Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of a country can be measured by knowing the level of capital market and securities industry in the country. The capital market is market to obtain long-term funding sources, in addition between being a sources of financing, capital markets are also used as an investment. Investment is the sacrifices in the present in order to obtain greater benefits in the future. Investment decision-making is a process to conclude or make decisions on some issues or problems, one of which is to make a choice between two or more alternative of investment or a part of the transformation of inputs into outputs. The purpose of this study was to examine the perception of financial literacy, financial attitudes, and social demographics of financial behavior of employees in investment decision making. Samples in this study are all private employees in Bandar Lampung, there are 100 respondents used. This research method is associative with the data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Data collection techniques using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling approach. The analysis showed that financial literacy, financial attitudes, and social demographics have a significant effect on financial behavior of employees in investment decision making with significant value less than 0,05. Keywords — Behavioral Finance, Investment Decisions, Financial Literacy, Financial Attitudes, Social Demographics. ABSTRAK Perkembangan suatu negara dapat diukur, salah satunya dengan mengetahui tingkat perkembangan dunia pasar modal dan industri-industri sekuritas pada negara tersebut. Pasar modal merupakan wadah untuk memperoleh sumber dana jangka panjang,selain menjadi tempat sumber pembiayaan, pasar modal juga digunakan sebagai sarana investasi. Investasi  merupakan  pengorbanan  yang  dilakukan  pada  saat  sekarang dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan manfaat yang lebih besar di masa yang akan datang. Pengambilan keputusan investasi adalah proses untuk menyimpulkan atau membuat keputusan tentang beberapa isu atau permasalahan, salah satu nya adalah membuat pilihan diantara dua atau lebih alternatif investasi atau bagian  dari  transformasi  input  menjadi  output.Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji persepsi literasi keuangan, sikap keuangan, dan sosial demografi terhadap perilaku keuangan karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan swasta di Bandar Lampung dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Metode penelitian ini adalah asosiatif dengan teknik analisis data yang di gunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda. Tehnik pengambilan data menggunakannon-probability sampling pendekatanpurposive sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan, sikap keuangan, dan sosial demografi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi dikatakan berpengaruh karena nilai signifikansi kurang  dari 0,05. Kata Kunci — perilaku keuangan keputusan investasi, literasi keuangan, sikap keuangan, sosial demografi.

Abstract

This study developed a research framework for the understanding of organizational socialization and affective commitment at the individual level by using the self-assessment (self-report). This study aimed to examine the effect of organizational socialization on affective commitment to the suitability of the variable pemediasi. Data collected as many as 135 respondents were obtained from educative and administrative employees who work at Sanata Dharma University, Yogyakarta. From the data obtained, the data analysis using regression model pemediasi through a simple regression analysis and regression.The results of this study indicate that organizational socialization positive and significant effect on affective commitment. From the results of this study can be reported that the organizational socialization positive and significant effect on the suitability value. Other findings from this study indicate that the suitability of the positive and significant effect on affective commitment. In addition, the results of this study also showed that the suitability of the mediating effect of organizational socialization on affective commitment.Keywords: organizational socialization, affective commitment, socializing influence on affective commitment, the suitability of the

Abstract

Bali terkenal dengan objek wisata yang selalu ramai dikunjungi oleh para wisatawan domestik maupun asing. Dampak langsung terhadap jumlah wisatawan yang semakin meningkat adalah banyaknya pembangunan hotel guna memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi wisatawan. Banyaknya hotel tentu berdampak terhadap jumlah permintaan tenaga kerja yang semakin meningkat. Kesempatan kerja yang diciptakan bukan hanya dari pelayanan secara langsung kepada wisatawan, tetapi juga dalam bidang lain. Jumlah permintaan tenaga kerja perhotelan tidak selalu meningkat. Adakalanya mengalami penurunan karena sangat berpengaruh dari pertumbuhan ekonomi global. Dengan situasi tersebut, maka dari data jumlah tenaga kerja hotel di Denpasar diolah dengan pendekatan kuatitatif dengan metode Moving Average. Metode penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, studi literatur, analisa data, implementasi pengolahan data terhadap metode yang digunakan, analisa dan evaluasi hasil.  Hasil dari pengolahan data aktual dengan minitab 17 menggunakan Moving Average diperoleh jumlah permintaan tenaga kerja dari tahun 2009 sampai 2016 meningkat. Akurasi kesalahan dengan menngunakan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) bernilai 5 menunjukkan data yang digunakan, dapat diolah menggunakan metode yang dipilih. Output berupa prediksi data jumlah tenaga kerja ditampilkan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik sehingga mudah untuk dipahami.

Abstract

These days Small-Medium Enterprises (SME) have been run by people to improve economic income. Some kinds of SME business in Indonesia are services and commercials. However, because of the lack knowledge of accounting cycle, many enterprises cannot implement appropriate recording system according to general accounting recording. As the result, the SME owner cannot draw aside enterprise financial and personal financial. The case is that when the SME owners are planned on evolve their business, they can propose bank loan. But, there are conditions to propose bank loan, one of the conditions is appropriate financial report.The implementation of accounting cycle on SME can help the owner to manage their business that their business can be successful. Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the impact of international tourism  investment, goods/services to Indonesia tourism of demand, which used a Panel Least Square method and cross section data period 1990 - 2012 from  6 samples of countries (USA, Japan, ASEAN, Australia, the European Union, and Rest of the World). The  Panel Least Square (PLS) method analyzed the impact of international investment, and trade flows  to the Indonesia tourism demand; and the results obtained as follows: (1) amount of visits by foreign tourists, foreign tourists per visit consumption, investment demand are the most  impact to demand side of tourism in Indonesia, where per capita income of tourists origin country, price of Indonesian tourism, value of the inflow/outflow of goods/services of the Indonesian tourism are factors that affect the amount of tourist arrivals, tourist consumption, and  investment demand as components of tourism Indonesian tourism demand, (2) The economy leakage impact to the international flows of  investment, and trade in Indonesia , and (3) the development of tourism sector  (demand side) in Indonesia influenced by economic conditions (domestically and internationally), and macroeconomics stabilitization. Keywords: tourism investment flows, inflow, outflow, demand sides of tourism, and Impact

Abstract

As the organizer of higher education, Informatics and Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya Bandar Lampung continually strive to improve academic quality to convince the public that Darmajaya IBI is committed to providing the best for the education of young generation, especially in Lampung Province. The latest program was established by the IBI Darmajaya is Graduate Master of Information Technology and Master of Management. Various attempts were made by IBI Darmajaya to improve service to graduate students with the building of infrastructure facilities and curriculum. With the advanced elements of quality of service to students as an important indicator of factors, then it is expected to improve performance and competitiveness of graduate programs amid the onslaught of competition IBI Darmajaya colleges in the province of Lampung.This research is descriptive and aims to determine the student responses to the quality of service provided by the organizers of IBI Darmajaya graduate program and to determine the extent of satisfactory service for its students. Samples in this study were graduate students IBI Darmajaya some 71 people with engineering samples using the techniques of sampling using probability sampling with simple random sampling. The method used in this study is SERVQUAL (service quality) to describe the gap and the expected quality of service received by graduate students IBI Darmajaya to determine the level of student’s satisfaction. Of the gap was then made to determine the Cartesian diagram in which the dimensions of the graduate program of service should be improved or maintained. The result showed that the gap, which indicates that the quality of services not optimally satisfy the students because all gap value – (minus). However, on average, students have felt satisfied with existing services. The implications of the Cartesian diagram, IBI Darmajaya graduate programs need to improve services and maintain the dimension A dimension B because the graduate program has demonstrated outstanding service quality in line with expectations and the reality of services received by7 students.Keywords: SERVQUAL, Gap Analysis, Cartesian diagram, student satisfaction

Abstract

This study examines the effect of relationship bonds, job satisfaction on trust and commitment in the relationship between producers and suppliers in the industry of Small and Medium Enterprises in Yogyakarta. Is there a positive influence between job satisfaction and trust, is there a positive influence between relationship bonds on commitment, is there a positive influence between job satisfaction on commitment and whether there is a positive effect of trust in commitment between producers and suppliers in the Micro Small Business industry Middle in Yogyakarta. The trust variable is influenced by one factor, namely job satisfaction. While for the commitment variable is influenced by three factors, namely job satisfaction, relationship bonds and trust. This research was conducted on industrial producers and suppliers of Small and Medium Micro Enterprises in Yogyakarta, the sample used in this study amounted to 50 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple regression. The results of the study show that the relationship bonds variable, job satisfaction with trust has an influence on the commitment variable. From the study consisting of four hypotheses all were declared valid and positively affected.Keywords - relationship bonds, job satisfaction, trust, commitment, MSMEs.

Abstract

In line with the objective of the establishment of the Republic of Indonesia, namely to educate the nation's life, the Ministry of National Education in its Strategic Plan has launched a theme “The formation of Persons and Ecosystems of Education and Culture that are characterized by the spirit of mutual cooperation”. This government commitment shows that education development must be carried out from various aspects, both from the aspect of education providers, and from the education process itself. The Metro City of Lampung Province as a city of education also has the same commitment as the central government, where in the 2016- 2021 Medium Term Development Plan carries education as a central theme in regional development policies. The spirit of the educational ecosystem proclaimed by the central government is also a reference in the development of education, but this has not been fully understood by all components of education in the Metro City education ecosystem. This research uses a qualitative method with a grounded theory approach. Analysis activities are carried out in the form of coding. There are two analytical procedures that are the basis for the coding process, namely; (a) making continuous comparisons; and (b) submitting questions. The research population is all education stakeholders, including students and education staff, parents, community organizations engaged in education and the Metro City Government. The results of the research show that not all components in the education ecosystem in Metro city understand their respective roles and functions, both core components, feeding components, and supporting components. Closer collaboration needs to be established between parents, educators and education staff, and school committees.Keywords - Educational Component, Educational Ecosystem

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the function of leadership in the placement of employees at PT. Human Tech Indonesia, certainly needed a variety of instruments, ranging from infrastructure to the human resources, as well as the character of a leader. The character of a leader and a leader function itself is one of the main factors in the management of an organization, whether public or private. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative research method, where researchers collecting data obtained from sources are researched through observation, interviews, and documentation related to the title of the study. From the research, it is known that employees at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee performance at PT. Bank Danamon Savings and Loans Unit Metro, so it can be obtained the actual experience of the problems faced by PT. Bank Danamon Metro Unit and can be used as consideration to address the problems faced by PT. Bank Danamon Metro Unit. In this study, data analysis tool used is validity, reliability, simple linear regression, and t test. Methods of data collection was obtained from primary data sourced directly from employees working at PT. Bank Danamon Metro units totaling 35 people. From the results, a simple regression equation Y = 28,466 + 0,549X. Constant value (a) is 28,466 means if the value of variable X has not changed one unit, it will affect employee motivation of 28,466 units. Organizational culture variable coefficient value is 0,549, meaning that whenever there is a change of 1 unit, then it will affect the motivation of employees amounted to 0,549 units. From the results, the results of the t test of 8.128 indicates that the variable performance of employees affected by organizational climate variables.Keywords: Organizational Climate and Performance.
