on students learning outcomes ( Y ) . The population is 61 person tenth grade students enrolled TAV SMF SMK 2 TP.2013/2014. The results of the research analysis , student learning outcomes in the experimental group using the model of cooperative jigsaw have an average score ( 79.47 ) higher than students learning outcomes in control group using conventional methods have an average score ( 68.27 ) , where the learning outcomes of students in experimental class had above the average standard of completeness . While the t - test is 4.09. Thus, the previous alternative hypothesis can be accepted at 95 % of significant level. <![CDATA[In 2007, Padang city starts the implementation of educational system which refers to the development of Science and Technology by implementing Online Admission System for School (PSB online). This admissions process consists of a fair, transparent, and comprehensive review of all applicants and also can be responsible in accordance with the rule and policy of the Education Department of Padang city. On the website which is provided by the Education Department only publishes the addresses of each school. Therefore, it is need a development system that provides location services of Senior High School and Vocational High School in digital map form. This digital map application designed by using Adobe Flash CS 3 which is presented interactively by combining the element of multimedia such as text, sound, image, animation, and video. <![CDATA[This research was motivated by the problem of low learning achievement in the subjects of video techniques class XI student majoring in audio video engineering at SMK Negeri 5 Padang , where 40.54 % of students gain mastery of learning outcomes under Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal ( KKM ) . KKM set the school on subjects a video engineering of 75 with a range of values 0-100 . The purpose of this study was to reveal the contribution of learning motivation and discipline to learn the subjects learning outcomes of students majoring in video engineering video audio engineering at SMK Negeri 5 Padang . This research is descriptive nature of correlation . The population in this study were all students of class XI Audio Video Engineering Department SMK Negeri 5 Padang , consists of three classes totaling 74 people , and the sample amounted to 43 people . Technique of random sampling ( Simple random sampling ) . Student learning outcomes data obtained from subject teachers video technique class XI SMK Negeri 5 Padang in 2012 . While the motivation to learn and the discipline of data collected through a questionnaire study using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability . Data were analyzed using statistical methods with the help of Microsoft Excel 2007 software . The results of data analysis showed : ( 1 ) learning motivation accounted for 13.06 % of the learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 5 Padang , ( 2 ) learn discipline contributes 10.75 % to the learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 5 Padang ; ( 3 ) learning motivation and discipline to learn together accounted for 19.45 % of the learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 5 Padang . So it can be concluded that the motivation to learn and the discipline of learning contribute to learning outcomes , the higher the students' motivation in the learning process and the higher discipline of learning , then learning outcomes will be higher . <![CDATA[Designing of management information systems at KPRI UNP savings and purpose to generate a savings and loan system design and web -based SMS gateway multiuser and provide services in the process of membership management, management of deposits, loan management and capital management. To achieve the goal of this application using a programming language Java2 Enterprise Edition ( J2EE ), Java2 Standard Edition ( J2SE ), and the MySQL database authentication level configuration in the form of a username and password. To provide data and information security MD 5 and session is used in password. With the savings and loan management information systems and web based SMS gateway can provide ease of certain stakeholder to perform data processing deposits loan data, the data search process and facilitate the process to generate the report. The information distribution’s process of saving and loand management information sistem on KPRI UNP can be accessed online and through SMS media. <![CDATA[The background of this research has by problem learning outcomes in digital technique subject was low then student in electronics technique majors of FT UNP, where 93,68% student which not yet reached value ≥ B. This research is purposed to reveal the contribution style learn and cognitive ability to learning outcomes in subject of digital technique in electronics technique majors of FT UNP. This research type is descriptive which have the character of correlation.The population of this research was totaled of95 people and sampel 49 people student study program education electronics technique of semester january-june 2013. Using technique of random sampling (Simple Random Sampling). Data learning outcomes student obtained in subject of digital technique in electronics technique majors of FT UNP. While data style learn and collected cognitive ability to enquette by using scale of likert which have been tested validity and reliability. data were analyzed use statistical methods constructively Microsoft Excel software 2007.The result of data analysis showed: (1). style learn to give contribution equal 18,38% to student learning outcomes in Majors Technique Electronics of FT UNP (2). cognitive ability give contribution equal 22,56% to studentlearning outcomesin Majors Technique Electronics of FT UNP (3). style learn and cognitive ability by together give contribution equal 25,61% to student learning outcomesin Majors Technique Electronics .
