Designing of management information systems at KPRI UNP savings and purpose to generate a savings and loan system design and web -based SMS gateway multiuser and provide services in the process of membership management, management of deposits, loan management and capital management. To achieve the goal of this application using a programming language Java2 Enterprise Edition ( J2EE ), Java2 Standard Edition ( J2SE ), and the MySQL database authentication level configuration in the form of a username and password. To provide data and information security MD 5 and session is used in password. With the savings and loan management information systems and web based SMS gateway can provide ease of certain stakeholder to perform data processing deposits loan data, the data search process and facilitate the process to generate the report. The information distribution’s process of saving and loand management information sistem on KPRI UNP can be accessed online and through SMS media. The research aims to design a media for tourism promotion of Padang Pariaman Regency with attractive appearance and user friendly to facilitate the dissemination of information and attracts tourists yo visit the attractions op Padang Pariaman regency. The media of tourism promotion in Padang Pariaman regency is designed by the waterfall method, using the Yii2 framework concept by applying the concept of model-view-controller (MVC). The results of this article are web-based tourism promotion in Padang Pariaman Regency so that information can be accessed anywhere. Information that can be accessed includes the latest travel news distributed by the Padang Pariaman District tourism office. And provides a photo gallery of attractions, so that tourists can see the natural charm and diversity of tourism in Padang Pariaman. In addition, the map feature is provided to make it easier for tourists to find the location of attractions and a testimonial feature that accommodates advice from tourists.Keywords: Tourist Attraction, Yii2 Framework, Padang Pariaman Regency.

Library management at SMA country 1 twin lake in this time not yet optimal and not based on computerization. aim from library information system sma country 1 twin lake based on web is a information system that designed to give and optimize operator performance. in give service to library member, in service search book, loaning service and library book return, accessinged according to online. this application planning uses language java with idea netbeans and place to keep database that is mysql. program implementation at require medium shaped computer that integration webserver. implementation result from information system library this is library operator can make recapitulation member report, book total report, fine report, loaning report and return. The Student in a collage who have finish their study will get an academic document as a legal proof. The academic document it could be like an academic certificate, academic transcript, or teaching certificates. The document can be use for a complement if the alumnus want to get a job or continue the study to the higher level in a duplicate document that has a signature and stamp from the competent people. To get an endorsement of document in Engineering Faculty of Universitas Negeri Padang is still through the manual process and not computerized yet. Certainty about when the process has finish is not yet, because there isn’t system that provides information about i yet. Storage of data relating to the management all of process is still in the form of archives and files is stored or held by Administration Employee. Therefore, designed a system that can manage all of process that can give ease for all users. The application design of the web-based information system done using the programming language PHP (Hypertext preprocessing) and the MySQL database as well as the division level access use a username and password. A method of password encryption Message Digest 5 (MD-5) and session web system are use to provide security to the data and information. This information system give provide services in an order, payment confirmation, check the status, managing bookings and payments that can be accessed by online system. Problems in this research that majority of students are more likely to use the Internet not to seek the information related to the subject matter , but more likely to use the Internet to play games and so on . The purpose of this study was to reveal the contribution of Motivation and Use of Internet access as a Source of Learning School Of Learning Outcomes In subjects KKPI Multimedia Class XI student at SMK Padang Panjang 2 .This research is a descriptive correlational. The population in this study a class XI student of Multimedia and sample 61 students . Sampling technique using total sampling . The technique of collecting data using questionnaires class . Then the data were analyzed using statistical methods with SPSS Version 16 for correlation and regression analysis . The results of data analysis showed : ( 1 ) Motivation accounted for 12.0 % of the student learning outcomes , ( 2 ) Internet Access Benefits School contributed 10.7 % of the student learning outcomes , ( 3 ) Motivation and Benefits of Internet access together accounted for 12.1 % of the learning outcomes.So it can be concluded that the Motivation and School Internet Access Benefits contribute to learning outcomes , the better motivation in the learning process , and the better the students' skills in the use of the internet , it will get better learning results. The Development of science nowadays develop rapidly furthermore lead make human activity more easily especially in technology and communication. The development in science has made a change how people nowaday get information. Wall magazine is one of media for college student to get some information. Wall magazine for college student not only about lecture activity but also about many information e.g. announcement about loss something, advertisement,event information and etc. This application “WallOn” is designed to help college student to get the latest news or information about campus. This application can reduce paper as a media for news and information. The method used based on UML model object oriented. In the server side using PHP as programming language with MySQL as database management system and Sublime Text as text editor meanwhile in the client side using JAVA as proramming language, JSON and android studio that can run in android. Kondisi jaringan komputer di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 3 Pariaman memerlukan kualitas layanan jaringan yang primer agar kualitas pengiriman berjalan dengan baik, informasi yang dilewatkan menggunakan protokol IPSec dapat memenuhi kondisi optimal sesuai parameter kualitas layanan QoS. Informasi yang akan dilewatkan dalam jaringan internet hendak dengan gampang dilihat oleh orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab bila tidak dipasangkan VPN, maka dari itu perlunya dipasangkan jaringan VPN di jaringan internet kepunyaan sekolah biar data yang dilalui lewat jaringan VPN akan cepat sampai serta terenkripsi dengan baik, Penerapan protokol IPSec yang merupakan salah satu bentuk VPN jenis L2TP, adalah kondisi protokol yang ingin dipantau dalam penelitian ini berupa kualitas layanan jaringan sesuai parameter yang terdapat dalam QoS yang mana delay, packet loss, throughput, jitter, dan bandwith. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, kualitas layanan jaringan VPN dengan memakai protokol IPSec di sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 3 Pariaman, dengan parameter QoS untuk mengetahui besar hasil pengukuran dari perameter delay, packet loss, throughput, jitter, dan bandwith. Penelitian ini memakai tatacara kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis statistik. Pengukuran delay, packet loss, throughput, jitter, dan bandwith menggunakan aplikasi axence nettols, hasilnya dibandingkan dengan standar TIPHON. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga minggu dalam satu minggu enam hari pada saat pagi dan sore hari. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan : (1) kualitas layanna jaringan VPN Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 3 Pariaman termasuk kategori kualitas layanan yang berkualitas baik dibuktikan dengan hasil pengukuran parameter QoS memiliki nilai rata- rata memuaskan, (2) nilai pengukuran delay dengan standar TIPHON digolongkan sangat bagus dengan nilai rata – rata 34,7 ms pada pagi hari dan 32,9 ms pada sore hari, (3) nilai pengukuran throughput dengan standar TIPHON digolongkan bagus dengan nilai rata-rata 59% pada pagi hari dan 75% pada sore hari, (4) nilai pengukuran packet loss dengan standar TIPHON digolongkan sangat bagus dengan nilai rata-rata 2,5% pada pagi hari dan 1,6% pada sore hari, (5) nilai pengukuran jitter dengan standar TIPHON digolongkan sangat bagus dengan nilai rata-rata 0,007 ms pada pagi dan sore hari.

The problem in this study was obtained student learning outcomes is low, this is one of the educational problems that occur for students, and can be used as an indicator of the quality of education is still low. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of mind mapping on learning outcomes in subjects KKPI SMK 1 Valley Crossing West Pasaman. This study is an experimental study, this study population is X1 grade students of SMK N 1 Valley Melintang that follow KKPI subjects. The sampling technique sampling porposive done. Data collected from the test results in the form of learning as much as 29 objective questions about the item. Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel to test homogeneity, normality, and hypothesis testing. From the test results of the study obtained an average value of students who use mind mapping is 80.04 while the control group of students who use conventional teaching lower at 70.7 . The results of the hypothesis by using Microsoft Excel found that tcount 5.97 > ttable 1.670 , so the alternative hypothesis ( H1 ) is accepted or rejected the null hypothesis ( H0 ). This means that the average significant learning outcomes experimental class larger than average learning outcomes control class Kata Kunci : mind mapping, using, learning outcomes

This research is aimed to know how big use of learning module affect studentslearning outcome in Keterampilan Komputer dan Pengelolaan Informasi study forgrade XI of SMK Negeri 2 Bukittinggi in academic year 2013/2014. This type ofresearch is experimental research pretest pottest control group design.Population is students grade XI of SMKN 2 Bukittinggi. Sample were selectedusing purposive sampling technique. Students from class XI PKA 3 which chosenas experiment class, used cooperative learning with learning module. Studentsfrom class XI PKP 1, which served as control class, used cooperative learningwithout learning module. Data were obtained using achievement test in the formof multiple choice questions with 25 items of questions. The result of analysisshowed that experiment class mean of learning outcome 89,23 and control class79,41. Effect of using learning module toward learning outcome is 12,4%. Theresult of analysis showed that t-obtained was 6.812 at significance level α = 0.05and degrees of freedom = n - 1 , while t-table was 1.699. So t-obtained is greaterthan t table (6.812 > 1.699 ) and p=0,000. P value smaller than 0,05 so H0rejected and Ha accepted. Based on result can be concluded that using learningmodule give significant effect toward students learning outcomes.
